Heating of 2-ethoxynaphthalene with 1,3,5-triazine or 2,4,6-trimethyl-1,3,5-triazine in polyphosphoric acid leads to the corresponding products of mono- or diacylation: 2-ethoxy-naphthalene-1-carbaldehyde, 1-acetyl-2-ethoxynaphthalene, 2-ethoxynaphthalene-1,8-dicarb-aldehyde, and 1,8-diacetyl-2-ethoxynaphthalene in ∼60–80% yield. A method has been developed for the synthesis of 1,3,7-triazapyrenes using the reaction of 6(7)-formyl-and 6(7)-benzoylperimidines with 1,3,5-triazines in PPA. An operationally simple, efficient, and environmentally benign synthesis of 1,3,5-triacylperhydro-1,3,5-triazines in good yields by reaction of different organic nitriles and trioxane in the presence of phenylsulfonic acid functionalized mesoporous silica under mild conditions was examined. The yields of the corresponding 1,3,5-trisubstituted perhydro-s-triazines synthesized from acetonitrile, propionitrile, butyronitrile, benzonitrile, and 1.3.5-trioxane were 95.7%, 96.1%, 84.2%, and 98.1%, respectively. The products were characterized by 1H NMR, infrared, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. The mechanism of the formation of 1,3,5-triacylperhydro-1,3,5-triazines in acidic conditions was also described using a model reaction of butyronitrile with trioxane.  相似文献

An efficient asymmetric [3 + 2]-cycloaddition reaction of 3-isothiocyanato oxindoles and formaldimines in-situ generated from 1,3,5-trisubstituted-hexahydro-1,3,5-triazines with a cinchona alkaloid-derived thiourea as the catalyst has been developed. A range of biologically important spiro-imidazolidinethione-oxindoles were obtained in excellent yields with good enantioselectivities (up to 99% yield and 93% ee).  相似文献

Summary Arylamidines2 react with 5-methoxymethylen-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxan-4,6-dione5 to give 2,4-diaryl-1,3,5-triazines in moderate to good yields.5 can be comprehended as a formic acid derivative which transfers a C1-building block. Other formic acid derivatives give only poor to moderate yields of triazines by treatment with amidines. The synthetic method is applicable to aromatic amidines.

Zusammenfassung Die Arylamidine2 reagieren mit 5-Methoxymethylen-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxan-4,6-dion5 in guten Ausbeuten zu 2,4-Diaryl-1,3,5-triazinen. Verbindung5 kann als Derivat der Ameisensäure aufgefaßt werden, welches einen C1-Baustein überträgt. Andere Derivate der Ameisensäure ergeben bei Umsetzung mit Amidinen nur schlechte Ausbeuten an Triazinen. Die beschriebene Methode ist auf aromatische Amidine anwendbar.

An efficient and practical procedure was developed to prepare novel 2-(arylmethyl)amino-4-arylamino-6-alkyl-1,3,5-triazines, starting from dicyandiamide and the corresponding arylamines under microwave irradiation and its scope is demonstrated with a number of examples. The valuable feature of this procedure included the short reaction times, high yields, and easy operation.  相似文献

A polyimide made from 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) and 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA) was synthesized in polyphosphoric acid. Although the polymerization proceeded heterogeneously, a polyimide with an inherent viscosity of 0.90 was obtained, and a tough and flexible film was made from this polyimide. This polymerization was a one-step reaction including polycondensation and imidization; this was also confirmed by a model reaction between aniline and phthalic anhydride. Utilizing this polymerization method, 3,3′-dihydroxy-4,4′-diaminobiphenyl and 2 mol of 4-aminobenzoic acid were reacted in PPA, then BPDA was reacted to obtain an alternate copolymer containing imide and oxazole rings. This reaction gave a homogeneous solution of the poly(imide-benzoxazole). © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

We have studied the reaction of 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran with 4,6-disubstituted 2-amino-1,3,5-triazines with the aim of obtaining novel coupled polyheterocyclic systems with potential bioactivity. Reaction conditions were optimized. A series of novel 4,6-disubstituted 2-(1H-1-pyrrolyl)-sym-triazines was obtained. The aziridation of 2-R-4,6-bis(trinitromethyl)-1,3,5-triazines containing electron-donor substituents has been studied. It was found that the corresponding 4-azido-2-dialkylamino-6-trinitromethyl-1,3,5-triazines are formed when R = NMe2, NEt2. When R = ONMe4 + a novel reaction route was discovered leading to the tetramethylammonium salt of 5-polynitromethyltetrazolo[1,5-a]-1,3,5-triazin-7-one which is formed as a result of azido-tetrazole and lactim-lactam tautomeric conversion. Denitration of this salt at the trinitromethyl group occurs with retention of the tetrazolo-1,3,5-triazine structure. The acylation of dibenzo-18-crown-6 by lithium, sodium, and potassium acetates in polyphosphoric acid was studied. Complexes of dibenzo-18-crown-6 with the acetates were obtained. 本文通过Suzuki偶联反应高效合成了两种三萘基三嗪化合物,即2,4,6-三(1-萘基)-1,3,5-三嗪(T1NT)和2,4,6-三(2-萘基)-1,3,5-三嗪(T2NT). 考察了介质的极性、温度以及THF-H2O二元溶剂体系中的溶解性等因素对它们吸收和发射光谱行为的影响.研究发现, 由于T1NT比T2NT具有更好的分子平面性,其激发态下分子内电荷转移的程度较大,导致其在溶液中吸收光谱、发射光谱比T2NT呈现显著红移.冻结态下,分子平面性较差的T2NT显示出较短波长的发光.  相似文献

2-Amino-4-azido-1,3,5-triazin-6(1H)-ones were synthesized by successive substitution of the trinitromethyl groups in 2-amino-4,6-bis(trinitromethyl)-1,3,5-triazines under the influence of azide and nitrite ions. A procedure was developed for the synthesis of substituted 2-amino-4,6-bis(nonafluoro-tert-butyl)-1,3,5-triazines from 2-chloro-4,6-bis(nonafluoro-tert-butyl)-1,3,5-triazine and aliphatic and aromatic amines.
