本文在室温到300℃的温度范围内研究了Li_4SiO_4-Li_3VO_4和Li_4GeO_4-Li_4SiO_4-Li_3VO_4体系中的离子导电性,发现γ_(II)相固溶体Li_(3 x)V_(1-x)Si_xO_4是好的锂离子导体。所研究的成分中Li_(3.3)V_(0.7)Si_(0.3)O_4的离子电导率最高,室温下为1×10~(-5)Q~(-1)·cm~(-1),在42—192℃的电导激活能为0.36eV,电子电导率可以忽略,因而这是迄今所发现的最好的锂离子导体之一。粗略确定了Li_4GeO_4-Li_4SiO_4-Li_3VO_4三元系中电导率高的范围,发现在Li_(3.5)V_(0.5)Ge_(0.5)O_4中Si部分取代Ge可以使电导率进一步提高,Li_(3.5)V_(0.5)Ge_(0.4)Si_(0.1)O_4的室温电导率可达1.3×10~(-5)Q~(-1)·cm~(-1),电导激活能为0.40eV。  相似文献

Tl_4Ba_3Ca_3Cu_4O_y系统的超导电性和磁化反常   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Tl_4Ba_3Ca_3Cu_4O_y 氧化物超导体中存在100K 和120K 两个超导相.测量电流为10mA 时,零电阻超导 T_c 为119K.DC 磁化结果表明:在77K 时不可逆场约为2200O_e,冻结磁通密度11.6G,样品是弱钉扎Ⅱ类超导体.Meissner 效应测量结果表明:Meissner 信号的61%是120K 相的贡献,39%是100K 相的贡献.超导体积的上限和下限的比较,不同磁场和测量电流的 R(T)超导转变以及磁化反常表明:我们的样品中存在着大量的弱连接超导电性,并构成邻近效应超导体,研究了它的日 H_(c2)(T).并由邻近效应超导体的磁化曲线演算出它的超导参量.  相似文献

本文用差热分析法和高温、室温X射线衍射法对Li_3VO_4,Li_4SiO_4的相变过程,Li_3VO_4-Li_4SiO_4,Li_3O_4-Li-4GeO_4赝二元系相图以及Li_3VO_4-Li_4SiO_4-Li_4GeO_4赝三元系相图室温截面进行了研究。发现在Li_3VO_4-Li_4SiO_4,Li_3VO_4-Li_4GeO_4赝二元系中,由于Li_4SiO_4或Li_4GeO_4的加入而使Li_3VO_4的高温γ_(II)相稳定存在于室温,从而得到一种新的具有高电导率的锂离子导体。作者认为探寻使高温态稳定存在于室温的方法是探索新的离子导体研究中有效途径之一。  相似文献

通过对KrⅣ—MoⅩ离子4s4p~4组态能级结构的组态相互作用理论分析,找出了其沿等电子系列变化的规律性。在此基础上预言了TcⅪ离子的4s4p~4组态能级。结合前人对4s~24p~3组态的研究结果,进一步计算了4s~24p~3—4s4p~4跃迁的谱线波长和振子强度。  相似文献

The available experimental energies for the 4s~24p~3 and 4s~4p~4 configurations in As Ⅰ—like Sr Ⅵ—Ag Ⅹ Ⅴions are compared with the values calculated using the Hartree—Fock method including configuration interaction and relativistic corrections. Some energy values of the 4s~24p~3 configuration in Rh Ⅹ Ⅲ、Pd Ⅹ Ⅳ and Ag Ⅹ Ⅴ ions are improved and all the energies、wavelengths and transition probabilities of the 4s~24p~3—4s4p~4 transition array in Cd Ⅹ Ⅵ are presented.  相似文献

Improving the parameters of the Schottky barrier mixing diodes has permitted us to improve the sensitivity of the 3–4-mm radiometer described in [1]. The authors were able to achieve a fluctuation sensitivity of no worse than 0.15K for double-sideband reception with an output RC filter time constant of =1 sec by using, with several changes, the high-frequency part of this receiver. The sensitivity reached 0.1K at several points in the 3–4-mm range. Figure 1 shows a calibration record of a standard load, cooled in liquid nitrogen. The double-doped La2/3+4x/3Sr1/3-4x/3Mn1-xMgxO3 samples with fixed Mn^3+/Mn^4+ ratio equal to 2/1 are investigated by means of magnetism and transport measurements. Phase separation is observed at temperature higher than T^onset c for x = 0.10 and 0.15. For x = 0.10, rather strong phase separation induces drastic magnetic random potential and results in the localization of carriers. Thus, the varlable-range hopping process dominates. For other samples, there is no or only weak phase separation above T^onset c. Thus, thermal activation mechanism is responsible for the high temperature transport behaviour. For x = 0.20 and 0.25, unexpected AFM behaviour is observed at low temperature. All these results are well understood by considering the special role of the "double-doping".  相似文献

Pure and neodymium-doped gadolinium calcium oxoborate crystals of high quality were grown by the Czochralski method.The orientation of crystal was precisely determined,and the samples for measurements were prepared.Through synchrotron x-ray topography and high-resolution x-ray diffractometry,the twin structure was discovered.Some properties such as the figure of merit value,and dielectric,piezoelectric,and elastic constants were meausured along with a discussion of the anisotropy of the laser properties.  相似文献

近年来,钙钛矿量子点CsPbX_3(X=Cl, Br, I)稳定性较差的问题引起了广泛关注。本文在室温下合成了稳定的CsPbBr_3/Si_3N_4绿色荧光粉并将其应用于白光发光二极管(WLEDs)。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、激发和发射光谱(PL、PLE)等分析测试手段对CsPbBr_3量子点和CsPbBr_3/Si_3N_4荧光粉的结构、形貌、元素组成及光谱特性等进行了分析对比。实验结果表明,CsPbBr_3/Si_3N_4绿色荧光粉的热稳定性、水稳定性、色稳定性均得到了显著提升。80℃时CsPbBr_3/Si_3N_4荧光粉的发光强度能保持初始发光强度的87.4%,水中浸没120 min后发光强度能保持初始发光强度的75.5%。CsPbBr_3/Si_3N_4复合材料的量子效率则由CsPbBr_3量子点粉体的15.4%提升至35.4%。将CsPbBr_3/Si_3N_4复合材料与K_2SiF_6∶Mn~(4+)红色荧光粉、InGaN基蓝光LED芯片封装制得的WLED器件色域为113.4%NTSC,流明效率达49.4 lm/W。  相似文献

采用提拉法生长了掺Cr的Sr3Ga2Ge4O14低温石榴石结构型单晶,测量了它的吸收光谱及其偏振特性,系统描述了该晶体在可见和近红外波段各级收带的特征,指出Cr在此晶体晶格中主要存在两种介态Cr^3+和Cr^4+,Cr^4+在近红外的吸收将影响到Cr^3+的发光。  相似文献

文章报道了3d金属离子X(X=Fe3+,Co3+,Mn4+)少量掺杂对新近发现的超导体Bi4O4S3结构及超导电性的影响.粉末X射线衍射数据表明,少量3d金属离子X的掺杂对晶格结构几乎没有影响.观察发现随着掺杂离子X半径的减少,超导转变宽度△Tc变窄,也就是少量3d金属离子X的掺入提高了Bi4O4S3的超导电性.3d金属离子X的部分掺入提高了Bi4O4S3超导转变温度是一个非常值得关注的现象.  相似文献

The Euclidean (4)3, model in R3 corresponds to a perturbation by a 4 interaction of a Gaussian measure on scalar fields with a covariance depending on a real parameter in the range 01. For =1 one recovers the covariance of a massless scalar field in R3. For =0, 4 is a marginal interaction. For 0<1 the covariance continues to be Osterwalder-Schrader and pointwise positive. We consider the infinite volume critical theory with a fixed ultraviolet cutoff at the unit length scale and we prove that for >0, sufficiently small, there exists a non-gaussian fixed point (with one unstable direction) of the Renormalization Group iterations. We construct the stable critical manifold near this fixed point and prove that under Renormalization Group iterations the critical theories converge to the fixed point.
