Heats of dilution of aqueous solutions of the following di-and tripeptides were determined at 25°C over a wide concentration range: -alanyl-glycine, -alanyl--alanine, DL--alanyl-glycine, glycyl-DL--alanine, L--alanyl-L-alanine, DL--alanyl-DL--alanine, DL--alanyl-DL-valine, DL--alanyl--alanine, glycyl--aminobutyric acid, glycyl-L-leucine and DL--alanyl-glycylglycine. The excess enthalpies Hex and partial molar relative enthalpies L2 were calculated and enthalpy coefficients of intermolecular interaction were analysed using the additivity principle of Savage and Wood. The concentration dependence of the enthalpic characteristics of peptide-peptide interactions is discussed based on of their hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity. The three-stage model of peptide association is described using enthalpic coefficients of intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

Summary A sequence for the fractionation of the amylasic components from a malted barley extract is proposed using two salt-promoted, adsorption processes: thiophilic interaction chromatography (TIC) and hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC).Two fractions containing -amylase activity were recovered during the thiophilic chromatography; the first was resolved in to -amylase I and -amylase I by HIC on a phenyl-sepharose column; an enrichment factor of 32 was achieved for -amylase I. The other amylasic component eluted from the thiophilic gel was characterized as -amylase II. Although the adsorption of malt amylases on phenylsepharose and the thiophilic adsorbent is salt promoted, the interactions involved in each case are clearly distinguished by the different behaviour and disparate salt effects.  相似文献

A study of the extraction of polonium from aqueous solutions containing -hydroxyisobutyric acid (-HIBA) was performed with four different extractants, di-n-octyl sulphide (DOS), Cyanex 272, Cyanex 301 and Cyanex 302, dissolved in toluene. The extracted complex for DOS at low -HIBA concentrations is most likely PoO(-HIB)2·2DOS, while at higher -HIBA concentrations there seems to be a solvating effect implicating an extracted complex of the type PoO(-HIB)2(-HIBA)2·2DOS. For the extraction of polonium with Cyanex 272 the results are inconclusive. The extracted complex is either PoOA2 or PoO(-HIB)2·2HA. For extraction with Cyanex 301 or Cyanex 302 the major extracted species does not contain any -HIBA molecules. The neutral species in both cases is PoOA2, extracted at low extractant concentrations, while at higher extractant concentrations a complex of the type PoOA2·xHA is extracted. The extraction of polonium increases in the order Cyanex 272 < DOS < Cyanex 302 < Cyanex 301.  相似文献

Condensation of (±)-5-allyl-2,3,5-trichloro-4,4-dimethoxy-2-cyclopentenone with phenylethynylmagnesium bromide in THF gave (±)-5-allyl-2,3,5-trichloro-4,4-dimethoxy-1-phenylethynyl-2-cyclopenten-1-ol which chemoselectively reacted with ozone at the terminal double bond, affording (±)-2,3,5-trichloro-5-formylmethyl-4,4-dimethoxy-1-phenylethynyl-2-cyclopenten-1-ol. Oxidation of the latter with H2CrO4 yielded a mixture of the expected product, (±)-5-carboxymethyl-2,3,5-trichloro-4,4-dimethoxy-1-phenylethynyl-2-cyclopenten-1-ol, and anomalous profound oxidation product, (±)-2,3,5-trichloro-5-carboxymethyl-4,4-dimethoxy-1-(2-oxo-2-phenylacetyl)-2-cyclopenten-1-ol. Attempts to remove protective methoxy groups in these compounds under standard conditions were unsuccessful.  相似文献

Conclusions An efficient method for the synthesis of ,,-trihydropolyfluoroalkyl chlorophosphates is by reacting ,,-trihydropolyfluoroalkyl dichlorophosphites and bis-(,,-trihydropolyfluoroalkyl) phosphites with sulfuryl chloride. New data on the spectral properties and solution enthalpies of unsymmetrically substituted 2-(alkyl-2-pyrrolylmethylidene)methylpyrrolium bromides (or ,-dipyrrylmethene hydrobromides), their ,-, ,-isomers, as well as their oxa and thia analogs, that is, 2-(2-furylmethylidene)- and 2-(2-thienylmethylidene)-3,4,5-trimethyl-1H-pyrrolium bromides, in solutions of organic solvents of different nature are presented. A decrease in the number of substituents, as well as replacement of the heteroatom (N) in one five-membered ring of the dipyrrylmetnehe by oxygen or sulfur atoms cause a monotonic hypsochromic shift of absorption bands in the electronic absorption spectrum and weakening of the chromophore properties of the compounds. The chromophore properties of isomers are weakened from the ,- to ,- and ,-dipyrrylmethenes. Main trends in the influence of structural factors on the specific features of thermooxidative destruction of the above-mentioned compounds were analyzed.  相似文献

-Cyclodextrin having cinnamamide at 6- or 3-positions (6-CiNH--CD, 3-CiNH--CD) and -cyclodextrin with cinnamamide on 6-position (6-CiNH--CD) have been prepared. Supramolecular structures were formed in the solid state or aqueous solutions and characterized by measurements of NMR and vapor pressure osmometry (VPO). The results indicate that 6-CiNH--CD formed insoluble supramolecular polymers in the solid state, while 6-CiNH--CD and 3-CiNH--CD formed supramolecular complexes in aqueous solutions. 6-CiNH--CD was found to form a dimer in an aqueous solution. 3-CiNH--CD formed intermolecular complexes to give supramolecular polymers. The differences of the position of guest part on cyclodextrins caused to give a variety of supramolecular structures in aqueous solutions.  相似文献

Summary The dynamic mechanical properties of nylon 66 films and fibers have been examined, as a function of annealing and drawing, with a Vibron viscoelastometer. It is found that the transition is little affected by annealing treatments, but increase in orientation causes the transition to move to a higher temperature. Experiments, with X-ray diffraction of samples at elevated temperatures, lead to the conclusion that the triclinic to hexagonal phase change does not contribute significantly to the transition. Samples cut parallel and perpendicular to the drawing direction of nylon 66 film, have been used to show that the curves of dynamic tensile modulus versus temperature, for the parallel and perpendicular directions, cross in the neighborhood of the transition. This observation is discussed in relation to the suggestion that the transition is the glass transition in nylon 66.
Zusammenfassung Die dynamisch-mechanischen Eigenschaften von Filmen und Fasern aus Nylon 66 wurden als Funktion der Temperung und Verstreckung mit einem Virbon-Viskoelastometer untersucht. Die -Umwandlung wird wenig durch die Temperung beeinflußt, aber erhöhte Orientierung läßt siezu höheren Temperaturen verlagern. Messungen der Röntgenstreuung bei erhöhten Temperaturen führen zu dem Schluß, daß der Übergang triklin/hexagonal nicht wesentlich zu der -Umwandlung beiträgt. Proben aus verstrecktem Nylon-66-Film, parallel und senkrecht zur Streckrichtung geschnitten, zeigen, daß die Kurven des dynamischenE-Moduls gegen die Temperatur für beide Orientierungen sich in der Nachbarschaft der -Umwandlung überkreuzen. Diese Beobachtung wird hinsichtlich der Vermutung diskutiert, daß die -Umwandlung den Glasübergang in Nylon 66 darstellt.

Summary The interconversion between the - and -isomers and the multiple-peaks of dihydroartemisinine (dihydroqinghaosu) were investigated in reversed-phase, highperformance liquid chromatography. A convenient method using the Gaussian distribution function instead of the Schmidt graphical method for the theoretical calculation of the diffuse probability curves versus the fraction of the dead time on column as form was introduced. Based on the theoretical probability curves and the experimental multiple-peak chomatograms, the effects of temperature and flow velocity on the accuracy and precision of analysis of dihydroartemisinine are indicated and the activation energy of the interconversion between - and -isomers of dihydroartemisinine is estimated.  相似文献

The composition of the mono- and sesquiterpenoids from the oleoresin of the Khingan fir has been studied. Thirteen monoterpenoids have been identified — bornyl acetate, -terpenyl acetate, geranyl acetate, citronellyl acetate, -fenchyl acetate, linalool, geraniol, terpineol-4, -terpineol, -fenchol, borneol, sabinene hydrate and thymol methyl ether; and 19 sesquiterpenoids — -longipinene, longicyclene, longifolene, -copaene, -ylangene, sibirene, -and -selinenes, - and -cadinenes, -muurolene, caryophyllene, -humulene, - and -bisabolenes, ar-curcumene, nerolidol, bisabolol, and -cedrol. Four triterpene glycosides were isolated from the roots of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel (Ranunculaceae). Two new glycosides, chinensiosides A (1a) and B (2), were identified as 3-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)--L-arabinopyranosyl]-28-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranosyl]-3,23-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid and 3-O-{-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)-[-D-glucopyranosyl-(14)]--L-arabinopyranosyl}-28-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranosyl]-3,23-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid. The other two glycosides were identified as previously known hederasaponin C (3) from Hedera helix and glycoside III (4) from Pulsatilla cernua.  相似文献

Summary As an alternative to the known three-point interaction model describing recognition of optical isomers by a chiral resolving agent, a new concept has been developed stating that two interaction points between the resolving agent and the enantiomers are also sufficient for achieving chiral recognition of the latter, provided that the diastereomeric adducts formed by the resolving agent with the enantiomers additionally interact with a non-chiral chromatographic sorbent. This concept is based on the results of ligand-exchange chromatography of -amino acid enantiomers with copper(II) complexes of chiral bifunctional ligands as the resolving agents in chromatographic systems.  相似文献

We have determined the spectroscopic characteristics, the dipole moments, and the Kerr constants of the stereoisomers of the secondary-tertiary diols of the cyclohexane and bicyclo [4.1.0]pentane series: 3,4-dihydroxy-3-carane (I), 3,4-dihydroxy-3-methylnorcarane (II), 3,4-dihydroxy-3-methylnorcarane (III), 4, 5-dihydroxy-3-methylcyclohexene (IV), 3,4-dihydroxy-3-carane (V), 3,4-dihydroxy-3-methylnorcarane (VI), 3, 4-dihydroxy-3-carane (VII), and 3,4-dihydroxy-4-methyl-3-carane (VIII). It was found that the cis diols are more polar than their trans isomers.
