交联蒙脱土负载型Cu催化剂用于CH4燃烧反应的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
在蒙脱土原粉中引入Al-、AlZr-、AlCe-交联剂,分别制备交联蒙脱土。测试表明:与蒙脱土原粉相比,Al-、AlZr-、AlCe-交联蒙脱土的底面间距明显增大,热稳定性显著提高;AlZr-、AlCe-交联蒙脱土的底面间距比Al-交联蒙脱土更大,热稳定性更高。以交联蒙脱土为载体,制得负载型Cu催化剂,考察了它们对甲烷燃烧反应的催化活性。结果表明:AlZr-、AlCe-交联蒙脱土催化剂活性明显高于Al-交联蒙脱土催化剂,反应温度为550 ℃时,甲烷在AlZr-、AlCe-交联蒙脱土催化剂上的转化率约90%。 相似文献

载铂铝交联蒙脱土的烷烃芳构化特性──Ⅰ.载铂铝交联蒙脱土对烷烃的择形芳构化作用 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
对比考察了Pt/KL沸石,Pt/Al2O3和载铂铝交联蒙脱土(Pt/Al-CLM)催化剂对不同碳原子数烷烃的芳构化特性.脉冲微反的评价结果表明:Pt/Al-CLM比Pt/Al2O3和Pt/KL具有较高的转化n-C8,n-C9为其对应芳烃的选择性,在转化n-C8时,产物中的间、对位二甲苯收率很高,而转化n-C9时有高的正丙苯收率.采用129Xe-NMR、XRD和孔分布测定考察了Pt/Al-CLM和Pt/KL、Pt/Al2O3之间孔结构的差异.结果表明:由于n-C8,n-C9在反应过程中其过渡态的极限尺寸与Pt/Al-CLM0.9nm左右的层间域相匹配,因而它对n-C8,n-C9具有择形芳构化作用. 相似文献

本文利用累托石中蒙皂石层间水化阳离子的可交换性,使四氯化钛在稀盐酸介质中分步水解生成的金属钛聚合阳离子与累托石进行阳离子交换反应,制得氧化钛交联累托石。并借助多种矿物分析方法对此产物进行研究,得出此交联产物可作为新的离子交换与吸附材料。 相似文献

用两种光聚合法研究了蒙脱土插层复合材料的制备.用小角X光衍射技术对产物内蒙脱土的结构进行表征,结果表明,蒙脱土经改性后能很好地使聚合单体及预聚物插入黏土层内并在光照下"就地”聚合生成光聚合复合材料.对光聚合法制备蒙脱土纳米复合材料的优缺点进行了初步讨论. 相似文献

Poly (3-lydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)/Organophilic montmorillonite(PHBV/OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared and the biodegradability of the PHBV/OMMT nanocomposites was studied by a cultivation degrading method in soil suspension The relationship between structure and biodegradability of PHBV/OMMT nanocomposites was investigated. The results showed that the biodegradability of PHBV/OMMT nanocomposites decreased with increasing amount of OMMT and it was related to the number of PHBV degrading microorganisms in degradation environment, the anti-microbial property of OMMT and the degree of crystallinity of the nanocomposites. 相似文献

We report solid‐state 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spin‐lattice relaxation experiments, X‐ray diffractometry, field‐emission scanning electron microscopy, and both single‐molecule and cluster ab initio electronic structure calculations on 1‐methoxyphenanthrene ( 1 ) and 3‐methoxyphenanthrene ( 2 ) to investigate the rotation of the methoxy groups and their constituent methyl groups.
