The title compound has been synthesized by the addition reaction of N-(4-cyanopyrazole-3-yl)-3,5-difluorophenyl-imine and diisopropyl phosphate. Its structure was confirmed by means of IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The single-crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 18.9959(14), b = 9.2212(7), c = 22.1108(16)A^°, β= 90.1540(10)°, V = 3873.0(5) A^°^3, Dc = 1.366 g/cm^3, Z = 8, μ = 0.185, F(000) = 1664, and the final R = 0.0503 and wR = 0.1539 for 2996 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The results demonstrate that the dihedral angle between the pyrazole and benzene rings is 105.5°, and there is a full delocalized pyrazole system with sp^2 hydridization of N(3). The crystal structure is stabilized by two intermolecular hydrogen bonds of N(1)-H(1)…O(3) and N(3)-H(3A)…N(4). The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has a moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

The new title compound N-(5-(4-chloro-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)furan-2-carbon-yl)- N'-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)thiourea (C19H14C1F3N4O2S) has been synthesized, and its crystal structure and biological behaviors were studied. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.932(5), b = 33.46(2), c = 7.556(5) A, β = 98.058(9)°, V = 1986(2) A^3 Mr = 454.85, Z = 4, Dc = 1.521 g/cm^3, μ = 0.349 mm^-1 and F(000) = 928. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0724 and wR= 0.1429 for 3494 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the b axis together with the continuous π-π interactions construct the three-dimensional architecture of the title compound. The preliminary biological tests show definite herbicidalactivity for the title compound.  相似文献

The compound 3,3'-(anthracene-9,10-diyl)bis(1-phenylpropan-1-one)(C32H26O2,Mr=442.55) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2,2'-(anthracene-9,10-diylbis(methy-lene))bis(1,3-diphenylpropane-1,3-dione) with CsCO3,and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c with a=9.154(3),b=5.2777(16),c=24.897(7) nm,β=107.337(10)°,Z=2 and V=1.1482 nm3.X-ray analysis indicates that an intermolecular hydrogen bond C(8)-H(8A)…O(1),weak C-H···π between H(9A) and the centre of anthracene rings and weak π-π interactions between two anthracene ring planes are observed.  相似文献

A binicotinic biscarbohydrazone compound,2,2'-bipyridyl-3,3'-bis(N,N'-disali- cylidene)-formyhydrazone,1 has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,FT-IR,1H- NMR,ESI-MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic,space group P1 with a = 9.419(3),b = 11.745(4),c = 12.035(5)A,V = 1178.8(7)A^3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.354 g/cm^3,μ = 0.095 mm^-1,F(000) = 500,λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 ,C26H20N6O4,Mr = 480.48,the final R = 0.0480 and wR = 0.1084 for 3634 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that a 1D supramolecular structure of 1 has been constructed by multiply intermolecular N–H···N and O–H···O H-bonding interactions. Besides,compound 1 exhibits a strong green-light emission in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1- with a = 8.9438(4), b = 11.6065(5), c = 14.2215(6)A, α = 112.566(1), β = 92.324(2), γ = 102.91(1)°, V= 1315.65(10) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.344 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.282 mm^-1, λ = 0.71073 A, F(000) = 552, the final R = 0.0587 and wR = 0.1578 for 5071 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the product is a thermodynamically stable trans isomer. Intra- and intermolecular C( 12)-H(12)…O(1) and C(28)-H(28)...O(1)# 1 hydrogen bonds were observed in the title compound.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C12H10ClN7OS, Mr= 335.78) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pi with a = 8.4093(11), b = 9.4430(12), c = 11.1454(14) A, α = 95.508(2), β = 111.366(2), γ = 115.259(2)°, V = 711.42(16) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, F(000) = 344, μ(MoKα) = 0.428 mm-1, the final R = 0.0476 and wR = 0.1243 for 2353 observed reflections (I 〉 2o(/)). The dihedral angles between the pyridine and triazole, thiazole and triazole, and pyridine and thiazole rings are 69.2(1), 9.2(1) and 72.7(1)°, respectively. Intramolecular C(8)--H(8B)...O(1) and N(5)-H(5A)..-N(4) as well as intermolecular C(5)-H(5)...S(1), C(3)-H(3).,.N(6) and N(5)-H(5A)...N(1) hydrogen bonds together with weak C-H...Ir hydrogen-bonding and π-π stacking interactions contribute to the stability of the structure. There is also evidence for significant electron delocalization in the triazolyl system.  相似文献

The compound 2-(1-naphthalenylamino)-4-thiazolidinone was synthesized by the reaction of 1-(naphthalene-1-yl)thiourea with ethyl chloroacetate in an ionic liquid, and its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic, space group P21 /c with a=10.0081(3), b=14.5312(4), c=7.8739(2) , β=99.425(3)°, Z=4, V=1129.64(5)3 , Dc=1.425 g/cm3 , μ=0.269 mm-1 , F(000)=504, the final R=0.0519 and wR=0.1507. X-ray analysis indicated that the five-membered ring is essentially planar in this molecule, and intermolecular hydrogen bonds N(1)-H(1)…N(2), C(3)-H(3)…O(1), C(4)-H(4)…O(1) and C(12)-H(12a)…O(1) were observed. π-π Stacking interactions contribute to the stability of the structure. DSC-TG analysis showed that the title compound experienced a phase change at 190 ℃ and began to decompose above 240 ℃.  相似文献

A novel compound N-(pyridine-2-methyl)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-methylbutanamide, a racemic compound, has been synthesized with 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-methylbutyric acid and pyridin- 2-methylanamine as the raw materials, and its crystal structure (C17H19C1N2O, Mr = 302.79) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 9.624(9), b = 23.14(2), c = 15.626(15)A, β = 106.199(14)°, V = 3342(5) A^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.204 g/cm^3,μ = 0.23 mm^-1, F(000) = 1280, S = 1.032, R = 0.0681 and wR = 0.1508 for 6513 unique reflections (Rint = 0.0421) with 3375 observed ones. In the crystal structure, there are some intermolecular hydrogen bonds which stabilize the crystal structure. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound exhibits good antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea, Gibberella zeae, Dothiorella gregaria and Colletotrichum gossypii.  相似文献

ABSTRACT Monosulfuron is a novel sulfonylurea herbicide with ultra-low dosage invented and patented by Nankai University. Herein its sodium salt was firstly synthesized and crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The title compound belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 7.306(6), b = 9.446(8), c = 11.872(10)A, α = 76.578(14), β = 78.049(13), γ = 77.620(14)°, V = 767.7(11)A^3, Mr = 377.32, Z = 2, Dc = 1.632 g/cm^3,μ= 0.283 mm^-1, F(000) = 388, R = 0.0444 and wR = 0.1186. In the title compound, Na(1) coordinates with 0(4) and 0(5) from one monosulfuron molecule, N(4A) and O(5A) from the other monosulfuron molecule and the oxygen atom from H2O to give five coordination bonds. The title complex is further linked into a three-dimensional structure through π…π interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the oxygen and nitrogen atoms.  相似文献

The title compound 3-methyl-l-(4-methylphenyl)-4-(N-4-trifluoromethylphenyl) aminomethyl-5-(4-methoxyphenylthio)-lH-pyrazole has been synthesized via a four-step reaction and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.7170(15), b = 18.355(3), c = 15.292(3) A, fl = 103.445(3)°, V= 2379.7(7) A3, Dc = 1.350 g/cm3, Z = 4, p = 0.184, F(000) = 1008, and the final R = 0.0491 and wR = 0.1339 for 4160 observed reflections (I 〉 2a(/)). The results demonstrate that there is a face-to-face π-π stacking interaction between one benzene ring (C(19)-C(24)) and another (C(I 3)-C(! 8)) at a plane-plane distance of 3.3539 A. The ring normal and vector between the ring centroids form an angle of 18.2° up to the centroid-to-centroid distance of 3.5273 A. The crystal structure is stabilized by the intermolecular hydrogen bond of N(3)-H(3A)...N(2) (symmetry code: A -x+l, -y+l, -z). The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has a moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

X-ray analysis reveals that both m-fluorobenzyl groups are diorientationally disordered because of the rotation of C–C single bond which was represented as F(1),F(2) and F(1'),F(2'). The diorientational disorder was refined and gave the occupancies of 0.665(4) and 0.335(4) for F(1) and F(1'),0.631(3) and 0.369(3) for F(2) and F(2'). Hydrogen bonds existing in the cell link different components to stabilize the crystal structure. The active data proved that the title compound has good anti-HBV activity.  相似文献

The title molecules are linked through intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form two 1-D chain structures, and such adjacent chains are further linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and H2O bridges to form a 3-D supramolecular network structure. The preliminary bioassay results showed that the title compound exhibits fungicidal activities against Gibberella zeae and Colletotrichum orbiculare.  相似文献
