During the commissioning period of a 35 MW turbo-compressor in a natural gas storage station, the vibration level of the compressor rotor increased sharply when the volume flow rate exceeded a critical value. The test results indicated that the acoustic standing waves in the ring chamber formed by the inlet scroll are excited by vortex shedding from struts in a downstream radial flow chamber. To alleviate vortex shedding from the struts, it was decided to mount small airfoils with a thin trailing edge in the wake of the struts. However, due to design constraints, streamwise gaps and transverse offsets between the struts and the airfoils could not be avoided. To investigate the effect of these gaps and offsets on the resonance mechanism, wind tunnel tests of a simple but conservative model were performed. Subsequent implementing of the airfoils into the wakes of the struts suppressed the acoustic resonance mechanism and thereby the rotor vibration at the acoustic resonance frequency was eliminated. 相似文献

Parallel triangle tube arrays with pitch ratios in the range of 1·2–4·2 have been tested at Reynolds numbers up to 9×104to investigate the vorticity shedding and acoustic resonance mechanisms. Three different components of flow periodicities have been observed. The flow periodicity with the highest Strouhal number (S3) is the weakest component. It is caused by a shear-layer instability in small pitch ratio arrays and at low Reynolds numbers. The S2component is associated with small-scale vortex shedding at the first row. The third component has the lowest Strouhal number (S1) and is the strongest. It is generated by large-scale, alternating vortex shedding at deeper rows, and it becomes dominant at all rows at high Reynolds numbers. For tube arrays with pitch ratios less than 3·4, the onset of acoustic resonances could not be related to the natural flow periodicities mentioned above. This behaviour is in contrast with that of normal triangle arrays, but similar to the acoustic behaviour of in-line arrays. Strouhal number charts for the natural flow periodicities and for the onset of acoustic resonances have been developed. 相似文献

An experimental study of the coupling between fluid dynamic instabilities and an acoustic field is performed for the case of a pipe with annular flow restrictors, representing a segmented solid propellant booster. As long as the distance between the restrictors remains smaller than the length of the flow recovery region behind the upstream restrictor, the fluid flow can amplify the acoustic pereturbations at the frequencies of the acoustic modes, leading to strong resonance for specific flow velocity ranges. A physical explanation is proposed, linking the amplification of the acoustic perturbation to the phase and frequency of vortex shedding from the restrictors. An approximate semi-empirical correlation is developed for the critical Strouhal number of the phenomenon as a function of the restrictor size and other problem parameters. 相似文献

本文将多刚体系统动力学的R-W方法应用于具有闭合链系统的汽车悬架运动分析.首先通过假想切除铰链将闭环系统简化为树系统,然后引入约束方程使减缩系统的运动符合原系统的实际情况,得到运动学封闭解.文中给出了计算机程序框图及汽车两种典型悬架的分析计算结果.工程应用的实践表明,用此程序进行汽车悬架运动分析,所得结果精确,计算迅速,可方便地进行悬架设计方案的比较和参数的选择. 相似文献

布来最小化谐振结构所产生的声场中指定参考面/参考域内的声压。在研究中假定结构为线弹性小变
形结构,材料阻尼为Rayleigh阻尼,声学介质为无粘、可压缩、小扰动流体。对结构响应采用有限
元格式进行计算,对声场采用基于Helmholtz积分的边界元格式进行计算,由于声场在无穷远自由边
界的无反射条件在边界积分中能自动得到满足,该格式特别适合于具有开放边界的声场计算。建立
了结构有限元-声场边界元格式的耦合系统拓扑优化模型,导出了耦合系统敏感度分析的一般格式及
伴随格式。数值算例验证了所提出的结构-声学耦合系统优化方法的有效性和可靠性,并揭示了基于
声学准则的拓扑优化结果的有关特性

本文采用守恒清晰界面多相流数值方法模拟了超声速和高超声速环境下三维液滴的推进、变形和破碎演化过程.数值模拟结果与实验数据的一致性表明了本文所用数值方法和计算程序的准确性, 而网格无关性研究验证了采用的网格分辨率可以捕捉流场和界面的主要特征. 模拟结果验证了高韦伯数下液滴变形破碎过程所遵循的剪切诱导剥离(SIE)破碎机制, 其包含液滴的扁平化和剪切剥离两个主要特征. 而最近发现的SIE破碎机制下的循环破碎机制也在本文得到了验证, 即主液滴从球形液滴破碎为小液滴会经历多个循环重复的破碎阶段, 高韦伯数下液滴的破碎并非一次性剪切剥离的结果, 而是会发生逐层的剪切剥离和破碎. 本文还研究了马赫数对激波冲击液滴加速变形过程的影响. 结果表明, 高韦伯数下不同马赫数的液滴破碎过程具有高度一致性, 并遵循统一的SIE破碎机制.通过对液滴质心位移、速度、加速度和拽力系数的量化统计揭示其运动过程中的统一加速规律. 在激波的驱动下, 液滴并非以一个恒定的加速度做加速运动.在扁平化不明显的前期, 液滴以一个恒定的加速度做加速运动.随着液滴扁平化的发生, 迎风面积的增加导致拽力系数的增大, 进而导致液滴加速度的不断增大. 相似文献

地下连续墙基础相对于一般桩基础的一个显著特点就是整体刚度大,水平荷载作用下基础一般有两种工作状态和破坏机理:其一是刚性短桩,表现为转动或平移破坏;其二是弹性长桩,表现为挠曲破坏。数值模拟表明:在一定范围内随着墙体埋深的增加,在大小相等的水平荷载作用下,基础埋深越大,其水平位移则越小。但埋深超过30m后,墙体埋深对基础的水平变形影响变得不显著。即当闭合墙体的埋深超过一定深度后,过分的加大闭合墙体的埋深无助于提高基础的水平承载性能。 相似文献

Control of blade flutter by use of a nonrigid wall may have several advantages compared with the existing method of suppressing blade flutter; but it indeed leads to numerous theoretical problems which have never been clearly elucidated by the existing theories. In the present investigation a new lifting surface model has been suggested based on the application of generalized Green's function theory and double Fourier transformation technique, which is expressed as various upwash integral equations and the corresponding kernel function. In particular, it is found that the change of wall boundary condition not only affects the eigenvalues of the system but also the eigenfunction normalizing factor in comparison with a rigid boundary condition, and it is these variations that finally affect the flow and acoustic field. In addition, the numerical results show that whether a nonrigid wall has positive or negative effect on suppressing blade flutter will mainly depend on what admittance value the wall possesses. It is clear that this conclusion has two implications. One is that there is indeed some possibility for designing a liner for suppressing blade flutter. The second is that modern jet engines using a nonrigid wall or liner to suppress the noise can introduce a detrimental effect on blade flutter stability. 相似文献

研究柯伊伯带小行星对理解太阳系的起源和演化有着重要的意义。由于距离海王星较近,柯伊伯带小行星受其影响较大。这其中,又以共振小行星和离散小行星两族受影响最为明显。本文主要讨论了这两族小行星与海王星的共振现象。共振小行星处在共振轨道中,可以避免与海王星的近距离接触,轨道相对稳定,可以长时间保持。离散小行星的演化过程是共振黏滞与引力离散共同作用的结果。本文除了综述共振小行星和离散小行星的研究进展,还进一步分析了相应共振比下共振在大偏心率时的宽度,解释了离散小行星在离散盘大量分布的原因。 相似文献
