We propose a control system including an on-line trained linear neural controller to control chaotic systems. The control system stabilizes a chaotic orbit onto an unstable fixed point without using the knowledge of the location of the point and the local linearized dynamics at the point. Furthermore, the control system can track the stabilized orbit to the unstable fixed point whose location and local dynamics vary slowly with a variation of the system parameter. This paper extends a previous paper (Konishi and Kokame, 1995) for more general situations and improves the neural controller proposed in the previous paper both to simplify the training algorithm and to guarantee the convergence of the neural controller. The stability analysis of the control system reveals that some unstable fixed points cannot be stabilized in the control system. Numerical experiments show that the control system works well for controlling high-dimensional chaotic systems.  相似文献

In this study we examine the complex and chaotic oscillations of a dynamical system with nonlinear excitation and restoring forces for the purpose of controlling these oscillatory states. The physical system, modeled as a system of first-order nonlinear ordinary differential equations, takes into account a geometric nonlinearity in the restoring force, a quadratic viscous drag, and a harmonic excitation force. It is controlled using small perturbations about a selected unstable cycle and control is instigated for periodic cycles of varying periodicities. The controller, when applied on the dynamical system with additive random noise in the excitation, successfully controls the system with noise levels in excess of 5% of the total energy, giving the first evidence that (stochastic) control of these systems is possible. 对于具有隐藏吸引子的混沌系统,既有文献大多只针对整数阶系统进行分析与控制研究.基于Sprott E系统,构建了仅有一个稳定平衡点的分数阶混沌系统,通过相位图、Poincare映射和功率谱等,分析了该系统的基本动力学特征.结果显示,该系统展现出了丰富而复杂的动力学特性,且通过随阶次变化的分岔图可知,系统在不同阶次下呈现出周期运动、倍周期运动和混沌运动等状态,这些动力学特征对于保密通信等实际工程领域有重要的研究价值.针对该具有隐藏吸引子的分数阶系统,应用分数阶系统有限时间稳定性理论设计控制器,对系统进行有限时间同步控制,并通过数值仿真验证了其有效性.  相似文献

We present an automatic control method for phase locking of regular and chaotic nonidentical oscillations, when all subsystems interact via feedback. This method is based on the well known principle of feedback control which takes place in nature and is successfully used in engineering. In contrast to unidirectional and bidirectional coupling, the approach presented here supposes the existence of a special controller, which allows to change the parameters of the controlled systems. First we discuss general principles of automatic phase synchronization (PS) for arbitrary coupled systems with a controller whose input is given by a special quadratic form of coordinates of the individual systems and its output is a result of the application of a linear differential operator. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach for controlled PS on several examples: (i) two coupled regular oscillators, (ii) coupled regular and chaotic oscillators, (iii) two coupled chaotic Rössler oscillators, (iv) two coupled foodweb models, (v) coupled chaotic Rössler and Lorenz oscillators, (vi) ensembles of locally coupled regular oscillators, (vii) ensembles of locally coupled chaotic oscillators, and (viii) ensembles of globally coupled chaotic oscillators.  相似文献

针对一类连续时间异结构混沌系统, 利用自抗扰控制很强的鲁棒性, 提出了一种异结构混沌系统反同步的自抗扰控制策略.针对所设计的自抗扰控制器参数较多, 难以整定的问题, 提出了应用混沌粒子群优化算法对控制器进行参数寻优设计. 以Lorenz系统和Chua系统两个异结构混沌系统为例进行仿真验证, 由仿真结果可知, 该方法可以实现异结构混沌系统较快的反同步控制, 且具有很强的抗干扰能力. 关键词: 异结构混沌系统反同步 自抗扰控制器 混沌粒子群优化算法 参数寻优  相似文献

基于washout滤波器技术的混沌控制方法不仅能用于参数不变的混沌系统的控制,还可用于参数受扰动时的混沌系统的控制.给出了参数受扰动情况下基于washout滤波器技术的控制器设计的一个充分条件.数值仿真表明,该控制方法易于实现、控制代价小、能使原混沌系统的不稳定不动点稳定,而且具有一定的鲁棒性,很适合于工程应用. 关键词: 混沌控制 参数受扰动 washout滤波器  相似文献

In this paper we demonstrate that convective Cahn-Hilliard models, describing phase separation of driven systems (e.g., faceting of growing thermodynamically unstable crystal surfaces), exhibit, with the increase of the driving force, a transition from the usual coarsening regime to a chaotic behavior without coarsening via a pattern-forming state characterized by the formation of various stationary and traveling periodic structures as well as structures with localized oscillations. Relation of this phenomenon to a kinetic roughening of thermodynamically unstable surfaces is discussed.  相似文献

In this paper we investigate the synchronization of a class of three-dimensional fractional-order chaotic systems.Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and adaptive control technique,a single adaptive-feedback controller is developed to synchronize a class of fractional-order chaotic systems.The presented controller which only contains a single driving variable is simple both in design and in implementation.Numerical simulation and circuit experimental results for fractional-order chaotic system are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of a permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) is analyzed. Nominal and special operating conditions are explored to show that the PMSM can experience chaos. A nonlinear controller is introduced to control these unwanted chaotic oscillations and to bring the PMSM to a stable steady state. The designed controller uses a pole-placement approach to force the closed-loop system to follow the performance of a simple first-order linear system with zero steady-state error to a desired set point. The similarity between the mathematical model of the PMSM and the famous chaotic Lorenz system is utilized to design a synchronization-based state observer using only the angular speed for feedback. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller in eliminating the chaotic oscillations while using a single feedback signal. The superiority of the proposed controller is further demonstrated by comparing it with a conventional PID controller. Finally, a laboratory-based experiment was conducted using the MCK2812 C Pro-MS(BL) motion control kit to confirm the theoretical results and to verify both the causality and versatility of the proposed controller.  相似文献

提出遗传神经网络控制混沌新方法.将小扰动技术和周期控制技术结合起来,用遗传算法训练神经网络,使之成为混沌控制器.对Henon映射和Logistic映射的仿真结果说明控制器能产生小扰动控制序列信号,将混沌振荡转变成规则运动状态.该方法无需了解动态系统数学模型,具有一定抗噪声干扰能力,可将它推广应用到其他混沌系统的控制中. 关键词: 遗传算法 神经网络 混沌 周期控制  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the stabilization of an incommensurate fractional order chaotic systems and propose a modified adaptive-feedback controller for the incommensurate fractional order chaos control based on the Lyapunov stability theory, the fractional order differential inequality and the adaptive control theory. The present controller, which only contains a single state variable, is simple both in design and in implementation. The simulation results for several fractional order chaotic systems are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

针对分数阶混沌系统的同步问题, 基于滑模控制理论和自适应控制理论, 设计了一个具有较强鲁棒性的分数阶积分滑模面, 并提出了一种自适应滑模控制器在不消除非线性项的情况下实现一类三维分数阶混沌系统同步的方法. 利用所设计的自适应滑膜控制器实现了分数阶Chen系统、分数阶Liu系统以及分数阶Arneodo系统的混沌同步. 数值模拟仿真结果验证了所设计的控制器的有效性和可行性.  相似文献

针对含参数不确定的整数阶统一混沌系统, 提出一种鲁棒分数阶比例-微分(PDμ)控制. 通过变换将受控统一混沌系统转换成等效被控对象及其等效控制器. 针对等效被控对象, 基于一种改进Monje-Vinagre方法并考虑到求解性能约束方程组的复杂度, 设计了鲁棒PDμ控制器. 通过基于最小相角边界传递函数和最大增益边界传递函数的设计约束来保证受控统一混沌系统对参数不确定性的鲁棒性能. 数值仿真验证了所提出方法的有效性.  相似文献

This paper addresses the stability issue for a class of piecewise affine (PWA) systems, where the state spaces are assumed to be dividable into a certain number of hypercuboid subspaces. By constructing appropriate piecewise continuous Lyapunov functions, several numerically tractable stability criteria are developed for four subclasses of such PWA systems, which allow to recast the switching control problem for the PWA systems as a convex optimization problem. Moreover, the proposed method is applied to switching controller design for (globally and locally) stabilizing the unstable equilibrium points of PWA chaotic systems. Numerical simulations on the chaotic Chua's circuit are presented to verify the theoretical results.  相似文献

With system parameters falling into a certain area, power system with excitation limits experiences complicated chaotic oscillations which threaten the secure and stable operation of power system. In this paper, to control these unwanted chaotic oscillations, a straightforward adaptive chaos controller based on Lyapunov asymptotical stability theory is designed. Since the presented controller does not need to change the controlled system structure and not to use any information of system except the system state variables, the designed controller is simple and desirable. In this paper we present a new simple controller for a chaotic system, that is, the Newton--Leipnik equation with two strange attractors: the upper attractor (UA) and the lower attractor (LA). The controller design is based on the passive technique. The final structure of this controller for original stabilization has a simple nonlinear feedback form. Using a passive method, we prove the stability of a closed-loop system. Based on the controller derived from the passive principle, we investigate three different kinds of chaotic control of the system, separately: the original control forcing the chaotic motion to settle down to the origin from an arbitrary position of the phase space; the chaotic intra-attractor control for stabilizing the equilibrium points only belonging to the upper chaotic attractor or the lower chaotic one, and the inter-attractor control for compelling the chaotic oscillation from one basin to another one. Both theoretical analysis and simulation results verify the validity of the suggested method.  相似文献

Lorenz systems family unifying Lorenz system, Chen system and Lü system is a typical chaotic family. In this paper, we consider impulsive control Lorenz chaotic systems family with time-varying impulse intervals. By establishing an effective tool of a set of inequalities, we analyze the asymptotic stability of impulsive control Lorenz systems family and obtain some new less conservative conditions. Based on the stability analysis, we design a novel impulsive controller with time-varying impulse intervals. Illustrative examples are provided to show the feasibility and effectiveness of our method. The obtained results not only can be used to design impulsive control for Lorenz systems family, but also can be extended to other chaotic systems.  相似文献

研究分数阶时滞混沌系统同步问题,基于状态观测器方法和分数阶系统稳定性理论,设计分数阶时滞混沌系统同步控制器,使得分数阶时滞混沌系统达到同步,同时给出了数学证明过程.该同步控制器采用驱动系统和响应系统的输出变量进行设计,无需驱动系统和响应系统的状态变量,简化了控制器的设计,提高了控制器的实用性.利用Lyapunov稳定性理论和分数阶线性矩阵不等式,研究并给出了同步控制器参数的选择条件.以分数阶时滞Chen混沌系统为例,设计基于状态观测器的同步控制器,实现了分数阶时滞Chen混沌系统同步,并将其应用于保密通信系统中.仿真结果证明了该同步方法的有效性.  相似文献

Many chaotic dynamical systems of physical interest present a strong form of nonhyperbolicity called unstable dimension variability (UDV), for which the chaotic invariant set contains periodic orbits possessing different numbers of unstable eigendirections. The onset of UDV is usually related to the loss of transversal stability of an unstable fixed point embedded in the chaotic set. In this paper, we present a new mechanism for the onset of UDV, whereby the period of the unstable orbits losing transversal stability tends to infinity as we approach the onset of UDV. This mechanism is unveiled by means of a periodic orbit analysis of the invariant chaotic attractor for two model dynamical systems with phase spaces of low dimensionality, and seems to depend heavily on the chaotic dynamics in the invariant set. We also described, for these systems, the blowout bifurcation (for which the chaotic set as a whole loses transversal stability) and its relation with the situation where the effects of UDV are the most intense. For the latter point, we found that chaotic trajectories off, but very close to, the invariant set exhibit the same scaling characteristic of the so-called on-off intermittency.  相似文献
