Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis is used to determine the structure of iridium(III) trans- trifluoroacetylacetonate at 150 K. The crystallographic data for trans- C15H12F9O6Ir are as follows: a =13.4334(5) ?, b = 14.9136(6) ?, c = 19.4229(8) ?, space group Pcab, V = 3891.2(3) ?3, Z=8, dx = 2.224 g/cm3, R = 0.0236. The structure is molecular. The metal atom coordinates six oxygen atoms of three β-diketonate ligands of β-diketone. The Ir-O distances are within the range of 2.00 ? to 2.02 ?; the average value is 2.011(6) ?; the average value of the chelate angle∠O-Ir-O is 95.2(5)°. In the crystal, the molecules are bound only by van der Waals interactions; six shortest Ir…Ir distances in the structure are within the range of 7.469-9.712 ?.  相似文献

The title compound [In(C22H30N4O4)]Cl (I) bis[(N-salicylidene-N′-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethyleneediamine) indium(III) chloride is prepared, and its crystal structure is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction at room temperature. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 9.9704(6) ?, b = 24.9554(15) ?, c = 10.5707(6) ?, β = 116.46(2)°, V = 2354.6(2), Z = 4. The X-ray analysis reveals that the InIII ion is surrounded by four nitrogen and two oxygen atoms from two ligands leading to a distorted octahedral geometry. The molecule has the form of tongs at a junction point with the metal. Five membered rings adopt envelope conformation. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked via N-H...Cl, O-H...O, O-H...Cl, and C-H...Cl intermolecular interactions. The structure is further stabilized by C-H...π (arene) interactions.  相似文献

A new binuclear cadmium(II) complex with neutral ligands, 1,2-diaminobenzene (DMB) and dimethylformamide (DMF), [Cd2(Ph(NH2)2)5(DMFA)4](B10H10)2, was synthesized and studied by IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The crystals are monoclinic, a = 26.198(3) ?, b = 12.742(3) ?, c = 21.658(3) ?, β = 119.985(10)°, Z = 8, space group C2/c. The distorted octahedral environment of Cd is formed by four nitrogen atoms of three DAB molecules and two oxygen atoms of DMF molecules. Three independent DAB molecules perform different functions: one chelates the Cd atom, another is linked to cadmium as a monodentate ligand, and the third one bridges two Cd atoms, thus forming the dimer. The amino groups of the DAB molecules are involved in the N-H⋯O and N-H⋯N hydrogen bonds and in N-H⋯B and N-H⋯H-B specific interactions with the cluster boron anion. Original Russian Text ? E.A. The structural study of two (C30H48O2) pentacyclic triterpene (PCTT) isomers is presented. These terpenes, known as 30-hydroxy-lup-20(29)-en-3-one (1) and (11α)-11-hydroxy-lup-20(29)-en-3-one (2), were isolated from Maytenus imbricata Mart. Ex Reissek (Celastraceae). The molecular structure of 1 and 2 differs in the position of the hydroxyl group. Both compounds crystallize in non-centrosymmetric space groups with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The crystal structure of 1 shows a triclinic P1 space group (a = 9.5518(1) ?, b = 9.7083(1) ?, c = 14.4696(2) ?, α = 93.832(1)°, β = 102.833(1)°, and γ = 103.307(1)°), while compound 2 crystallizes in a monoclinic P21 one (a = 13.4439(16) ?, b = 14.4463(14) ?, c = 13.5224(9) ? and β = 99.703(8)°). The two molecules independent by symmetry of 1 differ slightly due to the presence of static disorder in oxygen atoms. In addition, the intermolecular geometries of 1 and 2 were analysed, and in each isomer the crystal packing is stabilized by O-H…O intermolecular hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces.  相似文献

In the presence of succinate acid, [Ni(PCHA)](ClO4)2 (II) is obtained by recrystallization of orange crystals of [Ni(PCHA)](ClO4)2 (I), whose structure has previously been identified. The [Ni(PCHA)](ClO4)2 (II)crystal belongs to the monoclinic P2(1)/c space group with a = 15.8561(3) ?, b = 9.4409(2) ?, c = 13.9297(2) ?, α = 90°, β = 94.8840(10)°, γ = 90°, M r = 526.02, Z = 4, V = 2077.65(7) ?3.
