In this work, for the first time, Solanum melongena plant extract was used for the green synthesis of Pd/MnO2 nanocomposite via reduction osf Pd(II) ions to Pd(0) and their immobilization on the surface of manganese dioxide (MnO2) nanoparticles (NPs) as an effective support. The synthesized nanocomposite were characterized by various analytical techniques such as Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS) and UV–Vis spectroscopy. The catalytic activity of Pd/MnO2 nanocomposite was used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the one‐pot synthesis of 5‐substituted 1H‐tetrazoles from aryl halides containing various electron‐donating or electron‐withdrawing groups in the presence of K 4 [Fe (CN) 6 ] as non‐toxic cyanide source and sodium azide. The products were obtained in good yields via a simple methodology and easy work‐up. The nanocatalyst can be recycled and reused several times with no remarkable loss of activity.  相似文献

Targeted drug delivery is a promising approach to overcome the limitations of classical chemotherapy. In this respect, Imatinib‐loaded chitosan‐modified magnetic nanoparticles were prepared as a pH sensitive system for targeted delivery of drug to tumor sites by applying a magnetic field. The proposed magnetic nanoparticles were prepared through modification of magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles with chitosan and Imatinib. The structural, morphological and physicochemical properties of the synthesized nanoparticles were determined by different analytical techniques including energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Fourier‐transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR‐TEM), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). UV/visible spectrophotometry was used to measure the Imatinib contents. Thermal stability of the prepared particles was investigated and their efficiency of drug loading and release profile were evaluated. The results demonstrated that Fe3O4@CS acts as a pH responsive nanocarrier in releasing the loaded Imatinib molecules. Furthermore, the Fe3O4@CS/Imatinib nanoparticles displayed cytotoxic effect against MCF‐7 breast cancer cells. Results of this study can provide new insights in the development of pH responsive targeted drug delivery systems to overcome the side effects of conventional chemotherapy.  相似文献

A robust synthesis for magnetic CoFe2O4 nanoparticles via a hydrothermal technique was investigated. The prepared magnetic nanoparticles were characterized using powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning, transmission and high‐resolution transmission electron microscopies, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and infrared spectroscopies, thermogravimetric analysis and vibrating sample magnetometry. Based on the obtained data, the prepared powder was composed of ultrafine particles in nanometer size range with highly homogeneous spherical shape and elemental composition. Moreover, the prepared magnetic CoFe2O4 nanoparticles were used as an efficient catalyst for green synthesis of tetrahydropyridines and pyrrole derivatives in excellent yields, with easy work‐up and purification of products by non‐chromatographic methods. The catalyst can be recovered for subsequent reactions and reused without any appreciable loss of activity. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Zirconia/polydopamine (ZrO2/PDA) nanocomposite multilayer films were constructed on Si substrate via a novel nonelectrostatic layer‐by‐layer (NELBL) assembly technique. The building block of this technique is the newly reported dopamine molecule, which can be attached to almost all material surfaces and undergo oxidation‐polymerization to form PDA layers; more importantly, the outer hydroxyl groups of the PDA layer can chelated with certain inorganic oxide nanoparticles to generate oxide films. Thus, ZrO2/PDA nanocomposite multilayer films were fabricated by sequential NELBL deposition of PDA and ZrO2 nanoparticles. The formation of the ZrO2/PDA nanocomposite multilayer films was monitored by the water contact angle (WCA) and ellipsometric thickness measurements, while the microstructure of the fabricated films was analyzed by means of atomic force microscope (AFM), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), X‐ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The mechanical and anticorrosion behaviors of the annealed ZrO2/PDA nanocomposite multilayers were found to be greatly enhanced as compared with that of the annealed homogeneous ZrO2 film. The better mechanical and anticorrosion behaviors of the annealed ZrO2/PDA nanocomposite multilayers than the annealed homogeneous ZrO2 film may be closely related to their special microstructure. Namely, the organic–inorganic hybrid microstructure of the annealed ZrO2/PDA nanocomposite multilayers may largely account for the increased nanohardness and corrosion resistance. Synthesis of bis(4‐pyridylamino)triazine stabilized on silica‐coated nano‐Fe3O4 particles, and their feasibility as a reusable heterogeneous basic catalyst are reported. The catalytic performance of this novel material was studied for the green synthesis of highly functionalized 4H ‐pyran, 4H ‐thiopyran and 1,4‐dihydropyridine derivatives via one‐pot multicomponent reactions. Eco‐friendly method, high yield and purity of desired products, short reaction time along with ease of workup procedure outline the advantages of these new methodologies over earlier ones. Surface and magnetic properties of the core–shell hybrid nanoparticles were characterized via transmission and scanning electron microscopies, X‐ray diffraction, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopies and vibrating sample magnetometry. In this article, we report a facile route to the preparation of hollow superparamagnetic magnetite/polystyrene nanocomposite microspheres via inverse miniemulsion polymerization at room temperature and under ambient pressure. Water droplets act as a soft template for the formation of hollow structure. Meanwhile, the existence of amphipathic magnetite nanoparticles (MPs) which can assemble at the interface of W/O is favorable to the interfacial polymerization of styrene, ensuring the formation of hollow nanocomposite microspheres. The final products were thoroughly characterized by X‐ray powder diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), which showed the formation of hollow magnetite/polystyrene nanocomposite microspheres. Magnetic hysteresis loop measurements revealed that both MPs and hollow nanocomposite microspheres displayed superparamagnetism. The effects of the content of H2O, sorbitan monooleate (Span 80) and styrene and the dose rate on the morphology of nanocomposite microspheres were studied. Furthermore, the mechanism of the formation of the hollow magnetic microspheres was also discussed. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 46: 3900–3910, 2008  相似文献

A green, novel and extremely efficient nanocatalyst was successfully synthesized by the immobilization of Ni as a transition metal on Fe3O4 nanoparticles coated with tryptophan. This nanostructured material was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry and X‐ray diffraction. The prepared nanocatalyst was applied for the oxidation of sulfides, oxidative coupling of thiols and synthesis of 5‐substituted 1H‐tetrazoles. The use of non‐toxic, green and inexpensive materials, easy separation of magnetic nanoparticles from a reaction mixture using a magnetic field, efficient and one‐pot synthesis, and high yields of products are the most important advantages of this nanocatalyst.  相似文献

A novel Cu (II) Schiff‐base complex immobilized on core‐shell magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SPNC) was successfully designed and synthesized. The structural features of these nanoparticles were studied and confirmed by using various techniques including FT‐IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X‐Ray diffraction (XRD), wavelength dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (WDX), and inductively coupled plasma (ICP). These newly synthesized nanoparticles have been used as efficient heterogeneous catalytic system for one‐pot multicomponent synthesis of new pyrano[2,3‐b]pyridine‐3‐carboxamide derivatives. Notably, the catalyst could be easily separated from the reaction mixture by using an external magnet and reused for several successive reaction runs with no significant loss of activity or copper leaching. The present protocol benefits from a hitherto unreported MNPs‐immobilized Cu (II) Schiff‐base complex as an efficient nanocatalyst for the synthesis of newly reported derivatives of pyrano[2,3‐b]pyridine‐3‐carboxamide from one‐pot multicomponent reactions.  相似文献

In this study, the immobilization of sulfonic acid on silica‐layered magnetite was carried out by the reaction of ClSO3H with silica‐layered magnetite. The prepared magnetic nanoparticles of Fe3O4@SiO2‐SO3H were then characterized using scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, and transmission electron microscopy. The sulfonated nanocomposite exhibited excellent catalytic activity and reusability in the reduction of various aldoximes and ketoximes with NaBH3CN in the presence of ZrCl4. All reactions were carried out under solvent‐free conditions (r.t. or 75–80°C) within 3–70 min to afford amines in high to excellent yields.  相似文献

Nanocellulose (NC) materials have some unique properties, which make them attractive as organic or inorganic supports for catalytic applications. Nanocatalysts with diameters of less than 100 nm are difficult to separate from the reaction mixture, therefore, magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were used as catalysts to overcome this problem. Fe3O4@NCs/BF0.2 as a green, bio‐based, eco‐friendly, and recyclable catalyst was synthesized and characterized using fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), X‐ray fluorescence (XRF), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) techniques. Fe3O4@NCs/BF0.2 was employed for the synthesis of 2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐perimidine derivatives via a reaction of 1,8‐diaminonaphthalene with various aldehydes at room temperature under solvent‐free conditions. The present procedure offers several advantages including a short reaction time, excellent yields, easy separation of catalyst, and environmental friendliness.  相似文献

Reduced graphene oxide (RGO)‐supported Cu–Cu2O nanocomposite material (Cu‐Cu2O@RGO) was prepared through a one‐pot reflux synthesis method. The morphology, crystal structure and composition of the prepared Cu‐Cu2O@RGO were characterized using transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and X‐ray photoelectron, infrared and Raman spectroscopies. Cu‐Cu2O@RGO as a heterogeneous catalyst was applied to tandem reactions of halides and sodium azide with terminal alkynes to synthesize effectively 1,4‐disubstituted 1,2,3‐triazoles. Moreover, the catalyst showed excellent recyclability performance with very little leaching of the metal. Compared with homogeneous catalysts, Cu‐Cu2O@RGO as a green and efficient catalyst was recoverable, easy to separate and highly stable in the tandem method for the synthesis of 1,2,3‐triazole compounds.  相似文献

The structure of this nanocatalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray diffraction and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. The immobilization of sulfonic acid on the surface of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) as a novel acid nanocatalyst has been successfully reported. The morphological features, thermal stability, magnetic properties, and other physicochemical properties of the prepared superparamagnetic core–shell (Fe3O4@PFBA–Metformin@SO3H) were thoroughly characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis–differential thermal analysis (TGA‐DTA), atomic force microscopy (AFM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) techniques. It was applied as an efficient and reusable catalyst for the synthesis of 2‐(piperazin‐1‐yl) quinoxaline and benzimidazole derivatives via a one‐pot multiple‐component cascade reaction under green conditions. The results displayed the excellent catalytic activity of Fe3O4@PFBA–metformin@SO3H as an organic–inorganic hybrid nanocatalyst in condensation and multicomponent Mannich‐type reactions. The easy separation, simple workup, excellent stability, and reusability of the nanocatalyst and quantitative yields of products and short reaction time are some outstanding advantages of this protocol.  相似文献

Fe3O4 nanoparticles were indirectly implanted onto functionalized multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) leading to a nanocomposite with stronger magnetic performance. Poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) oligomer was first reacted with hydroxyl‐functionalized MWCNTs (MWCNTs‐OH) forming PAA‐grafted MWCNTs (PAA‐g‐MWCNTs). Subsequently, Fe3O4 nanoparticles were attached onto the surface of PAA‐g‐MWCNTs through an amidation reaction between the amino groups on the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and the carboxyl groups of PAA. Fourier transform infrared spectra confirmed that the Fe3O4 nanoparticles and PAA‐g‐MWCNTs were indeed chemically linked. The morphology of the nanocomposites was characterized using transmission electron microscope (TEM). The surface and bulk structure of the nanocomposites were examined using X‐ray diffraction, X‐ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The magnetic performance was characterized by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and the magnetic saturation value of the magnetic nanocomposites was 47 emu g?1. The resulting products could be separated from deionized water under an external magnetic field within about 15 s. Finally, the magnetorheological (MR) performances of the synthesized magnetic nanocomposites and pure Fe3O4 nanoparticles were examined using a rotational rheometer. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A copper catalyst has been explored as an efficient and recyclable catalyst to effect Sonogashira and Suzuki cross‐coupling reactions. After modification of 2‐(((piperazin‐1‐ylmethyl)imino)methyl)phenol (PP) on the surface of amorphous silica‐coated iron oxide (Fe3O4@SiO2@Cl) magnetic core–shell nanocomposite, copper(II) chloride was employed to synthesize the Fe3O4@SiO2@PP‐Cu catalyst, affording a copper loading of 1.52 mmol g−1. High yield, low reaction times, non‐toxicity and recyclability of the catalyst are the main merits of this protocol. The catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared, X‐ray photoelectron, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopies, and vibrating sample magnetometry.  相似文献

Betti base‐modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles have been successfully designed and synthesized for the first time through the condensation of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles coated by (3‐aminopropyl)triethoxysilane with β‐naphthol and benzaldehyde. Their application as a novel magnetic nanocatalyst in the Knoevenagel condensation and also application to immobilization of palladium nanoparticles for Suzuki coupling reactions have been investigated which opens a new field for application of Betti base derivatives in organic transformations. The synthesized inorganic–organic hybrid nanocatalyst has been fully been characterized using Fourier transform infrared, X‐ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometry, transmission and scanning electron microscopies, energy‐dispersive X‐ray, wavelength‐dispersive X‐ray and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopies and inductively coupled plasma techniques. The catalyst was easily separated with the assistance of an external magnet from the reaction mixture and reused for several consecutive runs with no significant loss of its catalytic efficiency. The Glucose amount of human blood is very vital because in higher levels than allowed value the corporal biological system was hampered. Therefore, in this study, the Cu2O was deposited on the reduced Graphene oxide (RGO) by polydopamin (PDA) as linker. The new RGO‐PDA‐Cu2O nanocomposite was deposited on the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface after its characterization by UV–Visible, fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Energy‐dispersive X‐ray (EDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) techniques. The electroanalysis of the new electrode was investigated by the cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods. The obtained detection limit of glucose (Glu) showed that the deposited GCE by RGO‐PDA‐Cu2O nanocomposite has a high potential for its diagnosis. In addition, this electrode was applied to the Glu detection as biosensor in real samples in order to utilize in commercial applications.  相似文献

Nanoscale anatase titania was embedded within the porous chromium terephthalate MIL‐101 under low‐temperature hydrothermal treatment. The metal–organic framework shell acting as host matrix can effectively prevent the titania nanoparticles from aggregating and enable a good dispersion of these nanoparticles. The X‐ray diffraction spectra, transmission electron micrography and X‐ray photoelectron spectra clearly showed successful impregnation of the nano‐sized anatase titania within the body of MIL‐101. The resulting TiO2/MIL‐101 nanocomposite was considered as bifunctional material with abundant adsorptive domains and catalytic domains, and was packed in a quartz tube as a convenient trapping and photocatalytic reactor for hazardous volatile pollutants. The composite showed great potential for adsorptive and photocatalytic degradation of these volatile pollutants, such as formaldehyde and o‐xylene, which were online monitored by thermal desorption gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection.  相似文献

In this work, a screen‐printed carbon electrode (SPCE) was modified with a cobalt/porous silicon (Co@PSi) nanocomposite powder to develop a nonenzymatic sensor for the detection of hydrogen peroxide. The Co@PSi nanocomposite was synthesized through the chemical reaction between silicon powder in a HF/HNO3 solution and cobalt cations. In this process, cobalt nanoparticles were anchored on the porous silicon. The structure and morphology of the synthesized nanocomposite were investigated by X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray photoemission spectroscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, and field‐emission scanning electron microscopy. The constructed nonenzymatic, screen‐printed sensors based on the Co@PSi nanocomposite showed perfect electrocatalytic oxidation response to hydrogen peroxide over the range 1–170 and 170–3,770 μmol/L with the limit of detection of 0.8 μmol/L. In addition, the Co@PSi‐SPCE sensor exhibited good selectivity for the determination of H2O2 in the presence of common interfering species including glucose, ascorbic acid, uric acid, dopamine, nitrate, and nitrite ions. The constructed electrochemical sensor was successfully used for the determination of H2O2 in real samples.  相似文献
