The reaction of 3-amino-4,6-dimethyl-2-thieno[2,3-b]pyridine carbohydrazide ( 1 ) with appropriate 1,3-diketones 2a-2d in glacial acetic acid afforded 3-amino-2-[(3,5-disubstituted-pyrazo)-1-yl)carbonyl]-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 3a-3d. 3-Amino-2-[(5-amino-3,4-disubstituted-pyrazol-1-yl)carbonyl]-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 5a-5h were also prepared by treatment of carbohydrazide 1 with appropriate alkylethoxymethylenes and ketene dithioacetals 4a-4h , respectively. 相似文献

Coupling the diazonium salt of 3-amino-2-cyano-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 1 with malononitrile 2 gave 2-cyano-3-(hydrazonomalononitrile)-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 3 which then reacted with hydrazine compounds 4a-4h to yield corresponding 2-cyano-3-(3,5-diamino-1-substituted-pyrazol-4-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 5a-5h. The 2-cyano-3-(2-amino-5,7-disubstituted-pyrazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 7a-7f were obtained in good yield by the cyclocondensation reaction of 2-cyano-3-(3,5-diamino-pyrazol-4-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 5a with the appropriate 1,3-diketones 6a-6f under acidic condition. 相似文献

用邻氨基噻吩腈与不同结构的二羰基化合物反应,合成了新的多取代噻吩并吡啶类衍生物4-氨基-5-取代羰基噻吩并[2,3-b]吡啶-6-酮。用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱等测试技术对所合成化合物的结构进行了表征。初步生物活性测试表明,该类化合物有较好的杀菌活性和一定的除草活性。 相似文献

Cyanothioacetamide (f 1) reacted with α,β -unsaturated carbonyl compounds 2a–d to afford thioxohydropyridine-3-carbonitriles 5a–d, which were used as the starting materials for the preparation of several thienopyridines via their reactions with active halogen-containing compounds, e.g., 2-bromo-1-phenylethanone (7a), 2-bromo-1-p-tolyl-ethanone (7b), chloroacetone (10a), α -chloroacetylacetone (10b), and chloroacetic acid ethyl ester (13). Abstract The reactions of 2-cyanomethyl-1-methyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine with isothiocyanates, nitroso compounds, acid chlorides, and thioglycolic acid were investigated. New imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine derivatives with various substituents in 2-position and derivatives of the new pyrrolo[2′,1′:2,3]imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine ring system were synthesized. A series of 3-methyl-1,4,6-triaryl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines was synthesized via the reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-amine and α,β-unsaturated ketones in ionic liquid without any catalyst. Dimethyl sulfoxide is a widely used solvent in organic synthesis and in the pharmaceutical industry because of its low cost, stability, and low toxicity. Multicomponent reactions are an advanced approach that has become an efficient, economical, and eco-friendly substitute for the conventional sequential multi-step synthesis of various biologically active compounds. This approach was adopted for the synthesis of previously unknown 2-(2,4-diamino-3-cyano-5H-chromeno[2,3-b]pyridin-5-yl)malonic acids via transformation of salicylaldehydes, malononitrile dimer, and malonic acid. It was shown that the use of DMSO at room temperature makes it possible to synthesize previously unavailable compounds. The investigation of the reaction mechanism using 1H-NMR monitoring made it possible to confirm the proposed mechanism of the transformation. The structure of synthesized 5H-chromeno[2,3-b]pyridines was confirmed by 2D-NMR spectroscopy. 相似文献

Abstract Benzothiophene -2- carbaldehyde 1 reacted with 2-cyanoethanethioamide 2 in 1:2 molar ratios to give the corresponding 6-amino-4-(benzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)-2-thioxo-1, 2-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile 6. The synthetic potentiality of compound 6 was investigated via its reaction with active halogen-containing reagents to afford the corresponding thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives 11a,b, 14, 16, and 19. Also, compound 6 reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give the pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 21. Compound 21 condensed with 4-(2-thienyl)benzaldehyde to afford pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 23. Structural elucidation of all the newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds was based on elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectra. Supplemental materials are available for this article. Refluxing dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) or 1,2-dibenzoylacetylene with isatin-3-thiosemicarbazone or isatin-3-thiocarbohydrazone in methanol produced 3-substituted oxindoles in good yields. Reaction of equimolecular amounts of 5,6-diamino-urasil-solfate, trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane, and 3,4-diamino-1,2,4-triazol-5-methyl hydrochlorid with isatin in ethanol (85%) afforded tetracyclic ring systems and ring-opened products in mild reaction conditions. 相似文献

以丙酮和适当的芳香醛以及丙二酸二乙酯为原料,合成出未见报道的5-芳基- 1,3-环已二酮作为合成块。利用Friedlaender合成法与2-氨基-3-甲酰基色满-4- 酮缩合,首次完成色满-4-酮并[2,3-b]喹啉酮新四环系化合物的合成。所合成的化 合物均经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,IR光谱和元素分析予以证实。化合物2a的结构也从 色谱-质谱联机分析的质谱数据得到进一步确认。化合物的药理学离体实验表明, 化合物2a具有较强的抑制肿瘤细胞生长的活性。 相似文献
