The reaction of fac-[NEt(4)](2)[Re(CO)(3)Br(3)] with (S)-(2-(2'-pyridyl)ethyl)cysteamine, L(1), in methanol leads to the formation of the cationic fac-[Re(CO)(3)(NSN)][Br] complex, 1, with coordination of the nitrogen of the pyridine, the sulfur of the thioether, and the nitrogen of the primary amine. When fac-[NEt(4)](2)[Re(CO)(3)Br(3)] reacts with the homocysteine derivative (S)-(2-(2'-pyridyl)ethyl)-d,l-homocysteine, L(2), the neutral fac-Re(CO)(3)(NSO) complex, 2, is produced with coordination of the nitrogen of the primary amine, the sulfur of the thioether, and the oxygen of the carboxylate group, while the pyridine ring remains uncoordinated. The analogous technetium-99m complexes, 1' and 2', were also prepared quantitatively by the reaction of L(1) and L(2) with the fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3)(H(2)O)(3)](+) precursor at 70 degrees C in water. Given that both (S)-(2-(2'-pyridyl)ethyl)cysteamine and homocysteine can be easily N- or S-derivatized by a bioactive molecule of interest, both the NSN or NSO ligand systems could be used to develop target-specific radiopharmaceuticals for diagnosis and therapy.  相似文献

The ligand substitution behavior of [ReBr3(CO)3](NEt4)2 (1) and [ReBr3(CO)2(NO)]NEt4 (2) in aqueous media was compared. Ligand exchange reactions were performed with multidentate chelating systems such as picolylaminediacetic acid (L1; N,N',O,O'), nitrilotriacetic acid (L2; N,O,O',O'), iminodiacetic acid (L3; N,O,O'), and bis(2-pyridyl)methane (L4; N,N'). The products of the substitution reactions were isolated and characterized by means of IR, NMR, MS, and X-ray structure analysis. NMR and crystallographic analyses confirmed the formation of single structural isomers in all cases with a ligand-to-metal ratio of 1:1. With ligands L1 and L2 and precursor 1 the tridentately coordinated complexes [Re(L1)(CO)3] (7) and [Re(L2)(CO)3]2- (8) were formed. With precursor 2 the same ligands unexpectedly coordinated tetradentately after displacing a CO ligand, yielding complexes [Re(L1)(CO)(NO)] (3) and [Re(L2)(CO)(NO)]- (4). In both complexes NO was found to be coordinated trans to the carboxylate group. Time-dependent IR spectra of the reaction of 2 with ligand L1 and L2 confirmed the loss of one CO during the reaction. The product of the reaction of 2 with L3 was identified as the neutral complex [Re(L3)(CO)2(NO)] (5), again, with the nitrosyl coordinated trans to the carboxylate. With 1, ligand L3 formed the anionic complex [Re(L3)(CO)3]- (9). Finally the reactions with L4 yielded the complexes [ReBr(L4)(CO)2(NO)]Br (6) and [ReBr(L4)(CO)3] (10), in which bromide was found to be coordinated trans to the NO and CO, respectively. The X-ray structures of 3, 5-7, and 10 are discussed: 3, monoclinic P2(1)/n, with a = 14.6071(6) A, b = 8.0573(3) A, c = 24.7210(11) A, beta = 107.117(5) degrees, and Z = 4; 5, triclinic P1, with a = 6.9091(5) A, b = 9.8828(7) A, c = 14.2834(10) A, alpha = 89.246(9) degrees, beta = 89.420(9) degrees, gamma = 86.196(9) degrees, and Z = 4; 6, triclinic P1, with a = 9.8236(8) A, b = 10.0949(8) A, c = 12.5346(10) A, alpha = 108.679(9) degrees, beta = 111.992(9) degrees, gamma = 95.426(10) degrees, and Z = 2; 10, monoclinic P2(1)/c, with a = 12.7491(12) A, b = 13.3015(13) A, c = 9.0112(9) A, beta = 107.195(2) degrees, and Z = 7.  相似文献

Reduction of the amide or replacement of the hydroxyl by a bromide in 2-(diphenylphosphanyl)-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)benzamide (H2PNO) yielded the compounds 2-(diphenylphosphanyl)-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)benzylamine (H2CH2PNO, 1) and N-(2-bromoethyl)-2-(diphenylphosphanyl)benzamide (HPNBr, 2), respectively. Compound 2 is obtained in low yield and, depending on the reaction conditions, is mixed with starting material or with a product which has been identified as 2-(2-diphenylphosphinophenyl)oxazoline (PPh3oxaz, 3). Compounds 1 and 2 react with (NEt(4))(2)[ReBr(3)(CO)(3)], leading to the complexes [Re(CO)(3)(kappa(2)-H(2)CH(2)PNO)Br] (4) and [Re(CO)(3)(kappa(2)-PPh(3)oxazBr)] (5), fully characterized by (1)H and (31)P NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallographic analysis. Complex 5 is the first example of a Re(I) tricarbonyl anchored on a phosphorus-oxazoline ligand, which has been generated during the course of complex formation. In the unexpected and unusual complex 5, the Re atom is stabilized by a bidentate 2-(2-diphenylphosphinophenyl)oxazoline, by a bromide, and by three facially arranged carbonyl groups. In complex 4, the carbonyl groups are also facially coordinated to the metal center and the other three remaining coordination positions are occupied by a bromide and by the bidentate (P, N) ligand 2-(diphenylphosphanyl)-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)benzylamine.  相似文献

The bidentate, water-soluble phosphine ligands, bis(bis(hydroxymethyl)phosphino)benzene (HMPB, 1) and bis(bis(hydroxymethyl)phosphino)ethane (HMPE, 2) were reacted with the organometallic precursor fac-[ReBr(3)(CO)(3)](2-), 3, to produce the complexes fac-[Re(OH(2))(CO)(3)L](+) and fac-[ReBr(CO)(3)L] (L = HMPE, HMPB), respectively, in good yields. The rhenium complexes fac-[ReBr(CO)(3)HMPB], 5, and fac-[ ReBr(CO)(3)HMPE], 8, were characterized using (1)H and (31)P NMR spectroscopy. The structure of fac-[ReBr(CO)(3)HMPB] was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray spectroscopy. The substitution reactions of HMPE/HMPB with the rhenium precursor 3 in aqueous solution were monitored using time-dependent (31)P NMR techniques. A significant discrepancy in the reaction kinetics and the substitution mechanism between the two bidentate ligands could be observed presumably due to the different chemical backbones.  相似文献

The reaction of Fe2+ with CN-, which was first performed in 1704, has been used to synthesize a new series of basic [FeII,III(CN)4L2]n- complexes, where L is a monodentate ligand. trans-Na2[FeII(CN)4(DMSO)2] and cis-[NEt4]2[FeII(CN)4(pyridine)2] are synthesized by the direct reaction of FeCl2 with 4 equiv of CN- in DMSO or pyridine. Air oxidation of the latter compound gives cis-[NEt4][FeIII(CN)4(pyridine)2]. The non-cyanide ligands in these complexes undergo facile ligand exchange reactions with solvent. Reaction of cis-[NEt4]2[FeII(CN)4(pyridine)2] with CO at room temperature gives trans-[NEt4]2[FeII(CN)4(pyridine)(CO)].  相似文献

Reaction of bis(2-aminoethyl)(3-aminopropyl)amine with C(6)F(6) and K(2)CO(3) in DMSO yields unsymmetrical [(C(6)F(5))HNCH(2)CH(2)](2)NCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)NH(C(6)F(5)) ([N(3)N]H(3)). The tetraamine acts as a tridentate ligand in complexes of the type H[N(3)N]Re(O)X (X = Cl 1, Br 2) prepared by reacting Re(O)X(3)(PPh(3))(2) with [N(3)N]H(3) and an excess of NEt(3) in THF. Addition of 1 equiv of TaCH(CMe(2)Ph)Br(3)(THF)(2) to 1 gives the dimeric compound H[N(3)N]ClReOReBrCl[N(3)N]H (3) in quantitative yield that contains a Re(V)[double bond]O[bond]Re(IV) core with uncoordinated aminopropyl groups in each ligand. Addition of 2 equiv of TaCH(CMe(2)Ph)Cl(3)(THF)(2) to 1 leads to the chloro complex [N(3)N]ReCl (4) with all three amido groups coordinated to the metal, whereas by addition of 2 equiv of TaCH(CMe(2)Ph)Br(3)(THF)(2) to 2 the dibromo species H[N(3)N]ReBr(2) (5) with one uncoordinated amino group is isolated. Reduction of 4 under an atmosphere of dinitrogen with sodium amalgam gives the dinitrogen complex [N(3)N]Re(N(2)) (6). Single-crystal X-ray structure determinations have been carried out on complexes 1, 3, 5, and 6.  相似文献

Cationic iminoacyl-carbonyl tungsten complexes of the type [W(CO) (eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) (acac = acetylacetonate; R = Ph ( 1a), Me ( 1b)) easily undergo thermal substitution of CO with two-electron donors to yield [W(L)(eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) (L = tert-butylisonitrile [R = Ph ( 2a), Me ( 2b)], 2,6-dimethylphenylisonitrile [R = Me ( 2c)], triphenylphosphine [R = Ph ( 3a), Me ( 3c)], and tricyclohexylphosphine [R = Ph ( 3b)]). Tricyclohexylphosphine complex 3b exhibits rapid, reversible phosphine ligand exchange at room temperature on the NMR time scale. Photolytic replacement of carbon monoxide with either phenylacetylene or 2-butyne occurs efficiently to form [W(eta (2)-alkyne)(eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) complexes ( 5a- d) with a variable electron donor eta (2)-alkyne paired with the eta (2)-iminoacyl ligand in the W(II) coordination sphere. PMe 3 adds to 1a or 5b to form [W(L)(eta (2)-MeNC(PMe 3)Ph)(acac) 2] (+) [L = CO ( 4), MeCCMe ( 6)] via nucleophilic attack at the iminoacyl carbon. Addition of Na[HB(OMe) 3] to 5b yields W(eta (2)-MeCCMe)(eta (2)-MeNCHPh)(acac) 2, 8, which exhibits alkyne rotation on the NMR time scale. Addition of MeOTf to 8 places a second methyl group on the nitrogen atom to form an unusual cationic eta (2)-iminium complex [W(eta (2)-MeCCMe)(eta (2)-Me 2NCHPh)(acac) 2][OTf] ( 9[OTf], OTf = SO 3CF 3). X-ray structures of 2,6-dimethylphenylisonitrile complex 2c[BAr' 4 ], tricyclohexylphosphine complex 3b[BAr' 4 ], and phenylacetylene complex 5a[BAr' 4 ] confirm replacement of CO by these ligands in the [W(L)(eta (2)-MeNCR)(acac) 2] (+) products. X-ray structures of alkyne-imine complexes 6[BAr' 4 ] and 8 show products resulting from nucleophilic addition at the iminoacyl carbon, and the X-ray structure of 9[BAr' 4 ] reflects methylation at the imine nitrogen to form a rare eta (2)-iminium ligand.  相似文献

Water- and air-stable complexes comprising the cis-[Re(CO)(2)](+) core can be synthesized from the (Et(4)N)[ReBr(2)(NCCH(3))(2)(CO)(2)] precursor . Complex showed distinctly different chemical and electronic behaviour compared to [ReBr(3)(CO)(3)](2-). Substituting the two bromides in with imidazole-like ligands or alpha,alpha'-diimines gave new complexes with potential applications in bioinorganic chemistry and photochemistry. The two acetonitrile ligands are very stably bound and could not be replaced. Under CO pressure, the uncommon complex mer-[ReBr(NCCH(3))(2)(CO)(3)] was formed from . The reaction of with the tetradentate ligand bis(2-pyridylmethyl)glycine (BPG) finally induced a four fold substitution at the metal center to form a [Re(CO)(2)(L(4))](+)-type complex.  相似文献

Six calix[4]arenes each bearing two non-cyclic PR2 units attached at distal phenolic oxygen atoms, p-Bu t-calix[4]arene-25,27-(OPR2)2-26,28-(OR')2(R = OPh; R'= Prn, L1; R = OPh; R'= CH2CO2Et, L2; R= OPh; R'= CO2 cholesteryl, L3; R = Ph; R'= Prn, 4; R = Ph; R'= CH2CO2Et, L5; R = Ph; R'= CO2cholesteryl, L6) have been synthesized and their coordinative properties investigated. The diphosphites L1-L3, where the P centres are separated by 12 bonds, readily form chelate complexes provided the complexation reaction is achieved either by using a starting complex that possesses good leaving groups or by operating under high dilution in order to avoid oligomer formation. Thus, the cationic complexes [Rh(COD)L1]BF4 and [Rh(COD)L3]BF4 were both formed in high yield by reacting the appropriate diphosphite with either [Rh(COD)(THF)2]BF4 or [Rh(COD)2]BF4. At high dilution, reaction of L3 with the neutral complex [PdCl2(COD)] afforded the chelate complex [PdCl2L3] in 90% yield. The reaction of one equiv. of L1 with [Rh(acac)(CO)2] resulted in the formation of [Rh(acac)L1] without requiring high dilution conditions. When the latter reaction was carried out with 0.5 equiv. of L1, the bimetallic complex [{Rh(acac)(CO)}2(eta]1-P,eta1-P'-L1)] was formed instead. Reaction at high dilution of with the cyclometallated complex [Pd(o-C6H4CH2NMe2)(THF)2]BF4 gave the expected chelate complex [Pd(o-C6H4CH2NMe2)]BF4. The latter slowly converts in solution to an oligomer in which the ligand behaves as a (eta1-P,eta1-P') bridging ligand, thus leading to a less strained structure. All six ligands, when mixed with [Rh(acac)CO2], effectively catalyse the hydroformylation of octene and styrene. In the hydroformylation of octene, the linear aldehyde selectivities observed with L2 and L3 are significantly higher (linear : branched =ca. 10) than those obtained with the other 4 ligands of this study and also with respect to PPh3. Molecular modelling shows that the lower rim substituents of and form tighter pockets about the metal centre than do the other ligands and so sterically favour the formation of Rh(n-alkyl) intermediates over that of Rh(i-alkyl) ones. In styrene hydroformylation, all ligands result in the formation of unusually high amounts of the linear aldehyde, the b : l ratios being all close to 65 : 35. The highest activities were found when using an L/Rh ratio of 1/1.  相似文献

The molecular structure of bis(acetylacetonate)cobalt(II) ([Co(acac)2]) in solution and in the presence of the electron donors (ED) pyridine (py), NEt3, and vinyl acetate (VOAc) was investigated using 1H NMR spectroscopy in C6D6. The extent of formation of ligand adducts, [Co(acac)2(ED)x], varies in the order py>NEt3>VOAc (no interaction). Density functional theory (DFT) calculations on a model system agree with Co--ED bond strengths decreasing in the same order. The effect of electron donors on the [Co(acac)2]-mediated radical polymerization of VOAc was examined at 30 degrees C by the addition of excess py or NEt3 to the complex in the molar ratio [VOAc]0/[Co]0/[V-70]0/[py or NEt3]0=500:1:1:30 (V-70=2,2'-azobis(4-methoxy-2,4-dimethylvaleronitrile)). As previously reported by R. Jerome et al., the polymerization showed long induction periods in the absence of ED. However, a controlled polymerization without an induction period took place in the presence of ED, though the level of control was poorer. The effective polymerization rate decreased in the order py>NEt3. A similar behavior was found when these electron donors were added to an ongoing [Co(acac)2]-mediated radical polymerization of VOAc. On the basis of the NMR and DFT studies, it is proposed that the polymerization is controlled by the reversible homolytic cleavage of an organocobalt(III) dormant species in the presence of ED. Conversely, the faster polymerization after the induction period in the absence of ED is due to a degenerative transfer process with the radicals produced by the continuous decomposition of the excess initiator. Complementary experiments provide additional results in agreement with this interpretation.  相似文献

The potentially pentadentate ligand 2,6-bis[N-(2'-pyridylmethyl)carbamyl]pyridine (H2L1), readily prepared from reaction of a diester of pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (H2dipic) and 2-aminomethylpyridine (ampy), shows limited tendency to form 1:1 M:L complexes with labile metal ions, although [CuL1] and [NiL1] were observed as minor species, the latter characterized by a crystal structure analysis. A mononuclear complex formed with inert Co(III) was characterized by a crystal structure as the neutral 1:2 complex [Co(L1)(HL1)] with two ligands acting as tridentate ligands, one coordinated by the central pyridine and its two flanking deprotonated amido groups, and the other by the central pyridine, one amido and one terminal pyridine group, with the remaining poorly coordinating protonated amide remaining unbound along with other terminal pyridine groups. Fe(III) is known to form a symmetrical 1:2 complex, but that complex is anionic due to binding of all four deprotonated amido groups; the unsymmetrical neutral Co(III) complex converts into a symmetrical anionic species only on heating for hours in aqueous base in the presence of activated carbon. The most remarkable tendency of H2L1, however, is towards the formation of robust double helical complexes: a dinuclear Cu(II) complex [Cu2L1(2)] forms, as well as a trinuclear Ni(II) complex [Ni(3)(L1)2(OAc)2(MeOH)2]. Moreover, in the presence of added H2dipic, the tetranuclear complex [Cu4(L1)2(dipic)2(OH2)2] is obtained. All helical complexes have been characterized by X-ray crystal structure analyses, and all crystals feature a racemic mixture of left- and right-handed double helices stabilized by inter-ligand pi-stacking (inter-ring distances of 3.2-3.8 A) of ligands which each span several metal ions. Using the chelating ligand pentane-2,4-dione (acac), each of the two pairs of adjacent monodentate ligands in [Ni3(L1)2(OAc)2(OH2)2] have been shown to be available for substitution without destroying the helical structure, to form [Ni3(L1)2(acac)2], also characterized by a crystal structure.  相似文献

This work describes new synthetic routes to produce mixed carbonyl-nitrosyl complexes of technetium(I) and rhenium(I) in aqueous media. NaNO2, NOHSO4, and NO2(g) have been used to produce in situ nitrous acid as the primary source of NO+. Starting from the organometallic precursor fac-[MX3(CO)3]+, 1 (M = 99Tc, Re; X = Cl, Br), the formation of mixed dicarbonyl-mononitrosyl complexes was observed in aqueous hydrochloric and hydrobromic acid. Time-dependent analyses of the reactions by means of HATR-IR and 99Tc NMR spectroscopy in solution revealed the almost quantitative substitution of one CO ligand by NO+ and, thus, the formation of complexes with facial arrangement of the three pi-acceptor ligands. In the case of technetium, the monomeric complex (NEt4)[TcCl3(CO)2NO] (3a) and the dimeric, chloride-bridged, neutral complex [TcCl(mu-Cl)(CO)2NO]2 (4a) were produced. In the case of rhenium, the monomeric species (NEt4)[ReBr2X(CO)2NO] (X = Br (3b), NO3 (5)) was solely isolated. The X-ray structure of complexes 4a and 5 are discussed. The crystallographic analyses revealed the coordination of the NO+ group trans to the terminal chloride (4a) or the bromide (5), respectively. Crystal data: complex 4a (C4Cl4N2O(6)Tc2), monoclinic, Cc, a = 18.82(3) A, b = 6.103(6) A, c = 12.15(2) A, alpha = 90 degrees , beta = 105.8(2) degrees , gamma = 90 degrees , V = 1343(3) A(3), Z = 4; complex 5 (C10H20N3O(6)Br2Re), orthorhombic, P2(1)2(1)2(1), a = 10.2054(5) A, b = 12.5317(7) A, c = 13.9781(7) A, V = 1787.67(16) A(3), Z = 4. The isolated complexes and their potential facial isomers have been further investigated by density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The energy differences of the isomers are relatively small; however, the calculated energies are consistent with the formation of the observed and isolated compounds. The calculated bond lengths and angles of complex 5 are in good agreement with the data determined by X-ray diffraction. Experiments on the no-carrier-added level starting from fac-[99mTc(H2O)3(CO)3]+ revealed the formation of the complex fac-[99mTcCl(H2O)2(CO)2NO]+ in reasonable good yields. This aqueous-based, synthetic approach will enable the future evaluation of this novel, low-valent metal precursor for potential use in radiopharmacy.  相似文献

A new dioxo-molybdenum(VI) complex [MoO2(L)(CH3OH)] has been synthesized, using 2-[(2-hydroxypropylimino)methyl]phenol as tridentate ONO donor Schiff base ligand (H2L) and MoO2(acac)2. A monoclinic space group P21/c was determined by X-ray crystallography from single-crystal data of this complex. The high catalytic activity of this new Schiff base complex has been observed in the oxidation of various sulfides by urea hydrogen peroxide in ethanol affording sulfoxides and sulfones using different molar ratio of oxidant/sulfide in high/excellent yields and selectivity under mild and eco-friendly conditions. The relative high stability and desired turnover numbers have been observed for this Mo-catalyst in the oxidation reactions.  相似文献

A series of cyanide-bridged complexes that combine a low-valent photoacceptor rhenium(I) metal center with an electroactive midvalent rhenium(V) complex were prepared. The synthesis involved the preparation of novel asymmetric rhenium(V) oxo compounds, cis-Re(V)O(CN)(acac(2)en) (1) and cis-Re(V)O(CN)(acac(2)pn) (2), formed by reacting trans-[Re(V)O(OH(2))(acac(2)en)]Cl or trans-Re(V)O(acac(2)pn)Cl with [NBu(4)][CN]. The μ-bridged cyanide mixed-oxidation Re(V)-Re(I) complexes were prepared by incubating the asymmetric complexes, 1 or 2, with fac-[Re(I)(bipy)(CO)(3)][OTf] to yield cis-[Re(V)O(acac(2)en)(μ-CN-1κC:2κN)-fac-Re(I)(bipy)(CO)(3)][PF(6)] (3) and [cis-Re(V)O(acac(2)pn)(μ-CN-1κC:2κN)-fac-Re(I)(bipy)(CO)(3)][PF(6)] (4), respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of fac-[ReBr(CO)3(NCMe)2] (1) with either pyrazole (Hpz) or 3,5-dimethylpyrazole (Hdmpz) in a 1:2 Re/pyrazole ratio affords the known complexes fac-[ReBr(CO)3(Hpz)2] (2) and [ReBr(CO)3(Hdmpz)2] (3). Using a 1:1 ratio, MeCN as solvent, and longer reaction times led to a mixture in which the major components are the pyrazolylamidino complexes fac-[ReBr(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)pz-kappa2N,N)] (4) and fac-[ReBr(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)dmpz-kappa2N,N)] (5). The complexes fac-[ReBr(CO)3(Hpz)(NCMe)] (6) and fac-[ReBr(CO)3(Hdmpz)(NCMe)] (7) (along with 2 and 3) were found to be minor components of these reactions. Analogous reactions of fac-[Re(OClO3)(CO)3(NCMe)2] yielded fac-[Re(NCCH3)(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)pz-kappa2N,N)]ClO4 (8), fac-[Re(NCCH3)(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)dmpz-kappa2N,N)]ClO4 (9), fac-[Re(Hpz)(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)pz-kappa2N,N)]ClO4 (10), and fac-[Re(Hdmpz)(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)dmpz-kappa2N,N)]ClO4 (11). The X-ray structure of 11 showed the perchlorate anion to be hydrogen-bonded by the N-H groups of the pyrazole and pyrazolylamidino ligands. The behavior of the compound fac-[Re(Hdmpz)(CO)3(HN=C(CH3)dmpz-kappa2N,N)]BAr'4 (13) (synthesized by reaction of [ReBr(CO)3(Hdmpz)2] (3) with (i) AgOTf and (ii) NaBAr'(4)/MeCN) as an anion receptor has been studied in CD3CN solution. In addition, the structure of the supramolecular adduct fac-[Re(CO)3(Hdmpz)(HN=C(CH3)dmpz-kappa2N,N)].Cl (14), featuring chloride binding by the two N-H groups, was determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The new phosphinite and phosphonite complexes (1-8) are very efficient catalysts for the methoxycarbonylation of iodobenzene and Heck cross-coupling of bromobenzene with butyl acrylate. High catalytic activity of these complexes can be explained by their in situ transformations during the reaction, stimulated by the presence of water, acid (HCl) or base (NEt(3)). Hydrolysis of phosphinite palladium complexes of the form trans-PdCl(2)[PPh(2)(OR)](2) (R = C(6)F(5), 2, (t)Bu 3, or O-menthyl 4) results in the formation of the dimeric complex [mu-ClPd(PPh(2)OH)(PPh(2)O)](2) 5, which is deprotonated by NEt(3), producing a polymeric complex of formula [Pd(P(O)PPh(2))(2)](n) 8. The reverse reaction, protonolysis of 8 with HCl, leads back to 5 and the monomeric complex 5a. The phosphinite complex PdCl(2)[PPh(2)(OBu)](2)1 with a more lipophilic ligand, PPh(2)(OBu), does not undergo hydrolysis under the same conditions. In the reaction of PdCl(2)(cod) with P(OPh)(2)(OH), the new dimer [mu-ClPd(P(OPh)(2)OH)(P(OPh)(2)O)](2) 6 was obtained, whereas reaction of Pd(OAc)(2) with P(OPh)(2)(OH) leads to the polymeric complex [Pd[P(O)(OPh)(2)](2)](n) 7. Protonolysis of 7 with HCl results in the formation of 6.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of "2 + 1" complexes of the [M(CO)(3)](+) (M = Re, (99m)Tc) core with the β-diketones acetylacetone (complexes 2, 8) and curcumin (complexes 5, 10 and 6, 11) as bidentate OO ligands, and imidazole or isocyanocyclohexane as monodentate ligands is reported. The complexes were synthesized by reacting the [NEt(4)](2)[Re(CO)(3)Br(3)] precursor with the β-diketone to generate the intermediate aqua complex fac-Re(CO)(3)(OO)(H(2)O) that was isolated and characterized, followed by replacement of the labile water by the monodentate ligand. All complexes were characterized by mass spectrometry, NMR and IR spectroscopies, and elemental analysis. In the case of complex 2, bearing imidazole as the monodentate ligand, X-ray analysis was possible. The chemistry was successfully transferred at (99m)Tc tracer level. The curcumin complexes 5 and 6, as well as their intermediate aqua complex 4, that bear potential for radiopharmaceutical applications due to the wide spectrum of pharmacological activity of curcumin, were successfully tested for selective staining of β-amyloid plaques of Alzheimer's disease. The fact that the complexes maintain the affinity of the mother compound curcumin for β-amyloid plaques prompts for further exploration of their chemistry and biological properties as radioimaging probes.  相似文献

In the search for complexes modeling the [Fe(CN)(2)(CO)(cysteinate)(2)] cores of the active centers of [NiFe] hydrogenases, the complex (NEt(4))(2)[Fe(CN)(2)(CO)('S(3)')] (4) was found ('S(3)'(2-)=bis(2-mercaptophenyl)sulfide(2-)). Starting complex for the synthesis of 4 was [Fe(CO)(2)('S(3)')](2) (1). Complex 1 formed from [Fe(CO)(3)(PhCH=CHCOMe)] and neutral 'S(3)'-H(2). Reactions of 1 with PCy(3) or DPPE (1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane) yielded diastereoselectively [Fe(CO)(2)(PCy(3))('S(3)')] (2) and [Fe(CO)(dppe)('S(3)')] (3). The diastereoselective formation of 2 and 3 is rationalized by the trans influence of the 'S(3)'(2-) thiolate and thioether S atoms which act as pi donors and pi acceptors, respectively. The trans influence of the 'S(3)'(2-) sulfur donors also rationalizes the diastereoselective formation of the C(1) symmetrical anion of 4, when 1 is treated with four equivalents of NEt(4)CN. The molecular structures of 1, 3 x 0.5 C(7)H(8), and (AsPh(4))(2)[Fe(CN)(2)(CO)('S(3)')] x acetone (4 a x C(3)H(6)O) were determined by X-ray structure analyses. Complex 4 is the first complex that models the unusual 2:1 cyano/carbonyl and dithiolate coordination of the [NiFe] hydrogenase iron site. Complex 4 can be reversibly oxidized electrochemically; chemical oxidation of 4 by [Fe(Cp)(2)PF(6)], however, led to loss of the CO ligand and yielded only products, which could not be characterized. When dissolved in solvents of increasing proton activity (from CH(3)CN to buffered H(2)O), complex 4 exhibits drastic nu(CO) blue shifts of up to 44 cm(-1), and relatively small nu(CN) red shifts of approximately 10 cm(-1). The nu(CO) frequency of 4 in H(2)O (1973 cm(-1)) is higher than that of any hydrogenase state (1952 cm(-1)). In addition, the nu(CO) frequency shift of 4 in various solvents is larger than that of [NiFe] hydrogenase in its most reduced or oxidized state. These results demonstrate that complexes modeling properly the nu(CO) frequencies of [NiFe] hydrogenase probably need a [Ni(thiolate)(2)] unit. The results also demonstrate that the nu(CO) frequency of [Fe(CN)(2)(CO)(thiolate)(2)] complexes is more significantly shifted by changing the solvent than the nu(CO) frequency of [NiFe] hydrogenases by coupled-proton and electron-transfer reactions. The "iron-wheel" complex [Fe(6)[Fe('S(3)')(2)](6)] (6) resulting as a minor by-product from the recrystallization of 2 in boiling toluene could be characterized by X-ray structure analysis.  相似文献
