ABSTRACT

A enantioselective total synthetic route to (+)-13-acteyl-12-hydroxy-podocarpane-8,11,13-triene-7-one 1a and (?)-13-acetyl-12-hydroxy-podocarpane-8,11,13-triene-7-one 1b from (S)-(?)-α-cyclocitral 8a and (R)-(+)-α-cyclocitral 8b was developed.  相似文献

Six podocarpane-type trinorditerpenes were isolated from the bark of Taiwania cryptomerioides. Their structures, 14-hydroxy-13-methoxy-8,11,13-podocarpatrien-7-one (1), 13-hydroxy-12-methoxy-8,11,13-podocarpatriene (2), 12-hydroxy-13-methoxy-8,11,13-podocarpatriene (3), 14-hydroxy-13-methoxy-8,11,13-podocarpatriene (4), 13-hydroxy-8,11,13-podocarpatriene (5), and 13,14-dihydroxy-8,11,13-podocarpatrien-7-one (6), were determined principally from spectral evidence.  相似文献

Dehydration of abiet-8-ene-7β, 13β-diol (ibozol, 1 ) leads to abieta-7,9(11)-dien-13β-ol ( 2 ) which aromatizes slowly to the known abieta-8,11,13-triene ( 3 ). Photosensitized oxygenation of the heteroannular diene 2 yields a mixture from which three compounds were identified; abiet-7-ene-9α, 11α, 13β-triol ( 4 ), abieta-8,11,13-trien-7-one ( 5 ), and abieta-8,11,13-trien-7α-ol ( 6 ).  相似文献

Further studies on the bark of Taiwania cryptomerioides found four new podocarpane derivatives, 1beta,13-dihydroxy-8,11,13-podocarpatriene (1), 14,18-dihydroxy-13-methoxy-8,11,13-podocarpatriene (2), 1beta,14-dihydroxy-13-methoxy-8,11,13-podocarpatriene-2,7-dione (3), and 3beta,14-dihydroxy-13-methoxy-8,11,13-podocarpatrien-7-one (4), together with a known 1beta,13,14-trihydroxy-8,11,13-podocarpatrien-7-one (5). Diterpenoids from Leaf Glands of Plectranthus purpuratus: p-Quinomethanes, Extended Quinones, p-Acylcatechols and a Novel Phyllocladanon Derivative From the complex mixture of terpenoids from the title plant, the following novel diterpenoids have been isolated: 11-hydroxy-19-(3-methyl-2-butenoyloxy)- and 11-hydroxy-19-(3-methylbutanoyloxy)-5,7,9 (11), 13-abietatetraen-12-one ( 1a / 1b ), 11-hydroxy-19-(3-methyl-2-butenoyloxy)- and 11-hydroxy-19-(3-methylbutanoyl-oxy)-7,9(11), 13-abietatrien-6,12-dione ( 2a / 2b ), 6α, 11-dihydroxy-19-(3-methyl-2-butenoyloxy)- and 6α, 11 -dihydroxy-19-(3-methylbutanoyloxy)-7,9 (11), 13-abieta-trien-12-one ( 3a / 3b ), 11,12-dihydroxy-19-(3-methyl-2-butenoyloxy)- and 11,12-di-hydroxy-19-(3-methylbutanoyloxy)-8,11,13-abietatrien-7-one ( 4a / 4b ), and (16R)-17,19-diacetoxy-16-hydroxy-13β-kauran-3-one (=(16R)-17,19-diacetoxy-16-hydro-xyphyllocladan-3-one; 10 ). Compounds 2 and 3 are derivates of taxodione and taxodone, respectively, 4 is a derivative of cryptojaponol. The structure of 10 is Wised on a single-crystal- X -ray analysis and CD . data.  相似文献

Leaf-gland Pigments: Coleons U, V, W, 14- O -Formyl-coleon-V, and two Royleanones from Plectranthus myrianthus BRIQ. ; cis - and trans -A/B-6,7-Dioxoroyleanones From leaf-glands of the South-African P. myrianthus (Labiatae) the following diterpenoids have been isolated and their structures established: coleon U, C20H26O5 (6, 11, 12, 14-tetrahydroxy-abieta-5, 8, 11, 13-tetraene-7-one, 2a ); coleon V, C20H26O5 (11, 12, 14-trihydroxy-abieta-8, 11, 13-triene-6, 7-dione, 4a ); coleon W, C22H28O8 (16(or 17)-acetoxy-6, 11, 12, 14, 17 (or 16)-pentahydroxy-abieta-5, 8, 11, 13-tetraene-7-one, 6 ); 14-O-formyl-coleon-V, C21H26O6 (14-formyloxy-11, 12-dihydroxy-abieta-8, 11, 13-triene-6, 7-dione, 4b ); 7α-formyloxy-6β-hydroxyroyleanone, C21H28O6 (7α-formyloxy-6β, 12-dihydroxy-abieta-8, 12-diene-11, 14-dione, 1a ); the already known 6β, 7α-dihydroxyroyleanone ( 1c ) and a dimeric abietane derivative whose structure is not yet elucidated. This is the first record of a co-occurrence of coleons and royleanones in the same plant. In the course of chemical investigations of 4a and 4b the highly oxidized trans- and cis-A/B-6,7-dioxoroyleanones ( 5a and 5b ) were obtained.  相似文献

3-Acetyltropolone ( 1 ) reacted with phenylhydrazine to give 3-acetyltropolone phenylhydrazone ( 3 ) and 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-one ( 4 ). The former ( 3 ) cyclized to afford the latter ( 4 ). The reaction of 3-acetyl-2-methoxytropone ( 2a ) with phenylhydrazine gave 4 , 3-methyl-2-phenyl-2,8-dihydrocyclo-heptapyrazol-8-one ( 5 ), and 3-methyl-2-phenyl-2,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-one phenylhydrazone ( 6 ). The compound ( 5 ) reacted with phenylhydrazine to afford 6 . The reaction of 7-acetyl-2-methoxytropone ( 2b ) with phenylhydrazone gave 7-acetyl-2-methoxytropone phenylhydrazone ( 7 ), 7-acetyl-2-(N′-phenylhydrazino)-tropone phenylhydrazone ( 8 ), 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-one phenylhydrazone ( 9 ), and 6 . The compound ( 7 ) was heated to afford 4 and reacted with phenylhydrazine to afford 8 and 9 . The compound ( 8 ) was also refluxed to give 9 .  相似文献

Five new diterpenoids, 11-hydroxyabieta-8,11,13-trien-7-one (1), 11,12,14-trihydroxyabieta-8,11,13-trien-7-one (2), 6beta,7alpha-diacetoxyroyleanone (3), 7beta-hydroxymanoyl oxide (4), and 9alpha-hydroxyisopimara-8(14),15-dien-7-one (5) were obtained from the bark of Taiwania cryptomerioides. The enzymatic resolution products [(1R,4aR,8aR)-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a-decahydro-5,5,8a-trimethyl-2-oxo-trans-naphthalene-1-methanol-2-ethylene acetal (8aR)-7 (98% ee) and {acetate of (1S,4aS,8aS)-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a-decahydro-5,5,8a-trimethyl-2-oxo-trans-naphthalene-1-methanol-2-ethylene acetal} (8aS)-9 (>99% ee)] obtained by the lipase-catalyzed enantioselective acetylation of (±)-7 in the presence of vinyl acetate as an acyl donor were converted to the ,β-unsaturated ketones (8aR)-6 and (8aS)-6, respectively. Concise syntheses of (+)-totarol 1, (+)-podototarin 2 and (+)-sempervirol 3 were achieved based on Michael reactions between (8aS)-6 and the appropriate β-keto ester followed by aldol condensation. The first chiral syntheses of (+)-jolkinolides E 4 and D 5 were achieved from (5R,10R,12R)-12-hydroxypodocarpa-8(14)-en-13-one 15 derived from (8aR)-6.  相似文献

The reactions of 2-acetyldimedone and 2-acetyl-3-methoxy-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-one with 3,4-diaminobenzophenoneproduce2-[1-(2-amino-5-benzoylphenyl)amino]ethylidene-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedioneand 2-acetyl-3-(2-amino-5-benzoylphenyl)amino-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-one, which are cyclized by the action of hydrochloric acid, yielding the respective hydrochlorides of 8-benzoyl- and 7-benzoyl-3,3,11-trimethyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-dibenzo[b,e][1,4]diazepin-2-ones. Hydrolytic cleavage of the 8-benzoyl derivative leads to 2-acetyl-3-(2-amino-4-benzoylphenyl)amino-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-one. A similar cleavage to form 2-acetyl-3-(2-aminophenyl)amino-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-one is observed for the known hydrochloride of 3,3,11-trimethyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-dibenzo[b,e][1,4]diazepin-2-one. To investigate the structure-odor correlation of musks, (12R)-12-methyl-13-tridecanolide (1), a macrocyclic musk, and 13-tridecanolide, its non-musky demethyl analogue, were conformationally constrained by introduction of methylene bridges between C-3 and C-8 or C-9. These [7.5.1]- and [8.4.1]-macrobicycles were synthesized starting from bicyclo[5.3.1]undec-8-en-9-one (3) and bicyclo[4.3.1]dec-7-en-8-one (8), respectively, by a sequence consisting of catalytic hydrogenation, alpha-alkylation with a TBS-protected (tert-butyldimethylsilyl) hydroxy halide, acid-catalyzed cyclization, oxidative cleavage of the formed enol ether double bond, and subsequent reduction of the carbonyl group via its tosylhydrazone. The compound (1R,6R,9R)-(+)-6-methyl-4-oxa-bicyclo[7.5.1]pentadecan-3-one (22) was found to possess the most pronounced musk odor, and this was rationalized by a superposition analysis with the polycyclic aromatic musk odorant (4S,7R)-Galaxolide (2). In its (1S,6R,9S)-(+)-stereoisomer 23 as well as in (1S,6R, 10R)-(+)-6-methyl-4-oxabicyclo[8.4.1]-pentadecan-3-one (18) the (6R)-methyl group seems to hinder the interaction with the musk receptor, while the demethyl compounds 7 and 12 showed only very faint odors.  相似文献

The syntheses of 3-amino-4-methyl-1-(β-D-ribofuranosyl)-1,2,4-triazolin-5-one ( 8a ) and its 2′-deoxy analog 8b as well as 5-amino-2-methyl-1-(β-D-ribofuranosyl)-1,2,4-triazolin-3-one ( 12 ) have been accomplished. Compounds 8a and 8b were synthesized via glycosylation of 3-bromo-5-nitro-1,2,4-triazole which was followed by replacement in three steps of the 3-bromo function to yield 3-nitro-1-(2,3,5-tri-O-acetyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl)-1,2,4-triazolin-5-one ( 4a ) and its 2′-deoxy analog 4b . Compounds 4a and 4b were methylated at N2, hydrogenated and deblocked to give 3-amino-4-methyl-1-(β-D-ribofuranosyl)-1,2,4-triazolin-5-one ( 8a ) and the 2′-deoxy analog 8b . Compound 12 was synthesized by glycosylation of 3-amino-1-methyl-1,2,4-triazolin-5(2H)-one ( 10 ). The structures of 8b and 12 were confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Two novel diterpenes, obtusanal B (1) and obtusadione (2), along with obtusanal A (3), obtunone (4), 12-hydroxy-6,7-secoabieta-8,11,13-triene-6,7-dial, 8,12-dihydroxydielmentha-5,9-diene-7,11-dione and myrcene, isolated from the heartwood of Chamaecyparis obtusa var. formosana, were characterized by spectroscopic means, including 2D-NMR techniques. Compounds 1 and 2 are 7(6-->2)abeoabietane and 14(8-->9)abeoabietane type diterpenes, respectively. Their biosyntheses were proposed.  相似文献

3-Acetyltropolone ( 1 ) reacted with bromine, iodine, and nitric acid to afford respectively 3-acetyl-5,7-di-bromotropolone ( 2 ), 3-acetyl-7-iodotropolone ( 3 ), and 3-acetyl-5-nitro- ( 4 ) and 3-acetyl-5,7-dinitrotropolone ( 5 ). Azo-coupling reactions of 1 gave 3-acetyl-5-arylazotropolones 7a-f. The Schmidt reactions of 2 and 3 gave respectively 5,7-dibromo- ( 9 ) and 7-iodo-2-methyl-8H-cyclohept[d]oxazol-8-one ( 10 ), while 4 gave 3-acetamido-5-nitrotropolone ( 11 ). Compounds 2 and 4 reacted with hydroxylamine to give 3-methyl-8H-cyclohept[d]isoxazol-8-ones 12 and 13. The reactions of 2 , 3 , and 4 with hydrazine gave 3-methyl-1,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-ones 15 , 16 , and 17.  相似文献
