通过离子萃取技术,从黄山绿茶中提取高纯度儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG).在Tween 80/EGCG/H2O体系中,随着EGCG浓度增加,Tween 80临界胶束浓度和胶束动力学半径增大;随着Tween 80浓度增加,EGCG和Tween 80扩散系数减小,而EGCG的紫外-可见吸收光强度和荧光强度增加.对EGCG在Tween 80胶束中的定位也进行了讨论.  相似文献

pH对两步法非离子模板合成MSU-X类硅基介孔结构的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用两步法以非离子型表面活性剂Tween 20为模板剂合成硅基介孔材料, 研究了pH对介孔材料结构的影响. 结果表明, 没有氟离子存在且模板剂浓度较低(约为2%(w))的条件下, 在弱酸性环境中(pH=3.32-4.26)可以制备有序的MSU-X类硅基介孔材料, 本研究中的简单合成体系有助于查明MSU-X合成机理. 对所得介孔材料测试表明, 在同样的合成体系中, 随着体系pH的变化, 所得硅基介孔材料的形貌和孔壁结构都发生了变化.  相似文献

邻硝基苯基荧光酮-吐温80吸光光度法测定钢铁中微量钼   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
研究了Mo(Ⅵ)-(o-NPF)-Tween 80的尤度分析条件,在0.1m01·L-1硫酸介质中,配合物组成为Mo(Ⅵ)(o-NPF)=12,λmax=528nm,ε表现=1. 4×105,0~20μg/25m1符合比耳定律。体系允许较大量氟离子存在,可消除一定量Ti(Ⅵ)、Nb(Ⅴ)、zr(Ⅳ)、Sn(Ⅳ)、Sb(Ⅱ)等离予的严重干扰影响。可直接测定钢铁中微量钼,操作简便,结果满意。  相似文献

The elimination reaction between 2-(p-nitrophenyl)ethyl bromide and OH- ions was studied in nonionic aqueous micellar solutions of two esters of long chain fatty acids and sorbitan polyethylene glycol, Tween 20 (monolaurate) and Tween 80 (monooleate). The equilibrium binding constants of the 2-(p-nitrophenyl)ethyl bromide molecules to the nonionic micellar aggregates were obtained by spectroscopic measurements. The experimental kinetic data were quantitatively rationalized by the treatment of first-order reactions based on the pseudophase model. Results from this work and from previous studies show that, whereas the presence of cationic and sulfobetaine micelles accelerates the reaction, the presence of nonionic micelles inhibits the reaction.  相似文献

通过对铬天青S(CAS)、麝香草酚兰(TB)等与吐温-80(Tween-80)的相互作用的研究,测定了二者之间的络合常数K和结合比N,证明了这二者之间有很强的相互作用力,并通过比较染料在不同溶剂的吸收光谱,推断了表面活性剂与染料相互作用点的位置,证明了极性较大的CAS位于聚氧乙烯链的外围“栅栏”中,而极性较小的TB则位于胶束的烷基“内核”。  相似文献

Summary Using various sorbents in gas-liquid chromatography and gas-solid chromatography, the dependence of the retention of diprimary linear diols of the HOCH2(CH2)nCH2–OH type (n=0–4) on different parameters characterizing the physicochemical properties of the diols was studied. As shown, the relationship between the logarithm of the retention volume, or the boiling point, molecular mass, number of CH2-groups, density, refractive index, molecular refraction, and the logarithm of the retention volumes obtained on another stationary phase is either linear or nearly linear. The linear regression coefficients of the various relationships are given.A change in the free adsorption energy (F) of the diols on Polysorb, Tween and polyethylene glycol 2000 with respect to ethylene glycols was studied. A kind of reactive type dripping agent (Tween 60-IAH) was synthesized with polyethylene glycol sorbitan monostearate (Tween 60) and itaconic anhydride (IAH) as main starting materials. The chemical structure of Tween 60-IAH was characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. The effect of reaction time on conversion of Tween 60-IAH was studied. The results of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) measurement demonstrated that Tween 60-IAH exhibited a better thermal stability than Tween 60. Grafting copolymer of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with Tween 60-IAH was prepared in twin-screw extruder. Thermal and rheological properties of grafted LLDPE samples were investigated with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and rotational rheometer. Crystallization temperatures of grafted LLDPE were higher than that of LLDPE. Complex viscosities of grafted LLDPE at high shear rates were lower than that of LLDPE. The dripping properties of film samples were investigated at 60°C.  相似文献

研究了在非离子表面活性剂Tweed 80存在下,3,5,7,2′,1′,五羟基黄烯酮(桑色素,Morin)与Fe(Ⅲ)显色反应的适宜条件,发现在pH 3.4~1.7的HOAc-NaOAc介质中,配合物最大吸收波长为417nm,用摩尔比法、斜率比法和平衡移动法测得配合物组成为Fe(Ⅲ):Morin=1:3。表观摩尔吸光系数为6.18×10~4,表观不稳定常数β_不=2.04×10~(-16)。方法操作简便,结果稳定,选择性好,可用于铝合金及人发中铁的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

本实验以姜黄素作为信号探针,吐温作为脂肪酶的底物和包裹姜黄素的载体,建立了一种检测脂肪酶活性的荧光法.实验发现,采用0.3 mmol/L吐温40,25 μmol/L姜黄素,并且脂肪酶水解吐温40的时间为35 min时,姜黄素的荧光强度变化值与脂肪酶浓度在0.002 ~0.05 mg/mL和0.05~0.25 mg/mL范围内呈现线性关系,检出限为0.6 mg/L (S/N=3).此探针在高通量检测脂肪酶活性以及与脂肪酶相关疾病检测领域中有较好的应用前景.  相似文献

The temperature‐induced percolation of water/AOT/isooctane microemulsions was studied in the presence of the Tween series of polyoxyethylated nonionic surfactants employing conductometry. Percolation temperatures were determined utilizing the Sigmoidal‐Boltzmann equation procedure. The results were analyzed in terms of the percolation temperature, scaling parameters, activation energy, and thermodynamics of the clustering process. It was observed that the Tween series of surfactants aided the percolation process, and the percolation parameters were found to be independent of the hydrophobic chain length of these additives. The percolation temperature was found to be dependent on the concentration of the Tweens. It was concluded that the influence of the Tween series of surfactants on the percolation phenomenon was due to the number of ethylene oxide moieties in the head groups region of the additive. The effects of these additives was described in terms of modifications in the microemulsion's interfacial layer, outer oil layer, viscosity of the water micropool, and interactions between the anionic head groups of AOT.  相似文献

It was observed that the chemiluminescence intensity from the reaction of Ce (IV) with Tween20 was greatly enhanced in the presence of tryptophan, and the possible reaction mechanism was explored. Based on the reaction, a sequential injection procedure with chemiluminescence detection was developed for the determination of tryptophan. Under the optimum conditions, a linear dynamic range of 0.2–8.0 μM, a 3σ detection limit of 0.15 μM and a coefficient of variation of 0.7% at 3.0 μM level were obtained. The method was applied to the determination of tryptophan in beer and amino acid injections.  相似文献

Cells of suspension culture Citrullus vulgaris cv. “Samara” were permeabilized by Tween 80 and immobilized by glutaraldehyde. The highest melibiase activity was at pH 5.4 and 60°C. The hydrolysis of substrate was linear for 3.5 h, reaching 65–70% conversion of the substrate. 考察了酸性和不同表面活性剂存在条件下脲醛树脂微球的合成反应过程.中性Tween80和阳离子CTAB表面活性剂中生成的微球粒径分布窄,而阴离子表面活性剂中所得产物明显团聚,当预聚脲醛树脂粒子生成后加入中性和阳离子表面活性剂使产物微球的分散性和球形完整性明显改善.表面活性剂存在条件下产物的结晶性增强,初始反应的速率减慢,但中性和阳离子表面活性剂中初级粒子生成的诱导期延长、拉曼吸收增强、所得微球带正电荷;而阴离子条件下生成产物的相应特征正好相反.以上结果可以用表面活性剂的两亲性和电性对脲醛树脂微球的成核和生长过程的影响来解释.  相似文献

Chemiluminescence (CL) of an acidic KMnO4 system in the presence of Tween 80 was investigated for the determination of sulpiride. Strong CL was recorded when a mixture of sulpiride and Tween 80 was injected into acidic KMnO4 solution. The experimental parameters affecting the CL intensity were carefully studied using flow injection mode. Under the optimum conditions, the CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of sulpiride in the range of 5.0 × 10−7 ∼ 1.0 × 10−4 g mL−1. The detection limit is 1.6 × 10−7 g mL−1 sulpiride, and the relative standard deviation for 1.0 × 10−6 g mL−1 sulpiride solution is 1.5% (n = 11). The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of sulpiride in tablets and in spiked human plasma and urine samples.  相似文献

With the aid of Tween80, an environmentally benign nonionic surfactant applied to medicine and food industry, the ionic liquid (IL) 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (bmimPF6) formed IL microemulsions with toluene. The phase diagram of the ternary system was prepared at 25 °C. It was demonstrated that there were a single-phase region and a multiple phase region in the ternary phase diagram. The single-phase region could be further divided into toluene-in-bmimPF6, bicontinuous, and bmimPF6-in-toluene microemulsion regions by electrical conductivity. In particular, the microstructural characteristics of the microemulsions were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results indicated that it was the hydrogen-bonded interactions between bmimPF6 and Tween80 that might be the driving force for the solubilization of bmimPF6 into the core of the Tween80 aggregates.  相似文献
