New frequency difference measurements between Doppler-free stabilized laser lines in the 9.4- and 10.4-μm bands of 12C16O2, including high-J and across-the-band-center measurements, have made significant improvements in the rovibrational constants. The absolute frequencies were referred to the methane stabilized 3.39-μm HeNe laser. Frequency tables generated from these constants have absolute uncertainties of less than two parts in 1010 and are about a factor of 10 better than older tables. In addition, the laser lines PI(50) in 13C16O2 and RII(26) in 13C18O2, which were used as reference lines in recent visible laser frequency measurements, were also measured to about the same accuracy.  相似文献

In this work the deexcitation of the B3Π+(Ou+), v′ = 14 level of I2 after pulsed laser excitation has been studied. The quenching cross sections by collisions with I2, H2, CO, and CH4 have been measured. The experimental results are 190 ± 14, 2.5 ± 0.3, 15.1 ± 0.4, and 18.0 ± 0.6 Å2, respectively. These values are compatible (within 30%) with the semiempirical scaling law of proportionality with the product of polarizability and the square root of reduced mass.  相似文献

Intense infrared stimulated lines at wavelengths around 2.5 μm have been observed upon excitation of Na2 by uv radiation from a frequency-doubled narrow-band dye laser. Frequencies of these IR lines have been measured when the pump laser was tuned to C1ΠuX1Σg+ assigned transitions in the wavelength range 331–334 nm. High-resolution spectroscopy measurements of the involved rovibrational levels of both C1Πu and 31Σg+ electronic states allow the unambiguous assignment of these IR laser lines to C1Πu → 31Σg+ transitions.  相似文献

Continuous-wave laser oscillation has been obtained on four transitions of Cd+ and eleven transitions of I+ using a hollow-cathode He-CdI2 discharge as active medium. Laser output characteristics are similar for both Cd+ and I+ transitions, and simultaneous cw oscillation has been achieved at wavelengths ranging from blue (4416 Å Cd+) through green (53375378 Å Cd+, 5407 Å I+), yellow (56785761 Å I+) and orange (6127 Å I+) to red (6585 Å I+).  相似文献

This paper reports on the absorption, visible and near-infrared luminescence properties of Nd3+, Er3+, Er3+/2Yb3+, and Tm3+ doped oxyfluoride aluminosilicate glasses. From the measured absorption spectra, Judd-Ofelt (J-O) intensity parameters (Ω2, Ω4 and Ω6) have been calculated for all the studied ions. Decay lifetime curves were measured for the visible emissions of Er3+ (558 nm, green), and Tm3+ (650 and 795 nm), respectively. The near infrared emission spectrum of Nd3+ doped glass has shown full width at half maximum (FWHM) around 45 nm (for the 4F3/24I9/2 transition), 45 nm (for the 4F3/24I11/2 transition), and 60 nm (for the 4F3/24I13/2 transition), respectively, with 800 nm laser diode (LD) excitation. For Er3+, and Er3+/2Yb3+ co-doped glasses, the characteristic near infrared emission bands were spectrally centered at 1532 and 1544 nm, respectively, with 980 nm laser diode excitation, exhibiting full width at half maximum around 50 and 90 nm for the erbium 4I13/24I15/2 transition. The measured maximum decay times of 4I13/24I15/2 transition (at wavelength 1532 and 1544 nm) are about 5.280 and 5.719 ms for 1Er3+ and 1Er3+/2Yb3+ (mol%) co-doped glasses, respectively. The maximum stimulated emission cross sections for 4I13/24I15/2 transition of Er3+ and Er3+/Yb3+ are 10.81×10−21 and 5.723×10-21 cm2. These glasses with better thermal stability, bright visible emissions and broad near-infrared emissions should have potential applications in broadly tunable laser sources, interesting optical luminescent materials and broadband optical amplification at low-loss telecommunication windows.  相似文献

Doppler-free spectra of 130Te2 have been investigated in the region of 486 nm, close to the Balmer-β transitions atomic hydrogen and deuterium. The frequency ratios between a 633 nm He-Ne laser stabilized to the 11-5 R(127) “i” transition in 127I2 and two of these 130Te2 Doppler-free components have been measured interferometrically to a precision of 2 parts in 1010 (one standard deviation). These measured components constitute useful transfer standards for the measurement of absolute frequencies of both the Balmer-β transitions and the 243-nm two-photon 1S-2S transitions in hydrogen and deuterium.  相似文献

The absolute frequencies of 39 lines in the 0002-0000, 2001-0000, and 1201-0000 bands of N2O in the range 4300–4800 cm?1 have been measured by heterodyne frequency techniques. The lines were each measured in Doppler-limited absorption, with a color-center laser as a tunable probe of the N2O and two stabilized CO2 lasers as reference frequencies. New rovibrational constants have been fitted to these measurements. Tables of calculated transition frequencies are given, with estimated absolute uncertainties as small as 10?4 cm?1. The pressure shifts of four lines have been measured, and the values fall within the range of 0 to ?2 MHz/kPa (0 to ?0.2 MHz/Torr).  相似文献

The stimulated emission cross-section σ and fluorescence lifetime for the 1.06 μm emission (4F3/24I1/12) have been measured for a number of Nd-doped tellurite glasses. The measured value of σ ? 9 × 10-20 cm 2 for the tellurite glasses is to be compared with the value of 3.5 × 10-20 cm 2 for the ED-2 glass. Based on the measured spectroscopic parameters, an LED-pumped tellurite glass fiber laser is predicted to perform better than ED-2 glass, both in the longitudinal and transverse pumping configuration. The threshold for side-pumped tellurite glass laser can be comparable or even lower than that in Nd:YAG.  相似文献

We report here the discovery of 13 new far-infrared laser lines from12CH2F2 and seven new lines from13CH2F2. Most of the new lines were pumped by high-J lines of the 9R branch of a cw-CO2 laser. Wavelengths range from 97.6 to 616.18 μm. Frequency, pump offset, relative polarization, and relative intensity were measured for most of the new lines.  相似文献

The absolute frequencies of one 5.2 μm 12C16O laser line and one 5.3 μm 13C16O laser line have been measured against 10 μm band transitions of the CO2 laser by heterodyning in a tungsten-nickel diode. 采用顶部籽晶提拉法(TSSG)生长出Yb:KY(WO4)2(Yb:KYW)激光晶体.对预烧后的原料及晶体进行了XRD分析,结果表明,分别在920℃和600℃预烧8h后的熔质和助熔剂基本上形成一相,抑止了实验中的挥发问题;所生长的晶体为β-Yb:KYW,计算其晶格常数为a=1.063nm,b=1.034nm,c=0.755nm,β=130.75°.测得不同厚度样品的吸收光谱,结果表明样品在933nm和981nm有较强的吸收峰,计算出主峰981nm的吸收截面σ关键词: Yb:KYW TSSG法 晶体结构 光谱参数  相似文献

We report the discovery of 57 new fir laser lines from13CD3OH molecule optically pumped by a waveguide CO2 laser of 300 MHz tunability. For all lines, precise frequency offset measurements between the CO2 line center and the center of the absorbing13CD3OH line were performed using the transferred Lamb-Dip technique. We have also measured directly the frequency of seven FIR laser lines by heterodyning with already known laser lines. A high resolution grating spectrometer and a hollow-cathode lamp were used to study the relative intensities for lines of the transition B2Σ+uX2Σ+g of the ion N+2. Mulliken's formulae are obeyed with a precision of better than 2% for N?30, except for the first two lines, for which the relative intensities of the P lines are 2.5% greater than Mulliken's values and the relative intensities of the R lines 2.5% lower. The differences in the positions of the doublets for the first lines increase linearly (γ′?γ″=0.015±0.002cm-1 with γ″≈0.010cm-1) for N′?10. An interpretation of this difference gives an order of magnitude for the perturbation parameters of the state A2Πu(v′=10)(ξ≈9cm-1, η≈0.06cm-1). The effect of this perturbation on the line intensities is negligible for N′?30.  相似文献

Self-broadening coefficients and line strengths have been measured at room temperature for 30 lines of C2H2 in the P and R branches of the ν4 + ν5 band, using a tunable diode laser spectrometer. These lines, ranging from P(22) to R(23), are located in the spectral range 1275-1390 cm−1. A semiclassical calculation of the line broadenings has been performed considering the main electrostatic interactions and an anisotropic dispersion contribution leading to results in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

Crystalline structures and infrared-to-visible upconversion luminescence spectra have been investigated in 1 mol% Er3+, 10 mol% Yb3+ and 0-20 mol% Li+ codoped TiO2 [1Er10Yb(0-20)Li:TiO2] nanocrystals. The crystalline structures of 1Er10Yb(0-20)Li:TiO2 were divided into three parts by the addition of Yb3+ and Li+. Both green and red upconversion emissions were observed from the 2H11/2/4S3/2 → 4I15/2 and 4F9/2 → 4I15/2 transitions of Er3+ in Er3+-Yb3+-Li+ codoped TiO2, respectively. The green and red upconversion emissions of 1Er:TiO2 were enhanced significantly by Yb3+ and Li+ codoping, in which the intensities of green and red emissions and the intensity ratio of green to red emissions (Igreen/Ired) were highly dependent on the crystalline structures. The significant enhanced upconversion emissions resulted from the energy migration between Er3+ and Yb3+ as well as the distortion of crystal field symmetry of Er3+ caused by the dissolving of Li+ at lower Li+ codoping concentration and the phase transformation at higher Li+ concentration. It is concluded that codoping with ions of smaller ionic radius like Li+ can efficiently improve the upconversion emissions of Er3+ or other rare-earth ions doped luminsecence materials.  相似文献

Slow ion production cross sections for collisions of H+3 and D+3 ions with H2 and D2 have been measured at collision energies between 100 eV and 500 eV. The values vary from 2 × 10-17 cm2 to 6 × 10-17 cm2. The smaller cross sections for D3 projectiles may be explained as an internal energy effect.  相似文献

研究了Er3+离子掺杂钡镓锗玻璃的吸收光谱、拉曼光谱和上转换光谱.分析了Er3+离子在钡镓锗玻璃中的上转换发光机理.结果表明:玻璃的最大声子能量为828cm-1,紫外截止波长为275nm.采用800nm和980nmLD激发玻璃样品,在室温下观察到强烈的上转换绿光和红光发射.随着Er3+离子浓度的增加,绿光发光强度先增加后减小,而红光发光强度呈单调递增趋势.能量分析表明:800nmLD激发产生的绿光主要源于Er3+离子4I13/2能级的激发态吸收过程;红光发射主要源于Er3+离子4I13/2能级与4I11/2能级之间的能量转移过程.980nmLD激发产生的绿光主要源于Er3+离子4I11/2能级之间的能量转移过程;而红光发射主要源于Er3+离子4I13/2能级与4I11/2能级之间的能量转移过程和4I13/2能级的激发态吸收过程.通过量子效率分析,发现采用800nmLD激发Er3+离子掺杂浓度为1mol% 的样品时,上转换绿光发光效率最高. 关键词: 上转换发光机理 3+离子掺杂')" href="#">Er3+离子掺杂 钡镓锗玻璃  相似文献
