采用非平衡磁控溅射阴极在镀膜区间构建闭合磁场已经成为设计开发磁控溅射真空镀膜系统的通用手段,然而闭合磁场具体的作用对象、作用机制、闭合条件、布局逻辑以及作用效果等仍没有定量的判定标准或设计依据.本文从带电粒子在磁场中的运动出发,推导了真空室内电子与离子运动行为,得出闭合磁场的作用机制,并依此研究了磁控溅射阴极和离子源布局方式对电子约束效果和沉积效率的影响.结果表明,闭合磁场在真空室中主要通过约束电子来约束等离子体,进而减少系统内电子损失;阴极数量和真空室尺寸对闭合磁场的作用效果有重要影响.提出在真空室中央增加对偶离子源,研究了闭合磁场中阴极类型、旋转角度和磁场方向对电子的约束作用,发现当离子源正对阴极相斥或相吸时,真空室内分别形成了局部高密度和均匀连续的两种等离子体分布特征,边缘电子溢出比均低于3%,镀膜区的电子占比相对无对偶离子源时分别提高到53.41%和42.25%.  相似文献

Barton Zwiebach constructed [20] “string products” on the Hilbert space of a combined conformal field theory of matter and ghosts, satisfying the “main identity”. It has been well known that the “tree level” of the theory gives an example of a strongly homotopy Lie algebra (though, as we will see later, this is not the whole truth). Strongly homotopy Lie algebras are now well-understood objects. On the one hand, strongly homotopy Lie algebra is given by a square zero coderivation on the cofree cocommutative connected coalgebra [13, 14]; on the other hand, strongly homotopy Lie algebras are algebras over the cobar dual of the operad &?om for commutative algebras [9]. As far as we know, no such characterization of the structure of string products for arbitrary genera has been available, though there are two series of papers directly pointing towards the requisite characterization. As far as the characterization in terms of (co)derivations is concerned, we need the concept of higher order (co)derivations, which has been developed, for example, in[2, 3]. These higher order derivations were used in the analysis of the ”master identity“. For our characterization we need to understand the behavior of these higher (co)derivations on (co)free (co)algebras. The necessary machinery for the operadic approach is that of modular operads, anticipated in [5] and introduced in [8]. We believe that the modular operad structure on the compactified moduli space of Riemann surfaces of arbitrary genera implies the existence of the structure we are interested in the same manner as was explained for the tree level in [11]. Magnetic resonance imaging is well known as a highly effective technique of medical visualization. One of its relatively new approaches is diffusion imaging. As a rule, the majority of magnetic resonance investigations in biology and medicine tends to be carried out in high magnetic fields (1.5 T and higher), but there are some advantages of the same experiments in low magnetic fields. It can be strongly useful, for example, for designing and testing new pulse sequences, training operators of magnetic resonance imagers, making new phantoms (model objects). In this study, diffusion-weighted imaging experiments in a low magnetic field 7 mT are performed in the first time. Nevertheless, this field is about two orders of magnitude bigger than an extremely low Earth field, and so concomitant gradients and polarization problems do not arise. In particular, diffusion weighted images of combined model samples (phantoms) are presented.  相似文献

The polarization of nuclei in the low static magnetic field \(B_0\) with an alternating magnetic field \(B^{*} (B^{*} \gg B_0)\) at a very low frequency \(f_m\) (but \(f_m\gg 1\) / \({T_1}\) , where \(T_1\) is the spin-lattice relaxation time) has been investigated. The question of the optimization of the energy consumption during the pre-polarization is also considered. Geometric phase in a two-level atom with a fluctuating magnetic field is calculated by a nonunit vector ray in a complex projective Hilbert space, where the nonunit vector is a map connecting with density matrices of a quantum open system. We find that the Pancharatnam phase oscillates with evolving time. The Berry phase depends on the fluctuating parameter but it is proportional to the area spanned in the Bloch parameter space.  相似文献

A Gaussian wave packet confined to move on a plane perpendicular to a magnetic field remains a Gaussian wave packet in its time evolution. The average position and momentum follow the Ehrenfest equations which are identical to the classical Hamilton equations. A set of nonlinear equations decoupled from the Ehrenfest equation is derived for the parameters describing the time evolution of the density distribution and phases of a wave packet. Explicit solutions are then obtained when the "internal" angular momentum of the wave packet vanishes. In this case it is shown that the motion of the wave packet is a superposition of a translational motion, a rotation and a vibration.  相似文献
