Preparation of 3-amino-4-nitro-5-methylisoxazole from 3-amino-5-methylisoxazole
3-Amino-5-methylisoxazole is converted to 3-succinimido-5-methylisoxazole with succinic anhydride. The product can be nitrated with oleum and fuming HNO3. Removal of the protective group yielding 3-amino-4-nitro-5-methylisoxazole is effected with alcoholic HCl.

5-Amino-4-aminomethyl-3-aryl-4,5-dihydroisoxazoles 2 were obtained by cycloaddition of nitrile oxides to 1,3-diaminopropenes 1. On reaction with methyl iodide the corresponding 4-(quaternary)-ammoniomethyl iodides 3 were formed. These compounds, on reaction with bases, afforded 5-amino-3-aryl-4-methylene-4,5-dihydroisoxazoles 4. The acid-catalyzed deamination of compounds 2 afforded 4-aminomethyl-3-arylisoxa-zoles 5 and 3-arylisoxazoles as retro-Mannich products. Abstract

Methods of the synthesis of thiophosphorylated 3(5)-amino-4-cyano(ethoxycarbonyl)pyrazoles have been developed as a continuation of the work on phosphorylated aminoheterocy-cles. Two substitution products at the intracyclic N atom of the heterocycles, 3-amino-1-thiophosphorylpyrazoles (I) and 5-a1nino-l-thiophosphorylpyrazoles (II), are formed in the interaction of phosphoro- or phosphonothiochloridates with heterocycles; the yields of the products II are insignificant.  相似文献

The title compound, 4-amino-3-(p-chlorophenyl)-5-(p-methoxybenzyl)-4H-1,2,4- triazole I , C16H15ClN4O), has been determined using X-ray diffraction techniques and the molecular structure has also been optimized at the B3LYP/6-31 G(d, p) level using density functional theory (DFT). The triazole ring exhibits dihedral angles of 41.61(15)o and 80.73(11)o with the phenyl rings. The molecules are linked principally by N–H…N hydrogen bonds involving the amino NH2 group and a triazole N atom, forming C(5) chains which are further linked to give a two-dimensional network of molecules. The N–H…N hydrogen bonding is supported by C–H…N hydrogen bond and C–H…π interaction. Intermolecular N–H…N and C–H…N hydrogen bonds produce R22(9), R44(10) and R44(20) rings.  相似文献

Summary The reaction of [PdCl2(PhCN)2] with 4-amino-2,6-dimethyl-5-oxo-3-thioxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazine (L) yields [{PdClL(-Cl)}2]·2H2O and [PdCl2L2]·4H2O complexes, which react with KBr in Me2Co to give the corresponding bromo-complexes [{PdBrL(-Br)}2] and [PdBr2L2]. When the chloro-complexes are treated with AgClO4 in EtOH, [Pd(H2O)2L](ClO4)2 and [Pd(H2O)2L2](ClO4)2 are formed. I.r., visible, and1H-n.m.r. spectra have been recorded and facilitate assignments.  相似文献
