This paper discusses the influence of chemical composition on the final electromagnetic properties in higher permeability material. Furthermore, the effect of the hot rolling practice and the end of austenite transformation temperature range on the hot band microstructure is described. The magnetic polarization J5000 better than 1.7 T, using hot rolling conditions 40 mm transfer bar thickness, finish mill entry temperature 1000 °C, and finishing temperature 800–840 °C and after decarburization heat treatment and grain growth treatment, was obtained.  相似文献

采用理论计算与动高压实验相结合的方法,提出了一个计算剪切模量温度系数G′T的新方法.首先用理论方法计算一个中间数据G(PS),然后再与动高压实验数据G(PH)结合在一起计算出G′T,并针对93钨合金材料进行了计算.计算结果表明剪切模量温度系数G′T开始是随温度和压力变化的,但在高温高压下,它趋近于一常数.对于93钨合金,这个常数约为-004GPa/℃.同时,这也是对Steinberg本构模型中的剪切模量温度系数为常数的一个证明.并且,当把这一常数代入剪切模量温度系数的计算式中,将重新计算出的剪切模量与实验测得的剪切模量结果进行了比较,结果表明二者符合得很好,从而证明了本计算的剪切模量温度系数的正确性. 关键词: 有限应变物态方程 剪切模量温度系数 Steinberg本构模型 动高压实验  相似文献

Experimental values are tabulated for the temperature derivative of the isotropic polycrystalline shear modulus for 47 elements and for the pressure derivative for 39 elements. Equations are derived to estimate these derivatives, and the estimated values generally compare well with the experimental data. These equations have been used to determine pressure and temperature derivatives of the isotropic polycrystalline shear modulus for other elements for which no experimental data are available.  相似文献

An EXAFS study has been performed on annealed and cold-rolled copper foils in order to understand the structural change after deformation. Data taken from a cold-rolled specimen showed nearly identical nearest neighbor structure as compared to an annealed specimen. However, larger Debye-Waller factors and static displacements were observed for atoms in the higher coordination shells. Furthermore, increased disorder in the deformed specimen resulted in a reduced EXAFS amplitude. The determination of the electron mean free path and the effect of specimen non-uniformity on the transmission EXAFS amplitude are also discussed.  相似文献

We use the transient ion drift in a depletion region of a Schottky barrier to determine ion diffusivities at moderate temperatures. The pulsed reverse bias leads to temperature dependent capacitance transients similar to deep level carrier emission transients. A simple theoretical model together with classical transient signal analysis provide the means to extract the ion diffusion constant. When applied to copper in silicon, diffusion data are obtained in a not yet investigated temperature range (280–400 K) which agree well with both low and high temperature diffusion data.  相似文献

The influences of supersaturation of samples by point defects on the shear modulus is investigated by the internal-friction method. It is found that, in the temperature range 0.25–0.5Tm, the shear modulus of such samples is less. Surface plasmon-phonon polaritons (SPPP’s) of types 3 and 4 are investigated in doped anisotropic single crystals of hexagonal silicon carbide (6H-SiC) in the orientation corresponding to KC and xyC. It is shown that a dispersion dependence of the type-3 SPPP’s bounded by K appears in 6H-SiC when the plasmon frequency increases to ν p⩾350 cm−1. At ν p⩾400 cm−1, ν s(K) exists for type-4 SPPP’s in the frequency range Ω + <ν< + . When the concentration of free charge carriers is increased, the dispersion curves are displaced toward higher frequencies. Optical properties of semi-insulating polycrystalline silicon (SIPOS) films were investigated over the wide region of wavelengths. The vibrational modes of Si-O-Si and Si-Si bonds were studied by IR and Raman spectroscopy. A pronounced effect of oxygen content on the measured spectra was observed. Optical constants of SIPOS films have been compared with those of amorphous silicon and glassy silicon dioxide and their values have been successfully interpreted in terms of the theory of effective medium. The results have shown that the amorphous character prevails in the as-deposited SIPOS films.  相似文献

It has been shown by the molecular dynamics method that the introduction of interstitials in the dumbbell configuration into the copper crystal leads to a significantly stronger shear modulus reduction than the vacancy introduction. Specific low-frequency modes appear in the spectrum of vibrational states of “defect” atoms. The vacancy formation enthalpy weakly depends on their concentration, and the interstitial dumbbell formation enthalpy at high concentrations can decrease by a factor of 8. In this case, the radial distribution function takes the form characteristic of noncrystalline materials. The results obtained confirm the interstitial theory of the condensed state.  相似文献

In this work, the influence of light absorption on copper related defect reactions in p-type silicon is investigated by transient ion drift measurements. It is found that copper out-diffusion and formation of copper complexes are two competitive processes whose relative importance depends on light intensity. At low intensities, a reduced surface potential allows complete copper out-diffusion. Above a certain threshold value, however, copper complexes are formed which could be responsible for the earlier reported optically activated recombination activity of copper in silicon. It is shown that the observed Fermi-level dependence of the defect formation rate cannot be explained in terms of an optically induced change in the interstitial copper charge state. The high thermal stability of the formed copper complexes further points out that the formation of electrostatically bound copper-defect pairs may be ruled out. Ionic conductivity and chemical diffusion coefficient have been studied for superionic polycrystalline Cu1.75Se copper selenide within the temperature interval 300–500 K. An increase in ionic conductivity with an grain size increase is observed. In our opinion, this fact is caused by lower activation energy for the bulk diffusion than that for the grain boundary diffusion.  相似文献

Physical vapor processes using glow plasma discharge are widely employed in microelectronic industry. In particular magnetron sputtering is a major technique employed for the coating of thin films. This paper addresses the influence of direct current (DC) plasma magnetron sputtering parameters on the material characteristics of polycrystalline copper (Cu) thin films coated on silicon substrates. The influence of the sputtering parameters including DC plasma power and argon working gas pressure on the electrical and structural properties of the thin Cu films was investigated by means of surface profilometer, four-point probe and atomic force microscopy.  相似文献

The dimension D of a polycrystalline film and the optical anisotropy m = εzx of uniaxial crystallites with the principal components εx = εy and εz of the tensor of the dielectric constant have been shown to produce a strong influence on the effective dielectric constant εD* and the effective refractive index nD* = (εD*)1/2 of the film in the optical transparency region, as well as on the boundaries of the intervals BDl ≤ εD*BDu. The intervals Δ2(m) = B2lB2u and Δ3(m) = B3lB3u are separated by a gap for m in the range 1 < m < 2, whereas the theoretical dependence ε2*(m) is separated by a gap from the interval Δ3(m) for m in the range 1 < m < 4. This is confirmed by a comparison of the experimental (noP) and theoretical (nD*) ordinary refractive indices for uniaxial polycrystalline films of the conjugated polymer poly(p-phenylene vinylene) (PPV) with uniaxial crystallites and appropriate values of m. In the visible transparency region of the PPV films with a change in m(λ) in the range 2 < m(λ) < 3 due to the dependence of the components εx,z(λ) on the light wavelength λ, the refractive indices noP2(λ) = εoP(λ) are consistent with the theoretical values of ε2*(λ) and lie outside the interval Δ3(m). For m(λ) > 3 near the electronic absorption band of the crystallites, the values of εoP(λ) lie in the region of the overlap of the intervals Δ2(m) and Δ3(m). The boundaries mc of the range 1 < m < mc are determined, for which the interval Δ2(m) is separated by a gap from the dependences ε3*(m) corresponding to the effective medium theory with spherical crystallites and hierarchical models of a polycrystal, as well as from the proposed new dependence ε3*(m).  相似文献

The electrical conductivities of single-crystal K-feldspar along three different crystallographic directions are investigated by the Solartron-1260 Impedance/Gain-phase analyzer at 873 K–1223 K and 1.0 GPa–3.0 GPa in a frequency range of 10-1 Hz–106 Hz. The measured electrical conductivity along the ⊥ [001] axis direction decreases with increasing pressure, and the activation energy and activation volume of charge carriers are determined to be 1.04 ± 0.06 e V and 2.51 ± 0.19 cm~3/mole, respectively. The electrical conductivity of K-feldspar is highly anisotropic, and its value along the⊥ [001] axis is approximately three times higher than that along the ⊥ [100] axis. At 2.0 GPa, the diffusion coefficient of ionic potassium is obtained from the electrical conductivity data using the Nernst–Einstein equation. The measured electrical conductivity and calculated diffusion coefficient of potassium suggest that the main conduction mechanism is of ionic conduction, therefore the dominant charge carrier is transferred between normal lattice potassium positions and adjacent interstitial sites along the thermally activated electric field.  相似文献

The paper presents the theory of shear wave propagation in a “soft solid” material possessing anisotropy of elastic and dissipative properties. The theory is developed mainly for understanding the nature of the low-frequency acoustic characteristics of skeletal muscles, which carry important diagnostic information on the functional state of muscles and their pathologies. It is shown that the shear elasticity of muscles is determined by two independent moduli. The dissipative properties are determined by the fourth-rank viscosity tensor, which also has two independent components. The propagation velocity and attenuation of shear waves in muscle depend on the relative orientation of three vectors: the wave vector, the polarization vector, and the direction of muscle fiber. For one of the many experiments where attention was distinctly focused on the vector character of the wave process, it was possible to make a comparison with the theory, estimate the elasticity moduli, and obtain agreement with the angular dependence of the wave propagation velocity predicted by the theory.  相似文献
