A novel polyoxometalate {[AgI(4,4'-bipy)]3[PW12O40]}·(4,4'-bipy)·4H2O 1 has been synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of 1 belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 11.3710(17), b = 12.0701(16), c = 13.1061(12) , α = 112.838(3), β = 94.545(6), γ = 99.526(4)°, V = 1614.4(4) 3, Mr = 3825.40, Z = 1, Dc = 3.935, μ = 22.289mm-1, F(000) = 1692, the final R = 0.0507 and wR = 0.1054. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the molecular structure of 1 consists of three coordinated cations [AgI(4,4'-bipy)]+, a polyanion unit [PW12O40]3-, and a discrete 4,4′-bipy molecule. Significantly, there exist two crystallographically independent silver(I) centers in 1 and all [AgI(4,4'-bipy)]+ cations are linked with each other to form a one-dimensional Ag-4,4'-bipy polymer chain. The neighboring polymer chains are further interconnected to form a 3D framework by the covalent effect of silver atoms and terminal oxygen atoms of the polyanion. The electrochemical behaviors of 1 have also been studied in detail by cyclic voltammograms.  相似文献

Five new block copoly(imide siloxane)s have been prepared by reacting two different diamines, 4,4″-bis(p-aminophenoxy)-3,3″-trifluoromethyl terphenyl (APTTFT) and amino-propyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane (APPS), separately with 4,4′-(4,4′-isopropylidenediphenoxy)bis(phthalic anhydride); BPADA. The reactions were conducted by a two pot solution imidization technique. The diamine APTTFT and the dianhydride BPADA composed the hard block segment while APPS and BPADA composed the soft block segment. The soft and hard blocks of different block lengths were generated by different stoichiometric imbalance in two different flasks and the final polymers were obtained by reacting both the blocks together. Different block copoly(imide siloxane)s were prepared on increasing the hard block lengths (DP) from 7 to 12, 18, 23 and 28 and the soft block lengths (DP) from 4 to 6, 8, 10 and 12, respectively. The resulting polymers have been well characterized by NMR, DSC and DMA techniques. The properties of the block copolymers were compared with the analogous random copolymers and homopolyimide prepared without APPS.  相似文献

A three-dimensional iron arsenate [4,4'-bpyH2]3[Fe9(H2O)6F3(HAsO4)12(AsO4)2].2H2O, 1, has been synthesized using 4,4'-bipyridine as the templating agent under hydrothermal conditions. The structure is formed by FeO6, FeO3F3 octahedral units connected with HAsO4 and AsO4 units, forming one- and two-dimensional units in which the one-dimensional units act as a pillar. The presence of face-shared Fe-dimer units in the one-dimensional unit is noteworthy. Detailed magnetic studies indicate two possible magnetic interactions: antiferromagnetic interactions within the layer and a weak ferromagnetic polarization between the layers at very low temperatures through the Fe-dimer units.  相似文献

A new tetracationic molecular receptor has been synthesized and studied by semiempirical molecular orbital theory. This novel macrocycle, 1(4+), derived from pentacyclo[5.0.0.0.(2,6)0.(3,10)0(5,9)]undecane-8,11-dione (PCU-8,11-dione), structurally resembles cyclobis(paraquat-p-phenylene), 2(4+), in which a xylyl group has been replaced by a PCU unit. This derivatization effectively increases the size and flexibility of 1(4+) and changes its electronic, dynamical, and binding properties. A conformational search using Osawa's corner flapping technique and the PM3 semiempirical method identifies eight unique and low-energy 1(4+) conformers. The principal regions of structural variation occur in the bipyridinium torsion and in the ethylene bridges between PCU and the tetracationic unit. The inclusion complexes of 1(4+) with 1,4-disubstituted benzenes and 4,4'-disubstituted biphenyls have been studied by PM3. The first shell of solvation is approximated by the explicit inclusion of 12 acetonitriles in the computed supramolecular complexes. Binding of 1,4-disubstituted benzenes and 4,4'-biphenol is shifted from the 1(4+) geometric center. From the computations, host 1(4+) is predicted to have an enhanced binding preference for benzidine over 4,4'-biphenol, as compared to 2(4+). For all guests computed, 1(4+) binds more strongly than 2(4+). These properties can be exploited in the future design of supramolecular systems with potential applications as nanoscale devices.  相似文献

以(-)-2,2′-(2,5-噻吩二甲酰氨基)二丙氨酸(C12H14N2O6S)及4,4′-联吡啶(4,4′-bipy)为配体,在水热条件下合成了铕配位聚合物{[Eu2(C12H12N2O6S)3(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)2].(H2O)6}n。通过X-射线单晶衍射仪测定其结构,结果表明:晶体为正交晶系,晶胞参数a=1.113 992(18)nm,b=1.804 972(19)nm,c=2.933 80(3)nm,Z=4;2个Eu原子分别为九和八配位。测定发现配合物固体具有Eu3+的典型光致发光光谱,配合物中配体能有效提高稀土离子的发光效果。并通过热重分析对配合物进行了热稳定性研究。  相似文献

A new cadmium croconate (C5O5(2-)) complex, [Cd2(C5O5)2(4,4'-bpy)(H2O)]infinity (4,4-bpy=4,4'-bipyridine) with an extended network has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/n, with empirical formula C20H12Cd2N2O12, a=15.9623(3) A, b=7.5837(1) A, c=18.1181(3) A, beta=99.95(2) degrees, and Z=4. Structural determination reveals that the title compound has a bilayered network, containing two crystallographically independent Cd(II) ions in different coordination environments. Cd(1) lies in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal environment, consisting of three croconate ions and one 4,4'-bpy nitrogen donor, while Cd(2) lies in a distorted octahedral environment, consisting of two croconate anions, one 4,4'-bpy nitrogen donor, and one water molecule. Of the two crystallographic independent croconate ligands, one presents a bis-bidentate adjacent mu3-coordination mode and the other a new bidentate/three-adjacent mu5-coordination mode. A two-dimensional hybrid layer is formed by two rectangular boxes as the building units through the connectivity between Cd(II) and croconate and 4,4'-bpy ligands.  相似文献

Syntheses and characterizations of a Pd-based molecular triangle and square and hybrid composites with polyoxometalates are examined. The equilibrium between the Pd-based molecular triangle [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]3(NO3)6 and square [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4(NO3)8 largely depends on the solvents, and both compounds have successfully been isolated: [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]3(NO3)6.3.5DMSO, monoclinic Cc (No. 9), a = 19.8210(2) A, b = 34.3667(5) A, c = 27.5484(4) A, beta = 89.9420(10) degrees , V = 18765.5(4) A3; [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4(NO3)8, monoclinic C2/c (No. 15), a = 45.6921(16) A, b = 8.7721(8) A, c = 36.719(3) A, beta = 126.509(2) degrees , V = 11829.4(14) A3. The reactions of the Pd-based molecular triangle/square with [W6O19]2-, [W10O32]4-, and [alpha-SiW12O40]4- form [[(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[ supersetW6O19]][W6O19]3, [[(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[ supersetW6O19]](NO3)6, [[(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[ supersetW10O32]][W10O32], [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[W10O32]2, and [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[alpha-SiW12O40]2. The molecular square does not encapsulate the largest [alpha-SiW12O40]4-, but it does encapsulate [W6O19]2- and [W10O32]4-. The isolation of [W6O19]2- and [alpha-SiW12O40]4- from the mixture by use of the molecular square is possible by utilizing the quite different solubility of [[(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[ supersetW6O19]](NO3)6 and [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[alpha-SiW12O40]2 formed in DMSO. The size-selective encapsulation property of supramolecules may open the new way to rationalize isolation methods of the useful polyoxometalates.  相似文献

To study the conformations of 1,2,3,4,5,6-cyclohexanehexacarboxylic acid (H(6)L), eleven new coordination polymers have been isolated from hydrothermal reactions of different metal salts with 1e,2a,3e,4a,5e,6a-cyclohexanehexacarboxylic acid (3e+3a, H(6)L(I)) and characterized. They are [Cd(12)(mu(6)-L(II))(mu(10)-L(II))(3)(mu-H(2)O)(6)(H(2)O)(6)]16.5 H(2)O (1), Na(12)[Cd(6)(mu(6)-L(II))(mu(6)-L(III))(3)]27 H(2)O (2), [Cd(3)(mu(13)-L(II))(mu-H(2)O)] (3), [Cd(3)(mu(6)-L(III))(2,2'-bpy)(3)(H(2)O)(3)]2 H(2)O (4), [Cd(4)(mu(4)-L(VI))(2)(4,4'-Hbpy)(4)(4,4'-bpy)(2)(H(2)O)(4)]9.5 H(2)O (5), [Cd(2)(mu(6)-L(II))(4,4'-Hbpy)(2)(H(2)O)(10)]5 H(2)O (6), [Cd(3)(mu(11)-L(VI))(H(2)O)(3)] (7), [M(3)(mu(9)-L(II))(H(2)O)(6)] (M=Mn (8), Fe (9), and Ni (10)), and [Ni(4)(OH)(2)(mu(10)-L(II))(4,4'-bpy)(H(2)O)(4)]6 H(2)O (11). Three new conformations of 1,2,3,4,5,6-cyclohexanehexacarboxylate, 6e (L(II)), 4e+2a (L(III)) and 5e+1a (L(VI)), have been derived from the conformational conversions of L(I) and trapped in these complexes by controlling the conditions of the hydrothermal systems. Complexes 1 and 2 have three-dimensional (3D) coordination frameworks with nanoscale cages and are obtained at relatively low temperatures. A quarter of the L(I) ligands undergo a conformational transformation into L(II) while the others are transformed into L(III) in the presence of NaOH in 2, while all of the L(I) are transformed into L(II) in the absence of NaOH in 1. Complex 3 has a 3D condensed coordination framework, which was obtained under similar reaction conditions as 1, but at a higher temperature. The addition of 2,2'-bipyridine (2,2'-bpy) or 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bpy) to the hydrothermal system as an auxiliary ligand also induces the conformational transformation of H(6)L(I). A new L(VI) conformation has been trapped in complexes 4-7 under different conditions. Complex 4 has a 3D microporous supramolecular network constructed from a 2D L(III)-bridged coordination layer structure by pi-pi interactions between the chelating 2,2'-bpy ligands. Complexes 5-7 have different frameworks with L(II)/L(VI) conformations, which were prepared by using different amounts of 4,4'-bpy under similar synthetic conditions. Both 5 and 7 are 3D coordination frameworks involving the L(VI) ligands, while 6 has a 3D microporous supramolecular network constructed from a 2D L(II)-bridged coordination layer structure by interlayer N(4,4'-Hbpy)--HO(L(II)) hydrogen bonds. 3D coordination frameworks 8-11 have been obtained from the H(6)L(I) ligand and the paramagnetic metal ions Mn(II), Fe(II), and Ni(II), and their magnetic properties have been studied. Of particular interest to us is that two copper coordination polymers of the formulae [{Cu(II) (2)(mu(4)-L(II))(H(2)O)(4)}{Cu(I) (2)(4,4'-bpy)(2)}] (12 alpha) and [Cu(II)(Hbtc)(4,4'-bpy)(H(2)O)]3 H(2)O (H(3)btc=1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid) (12 beta) resulted from the same one-pot hydrothermal reaction of Cu(NO(3))(2), H(6)L(I), 4,4'-bpy, and NaOH. The Hbtc(2-) ligand in 12 beta was formed by the in situ decarboxylation of H(6)L(I). The observed decarboxylation of the H(6)L(I) ligand to H(3)btc may serve as a helpful indicator in studying the conformational transformation mechanism between H(6)L(I) and L(II-VI). Trapping various conformations in metal-organic structures may be helpful for the stabilization and separation of various conformations of the H(6)L ligand.  相似文献

One novel organic-inorganic hybrid materials with 4,4’-bipy ligands and copper chlorine coordination polymers as linkers,with new topology,{[CuI(4,4’-bipy)]10Cl2(SiW12O40)2}·6H2O(1)(4,4’-bipy = 4,4’-bipyridine),has been hydrothermally synthesized. The single crystal X-ray structural analysis reveals that the structure of 1 is constructed from classical Keggin anions and[CuI(4,4’- bipy)]cations into a novel,three-dimensional(3D) polyoxometalates(POMs)based network.From the topological view,compound 1 is a novel(3.44.52.63)(32.44.56.69) topology.The electrochemical and photocatalysis properties of 1 have been investigated in details.  相似文献

Five new materials built from polyoxotungstates and Cu(ii) ions as linkers have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions from a mixture of sodium tungstate, copper chloride and bipyridine. The value of the initial pH, the nature of the heteroelement (P or Si) and of the ligand (2,2'- and/or 4,4'-bipyridine) permit the control of the nature of the polyoxotungstate clusters and their connectivity via the copper ions, and hence the dimensionality of the framework. A single phase has been obtained with silicon as heteroelement at an initial pH of 5, namely the 2D material [SiW(12)O(40)][Cu(2,2'-bpy)(2)](2).10H(2)O (1) with saturated Keggin polyoxotungstates linked by {Cu(2,2'-bpy)(2)}(2+) groups. With phosphorous as heteroelement and at the same initial pH, three different structures have been isolated according to the nature of the ligand. Indeed, the two 1D materials [{Cu(5)(2,2'-bpy)(5)(H(2)O)(HPO(4))(PO(4))}PW(11)CuO(39)].6H(2)O (2) with 2,2'-bpy and [4,4'-Hbpy][{Cu(2)(2,2'-bpy)(2)(4,4'-bpy)(2.5)}PW(11)CuO(39)].16H(2)O (3) with a mixture of 2,2'- and 4,4'-bpy have been characterized, and a coordination polymer with polyoxometalate guests Na(3)[4,4'-Hbpy]{Cu(4)(4,4'-bpy)(8)(H(2)O)(8)}[PW(11)CuO(39)(H(2)O)][PW(10)Cu(2)O(38)(H(2)O)(2)].38H(2)O (4) with 4,4'-bpy has been obtained. Finally, in basic medium (pH = 10) the unprecedented molecular cluster Na(2)[{Cu(8)(2,2'-bpy)(8)}(PW(8)O(31))(2)].15H(2)O (5) has been evidenced. Magnetic studies of compound 2 revealed that the predominant interactions involve only 4 paramagnetic centers, which are interacting within pairs, among the 6 Cu(ii) centers. The chi(M)T=f(T) curve can be fitted using the dinuclear expression appropriate to the HDVV isotropic exchange Hamiltonian H=-JS(1)xS(2), with S(1)=S(2)=(1/2) and J=-105.4 cm(-1), showing strong antiferromagnetic interactions within the two Cu(ii) pairs.  相似文献

The suitability of the system [Fe(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(2)(NCX)(2)].(4,4'-bipy), where 4,4'-bipy stands for 4,4'-bipyridine and X = S (1) and Se (2), as a precursor for the synthesis of new polymeric spin-crossover compounds has been studied. The reaction of 1 or 2 with bt (2,2'-bithiazoline) afforded the polymeric compounds of formula [Fe(4,4'-bipy)(bt)(NCX)(2)] (X = S (3), Se (4)). Compounds 3 and 4 are isostructural, but only the crystal structure of 3 has been fully determined. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, Fdd2 space group, Z = 24, with a = 38.962(8) A, b = 11.545(2) A, c = 30.889(6) A, V = 13895(5) A(3). The structure consists of linear chains constituted by trans-4,4'-bipy linked iron(II) ions; two cis equatorial positions are occupied by two pseudohalide ligands, and the remaining positions are filled by the bidentate bt ligand. Investigation of their magnetic properties and M?ssbauer spectra has revealed the occurrence of a low-spin (LS) <--> high-spin (HS) conversion involving 12% (3, S) and 20% (4, Se) of the Fe(II) ions. The thermal variation of the HS fraction is gradual with onset temperatures as low as 60 K. A theoretical approach based on the Ising-like model, completed with molecular vibrations, through harmonic oscillators, fits the data successfully, leading to an energy gap of 65 cm(-1) (3) and 86 cm(-1) (4) between the lowest LS and HS levels, and an average vibration frequency ohgrmacr;(LS) of 382 cm(-1) (3) and 365 cm(-1) (4) in the LS state. The ca. 1.05 omega(LS(3))/omega(LS(4)) ratio is close to the ca. 1.09 Se/S molar mass ratio. The simple electrovibrational Ising-like model permits us to explain, for the first time, a mass effect through the molecular vibrations in a spin-crossover complex that is in the unusual situation of equienergy among the HS and LS states.  相似文献

The key chiral nonracemic 4,4-disubstituted 2-butyrolactone carboxylic acid, (S)-4, is readily accessible via an efficient and stereospecific dirhodium(II) tetraacetate catalyzed tertiary C-H insertion reaction of the diazomalonate (S)-5. The coupling of the acid (S)-4 with tryptamine produces the amide (S)-3, which is then transformed into the aldehyde 23 and hydroxy-lactam 24. Acid-mediated Pictet-Spengler cyclization of 23 and 24 produces the tetracyclic indole lactams (1S,12bS)-25a and (1S,12bR)-25b. Compounds 25a and 25b are converted, via the lactam alcohols 30a and 30b, to (-)-eburnamonine (1a) and (+)-epi-eburnamonine (1b).  相似文献

This study addresses, in detail, the orbital nature and the extent of metal-metal communication in the lowest emitting triplet state of Re(4)(CO)(12)(4,4'-bpy)(4)Cl(4) (where 4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) as well as the symmetry of the lowest (3)MLCT manifold in comparison to that of the ground state. All spectral evidence points to (1). a (3)MLCT excited manifold localized between a single Re(I) corner and an adjacent bridging ligand, (2). a transient mixed-valence state that is completely localized between a single transiently oxidized Re center and the adjacent metals, and (3). a second-order charge transfer from a localized transiently reduced bridging ligand to the adjacent Re(I) center to which it is attached, effectively lowering its oxidation state. The orbital nature of the lowest (3)MLCT manifold is fully corroborated by a molecular orbital diagram derived from quantum chemical modeling studies, while the existence of the localization, localized mixed valency, and second-order charge transfer rely on spectral evidence alone. This work makes use of low-temperature time-resolved infrared (TRIR) techniques as well as a luminescence study. Many of the nuances of the luminescence and TRIR data interpretation are extracted from statistical analysis and quantum chemical modeling studies. The relative concentrations of the dominant conformers that exist for Re(4)(CO)(12)(4,4'-bpy)(4)Cl(4) have also been estimated from Boltzmann statistics.  相似文献

A new supramolecular compound (4,4'-bipyH)4[SiW12O40](4,4'-bipy) (4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine) was synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectrum. The crystallography analysis for the title compound reveals that the crystal crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/m with a = 22.2767(12), b = 21.1879(11), c = 15.6942(8) , β = 97.068(3)°, V = 7351.3(7) 3, C50H44N10O40SiW12, Mr = 3659.24, Z = 4, Dc = 3.306 g/cm3, F(000) = 6544, GOOF = 1.137, R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1579. The title compound consists of a discrete Keggin-type [SiW12O40]4- anion, one 4,4'-bipy and four protonated (4,4'-bipyH)+ cations. The [SiW12O40]4- anion and protonated 4,4'-bipy are connected to form a supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds. Meanwhile, the title compound exhibits good photocatalytic activity for color degradation of Rhodamine-B dye solution under visible-light irradiation.  相似文献

Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) has been divided into two major sub-enzymes, i.e. inducible NOS (iNOS) and constitutive NOS (cNOS). Although nitric oxide (NO) plays an important role as host defense mediator, excessive production of NO by iNOS has been involved in the pathology of many inflammatory diseases. Recently, we reported that the 2-imino-1,3-oxazolidine (1a) weakly inhibits iNOS and that introduction of an alkyl moiety on the oxazolidine ring of 1a enhances the inhibitory activity and selectivity for iNOS. In our search for better iNOS inhibitors, we focused our efforts on the 2-aminothiazole scaffold 3 as it possesses a ring similar to that of 1a. In this study, we evaluated the inhibitory activity of a series of 2-aminothiazole derivatives against both iNOS and neuronal NOS (nNOS). Our results show that introduction of appropriately-sized substituents at the 4- and 5-position of the 2-aminothiazole ring improves the inhibitory activity and selectivity for iNOS. We also found that the selectivity of 5a [5-(1-methyl)ethyl-4-methylthiazol-2-ylamine] and 5b [5-(1,1-dimethyl)ethyl-4-methylthiazol-2-ylamine] for iNOS was similar to that of oxazolidine derivative 1b (4-methyl-5-propyl-2-imino-1,3-oxazolidine) and much higher than that of L-NAME. However, we could not enhance the inhibitory activity against iNOS by introducing an alkyl substituent into the 2-aminothiazole ring as we could in the case of oxazolidine one. On the other hand, introduction of bulky or hydrophilic substituent at any position of the 2-aminothiazole ring remarkably decreased or even abolished the inhibitory activity against NOS.  相似文献

A novel organic-inorganic hybrid nickel molybdenum(V) phosphate has been synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and magnetic susceptibility. The structure consists of poly(oxomolybdophosphate) anions linked by both Ni(II) cations and 4,4-bipyridine bridging ligands to form a three-dimensional open-framework structure with large cavities where the uncoordinated 4,4'-bipyridinium cations and lattice water molecules are located. This is the first example of an extended framework solid containing poly(oxomolybdophosphate) anions interconnected by both transition-metal complexes and organic moieties. Crystal data: (4,4'-H2bpy)[Ni(4,4'-bpy)(H2O)2Ni(0.5)Mo6(OH)3O12(HPO4)4].2H2O, orthorhombic, space group Pccn (No. 56), a = 27.745(2) A, b = 16.158(1) A, c = 22.819(2) A, V =10230.3(1) A(3), and Z = 8.  相似文献

One-dimensional chain copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer has been synthesized and characterized in the solvent mixture of water and alcohol with o-acetamidobenzoic acid,4,4'-bipyridine and copper perchlorate.It is of tetragonal,space group P41212 with a=1.57756(10),b= 1.57756(10),c=2.1438(3)nm,V=5.3352(8) nm3,Dc=1.524 g/cm3,Z=4,F(000)=2536,R= 0.0479 and wR=0.0979.The crystal structure shows two coordination modes.The copper(1) is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 4,4'-bipyridine molecule and two oxygen atoms from two o-acetamidobenzoic acid molecules,forming a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry;the copper(2) is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 4,4'-bipyridine molecule,four oxygen atoms from two o-acetamidobenzoic acid molecules and two water molecules,generating a distorted octahedral coordination geometry.The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable below 180.0 ℃.  相似文献
