5-(P-tolyl)-2-[(3-bromo-4-methoxy benzylidene) hydrazino]-thiazole 3, 3-[(3-bromo-4-mehtoxy benzylidine) amino]-2-thiohydantion 5, and 4,6-disubstituted-3-[(3-bromo-4-methoxybenzyliden) amino]-2-thioxo pyrimidines 10 have been prepared via cyclization of 3-bromo-4-methoxy benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone 2 with 4-methyl phenacyl bromide, ethyl chloroacetate, and dicarbonyl compounds in different conditions. Acetylation of 3 and 5 with acetic anhydride gave the corresponding monoacetyl derivatives 4 and 6, while the acetylation of 5 with acetic anhydride in the presence of fused sodium acetate gave diacetyl derivative 7. Condensation of compound 5 with benzaldehyde in the presence of piperidine yielded the corresponding 3-substituted-5-benzylindene 2-thiohydation 8. Acetylation of compound 8 with acetic anhydride gave the corresponding 1-acetyl-3-substituted-5-benzylidene-2-thiohydantion 9. The mass spectral fragmentation patterns of some prepared compounds are investigated in order to elucidate the structure of the synthesized nitrogen heterocycles.  相似文献

A series of new compounds bearing a 1,3-benzothiazol-2-one nucleus have been synthesized using 5,6-dimethyl-3-(2-oxo-propyl)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-one (1) as a key starting compound. The reaction of 1 with some nucleophilic compounds led to the formation of compounds 2, 3, 4, 5a, b, 6 and 7a, b. The thiosemicarbazone derivatives 7a, b were treated with a number of halo ketones to produce the new heterocyclic compounds 913, while their reaction with acid anhydrides led to the formation of the derivatives 14 and 15. Also, compound 1 was condensed with different aromatic aldehydes to afford the corresponding chalcones 1822. The structures of all the novel compounds have been determined by analytical and spectral data. Some of the compounds were selected to be evaluated as anti-inflammatory and analgesic agents.  相似文献

This study comprises synthesis and characterization of azocalix[4]arene compounds having copolymeric structures. The novel bisazocalixphenol-A and copolymer containing pendant azocalix[4]arene units with ester (5) and ketone (6) functionalities at their lower rim have been synthesized via diazo-coupling reaction. The phase transfer study is performed by liquid?Cliquid extraction method. It has been deduced from the observations that their precursors 25,26,27-tribenzoyloxy-28-hydroxy-5-(4-aminophenylazo)calix[4] arene (3), 25,27-diacetoniloxy-26,28-dihydroxy-5,17-(4-aminophenylazo)calix[4]arene (4) and bisazocalixphenol-A (5) show a good phase transfer affinity towards selected transition metal cations, unlike copolymer (6). These compounds are studied by the selective extraction of Fe3+ cation from the aqueous phase into the organic phase and it is carried out using compounds 1?C6. It is observed that the reduced azocalix[4]arene 4 is the most efficient (82.93?%) carrier of all compounds (3?C6) in the extraction of Fe3+ at pH 5.4.  相似文献

Different substituents were introduced in positions 2 and 6 of 2,6 diaminopyridine in order to obtain new heterocyclic compounds. A new series of aza pyridine, imidazopyridine, benzodiazepine, indole, pyrimidine, and benzimidazole heterocyclic derivatives were synthesized in good yields. The anticancer activities of some of the new compounds were evaluated against liver cancer cell line HEPG2. Compounds 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, and 17 showed the highest activity when compared to 5-flurouracil (5-FU) and doxorubicin (DOX) chemotherapy.  相似文献

A series of pyridofuro compounds were synthesized from 4-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,2-dihydro-2-oxo-6-(thiophen-2-yl)pyridine-3-carbonitrile (1) as starting material. Alkylation of 1 with ethyl bromoacetate gave the corresponding ester 2, which was condensed with hydrazine hydrate to afford the corresponding acid hydrazide derivative 3. Thrope-Ziegler cyclization of 2 with sodium methoxide gave furo[2,3-b]pyridine derivative 4, which was reacted with thiosemicarbazide, allyl isothiocyanate, formamide or hydrazine hydrate to give furopyridine derivatives 5–8, respectively. The latter compound 8 was cyclized with acetylacetone or formic acid to give the corresponding compounds 9 and 10, respectively. Furthermore, sulfurization of 1 with P2S5 gave the corresponding thioxopyridine 11, which was reacted with glycosyl (or galactosyl) bromide, morpholine or piperidine to give the corresponding thioglycoside 12a,b and Mannich base 14a,b derivatives. The deacetylation of 12a,b gave the corresponding deacetylated thioglycosides 13a,b, respectively. All the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by the elemental analyses and spectroscopic evidences (IR, 1H- and 13C NMR).  相似文献

Heteroaryl substituted analogs of antirhnoviral (A), was prepared by a convergent approach. 3-Nitrophenyl-5- bromooromethylisoxazoles 5a–b were synthesized by [3+2] cycloaddition of 3-(benzoyloxy)-propyne 2 to in situ generated arylnitrile oxides followed by deprotection of cycloadducts 3a–b and bromination of the resulting alcohols 4a–b. Coupling of 3- nitrophenyl-5-bromooromethylisoxazoles (5a–b) with 4-[5-(2-alkyl-2H-tetrazolyl)]phenols (6a–d) in N-methylpyrrolidinone under mild conditions afforded a new series of 2-alkyl-5-{4-[1-(3-nitrophenyl-5-isoxazolyl)methyloxy]phenylr}-2H-tetrazoles (7a–h) in high yields. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by their 1H NMR, Mass spectral, and Elemental Analysis data.  相似文献

A series of d-homo lactones 4?C10 from dehydroepiandrosterone 1 via 16-hydroximino derivatives 2 and 3 were synthesized. The d-homo lactone 4 was transformed by the Oppenauer oxidation to obtain compound 5. The (Z)-2-hydroxymethylene-4-en-3-one compound 6, was obtained through reaction of 4-en-3-one compound 5 with ethyl formate and sodium hydride. The epoxides 8 and 9 were prepared from compound 7 by oxidation with m-chloroperbenzoic acid. Compound 10 was obtained by treating epoxides 8 and 9 with chromium(VI)-oxide. The structure of compounds 6 and 10 were confirmed by X-ray structural analysis. These derivatives were screened for antitumor activity against three tumor cell lines (human breast adenocarcinoma ER+, MCF-7, human breast adenocarcinoma ER?, MDA-MB-231, prostate cancer AR?, PC-3), and one human non-tumor cell line, MRC-5. Compounds 4, 7, 8, and 10 exhibited significant antitumor activity against MDA-MB-231 cells, while compound 5 showed strong cytotoxicity against MDA-MB-231. No compounds displayed toxicity against MRC-5 cells.  相似文献

New organosilicon compounds 13 featuring bulky triphenylsilyl moieties attached to rigid linear or trigonal spacer units have been synthesized and demonstrated to act as clathrate hosts, yielding crystalline inclusion compounds mostly with apolar and aprotic dipolar guest molecules, while the nonbulky dimethylphenylsilyl or trimethylsilyl substituted analogous compounds 4 and 5, which were also synthesized, proved inefficient. X-ray crystal structures of the inclusion compounds 1·DMF (1:1), 1·pyridine (1:1), 2·1,4-dioxane (2:1), 2·pyridine (2:1), 2·p-xylene (2:1), 2·H2O (2:1) as well as of the unsolvated compounds 2 and 5 are described, and thermal stability studies of selected clathrates are reported.  相似文献

Coumarins are important and useful compounds with diverse pharmacological properties. New coumarin derivatives namely N-aminoquinoline-2-one 1, 1-((4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-oxo-2H-pyran-3-yl)methyleneamino)quinolin-2(1H)-one 2 and 1,1′-(1E,1′E)-(1,4-phenylenebis(methan-1-yl-1-ylidene))bis(azan-1-yl-1-ylidene)diquinolin-2(1H)-one 3, were synthesized and characterized by UV–Vis, FT-IR, and NMR spectra in addition of elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds (2 and 3) show considerable anticancer activity against HEp-2 cell line. Synthesized compounds (2 and 3) were tested against selected types of microbial organisms and showed significant activities. The free-radical scavenging activity of synthesized compounds (2 and 3) have been determined by their interaction with the stable free-radical 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrilhydrazyl (DPPH) and all the compounds have shown encouraging antioxidant activities.  相似文献

We present an efficient and facile synthesis of 4,6-diaryl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridine-3-carbonitriles (5aj) via a four-component system of aromatic aldehydes (1), acetophenones (2), ethyl cyanoacetate (3), and ammonium acetate (4). The short reaction time coupled with the simplicity of the reaction procedure and clean reaction make this method one of the most efficient methods for synthesis of this class of compounds.  相似文献

A series of novel 2-(2-(substituted benzylidene)hydrazinyl)-N′-(substituted benzylidene)-6-chloropyridine-4-carbohydrazide (5a–e), 2-(2-cycloalkylidenehydrazinyl)-6-chloro-N’-cyclo-alkylidenepyridine-4-carbohydrazide (6a,b), 2-(2-(1-(4-substituted phenyl)ethylidene)hydrazinyl)-6-chloro-N′-(1-(4-substituted phenyl)ethylidene)pyridine-4-carbohydrazide (7a,b) and 2-(2-(1-(pyridinyl)ethylidene)hydrazinyl)-6-chloro-N′-(1-(pyridinyl) ethylidene)pyridine-4-carbo-hydrazide (8a–c) derivatives have been synthesized by treating treating 2-chloro-6-hydrazinoisonicotinic acid hydrazide 4 with selected active reagents. Their structures were confirmed by spectral and analytical data. The synthesized compounds were investigated for antimicrobial activities. The antimicrobial screening showed that many of these obtained compounds have good activities comparable to Streptomycin and Fusidic acid as reference drugs.  相似文献

A series of new (E)-1-(4-chloro-7-hydroxy-2-aryl-2H-chromen-6-yl)-3-arylprop-2-en-1-ones (2a–2f) have been synthesized by selective mono cyclization of 4,6-dicinnamoyl resorcinols (1a–1f) using Vilsmeier–Haack reagent under conventional heating and microwave irradiation. The structures of the synthesized compounds have been elucidated by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectral data. New benzo-15-crown-5 derivatives containing nitro, amine and imine groups were prepared. Nitro compound (1) was prepared after the reaction?4′,5′-bis(bromethyl)benzo-15-crown-5 and o-nitrophenol in the presence of NaOH. After reduction process by using hydrazine hydrate and Pd/C amine compound (2) was formed. New crown ether imine compounds (35) were synthesized by the condensation of corresponding crown ether diamine (2) with salicylaldehyde derivatives. Sodium complexes of the crown compounds (1a5a) form crystalline 1:1 (Na+: ligand) complexes with sodium perchlorate. Nickel(II) complexes (3b5b) with 1:1 (Ni2+:ligand) stoichiometries were also been synthesized from the Schiff bases (35). The results indicated that the Schiff base ligands coordinated through the azomethine nitrogen and phenolic oxygen. The extraction ability of compounds (1, 3, 4 and 5) were also evaluated in chloroform by using several alkali and transition metal picrates such as Li+, Na+, K+, Cr3+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Pb2+.  相似文献

Diphenylmethane-based receptors (1) bearing urea units were prepared for anion recognition. Analogous anion receptors based on biphenyl (2), diphenylsulfide (3), cyclophane (4) and phenyl (5) were also synthesized as control compounds. Their anion recognition ability was evaluated by 1H-NMR spectroscopy in CDCl3 at 297 K. The association constants for the complexation between receptors and anions are strongly dependent on the framework of the receptors and the urea moiety substituent. The much stronger binding of a chloride anion by the diphenylmethane-based receptor (1a) having two p-toluenesulfonyl urea groups was observed. It is rationalized by the stronger hydrogen bond donor strength of the p-toluenesulfonyl urea group and the moderate flexibility of the diphenylmethane framework and is explained in terms of the complex geometry.  相似文献

A novel series of diaryl urea derivatives bearing sulfonamide moiety have been designed and synthesized.Their in vitro antitumor effect against human cancer cell lines MX-1,A375,HepG2,Ketr3 and HT-29 was screened and evaluated by the standard MTT assay with sorafenib as the positive control.Some of the compounds showed significant inhibitory activity against multiple cell lines compared to sorafenib.In particular,2,6-dimethyl-4-{6-[3-(4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)urea]naphthalen-2-yl}sulfonyl morpholine(10d)was found to be the most potent against A375,HepG2 and Ketr3 with IC50values of 0.65–0.97mol/L,which were 5–20-fold more potent than sorafenib.Compound 10d emerged as a valuable lead for further optimization.  相似文献

A series of new benzo-15-crown-5 derivatives (16) containing formyl and imine groups were prepared. New formyl crown ethers (1 and 2) were prepared by reaction of 4′,5′-bis(bromomethyl)benzo-15-crown-5 with 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (o-vanillin) and 2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzaldehyde in the presence of NaOH. New Schiff bases (36) were synthesized by the condensation of corresponding aldehydes with 1,3-diaminopropane and 1,4-diaminobutane. Sodium and potassium complexes (1a6a and 1b6b) of the crown compounds forming crystalline complexes of 1:1 (Na+:ligand) and 1:2 (K+:ligand) stoichiometries were also synthesized. The structures of the aldehydes 1 and 2, imines 36 and complexes (1a3a and 1b3b) were confirmed on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, and mass spectroscopy.  相似文献

The following compounds have been synthesized: (a) hydantoins 5,5-dimethylimidazolidine-2,4-dione (1), 1??,3??-dihydrospiro[imidazolidine-4,2??-indene]-2,5-dione (2), 3??,4??-dihydro-1??H-spiro[imidazolidine-4,2??-naphthalene]-2,5-dione (3); (b) monomers: 5,5-dimethyl-3-(4-vinylbenzyl)imidazolidine-2,4-dione (4), 1-(4-vinylbenzyl)-1??,3??-dihydrospiro[imidazolidine-4,2??-indene]-2,5-dione (5), 1-(4-vinylbenzyl)-3??,4??-dihydro-1??H-spiro[imidazolidine-4,2??-naphthalene]-2,5-dione (6), (two of them are unknown: 5 and 6); (c) macromolecular compounds: poly(chloromethyl-p-styrene) (7), used as reference, and three polymers (two of them are novel) obtained by substitution of hydantoins 1?C3 to poly(methyl-p-styrene) (8?C10). Their thermal properties have been studied by thermogravimetry. It was found that the chemical structure, tautomerization, and intermolecular interaction influence the thermal stability of substrates. The presence of phenyl rings causes the increase of resistance of studied hydantoins. The obtained polymers are characterized by significantly improved thermal stability comparing to poly (chloromethyl-p-styrene). The mechanism of thermal degradation of investigated polymers and explanation of their thermal resistance has been proposed. The relatively high temperatures of glass transition of polymers have been determined by DSC.  相似文献

New salicylic (2-hydroxybenzoic) acid derivatives 16 were prepared by conventional heating or microwave irradiation of a mixture consisting of methyl salicylate and the corresponding amino alcohol (2,2′-dihydroxydiethylamine, 2,2′,2″-trihydroxytriethylamine or N-phenyl-2,2′-dihydroxydiethylamine) and metallic sodium as catalyst. For compounds 1, 3, and 5 X-ray structure analysis was performed, as well as molecular mechanics calculations (MMC), to define their conformation in terms of their energy minima. Comparison of crystal and MMC structures for these three compounds (1, 3, and 5) revealed that the intramolecular hydrogen bonds play an important role, stabilizing conformation of the most part of the molecule. The antioxidant activity and cytotoxicity of the synthesized derivatives were evaluated in a series of in vitro tests. The newly synthesized compounds exhibited strong activity against hydroxyl radical, as well as promising lipid peroxidation inhibition. The study showed that the electronic effects of the groups at the N atom are responsible for neutralization of the OH radical, i.e., antioxidant activity. Compounds 13 exhibited sub-micromolar cytotoxicity against HeLa S3, whereas compounds 1, 3 and 5 efficiently inhibited the growth of PC3 cells.  相似文献

A series of new unsymmetrical 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazoles (3ad) has been synthesized to evaluate their antibacterial and thermal properties. All compounds have been tested for their in vitro antibacterial activity against two Gram-positive bacteria namely, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. Among the tested compounds, compound 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(thiophen-2-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (3c) has been found to be most potent member having minimum inhibitory concentration. Thermal stability and melting point of compounds have been studied by TG and DSC analysis in air atmosphere at heating rate of 10 °C min?1. Thermal degradation kinetics of the most potent antibacterial compound 3c has been carried out by multiple heating rate model free kinetic methods namely, Ozawa–Flynn–Wall, modified Coats-Redfern, and Kissinger.  相似文献

New organooligosiloxanes 15 (Scheme 1) featuring α ,ω -arylethynyl moieties have been synthesized. Complex ensembles of weak intramolecular interactions lead to the formation of interesting architectures, exhibiting the unusual U-shaped molecular geometry of compounds 1, 2 and 4, which has not been found previously example. Replacement of the methyl groups in 1 by phenyl substituents in the disiloxane 4 gives rise to the formation of hydrophobic monolayers different from the bilayer packing behavior of the analogous compound 1. Incorporation of methoxy substituted arene units in the α ,ω -positions completely abolishes intramolecular interactions as indicated in compound 5, which alsoshows the lowest degree of supramolecular contacts (while all the other packing structures are dominated by π -stacking andC-H···π interactions).  相似文献
