The structure of 1-(p-iodobenzenesulfonyl)-1-azaspiro[2.5]octane was determined by a single-crystal x-ray diffraction study. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P21 21 21 with cell dimensions: a = 11.655, b = 11.825, c = 11.068 ± 0.002 Å. The aziridine ring is spiro-fused to the cyclohexane ring with the nitrogen atom occupying the equatorial position. The cyclohexane ring is in an undistorted chair conformation and forms a dihedral angle of 97.1° with the aziridine ring. The structure was refined to a final value of R = 0.074 for the 590 independent reflections. 相似文献

A three-component condensation of 1,2,3- or 1,2,4-trimethoxybenzene with isobutyric aldehyde and alkyl cyanoacetates in the presence of sulfuric acid resulted in the formation of substituted 2-azaspiro[4.5]deca-6,9-diene-8-ones. The same reaction of aromatic nitriles yielded 2-azaspiro[4.5]deca-1,6,9-triene-8-ones; in the case of 1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene corresponding Ritter amides were also observed. The condensation of 1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene with isobutyric aldehyde and alkyl cyanoacetates provided the compounds of the formal Knöevenagel condensation. 相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of the title compound has been determined by a single crystal x-ray diffraction study using counter-data. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P21/c, with a = 8.657 ± .001Å, b = 10.513 ± .001Å, c = 10.378 ± .001Å, β = 99.68 ± .01° for Z = 4. The structure was solved by the symbolic addition procedure and refined by block-diagonal least-squares to R = 0.052 for 1479 statistically significant reflections. Monoclinic, P21/c, a = 11.364(3), b, = 14.257(3), c = 11.575(2)Å, β = 116.26(2)°, V = 1681.9(7)Å3, Z = 4, Dx = 1.38 g/cc, MoKα radiation λ = .71069 Å, F(000) = 728, T = 163K, R = .0458 for 2330 reflections. The structure compares favorably with that of hexahelicene and methylated derivatives. The thiophene moiety increases the helical core radius and decreases the pitch with respect to hexahelicene and its derivatives. 相似文献

The compound crystallizes in space group P21, (no. 4) with unit cell constants: a = 11.269 (1), b = 7.607 (1), c = 16.714 (1) Å, β = 104.73 (1)°. The structure was solved by the heavy-atom method and refined by block-diagonal least-squares to a final R-value of 0.054 for the 1546 independently measured, statistically significant reflections. The aziridine ring is fused to the norbornyl rather than to the five-membered ring as previously assumed. The nitrogen to phenyl-carbon distance is 1.406 Å and indicates a significant amount of double bond character. 相似文献
