3-(Carbazol-2-yl)- and 3-(Carbazol-3-yl)-dl-alanines

A facile transformation of 2- and 3-methylcarbazoles into 3-(carbazol-2-yl)-and 3-(carbazol-3-yl)-dl-alanines compounds is described.     

3-(2-methylthiopyridin-3-yl)-3-oxopropionic esters

A reaction of alkyl bromoacetates with substituted 3-cyano-2-methylthiopyridines in the presence of zinc dust furnishes 3-amino-3-(2-methylthiopyridin-3-yl)propenoic esters. Their hydrolysis under mild conditions leads to 3-(2-methylthiopyridin-3-yl)-3-oxopropionic esters. The latter were used in the synthesis of pyridine-substituted pyrazolones.     

1-(Fluoren-2-yl)-2-(2-azafluoren-3-yl)ethene and 1-(fluoren-2-yl)-2-(2H,2-methylindeno[2,3-c]pyridine)ethene

Condensation of 3-methyl-2-azafluorene with 2-formylfluorene results in the formation of a compound containing a polyconjugated system and two acidic CH centers, namely, 1-(fluoren-2-yl)-2-(2-azafluoren-3-yl)ethene. The conversions of this compound upon treatment with alkali have been studied by electronic absorption spectroscopy. The methyl iodide derivative of this base was used as an intermediate in the preparation of a pseudo-azulene, 1-(fluoren-2-yl)-2-(2H, 2-methylindeno[2,3-c]pyridine)ethene.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii No. 5, pp. 657–659, May, 1987.     

Synthesis of 3-(2-Aryloxazolidin-3-yl)tropanes

We obtained 3-(2-aryloxazolidin-3-yl)tropanes by reaction of aromatic aldehydes with 3-[N-(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]tropane. We obtained 3-benzyloxazolidine-2-spiro-3'-(8'-carbethoxy)nortropane by reaction of benzylaminoethanol with 8-carbethoxynortropan-3-one.     

Synthesis of 2-alkyl-3-(2-benzoxazolon-3-yl)indoles

It was shown that 3-(2-oxoalkyl)-2-benzoxazolones with phenylhydrazine in the presence of polyphosphoric acid form the corresponding 2-alkyl-3-(2-benzoxazolon-3-yl)-indoles.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1086–1087, August, 1984.     

N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)酰胺类新化合物的合成及生物活性

以N-吡啶基吡唑甲酸和2-氨基-3-甲基苯甲酸为起始原料,经由亲核加成、环化和酰化等多步反应合成了一系列结构新颖的N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)酰胺类化合物.测试了所合成化合物的杀虫及抑菌活性,结果表明,新化合物大多化合物在200 mg·L^-1浓度下对东方粘虫(Mythimna separataWalker)具有一定的杀虫活性,尤其是N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)乙酰胺(8a)和N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)-3-氯-2,2-二甲基丙酰胺(8e)致死率可达70%;部分化合物在50 mg·L^-1浓度下对油菜菌核病菌的抑菌活性相对较好(54.5%~63.6%),优于triadimefon和chlorantraniliprole;部分化合物如N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)-3,3-二甲基丁酰胺80和N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)-4-氟苯甲酰胺(8h)对苹果轮纹病菌具有中等抑菌活性.值得注意的是,化合物8e的杀粘虫活性和对油菜菌核病菌的抑菌活性都较为突出,可用作新农药创制研究的新型参考结构.     

Multienzymatic preparation of (−)-[3-(oxiran-2-yl)phenyl]methanol and (−)-3-(oxiran-2-yl)benzoic acid

The cascade use of enzymatic activities allows for the preparation of enantiomerically pure epoxides. In particular, using whole-cell biocatalysts we can prepare both (?)-[3-(oxiran-2-yl)phenyl]methanol and (?)-3-(oxiran-2-yl)benzoic acid in one-pot, two or three steps procedure. The yield is quantitative and enantiomeric purity greater than 95%. The selected biocatalysts contain a styrene monoxygenase from Pseudomonas fluorescens ST and a naphthalene dihydrodiol dehydrogenase from P. fluorescens N3, cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli.     

Dipolar additions with 1-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)- and 1-(4,6-dimethoxy-s-triazin-2-yl)-3-oxidopyridinium betaines

Cycloaddition to 1-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)- and 1-(4,6-dimethoxy-s-triazin-2-yl)-3-oxidopyridinium betaines across the 2,6-positions of the pyridine rings with indene, acenaphthylene and ethyl cinnamate gave substituted 8-aza[3.2.1]bicycIooct-3-en-2-ones, whereas the [6π + 4π] cycloaddition reaction with 6,6-dimethylfulvene gave a tricyclo[6.3.1.0^2.6]dodeca-2,(6),4,9-trien-11-one. Structural and configurational assignments of the cycloadducts were deduced from ¹H nmr and ir spectral data.

Short Synthesis of 1-(3-tert-Butyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-3-(5-(2-morpholinoethoxy)-2H-chromen-8-yl) Urea Derivatives

A short and efficient synthesis of 1-(3-tert-butyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-3-(5-(2-morpholinoethoxy)-2H-chromen-8-yl) urea derivatives (1a–c), a novel type of p38 MAPK inhibitors, is described. The Claisen thermal rearrangement of arylpropargyl ethers was employd as a key step to synthesize the chromene core. The solvent effect on the ratio of the resultant two isomers of Claisen thermal rearrangement, namely 2-methylbenzofuran and 2H-chromen, was also investigated.

Photochromic dihetarylethenes. 10. Photochromic 1,2-bis[2-(benzothiazol-2-yl)-3-thienyl]- and 1,2-bis[2-(benzothiazol-2-yl)benzothiophen-3-yl]ethenes

Dithienylethenes containing the thiophene rings with benzothiazolyl substituents in position 2 were synthesized. 1,2-Bis[2-(benzothiazol-2-yl)benzothiophen-3-yl]hexafluorocyclopentene and 1,2-bis[2,5-di(benzothiazol-2-yl)-3-thienyl]hexafluorocyclopentene possess photochromic properties. The open forms of 1,2-bis(2-benzothiazolylhetaryl)ethenes fluoresce, but introduction of the benzothiazole rings into dihetarylethenes significantly lowers the fatigue resistance of photochromes and favors thermal reversibility.     

Synthesis of 3- and 5-amino-5-(3)-(pyrrol-2-yl)isoxazoles

5-Amino-3-(pyrrol-2-yl)isoxazoles were selectively prepared by the reaction of 2-(2,2-dicyano-1-ethylthioethenyl)pyrroles with hydroxylamine in methanol. Under analogous conditions, 2-(2-carbamoyl-2-cyano-1-ethylthioethenyl) pyrroles with hydroxylamine gave 5-aminoisoxazoles and their structural isomers, 3-aminoisoxazoles (3-5% yield). The latter were selectively prepared by reacting 2-(2-carbamoyl-2-cyano-1-ethylthioethenyl)pyrroles with hydroxylamine in the presence of aqueous NaOH and from the products of intramolecular cyclization of 2-(2-carbamoyl-2-cyano-1-ethylthioethenyl)pyrroles, 1-ethylthio-3-iminopyrrolizines and hydroxylamine.     

利用Pummerer反应合成2-(2,6-二卤苯基)-3-(4,5,6-三甲基-2-嘧啶基)-5-酯酰氧基-1,3-噻唑烷-4-酮衍生物

利用Pummerer反应,以有机酸为反应原料、溶剂和催化剂,简便、高效地合成了一系列2-(2,6-二卤苯基)-3-(4,5,6-三甲基-2-嘧啶基)-5-酯酰氧基-1,3-噻唑烷-4-酮(7a～7g和8a～8g),产率为62%～85%.X衍射确证化合物主要异构体的构型为噻唑烷-4-酮环C-5与C-2位取代基处于反式构型,顺反异构体比例通过1H NMR确定.化合物7a和8a具有中等强度的抗HIV-RT活性.
