A damage detection method for complicated beam-like structures is proposed based on the subsection strain energy method (SSEM), and its applicability condition is introduced. For a beam with the continuously varying flexural stiffness and an edge crack, the SSEM is used to detect the crack location effectively by numerical modal shapes. As a complicated beam, the glass fiber-reinforced composite model of a wind turbine blade is studied based on an experimental modal analysis. The SSEM is used to calculate the damage index from the measured modal parameters and locate the damage position in the blade model successfully. The results indicate that the SSEM based on the modal shapes can be used to detect the damages in complicated beams or beam-like structures for engineering applications.  相似文献

为探究部分充液多胞元结构的抗冲击防护性能,结合充液内凹胞元的落锤冲击试验,建立了充液内凹胞元、部分充液内凹多胞元结构的冲击动态特性二维FEM数值分析,计算得到了部分充液内凹多胞元结构的变形破坏模式,讨论了不同冲击速度下部分充液内凹多胞元结构的动力学响应特性。结果表明:在充液胞元破损后,水介质会流入相邻未充液胞元,形成二次鼓胀吸能效应,从而有效提高结构壁面的变形吸能水平;结构中的充液区域和未充液区域的变形破坏模式分别为鼓胀拉伸和屈曲弯折;随着冲击速度的提高,结构的单位体积应变能以及对初始冲击载荷的削弱作用均得到增强。横向充液方式可以等效为变刚度弹簧的串联布置,该方式仅影响结构的局部刚度,纵向充液方式可以等效为多层变刚度弹簧的并联布置,该方式会影响结构的整体刚度;充液区域与未充液区域的等效刚度呈动态变化,结构变形模式由各区域实时的等效刚度决定。当载荷冲击速度较高时,横向和纵向部分充液内凹多胞元结构对初始冲击载荷的削弱能力均优于未充液内凹多胞元结构。  相似文献

Analytical expression of a new damage measure which relates the strain energy, to the damage location and magnitude, is presented in this paper. The strain energy expression is calculated using modes and natural frequencies of damaged beams that are derived based on single beam analysis considering both decrease in mass and stiffness. Decrease in mass and stiffness are a fallout of geometric discontinuity and no assumptions regarding the physical behavior of damage are made. The method is applicable to beams, with notch like non-propagating cracks, with arbitrary boundary conditions. The analytical expressions derived for mode shapes, curvature shapes, natural frequencies and an improved strain energy based damage measure, are verified using experiments. The improvement in the damage measure is that it is not assumed that the bending stiffness of the damaged beam is constant, and, equal to that of undamaged beam when calculating the strain energy of the entire beam. It is also not assumed that the bending stiffness of the element in which the damage is located is constant.  相似文献

提出了一种结合摄动法和L1正则化方法的随机梁式结构静力损伤识别方法。考虑初始模型误差和测量误差的影响,建立了关于随机损伤指数的控制方程,并将摄动法和L1正则化方法相结合,对随机损伤指数的控制方程进行求解,进而从概率的角度对结构的损伤进行识别。损伤试验结果表明,和传统的最小二乘求解法相比,本文方法能够更为准确地识别多处局部损伤的位置及大小,对实际结构损伤检测具有较好的参考价值。  相似文献

刚接或半刚性连接的组合梁在荷载作用下,在梁的长度范围内既有正弯矩作用段,又有负弯矩作用段,由于组合梁截面在正弯矩作用和负弯矩作用下截面抗弯刚度不一致,因而在弯矩为零的点处梁的截面抗弯刚度发生突变,而组合梁框架分析的关键是确定组合梁刚度突变分界点的位置及确定在整体分析中所采用的等效梁的刚度。本文根据应变能相等的原理对钢结构框架中组合梁的等效抗弯刚度进行了研究,推导了其等效刚度的表达式,并给出不同荷载作用形式下刚接框架组合梁等效刚度简化计算公式,为组合梁钢框架的整体分析提供了便利。最后分析了水平荷载以及梁柱连接特性对组合梁等效刚度的影响,分析结果表明,采用本文提出的组合梁等效刚度进行半刚性连接框架整体分析偏于安全。  相似文献

为解决模态应变能方法识别中产生的"邻近效应"问题,提出基于修正模态应变能指标的板结构损伤定位方法.该方法首先利用邻近测点的应变能变化相对大小计算权重系数,再根据权重系数对测点相应区域的应变能进行重新分配.此外,通过定义的损伤辨识度指标研究噪声对损伤定位结果的影响.为验证本文所提方法的可行性和有效性,以一个四边简支板为数值算例.算例结果表明,本文方法对于点状、块状和带状损伤都可以实现准确定位,且具有良好的抗噪性.  相似文献

将细长杆系结构按长度方向划分为多个子结构,由于在子结构坐标系下的节点位移均是小位移,可以将子结构内部自由度凝聚到边界. 考虑到子结构端面在变形过程中保持为刚性截面,将端面节点自由度进一步凝聚到端面形心点,这样每一个子结构就减缩成形式上只有两个节点的广义梁单元,大大减缩了自由度. 大位移大转动是细长杆系结构产生几何非线性效应的一个重要原因,基于共旋坐标法,建立了随单元一起运动的随动坐标系,推导了子结构单元的节点力平衡方程及其切线刚度阵. 同时,考虑到工程机械中细长杆系结构含有相互铰接的刚体加强块,给出了非独立自由度节点力转换到独立参数下的广义节点力及其导数. 最后,通过履带式起重机的副臂工况算例,给出了其在不同载荷下的臂架结构位移,验证了方法的正确性.   相似文献

混凝土是一种典型的率敏感材料,为了更好地描述混凝土结构在动力、冲击荷载作用下的强度和变形特征,本文结合内时理论和损伤理论建立了一种考虑混凝土率效应的内时损伤本构模型。该模型的特点:将混凝土材料的受力软化效应分解为密实状态的塑性效应和由微裂缝扩展引起的刚度退化效应。前者由内时理论来描述,这使该模型摆脱了一般弹塑性模型中屈服面的概念,从而更符合混凝土的变形特性,并且简化了非线性计算过程;后者由损伤理论来描述,根据混凝土的动力试验结果建立了增量型的损伤演变方程,从而使该模型能够较好地反映混凝土的动力特性。最后,应用本文建议的模型对一钢筋混凝土简支梁进行了非线性分析,结果表明:当结构承受快速荷载作用时,应变率对结构的受力性能影响较大,在进行结构分析时必须予以考虑。  相似文献

开挖卸荷后的天然岩体往往处于非平衡演化状态, 将直接影响岩体工程结构的正常运行、长期稳定和安全. 时效变形和损伤演化是岩体结构非平衡演化的核心. 在赖斯(Rice) 内变量热力学理论框架下, 提出了岩体结构非平衡演化的有效应力原理, 指出有效应力是总应力中能有效驱动结构演化的部分. 将内变量率形式的非弹性应变率方程和能量耗散率函数表示为有效应力形式, 并提出非弹性余能概念. 给定具体的余能密度函数和内变量演化方程, 得到了考虑损伤的内变量黏塑性应变率方程. 通过相似材料加卸载蠕变试验结果进行参数辨识, 并分别计算了内变量率形式和有效应力形式的黏塑性应变率、能量耗散率和非弹性余能, 并对其进行比较分析. 结果表明:在过渡蠕变和稳态蠕变阶段两种形式的方程计算的黏塑性应变率几乎相等, 但在加速蠕变阶段两者相差较大;非弹性余能和能量耗散率全域积分分别从驱动结构非平衡演化的内在潜力和实际效果的角度表征了结构的非平衡演化状态和演化趋势, 能量耗散率积分更合适用于评价岩体工程结构的长期稳定性. 最后以深埋地下洞室作为工程算例, 并对其长期稳定性进行分析.   相似文献

In this study, a laboratory method to evaluate the effective dynamic properties for flexural vibrations of a meta-structure is presented. The flexural vibration of a beam with periodically spaced resonators was investigated using wave propagation analysis. After analyzing vibration interactions between the resonators and the homogeneous beam, the effective dynamic properties of the meta-structure were evaluated using the transfer function method. The comparison of the measured and predicted results allowed for an understanding of the proposed vibration control mechanism. The effective bending stiffness was not affected by the attached resonators. The effective mass exhibited significant frequency-dependent variation near the natural frequency of the resonators. The effective mass becomes complex when the stiffness of the resonators is viscoelastic. The reflected wave from the metamaterial was completely blocked when the real part of the effective mass became negative. The effective mass decreased as the loss factor of the attached resonators increased. The proposed evaluation method can be used to analyze the effects of resonators on structural vibrations.  相似文献

Flexural wave propagation characteristics influence the impact noise generation of concrete structures that are found in building floors, railroads, bridges, and many other engineering structures. The flexural vibration of the structure is affected by concrete dynamic properties. The purpose of this study is to measure the concrete dynamic characteristics using a wave propagation approach. The flexural wave speeds, bending stiffness and their loss factors were measured. The measured characteristics are essential for understanding sound radiation and vibration dissipation capabilities of the concrete structures. Various concrete beam structures were made and tested. The dynamic stiffness and loss factor were influenced by its components and showed frequency-dependent variation, especially for the measured loss factor.  相似文献

结合模态柔度矩阵、广义模态柔度矩阵和振型三个识别精度较好的指标,构造新的目标函数求解损伤识别问题。通过Nelson方法求解得到的频率与振型的导数,得到对结构刚度发生变化时更具敏感性的位置,然后在这些位置布置传感器以提取结构信息。针对原有的灰狼算法虽然全局搜索能力强,但是存在局部搜索精度差的问题,本文从初始种群和收敛因子等方面着手,改善灰狼算法的局部搜索能力及收敛速度。最后利用提出的方法,通过识别梁模型及桁架模型中的损伤单元说明本文方法的有效性。  相似文献

In this work, a model of the stepped Timoshenko beam in presence of deflection and rotation discontinuities along the span is presented. The proposed model relies on the adoption of Heaviside’s and Dirac’s delta distributions to model abrupt and concentrated, both flexural and shear, stiffness discontinuities of the beam that lead to exact closed-form solutions of the elastic response in presence of static loads. Based on the latter solutions, a novel beam element for the analysis of frame structures with an arbitrary distribution of singularities is here proposed. In particular, the presented closed-form solutions are exploited to formulate the displacement shape functions of the beam element and the relevant explicit form of the stiffness matrix. The proposed beam element is adopted for a finite element discretization of discontinuous framed structures. In particular, by means of the introduction of a mass matrix consistent with the adopted shape functions, the presented model allows also the dynamic analysis of framed structures in presence of deflection and rotation discontinuities and abrupt variations of the cross-section. The presented formulation can also be easily employed to conduct a dynamic analysis of damaged frame structures in which the distributed and concentrated damage distributions are modelled by means of equivalent discontinuities. As an example, a simple portal frame, under different damage scenarios, has been analysed and the results in terms of frequency and vibration modes have been compared with exact results to show the accuracy of the presented discontinuous beam element.  相似文献

The problem of low-speed impact of a one-dimensional sandwich panel by a rigid cylindrical projectile is considered. The core of the sandwich panel is functionally graded such that the density, and hence its stiffness, vary through the thickness. The problem is a combination of static contact problem and dynamic response of the sandwich panel obtained via a simple nonlinear spring-mass model (quasi-static approximation). The variation of core Young’s modulus is represented by a polynomial in the thickness coordinate, but the Poisson’s ratio is kept constant. The two-dimensional elasticity equations for the plane sandwich structure are solved using a combination of Fourier series and Galerkin method. The contact problem is solved using the assumed contact stress distribution method. For the impact problem we used a simple dynamic model based on quasi-static behavior of the panel—the sandwich beam was modeled as a combination of two springs, a linear spring to account for the global deflection and a nonlinear spring to represent the local indentation effects. Results indicate that the contact stiffness of the beam with graded core increases causing the contact stresses and other stress components in the vicinity of contact to increase. However, the values of maximum strains corresponding to the maximum impact load are reduced considerably due to grading of the core properties. For a better comparison, the thickness of the functionally graded cores was chosen such that the flexural stiffness was equal to that of a beam with homogeneous core. The results indicate that functionally graded cores can be used effectively to mitigate or completely prevent impact damage in sandwich composites.  相似文献

针对连续Bernoulli-Euler和Timoshenko梁单元的动态刚度矩阵,分析了在使用连续梁单元 进行结构动态特性分析中的数值问题. 基于连续梁单元的运动方程,导出了连续 Bernoulli-Euler和Timoshenko梁单元的动态刚度矩阵. 分析了影响动态刚度矩阵中双曲函 数自变量的各个独立变量及其产生的影响,并给出了初估连续梁单元合理长度的方法. 使用 单一连续Bernoulli-Euler和Timoshenko梁单元的动态刚度矩阵分别进行了悬臂梁频响曲线 的数值求解. 研究表明,在合理选择连续梁单元的长度时,大多数工程结构的动态特性分析 中都不会产生数值问题.  相似文献

聚合物血管支架由于材料刚度较低导致其径向支撑能力相对于金属血管支架较弱,通常采用增大支架筋宽和厚度的方式来提高其径向支撑能力,但这不仅会降低支架的柔顺性能,减小血管管腔获得面积,还会增大表面覆盖率,从而增大支架内再狭窄的风险.为了设计出具有较小筋宽和厚度的聚合物血管支架,提高其径向支撑能力,本文采用一种将Kriging代理模型和有限元方法相结合的优化方法来优化支架的结构.采用Kriging代理模型建立设计目标和设计变量之间近似的函数关系,采用优化拉丁超立方抽样方法选取初始样本点,采用EI函数平衡局部和全局搜索,以便获得全局最优解.选取ART18Z聚合物支架作为算例,首先将支架的筋宽和厚度各减小0.02 mm,然后采用优化方法优化ART18Z支架的几何结构参数.数值结果表明,优化后ART18Z支架的综合服役性能得到改善,文中提出的优化方法能有效地应用于聚合物血管支架的优化设计.  相似文献
