The theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of scattering of elastic waves and dynamic stress concentrations in the thin plate with the cutout was studied using dual reciprocity boundary element method (DRM). Based on the work equivalent law, the dual reciprocity boundary integral equations for flexural waves in the thin plate were established using static fundamental solution. As illustration, numerical results for the dynamic stress concentration factors in the thin plate with a circular hole are given. The results obtained demonstrate good agreement with other reported results and show high accuracy.  相似文献

The scattering of flexural wave by multiple circular holes in an infinite thin plate is analytically solved by using the multipole Trefftz method. The dynamic moment concentration factor (DMCF) along the edge of circular holes is determined. Based on the addition theorem, the solution of the field represented by multiple coordinate systems centered at each circle can be transformed into one coordinate system centered at one circle, where the boundary conditions are given. In this way, a coupled infinite system of simultaneous linear algebraic equations is derived as an analytical model for the scattering of flexural wave by multiple holes in an infinite plate subject to the incident flexural wave. The formulation is general and is easily applicable to dealing with the problem containing multiple circular holes. Although the number of hole is not limited in our proposed method, the numerical results of an infinite plate with three circular holes are presented in the truncated finite system. The effects of both incident wave number and the central distance among circular holes on the DMCF are investigated. Numerical results show that the DMCF of three holes is larger than that of one, when the space among holes is small and meanwhile the specified direction of incident wave is subjected to the plate.  相似文献

在理论上和实验上对环形薄板二维驻波波节图形(克拉尼图形) 进行了研究. 通过在极坐标下对垂直板面方向小振动方程进行分离变量, 求解出环形薄板小振动方程在外边界悬空时分别在两种内边界条件, 即内边界悬空和内边界简支下的解析解的简正模式, 并计算了在第一种边条件下几种共振模式的径向波速近似值, 以及两种边条件下的圆形驻波波节线的半径和薄板的弹性模量. 发现通过调节环形薄板上点振动源的频率, 可精确控制薄板上出现的克拉尼图形. 实验上观察到了仅有圆形波节线, 仅有辐射状波节线, 以及两种波节线同时存在3 种简正模式的情形, 且波节线的数量可严格控制. 理论结果跟实验符合得很好.   相似文献

通过奇异摄动方法研究了在薄冰层覆盖的不可压缩理想流体表面上传播的两个水弹性孤立波之间的迎面碰撞.借助特殊的 Cosserat 超弹性壳 理论以及Kirchhoff--Love 板理论,冰层由 Plotnikov--Toland板模型描述.流体运动采用浅水假设和Boussinesq 近似. 应用Poincaré--Lighthill--Kuo 方法进行坐标变形,进而渐近求解控制方程及边界条件, 给出了三阶解的显式表达. 可以观察到碰撞后的孤立波不会改变它们的形状和振幅. 波浪轮廓在碰撞之前是对称的, 而在碰撞之后变成不对称的并且在波传播方向上向后倾斜. 弹性板和流体表面张力减小了波幅. 图示比 较了本文与已有结果可知线性板模型可作为本文的一个特例.   相似文献

In this work, the generalized thermoelastic solutions with bounded boundaries for the transient shock problem are proposed by an asymptotic method. The governing equations are taken in the context of the generalized thermoelasticity with one relaxation time (L–S theory). The general solutions for any set of boundary conditions are obtained in the physical domain by the Laplace transform techniques. The corresponding asymptotic solutions for a thin plate with finite thickness, subjected to different sudden temperature rises in its two boundaries, are obtained by means of the limit theorem of Laplace transform. In the context of these asymptotic solutions, two specific problems with different boundary conditions have been conducted. The distributions of displacement, temperature and stresses, as well as the propagations, intersections and reflections of two elastic waves, named as thermoelastic wave and thermal wave separately, are obtained and plotted. These results are agreed with the results obtained in the existing literatures.  相似文献

基于von Karman板大挠度弯曲理论,利用小参数摄动法,分析研究了含孔vonKarman板的非线性波散射与动应力集中问题,其中一类可看成是薄板弯曲波动问题的控制方程。当有单频波入射时,由于弯曲应力与膜应力状态的非线性耦合,孔洞会产生高次谐波散射现象。建立了求解本问题的边界积分方程法,利用积分方程法交替求求这两类问题,最终可获得问题的近似分析解。  相似文献

We investigate the problem of linear water wave propagation under a set of elastic plates of variable properties. The problem is two-dimensional, but we allow the waves to be incident from an angle. Since the properties of the elastic plates can be set arbitrarily, the solution method can also be applied to model regions of open water as well as elastic plates. We assume that the boundary conditions at the plate edges are the free boundary conditions, although the method could be extended straightforwardly to cover other possible boundary conditions. The solution method is based on an eigenfunction expansion under each elastic plate and on matching these expansions at each plate boundary. We choose the number of matching conditions so that we have fewer equations than unknowns. The extra equations are found by applying the free-edge boundary conditions. We show that our results agree with previous work and that they satisfy the energy balance condition. We also compare our results with a series of experiments using floating elastic plates, which were performed in a two-dimensional wave tank.  相似文献

利用复变函数法、多极坐标移动技术及傅立叶级数展开求解二维直角平面内圆形弹性夹杂对稳态入射平面SH波的散射问题。首先写出直角平面内不含夹杂时的入射波场和反射波场;其次建立直角平面内含夹杂时夹杂外的散射波解和夹杂内的驻波解,并利用叠加原理写出问题的总波场,借助夹杂边界处应力和位移的连续条件建立求解散射波解和驻波解中未知系数的无穷代数方程组并求解,通过算例具体讨论了直角平面水平边界点的位移幅度比和夹杂边界处径向应力集中系数随不同无量纲波数、入射角及圆孔位置的变化情况,结果表明了算法的有效实用性。  相似文献

In this paper, based on Lagrange–Germanian theory of elastic thin plates, applying the method in Hamiltonian state space, the elastic waves and vibrations when the boundary of the two lateral sides of the strip plate are free of traction are investigated, and the process of analysis and solution are proposed. The existence of all kinds of vibration modes and wave propagation modes is also analyzed. By using eigenfunction expansion method, the dispersion relations of waveguide modes in the strip plate are derived, and the comparisons with the dispersion relations directly obtained by the classical theory of thin plates are also presented. We consider a three-dimensional problem on the interaction of harmonic waves with a thin rigid movable inclusion in an infinite elastic body. The problem is reduced to solving a system of two-dimensional boundary integral equations of Helmholtz potential type for the stress jump functions on the opposite surfaces of the inclusion. We propose a boundary element method for solving the integral equations on the basis of the regularization of their weakly singular kernels. Using the asymptotic relations between the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the wave farzone field and the obtained boundary stress jump functions, we determine the amplitudes of the shear plane wave scattering by a circular disk-shaped inclusion for various directions of the wave incident on the inclusion and for a broad range of wave numbers.  相似文献

In this paper,wave and vibratory power transmission in a finite L-shaped Mindlin plate with two simply supported opposite edges are investigated using the wave approach.The dynamic responses,active and reactive power flow in the finite plate are calculated by the Mindlin plate theory (MPT) and classic plate theory (CPT).To satisfy the boundary conditions and continuous conditions at the coupled junction of the finite L-shaped plate,the near-field and far-field waves are entirely contained in the wave approach.The in-plane longitudinal and shear waves are also considered.The results indicate that the vibratory power flow based on the MPT is different from that based on the CPT not only at high frequencies but also at low and medium frequencies.The influence of the plate thickness on the vibrational power flow is investigated.From the results it is seen that the shear and rotary inertia correction of the MPT can influence the active and reactive power at the junction of the L-shaped plate not only at high frequencies but also at low and medium frequencies.Furthermore,the effects of structural damping on the active and reactive power flow at the junction are also analyzed.  相似文献

The stressed state of a thin elastic infinite plate with a circular hole covered by a circular patch of a greater radius is considered. The center of the hole coincides with the center of the patch. The patch is attached to the plate along its entire boundary. Stresses are prescribed at infinity on the plate and at the hole boundary. Complex Muskhelishvili potentials are found by the method of power series, and the behavior of stresses on the patch–plate interface and at the hole boundary is studied.  相似文献

The propagation of waves in a homogeneous isotropic micropolar elastic cylindrical plate subjected to stress free conditions is investigated. The secular equations for symmetric and skew symmetric wave mode propagation are derived. At short wave limit, the secular equations for symmetric and skew symmetric waves in a stress free circular plate reduces to Rayleigh surface wave frequency equation. Thin plate results are also obtained. The amplitudes of displacements and microrotation components are obtained and depicted graphically. Nonlinear vibrations of thin circular cylindrical shells are investigated in this paper. Based on Love thin shell theory, the governing partial differential equations of motion for the rotating circular cylindrical shell are formulated using Hamilton principle. Taking into account the clamped-free boundary conditions, the partial differential system is truncated by using the Galerkin method. Sequentially, the effects of temperature, geometric parameters, circumferential wave number, axial half wave number and rotating speed on the nature frequency of the rotating circular cylindrical shell are studied. The dynamic responses of the rotating circular cylindrical shell are also investigated in time domain and frequency domain. Then, the effects of nonlinearity, excitation and damping on frequency responses of steady solution are investigated.  相似文献

Orthotropic circular annular plates have a lot of applications in engineering such as space structures and rotary machines. In this paper, frequency equations for the in-plane vibration of the orthotropic circular annular plate for general boundary conditions were derived. To obtain the frequency equation, first the equation of motion for the circular annular plate in the cylindrical coordinate is derived by using the stress-strain- displacement expressions. Helmholtz decomposition is used to uncouple the equations of motion. The wave equation is obtained by assumption a harmonic solution for the uncoupled equations. Using the separation of the variables leads to the general wave equation solution and the in-plane displacements in the r and θ directions. Finally, boundary conditions are exerted and the natural frequency is derived for general boundary conditions. The obtained results are validated by comparing with the previously reported and those from finite element analysis.  相似文献

In order to carry thin plates, vacuum cups are frequently used. When the over-hang is large, the deflections and stresses of the plate have considerably large values. In this paper, the rectangular plate hung by circular vacuum cups is treated. The analysis is carried out for the plate, which is subjected to line loads and radial bending moments at the inner circular boundary and free at the outer rectangular boundary. In addition to these boundary conditions, the plate is subjected to different distributed loads on inner and outer domains. First, the general solutions for the deflections on each domain are obtained by using infinite series, which are expressed by the polar coordinate system. The several undetermined constants in these equations are decreased by the conditions of continuity at the inner boundaries. Satisfying the boundary conditions at the finite points on the outer edges of the plate, the deflections and stresses of the plate and the contact pressures between the plate and the vacuum cup are calculated. Typical results are presented in dimensionless graphical form for different parameters and vacuum cup edge conditions.  相似文献
