A novel POSS‐containing methacrylate monomer (HEMAPOSS) was fabricated by extending the side chain between polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) unit and methacrylate group, which can efficiently decrease the steric hindrance in free‐radical polymerization of POSS‐methacrylate monomer. POSS‐containing homopolymers (PHEMAPOSS) with a higher degree of polymerization (DP) can be prepared using HEMAPOSS monomer via reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. PHEMAPOSS was further used as the macro‐RAFT agent to construct a series of amphiphilic POSS‐containing poly(N, N‐dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) diblock copolymers, PHEMAPOSS‐b‐PDMAEMA. PHEMAPOSS‐b‐PDMAEMA block copolymers can self‐assemble into a plethora of morphologies ranging from irregular assembled aggregates to core‐shell spheres and further from complex spheres (pearl‐necklace‐liked structure) to large compound vesicles. The thermo‐ and pH‐responsive behaviors of the micelles were also investigated by dynamic laser scattering, UV spectroscopy, SEM, and TEM. The results reveal the reversible transition of the assembled morphologies from spherical micelles to complex micelles was realized through acid‐base control. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. An organic–inorganic copolymer with polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) and xanthate moieties in the main chain was synthesized via the polycondensation between 3,13‐di(2‐bromopropionate)propyl double‐decker silsesquioxane (DDSQ) and 1,4‐di(xanthate potassium)butane. This hybrid copolymer was used as the macromolecular chain transfer agent to obtain the organic–inorganic poly(N‐vinylpyrrolidone) (PVPy) copolymers via a reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer/macromolecular design via the interchange of xanthates (RAFT/MADIX) polymerization approach; the polymerization behavior of N‐vinyl pyrrolidone was investigated by means of gel permeation chromatography. It was found that the polymerization was in a living and controlled manner. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the organic–inorganic PVPy copolymers with DDSQ in the main chains were microphase‐separated in bulks. Compared to plain PVPy, the organic–inorganic PVPy copolymers displayed the decreased glass transition temperatures (Tgs); the decreased Tgs are attributable to the effect of the introduced DDSQ cages on the packing of PVPy chains as evidenced by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). In water, the organic–inorganic PVPy copolymers can self‐assemble into the spherical nano‐objects with the size of 20–50 nm in diameter. In the self‐assembled nano‐objects, the aggregates of the hydrophobic DDSQ constituted the cores of the polymeric micelles whereas the PVPy chains between the DDSQ behaved as the coronas of the polymeric micelles. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Surface functionalization in a nanoscopic scaffold is highly desirable to afford nano‐particles with diversified features and functions. Herein are reported the surface decoration of dispersed block copolymer nano‐objects. First, side‐chain double bond containing oleic acid based macro chain transfer agent (macroCTA), poly(2‐(methacryloyloxy)ethyl oleate) (PMAEO), was synthesized by reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization and used as a steric stabilizer during the RAFT dispersion block copolymerization of benzyl methacrylate (BzMA) in n‐heptane at 70 °C. We have found that block copolymer morphologies could evolve from spherical micelles, through worm to vesicles, and finally to large compound vesicles with the increase of solvophobic poly(BzMA) block length, keeping solvophilic chain length and total solid content constant. Finally, different thiol compounds having alkyl, carboxyl, hydroxyl, and protected amine functionalities have been ligated onto the PMAEO segment, which is prone to functionalization via its reactive double bond through thiol‐ene radical reactions. Thiol‐ene modification reactions of the as‐synthesized nano‐objects retain their morphologies as visualized by field emission‐scanning electron microscopy. Thus, the facile and modular synthetic approach presented in this study allowed in situ preparation of surface modified block copolymer nano‐objects at very high concentration, where renewable resource derived oleate surface in the nanoparticle was functionalized. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Aminopropylisobutyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) was used to prepare a POSS‐containing reversible addition‐fragmentation transfer (RAFT) agent. The POSS‐containing RAFT agent was used in the RAFT polymerization of N‐isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) to produce tadpole‐shaped organic/inorganic hybrid Poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM). The results show that the POSS‐containing RAFT agent was an effective chain transfer agent in the RAFT polymerization of NIPAM, and the polymerization kinetics were found to be pseudo‐first‐order behavior. The thermal properties of the organic/inorganic hybrid PNIPAM were also characterized by differential scanning calorimetry. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the tadpole‐shaped inorganic/organic hybrid PNIPAM was enhanced by POSS molecule. The self‐assembly behavior of the tadpole‐shaped inorganic/organic hybrid PNIPAM was investigated by atomic force microscopy and dynamic light scattering. The results show the core‐shell nanostructured micelles with a uniform diameter. The diameter of the micelle increases with the molecular weight of the hybrid PNIPAM. Surprisingly, the micelle of the tadpole‐shaped inorganic/organic hybrid PNIPAM with low molecular weight has a much bigger and more compact core than that with high molecular weight. © Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Polymerization‐induced self‐assembly of block copolymer through dispersion RAFT polymerization has been demonstrated to be a valid method to prepare block copolymer nano‐objects. However, volatile solvents are generally involved in this preparation. Herein, the in situ synthesis of block copolymer nano‐objects of poly(ethylene glycol)‐block‐polystyrene (PEG‐b‐PS) in the ionic liquid of 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIN][PF6]) through the macro‐RAFT agent mediated dispersion polymerization is investigated. It is found that the dispersion RAFT polymerization of styrene in the ionic liquid of [BMIN][PF6] runs faster than that in the alcoholic solvent, and the dispersion RAFT polymerization in the ionic liquid affords good control over the molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of the PEG‐b‐PS diblock copolymer. The morphology of the in situ synthesized PEG‐b‐PS diblock copolymer nano‐objects, e.g., nanospheres and vesicles, in the ionic liquid is dependent on the polymerization degree of the solvophobic block and the concentration of the fed monomer, which is somewhat similar to those in alcoholic solvent. It is anticipated that the dispersion RAFT polymerization in ionic liquid broads a new way to prepare block copolymer nano‐objects. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. The dispersion reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization of 4‐vinylpyridine in toluene in the presence of the polystyrene dithiobenzoate (PS‐CTA) macro‐RAFT agent with different chain length is discussed. The RAFT polymerization undergoes an initial slow homogeneous polymerization and a subsequent fast heterogeneous one. The RAFT polymerization rate is dependent on the PS‐CTA chain length, and short PS‐CTA generally leads to fast RAFT polymerization. The dispersion RAFT polymerization induces the self‐assembly of the in situ synthesized polystyrene‐b‐poly(4‐vinylpyridine) block copolymer into highly concentrated block copolymer nano‐objects. The PS‐CTA chain length exerts great influence on the particle nucleation and the size and morphology of the block copolymer nano‐objects. It is found, short PS‐CTA leads to fast particle nucleation and tends to produce large‐sized vesicles or large‐compound micelles, and long PS‐CTA leads to formation of small‐sized nanospheres. Comparison between the polymerization‐induced self‐assembly and self‐assembly of block copolymer in the block‐selective solvent is made, and the great difference between the two methods is demonstrated. The present study is anticipated to be useful to reveal the chain extension and the particle growth of block copolymer during the RAFT polymerization under dispersion condition. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The in situ synthesis of the nano‐assemblies of the high molecular weight ferrocene‐containing block copolymer of poly(ethylene glycol)‐block‐poly(4‐vinylbenzyl ferrocenecarboxylate) (PEG‐b‐PVFC) via dispersion reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization was discussed. Taking the advantage of the accelerated polymerization rate of the dispersion RAFT polymerization, the nano‐objects of the well‐defined PEG‐b‐PVFC diblock copolymer with the polymerization degree (DP) of the ferrocene‐containing PVFC block up to 300 were prepared. It was found that the morphology of the PEG‐b‐PVFC diblock copolymer nano‐assemblies was dependent on the DP of the PEG and PVFC blocks, and nanospheres favorably formed in the case of the long PEG block and vesicles containing a thick and porous membrane were formed in the case of the short PEG block and long PVFC block, respectively. Our results demonstrate that the dispersion RAFT polymerization is an effective way to prepare the high molecular weight ferrocene‐containing block copolymer with interesting morphologies. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Dispersion RAFT polymerization of styrene in the alcohol/water mixture mediated with the brush macro‐RAFT agent of poly[poly(ethylene oxide) methyl ether vinylphenyl‐co‐styrene] trithiocarbonate [P(mPEGV‐co‐St)‐TTC] with similar molecular weight but different chemical composition is investigated. Well‐controlled RAFT polymerization including an initial slow homogeneous polymerization and a subsequent fast heterogeneous polymerization at almost complete monomer conversion is achieved. The molecular weight of the synthesized block copolymer increases linearly with the monomer conversion, and the polydispersity is relatively narrow (PDI < 1.3). The RAFT polymerization kinetics is dependent on the chemical composition in the brush macro‐RAFT agents, and those with high content of hydrophobic segment lead to fast RAFT polymerization. The growth of the block copolymer nano‐objects during the RAFT polymerization is explored, and various block copolymer nano‐objects such as nanospheres, worms, vesicles and large‐compound‐micelle‐like particles are prepared. The parameters such as the chemical composition in the brush macro‐RAFT agent, the chain length of the solvatophobic block, the concentration of the feeding monomer and the solvent character affecting the size and morphology of the block copolymer nano‐objects are investigated. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Thermotropic POSS‐containing poly(methacrylate) with long alkyl chain tethered polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) in the side chain and the block copolymers (PMMA‐b‐PMAC11POSS) were developed by through living anionic polymerization. The resulting polymers indicated a phase transition temperature at 112 °C from spherocrystal to isotropic phase. The POSS‐containing polymer segments tended to form matrix of microphase‐separated nanostructures in the bulk even in the very low volume fraction, for instance, PMMA cylindrical nanostructure was obtained by PMMA175b‐PMAC11POSS11 (?PMAC11POSS = 0.44). The control of thin film morphology was carried out by not only solvent annealing, but also thermal annealing, resulting in the formation of well‐ordered dot‐ and fingerprint‐type nanostructures. This is the first report in a series of POSS‐containing block polymers that are capable for thermal annealing to generate well‐ordered microphase‐separated nanostructures in thin films. The novel thermotropic POSS‐containing block copolymer offers a promising material for block copolymer lithography. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem, 2011  相似文献

The synthesis, micelle formation, and bulk properties of semifluorinated amphiphilic poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly(pentafluorostyrene)‐g‐cubic polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (PEG‐b‐PPFS‐g‐POSS) hybrid copolymers is reported. The synthesis of amphiphilic PEG‐b‐PPFS block copolymers are achieved using atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) at 100 °C in trifluorotoluene using modified poly(ethylene glycol) as a macroinitiator. Subsequently, a proportion of the reactive para‐F functionality on the pentafluorostyrene units was replaced with aminopropylisobutyl POSS through aromatic nucleophilic substitution reactions. The products were fully characterized by 1H‐NMR and GPC. The products, PEG‐b‐PPFS and PEG‐b‐PPFS‐g‐POSS, were subsequently self‐assembled in aqueous solutions to form micellar structures. The critical micelle concentrations (cmc) were estimated using two different techniques: fluorescence spectroscopy and dynamic light scattering (DLS). The cmc was found to decrease concomitantly with the number of POSS particles grafted per copolymer chain. The hydrodynamic particle sizes (Rh) of the micelles, calculated from DLS data, increase as the number of POSS molecules grafted per copolymer chain increases. For example, Rh increased from ~60 nm for PEG‐b‐PPFS to ~80 nm for PEG‐b‐PPFS‐g‐POSS25 (25 is the average number of POSS particles grafted copolymer chain). Static light scattering (SLS) data confirm that the formation of larger micelles by higher POSS containing copolymers results from higher aggregation numbers (Nagg), caused by increased hydrophobicity. The Rg/Rh values, where Rg is the radius of gyration calculated from SLS data, are consistent with a spherical particle model having a core‐shell structure. Thermal characterization by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) reveals that the grafted POSS acts as a plasticizer; the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the PPFS block in the copolymer decreases significantly with increasing POSS content. Finally, the rhombohedral crystal structure of POSS in PEG‐b‐PPFS‐g‐POSS was verified by wide angle X‐ray diffraction measurements. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This study synthesized thermo‐sensitive amphiphilic block‐graft PNiPAAm‐b‐(PαN3CL‐g‐alkyne) copolymers through ring‐opening polymerization of α‐chloro‐ε‐caprolactone (αClCL) with hydroxyl‐terminated macroinitiator poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNiPAAm), substituting pendent chlorides with sodium azide. This was then used to graft various kinds of terminal alkynes moieties by means of the copper‐catalyzed Huisgen's 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition (“click” reaction). 1H NMR, FTIR, and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) was used to characterize these copolymers. The solubility of the block‐graft copolymers in aqueous media was investigated using turbidity measurement, revealing a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) in the polymers. These solutions showed reversible changes in optical properties: transparent below the LCST, and opaque above the LCST. The LCST values were dependant on the composition of the polymer. With critical micelle concentrations (CMCs) in the range of 2.04–9.77 mg L?1, the block copolymers formed micelles in the aqueous phase, owing to their amphiphilic characteristics. An increase in the length of hydrophobic segments or a decrease in the length of hydrophilic segments amphiphilic block‐graft copolymers produced lower CMC values. The research verified the core‐shell structure of micelles by 1H NMR analyses in D2O. Transmission electron microscopy was used to analyze the morphology of the micelles, revealing a spherical structure. The average size of the micelles was in the range of 75–145 nm (blank), and 105–190 nm (with drug). High drug entrapment efficiency and drug loading content were observed in the drug micelles. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem, 2011  相似文献

Generation 3.5 poly(amido amine) dendron (G3.5) with 16 n‐butyl terminal groups containing an acrylamide monomer (AaUG3.5) was prepared by condensation between an amino focal group in G3.5 and 11‐acrylamidoundecanoic acid. AaUG3.5 was polymerized using poly(2‐methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine) (pMPC)‐based macro‐chain transfer agent via reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) radical polymerization to obtain amphiphilic diblock copolymers with different compositions. The diblock copolymers (PmDn) were composed of a hydrophilic pMPC block and hydrophobic pendant dendron‐bearing block, where P and D represent pMPC and pAaUG3.5, respectively, and m and n represent the degree of polymerization for each block, respectively. P296D1 and P98D3 formed vesicles and large compound micelles and vesicles, respectively, which was confirmed by light scattering measurements and transmission electron microscopic (TEM) observations. The large compound micelles formed from P98D3 could not incorporate hydrophilic guest polymer molecules, because the aggregates did not have a hydrophilic hollow core. In contrast, the vesicles formed from P269D1 could incorporate hydrophilic guest polymer molecules into the hollow core. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. The synthesis by oxidative polymerization of well‐defined poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) nano‐objects in the presence of modified and unmodified poly(N‐vinylpyrrolidone)‐based copolymers used as stabilizers in aqueous media is reported. Ammonium persulfate or a mixture of ammonium persulfate with CuCl2 or CuBr2 was used as oxidants. The effects of several parameters such as the molar mass and the concentration of the stabilizer as well as the nature of the oxidants on the size, morphology, and the conductivity of the PEDOT particles have been investigated. The distribution of the reactive moieties along the copolymer stabilizer backbone was shown to be crucial to get well‐defined PEDOT nano‐objects. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of well‐defined hybrid block copolymers PMACyPOSS‐b‐PMMA and PMAiBuPOSS‐b‐PMMA exhibiting high POSS weight contents have been synthesized by RAFT polymerization and further studied as modifiers for epoxy thermosets based on diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A. The hybrid block copolymers self‐assembled within the epoxy precursors into micelles possessing an inorganic core and a PMMA corona. Thanks to the presence of the PMMA blocks that remain miscible until the end of the reaction, curing of the resulting blends afforded nanostructured hybrid organic/inorganic networks with well‐dispersed inorganic‐rich nanodomains with diameters on the order of 20 nm. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Organic–inorganic hybrid diblock copolymers composed of poly(ε‐caprolactone) and poly(MA POSS) [PCL‐b‐P(MA POSS)] were synthesized via reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer polymerization of 3‐methacryloxypropylheptaphenyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (MA POSS) with dithiobenzoate‐terminated poly(ε‐caprolactone) as the macromolecular chain transfer agent. The dithiobenzoate‐terminated poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL‐CTA) was synthesized via the atom transfer radical reaction of 2‐bromopropionyl‐terminated PCL with bis(thiobenzoyl)disulfide in the presence of the complex of copper (I) bromide with N,N,N′,N″,N″‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine. The results of molecular weights and polydispersity indicate that the polymerizations were in a controlled fashion. The organic–inorganic diblock copolymer was incorporated into epoxy to afford the organic–inorganic nanocomposites. The nanostructures of the organic–inorganic composites were investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the organic–inorganic nanocomposites displayed the increased yields of degradation residues compared to the control epoxy. In the organic–inorganic nanocomposites, the inorganic block [viz., P(MA POSS)] had a tendency to enrich at the surface of the materials and the dewettability of surface for the organic–inorganic nanocomposites were improved in terms of the measurement of surface contact angles. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The multi‐thermo‐responsive block copolymer of poly[2‐(2‐methoxyethoxy)ethyl methacrylate]‐block‐poly[N‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐N,N‐diethylamine] (PMEO2MA‐b‐PVEA) displaying phase transition at both the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) and the upper critical solution temperature (UCST) in the alcohol/water mixture is synthesized by reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer polymerization. The poly[2‐(2‐methoxyethoxy)ethyl methacrylate] (PMEO2MA) block exhibits the UCST phase transition in alcohol and the LCST phase transition in water, while the poly[N‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐N,N‐diethylamine] (PVEA) block shows the UCST phase transition in isopropanol and the LCST phase transition in the alcohol/water mixture. Both the polymer molecular weight and the co‐solvent/nonsolvent exert great influence on the LCST or UCST of the block copolymer. By adjusting the solvent character including the water content and the temperature, the block copolymer undergoes multiphase transition at LCST or UCST, and various block copolymer morphologies including inverted micelles, core‐corona micelles, and corona‐collapsed micelles are prepared. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) initiator, namely, 2‐(1‐(2‐azidoethoxy)ethoxy)ethyl 2‐bromo‐2‐methylpropanoate containing both “cleavable” acetal linkage and “clickable” azido group was synthesized. Well‐defined azido‐terminated poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide)s (PNIPAAm‐N3)s with molecular weights and dispersity in the range 11,000–19,000 g mol?1 and 1.20–1.28, respectively, were synthesized employing the initiator by ATRP. Acetal containing PCL‐b‐PNIPAAm block copolymer was obtained by alkyne–azide click reaction of azido‐terminated PNIPAAm‐N3 with propargyl‐terminated PCL. Critical aggregation concentration (CAC) of PCL‐b‐PNIPAAm copolymer in aqueous solution was found to be 8.99 × 10?6 M. Lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of PCL‐b‐PNIPAAm copolymer was found to be 32 °C which was lower than that of the precursor PNIPAAm‐N3 (36.4 °C). The effect of dual stimuli viz . temperature and pH on size and morphology of the assemblies of PCL‐b‐PNIPAAm block copolymer revealed that the copolymer below LCST assembled in spherical micelles which subsequently transformed to unstable vesicles above the LCST. Heating these assemblies above 40 °C led to the precipitation of PCL‐b‐PNIPAAm block copolymer. Whereas, at decreased pH, micelles of PCL‐b‐PNIPAAm copolymer disintegrate due to the cleavage of acetal linkage and precipitation of hydrophobic hydroxyl‐terminated PCL. The encapsulated pyrene release kinetics from the micelles of synthesized PCL‐b‐PNIPAAm copolymer was found to be faster at higher temperature and at lower pH. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polymerization‐induced self‐assembly (PISA) has become the preferred method of preparing self‐assembled nano‐objects based on amphiphilic block copolymers. The PISA methodology has also been extended to the realization of colloidal nanocomposites, such as polymer–silica hybrid particles. In this work, we compare two methods to prepare nanoparticles based on self‐assembly of block copolymers bearing a core‐forming block with a reactive alkoxysilane moiety (3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate, MPS), namely (i) RAFT emulsion polymerization using a hydrophilic macroRAFT agent and (ii) solution‐phase self‐assembly upon slow addition of a selective solvent. Emulsion polymerization under both ab initio and seeded conditions were studied, as well the use of different initiating systems. Effective and reproducible chain extension (and hence PISA) of MPS via thermally initiated RAFT emulsion polymerization was compromised due to the hydrolysis and polycondensation of MPS occurring under the reaction conditions employed. A more successful approach to block copolymer self‐assembly was achieved via polymerization in a good solvent for both blocks (1,4‐dioxane) followed by the slow addition of water, yielding spherical nanoparticles that increased in size as the length of the solvophobic block was increased. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Amphiphilic tris(2,2′‐bipyridine)ruthenium‐cored star‐shaped polymers consisting of one polystyrene block and two poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) blocks were prepared by the “arm‐first” method in which RAFT polymerization and nonconvalent ligand–metal complexation were employed. The prepared amphiphilic star‐shaped metallopolymers are able to form micelles in water. The size and distribution of the micelles were studied by dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy techniques. Preliminary studies indicate that the polymer concentration and the hydrophilic poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) block length can affect the morphologies of the formed metal‐interfaced core–shell micelles in water. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Triblock copolymers (MPEG‐b‐PCEMA‐b‐PHQHEMA) bearing cinnamoyl and 8‐hydroxyquinoline side groups with different block length are synthesized by a two‐step reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer polymerization of cinnamoyl ethyl methacrylate (CEMA) and 2‐((8‐hydroxyquinolin‐5‐yl)methoxy)ethyl methacrylate (HQHEMA), respectively. The self‐assembly of MPEG‐b‐PCEMA‐b‐PHQHEMA in mixture of THF and ethanol is investigated by varying the ratio of THF and ethanol. Spheric micelles with diameter of 63.7 nm and polydispersity of 0.128 are obtained for MPEG113b‐PCEMA15b‐PHQHEMA17 in THF/ethanol with a volume ratio (v/v) of 5/5. The PCEMA inner shell of the resulted micelles is photo‐crosslinked under UV radiation to give stabilized micelles. The complex reaction of the stabilized micelles with Zn(II) is investigated under different conditions to give zinc(II)‐bis(8‐hydroxyquinoline)(Znq2)‐containing micelles. When the complex reaction is carried out in THF/ethanol (v/v = 5/5) or THF/toluene (v/v = 6/4) with zinc acetate, fluorescent Znq2‐containing micelles are obtained without obvious change in diameters and morphologies. The fluorescent micelles exhibit green emission with λmax at 520 nm. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. Chem. 2016 , 54, 1056–1064  相似文献
