Aminomethylating 9-methyl-3, 4- and 9-methyl-1, 2-benzoacridine

Aminomethylating 9-methyl-3, 4-benzoacridine with cycloalkylamine (pyrrolidine, piperidine, and morpholine) hydrochlorides in alcohol is described. The isomeric 9-methyl-1, 2-benzoacridine does notaminomethylate under similar conditions, apparently because the annulated benzene ring at positions 1, 2 in the acridine gives rise to steric hindrance, and the reaction product is 9--hydroxyethyl-1, 2-benzoacridine, converted by further heating to 9-vinyl-1, 2-benzoacridine.     

(Z)-1,4-Diphenyl-2-phenylamino-2-butene-1,4-dione: Synthesis and Mechanizm of Formation

Heating of 1-phenyl-2-(phenylamino)ethanone in a water-ethanol solution of potassium carbonate gave rise to (Z)-1,4-diphenyl-2-phenylamino-2-butene-1,4-dione; it formed most probably by reaction of the initial aminoketone with its oxidation product, 1-phenyl-2-(phenylimino)ethanone.     

新试剂5-(对-苯胺偶氮)-2,3-二氢-1,4-酞嗪二酮的电化学发光研究

应用自制的ECL-1型电致化学发光仪,对新试剂5-(对-苯胺偶氮)-2,3-二氢-1,4-酞嗪二酮(简称ADPD)在Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3-H_3BO_3缓冲介质中的电化学发光行为作了研究。结果表明,当介质pH值为10.20时,在各种选定的实验条件下,施加+2.0V(vs.SCE)三角波脉冲电压,体系发光强度与ADPD浓度在2×10~(-9)～1×10~(-7)mol/L范围内呈线性关系。反应的检测限为5×10~(-10)mol/L。并且提出了ADPD电化学发光的可能机理。     

Synthesis and structures of 6-methyl-1-(2-R-phenyl)-dihydropyrimidine-2,4-dione derivatives

N-Aryl--methyl--alanines were synthesized by the reaction of aromatic amines with crotonic acid. The products were converted to dihydropyrimidine-2,4-dione derivatives. Alkylation, acylotion, and oximation of 1-arylpyrimidine-2,4-diones were carried out. Conformational analysis of the compounds obtained was carried out by dynamic NMR methods.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1096–1106, August, 1990.     

(4-甲基-1,3-二噻烷-2-亚甲基)-1,7-二芳基-1,6-二烯-3,5-二酮的合成

从2,4-戊二酮和1,2,3-三溴丙烷出发合成了一类新的α-羰基二硫缩烯酮类化合物,并以其为底物合成了(4-甲基-1,3-二噻烷-2-亚甲基)-1,7-二芳基-1,6-二烯-3,5-二酮类化合物,通过IR和1H NMR方法对其进行了表征.     

On the reactivity of 1-(p-bromophenyl)-2-methyl-5-bromopyridazine-3,6-dione with aliphatic amines

Reaction of 5-bromo-1-(p-bromophenyl)-2-methylpyridazine-3,6-dione with morpholine leads to formation of 1-(p-bromophenyl)-2-methyl-5-morpholinopyridazine-3,6-dione. The structure of the morpholino compound was established by the chemical methods and an X-ray crystal structure determination.     

Photolysis of 2-dialkylamino-3-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinones

The photolysis of 2-dialkylamino-1,4-naphthoquinones is significantly more efficient when a methyl group is at C³. The quantum yields are 2–6 times greater than for 2-dialkylaminonaphthoquinones lacking a methyl group. 2-Monoalkyl-amino-1,4-naphthoquinones also undergo photochemical dealkylation.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 10, pp. 2387–2392, October, 1991.     

Synthesis of photoactive 1-methyl-1-R-4-(1,4-dioxo-1,4-dihydronaphthalen-2-yl)piperazinium salts

Photoactive 4-(1,4-dioxo-1,4-dihydronaphthalen-2-yl)piperazinium salts were synthesized by alkylation of 3-chloro-2-(piperazin-1-yl)- and 2-arylamino-3-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-1,4-naphthoquinones. Light sensitivities of materials obtained by adsorption of the synthesized piperazinium salts from solution onto oxidized aluminum support were estimated.     

Syntesis of 2- and 3-chloro-1,4-dihydroxythioxanthen-9-ones

1,4-dihydroxythioxanthen-9-one was for the first time subjected to regioselective chlorination into 2-chloro-1,4-dihydroxythioxanthen-9-one effected by SOCl₂ at room temperature. The hydrochlorination of thioxanthen-1,4,9-trione led to the formation of 2- and 3-chloro-1,4-dihydroxythioxanthene-9-ones with the 3-isomer prevailing.     

2-甲基-6-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)对苯二醌的合成

以邻甲基苯酚为原料,与1-氯-2-甲基-2-丁烯反应生成2-甲基-6-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯酚,然后催化氧化得到目标产物2-甲基-6-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)对苯二醌。该合成路线简单,易于操作,最终收率51%。
