The monomeric cobalt-phosphite-thiolato complex [ Co (mpt)2 {P (OCH3 )3 }2 ] BF4 (Hmpt = 2-mercaptothiazoline) has been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a= 0.8078(5), b=2.6020(18), c=1.2191(7) nm, β= 99.38 (1)°, V= 2.528(3) nm3, and Z = 4. The structure comprises discrete cations [Co(mpt)2{P(OCH3)3}2.] and anions BF4- , in which the cobalt (Ⅲ) atom is coordinated to two chelate mpt- and two as-oriented monodentate P(OCH3)3 ligands in a highly distorted octahedral geometry. The most distorted angles are S(2)-Co(1)-S(2a) of 162.23(10)° and N(1)-Co(1)-S(2) of 71. 47 (13)°, the latter is caused by the geometric constraint of the bidentate ligand mpt- . Cyclic voltammetry has been used to study the electrochemical behavior of the title complex on the R electrode in MeCN solution with 0.1 mol·L-1 of Bun4NBF4 as electrolyte. The results indicate that the title complex is unstable in MeCN.  相似文献

(nBu4N)cis[Tl(ONO′)2pc2–] ( 1 ) and (nBu4N)cis[Tl(X)2pc2–] · 0,5 (C2H5)2O ( 2 ) crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/n with cell parameters for 1: a = 14.496(2) Å, b = 17.293(5) Å, c = 18.293(2) Å, β = 98.76(1)° resp. for 2 : a = 13.146(1) Å, b = 14.204(5) Å, c = 24.900(3) Å, β = 93.88(1)°; Z = 4. In 1 , the octa-coordinated Tl atom is surrounded by four isoindole-N atoms (Niso) and four O atoms of the bidental nitrito(O,O′) ligands in a distorted antiprism. The reactions between Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), and Zn(II) ions with isocinchomeronic acid (H2-isocin) afforded complexes of the general formula M(H-isocin)2-2H2O, whereas Fe(II) gives both red and deep red-brown products of the same formula. Various physical measurements suggest that the complexes of M = Co, Ni, Zn, and Fe (brown) are octahedrally coordinated by two aqua ligands and twotrans-N,O-bidentate H-isocin anions with dimeric hydrogen bonding. Those for M = Mn and Fe (red) are the correspondingcis isomers. The structure of the manganese complex as determined by X-ray crystallography exhibitsC 2 molecular symmetry with Mn-N = 2.279(2), Mn-O(H-isocin) = 2.196(2), and Mn-O(aqua) = 2.137(2) Å. Each aqua ligand forms two donor O-H O hydrogen bonds with carboxy groups of different molecules in adjacent chains.  相似文献

The iron(III) complexes of the tripodal benzimidazole‐containing ligands tris(2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)amine (ntb), bis(2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐amine (bbimae) and tris(5,6‐dimethyl‐2‐benzimidazolylmethyl)amine (me2ntb) are structural and functional models for intradiol cleaving catechol dioxygenases. The complexes [Fe(ntb)Cl2]Cl · 3 CH3OH ( 1 ; P 1, a = 9.830(2) Å, b = 12.542(3) Å, c = 13.139(3) Å, α = 82.88(3)°, β = 73.45(3)°, γ = 85.53(3)°, V = 1539.2(6) Å3; Z = 2) and [Fe(bbimae)Cl2]Cl ( 2 ; P21/n, a = 7.461(2) Å, b = 18.994(5) Å, c = 14.515(4) Å, β = 98.22(2)°, V = 2035.8(9) Å3, Z = 4) have been characterized by X‐ray crystallography and spectroscopic methods. In the octahedrally coordinated complexes two cis coordination sites – essential for catechol binding – are occupied by chloride ligands. The significant intradiol cleaving catechol dioxygenase activity of the model complexes was examined using 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol as a substrate.  相似文献

Phthalocyaninates and Tetraphenylporphyrinates of High Co‐ordinated ZrIV/HfIV with Hydroxo, Chloro, (Di)Phenolato, (Hydrogen)Carbonato, and (Amino)Carboxylato Ligands Crystals of tetra(n‐butyl)ammonium cis‐tri(phenolato)phthalocyaninato(2‐)zirconate(IV) ( 2 ) and ‐hafnate(IV) ( 1 ), di(tetra(n‐butyl)ammonium) cis‐di(tetrachlorocatecholato(O, O')phthalocyaninato(2‐)zirconate(IV) ( 3 ), and cis‐(di(μ‐alaninato(O, O')di(μ‐hydroxo))di(phthalocyaninato(2‐)zirconium(IV)) ( 12 ) have been isolated from tetra(n‐butyl)ammonium hydroxide solutions of cis‐di(chloro)phthalocyaninato(2‐)zirconium(IV) and ‐hafnium(IV), respectively, and the corresponding acid in polar organic solvents. Similarly, with cis‐di(chloro)tetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconium(IV), cis[Zr(Cl)2tpp] as precursor crystalline tetra(n‐butyl)ammoniumcis‐tetrachlorocatecholato(O, O')hydrogentetrachlorocatecholato(O)tetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconate(IV) ( 4 ), cis‐hydrogencarbonato(O, O')phenolatotetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconium(IV) ( 6 ), cis‐di(benzoato(O, O'))tetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconium(IV) ( 11 ), and cis‐tetra(μ‐hydroxo)di(tetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconium(IV)) ( 13 ) with a cis‐arrangement of the symmetry equivalent μ‐hydroxo ligands, and from di(acetato)tetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconium(IV) the corresponding trans‐isomer ( 14 ) have been prepared. The endothermic dehydration at 215 °C of 13/14 yields μ‐oxodi(μ‐hydroxo)di(tetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconium(IV)) ( 15 ). 15 also precipitates on dilution of a solution of cis[Zr(X)2tpp] (X = Cl, OAc) in dmf/(nBu4N)OH with water, while on prolonged standing of this solution on air tri(tetra(n‐butyl)ammonium) cis‐(nido〈di(carbonato(O, O'))undecaaquamethoxide〉tetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconate(IV) ( 7 ) crystallizes, in which ZrIV coordinates a supramolecular nestlike nido〈(O2CO)2(H2O)11OCH35— cluster anion stabilised by hydrogen bonding in a nanocage of surrounding (nBu4N)+ cations. On the other hand, cis[Zr(Cl)2pc] forms with (Et4N)2CO3 in dichloromethane di(tetraethylammonium) cis‐di(carbonato(O, O')phthalocyaninato(2‐)zirconate(IV) ( 5 ). cis[Zr(Cl)2tpp] dissolves in various O‐donor solvents, from which cis‐di(chloro)dimethylformamidetetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconium(IV) ( 8 ), cis‐di(chloro)dimethylsulfoxidetetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconium(IV) ( 9 ), and a 1:1 mixture ( 10 ) of cis‐di(chloro)dimethylsulfoxidetetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconium(IV) ( 10a ) and cis‐chlorodi(dimethylsulfoxide)tetraphenylporphyrinato(2‐)zirconium(IV) chloride ( 10b ) crystallize. All complexes contain solvate molecules in the solid state, except 3 . ZrIV/HfIV is directed by ∼1Å out of the plane of the tetrapyrrolic ligand (pc, tpp) towards the mutually cis‐coordinated axial ligands. In the more concavely distorted phthalocyaninates, ZrIV is mainly eight‐coordinated and in the tetraphenylporphyrinates seven‐coordinated. The octa‐coordinated Zr atom is in a distorted quadratic antiprism, and the hepta‐coordinated one is in a square‐base‐trigonal‐cap cooordination polyhedron. In most tpp complexes, the Zr atom is displaced by up to 0.3Å out of the centre of the coordination polyhedron towards the tetrapyrrolic ligand. In 13/14 , both antiprisms are face shared by an O4 plane, and in 12 they are shared by an O2 edge and the O atoms of the bridging aminocarboxylates, the dihedral angle between the O4 planes of both antiprisms being 50.1(1)°. The mean Zr‐Np distance is 0.05Å longer in the pc complexes than in the tpp complexes (d(Zr‐Np)pc = 2.31Å). In the monophenolato complexes, the mean Zr‐O distance (∼2.00Å) is shorter than in the complexes with other O‐donor ligands (d(Zr‐O)pc = 2.18Å; d(Zr‐O)tpp = 2.21Å); the Zr‐Cl distances vary between 2.473(1) and 2.559(2)Å (d(Zr‐Cl)tpp = 2.51Å). d(C‐Oexo) = 1.494(4)Å in the bidentate hydrogencarbonato ligand in 6 is 0.26Å longer than in the bidentate carbonato ligands in 5 and 7 . 9 and 10a are rotamers slightly differing by the orientation of the axial ligands with respect to the tpp ligand. In 1—4, 6 , and 11 the phenolato, catecholato, and benzoato ligands, respectively, are in syn‐ and/or anti‐conformations with respect to the plane of the macrocycle. π‐Dimers with modest overlap of the neighbouring macrocyclic rings are observed in 5, 6, 8, 9, 10b, 12 , and 14 . The common UV/Vis spectroscopical and vibrational properties of the new phthalocyaninates and tetraphenylporphyrinates scarcely reflect their rich structural diversity.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new cadmium(II) complexes with phenylthiourea (PTU), namely Cd(PTU)4Cl2 (1) and [Cd2(NCS)22-SCN)2(PTU)22-PTU)2] n (2), have been prepared and characterized structurally by X-ray diffaction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 27.057(13), b = 8.108(3), c = 16.751(8) Å, β = 114.46°, V = 3345(3) Å3, Z = 4. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, with a = 9.336(3), b = 14.686(5), c = 16.911(5) Å, α = 71.36(2), β = 84.31(2), γ = 72.470(10)°, V = 2095.0(12) Å3 Z = 4. The structural analysis shows that each metal atom in both the mononuclear complex 1 and polynuclear complex 2 is octahedrally coordinated by four sulfur atoms and two chloro ligands or two nitrogen atoms from the thiocyanate groups, respectively. The PTU ligand can serve as either a monodentate ligand or a μ2-bridging ligand upon coordination to a metal atom.  相似文献

Two manganese(II) bipyridine carboxylate complexes, [(bipy)2MnII(μ‐C2H5CO2)2MnII(bipy)2}2](ClO4)2 ( 1 ), and [MnII(ClCH2CO2)(H2O)(bipy)2]ClO4 · H2O ( 2 ) were prepared. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 8.604(3), b = 12.062(3), c = 13.471(3) Å, α = 112.47(2), β = 93.86(2), γ = 92.87(3)°, V = 1211.1(6) Å3 and Z = 1. In the dimeric, cationic complex with a crystallographic center of symmetry two 2,2′‐bipyridine molecules chelate each manganese atom. These two metal fragments are then bridged by two propionato groups in a syn‐anti conformation. The Mn…Mn distance is 4.653 Å. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 9.042(1), b = 13.891(1), c = 21.022(3) Å, β = 102.00(1)°, V = 2569.3(5) Å3 and Z = 4. 2  is a monomeric cationic complex in which two bipyridine ligands chelate the manganese atom in a cis fashion. A chloroacetato and an aqua ligand complete the six‐coordination. Only in 2 is the intermolecular packing controlled by weak π‐stacking besides C–H…π contacts between the bipyridine ligands.  相似文献

Diphenyldichalcogenides (PhE)2 (E = Te, Se) react with Fe(0)-phenylchalcogenolate [PPN] [PhEFe(CO)4] to yield the products of oxidative addition, Fe(II)-mixed-phenylchalcogenolate fac- [PPN][Fe(CO)3(TePh)n(ScPh)3-n] (n = 1, 2). Reactions of [PPN][REFe(CO)4] (E=Se, R=Me; E=S, R=Et) and diphenyldichalcogenides yielded ligand-exchange products [PPN][PhEFe(CO)4] (E=Te, Se, S). The compounds [Fe(CO)3(TePh)(ScPh)2]? The complexes 1 and 2 crystallize as discrete cations of PPN+ and anions of [Fe(CO)3(TcPh)u(ScPh)3-n] (n=1, 2), and one half solvent molecule THF. The geometry around Fe(II) is a distorted octahedron with three carbonyl groups and three phenylchalcogenolate ligands occupying facial positions.  相似文献

Syntheses and Structures of (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3(NCS)3] and (Et4N)[Re(CO)2Br4] Rhenium(I) and rhenium(III) carbonyl complexes can easily be prepared by ligand exchange reactions starting from (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3Br3]. Using nonoxidizing reagents the facial ReI(CO)3 unit remains and only the bromo ligands are exchanged. Following this procedure, (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3(NCS)3] can be obtained in high yield and purity using trimethylsilylisothiocyanate. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 18.442(5), b = 17.724(3), c = 18.668(5) Å, β = 92.54(1)°, Z = 8. The NCS? ligands are coordinated via nitrogen. The reaction of [Re(CO)3Br3]2? with Br2 yields the rhenium(III) anion [Re(CO)2Br4]?. The tetraethylammonium salt of this complex crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric, orthorhombic space group Cmc21, a = 8.311(1), b = 25.480(6), c = 8.624(1) Å, Z = 4. The carbonyl ligands are positioned in a cis arrangement. Their strong trans influence causes a lengthening of the Re? Br bond distances by at least 0.05 Å.  相似文献

Heteronuclear complexes containing oxorhenium(V), with Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Cd(II) and UO2(VI) ions were prepared by the reaction of the complex ligands [ReO(HL1)(PPh3)(OH2)Cl]Cl (a) and/or [ReO(H2L2)(PPh3)(OH2)Cl]Cl (b), where H2L1?=?1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)butane-1,3-dione-3-(5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine-3-ylhydrazone) and H3L2?=?1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)butane-1,3-dione-3-(1H-benzimidazol-2-ylhydrazone), with transition and actinide salts. Heterodinuclear complexes of ReO(V) with Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Cd(II) were obtained using a 1?:?1 mole ratio of the complex ligand and the metal salt. Heterotrinuclear complexes were obtained containing ReO(V) with UO2(VI) and Cu(II) using 2?:?1 mole ratios of the complex ligand and the metal salts. The complex ligands a and b coordinate with the heterometal ion via a nitrogen of the heterocyclic ring and the nitrogen atom of the C=N7 group. All transition metal cations in the heteronuclear complexes have octahedral configurations, while UO2(VI)?complexes have distorted dodecahedral geometry. The structures of the complexes were elucidated by IR, ESR, electronic and 1H NMR spectra, magnetic moments, conductance and TG-DSC measurements. The antifungal activities of the complex ligands and their heteronuclear complexes towards Alternaria alternata and Aspergillus niger showed comparable behavior with some well-known antibiotics.  相似文献

The complex (ptppf)Fe(CO)3 has been prepared in high yield by the reaction of ptppf, l-(diphenyl-phosphino)-l'-(phenylthio)ferrocene, with (cis-cyclooctene)2-Fe(CO)3 in THF at ?60°C. The complex has been characterized by IR, 31P NMR, mass spectrometry and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound is the first example of a ferrocenyl ligand having both sulfur and phosphorus donor atoms bound to a Fe(CO)3 moiety. X-ray crystallography shows that the two cyclopentadienyl rings are approximately eclipsed, a rotation of 13° from exactly eclipsed conformation. The tricarbonyl iron center has a trigonal bipyramidal geometry with sulfur occupying the equatorial site and phosphorus the axial site. Crystals of (ptppf)Fe(CO)3 are monoclinic, with a = 11.645(2), b = 14.304(1), c = 17.075(2) Å,β = 109.23(3)°, Z = 4, and space group P 21/n. The structure was solved according to the heavy-atom method and refined by full-matrix least-squares procedures to R = 0.037 for 2098 reflections with I ≥ 2.5σ(I).  相似文献

Two supramolecular architectures, [Mn(3‐bpd)2(NCS)2(H2O)2]·2H2O ( 1 ) and {[Mn(bpe)(NCS)2(H2O)2]·(3‐bpd)·(bpe)·H2O}n ( 2 ) [bpe = 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethylene and 3‐bpd = 1,4‐bis(3‐pyridyl)‐2,3‐diaza‐1,3‐butadiene] have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic, elemental and single crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with chemical formula C26H28Mn N10O4S2, a = 9.1360(6), b = 9.7490(6), c = 17.776(1) Å, β = 93.212(1)°, and Z = 2 while compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with chemical formula C38H36Mn1N10O3S2, a = 14.1902(6), b = 15.4569(7), c = 18.2838(8) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, and Z = 4. Structural determination reveals that the coordination geometry at Mn(II) in compound 1 or 2 is a distorted octahedral which consists of two nitrogen donors of two NCS?ligands, two oxygen donors of two water molecules, and two nitrogen donors of two 3‐bpd ligands for 1 and two dpe ligands for 2 , respectively. The two 3‐bpd ligands in 1 adopt a monodentate binding mode and the dpe in 2 adopts a bismonodentate bridging mode to connect the Mn(II) ions forming a 1D chain‐like coordination polymer. Both the π‐π stacking interactions between the coordinated and the free pyridyl‐based ligands and intermolecular hydrogen bonds among the coordinated and the crystallized water molecules and the free pyridyl‐based ligands play an important role in construction of these 3D supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

The synthesis, structure and magnetic properties of [Fe(bpe)4(H2O)2](TCNQ)2 ( 1 ) are reported. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic P space group, a = 13.481(5), b = 14.887(3), c = 16.663(4) Å, α = 101.048(18), β = 112.84(2), γ = 90.92(2)°, V = 3009.6(14) Å3, Z = 2. The iron atom defines a compressed octahedron with the equatorial positions occupied by the bpe molecules which act as monodentate ligands and the two axial positions occupied by water molecules. The TCNQ? radical counterions are uncoordinated and interact by pairs defining (TCNQ)22? units strongly coupled antiferromagnetically. The iron(II) atoms are in the high spin state and its magnetic behaviour indicates the occurrence of zero‐field splitting of the S = 2 ground state.  相似文献

cis-Trichlorophthalocyaninato(2?)tantalate(V) reacts with excess tetra(n-butyl)ammonium fluoride trihydrate yielding mixed crystals of the tetra(n-butyl)ammonium salts of cis-tetrafluorophthalocyaninato(2?)tantalate(V) and cis-trifluorophthalocyaninato(2?)tantalate(IV) in the ratio five to four. These crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/ n with cell parameters: a = 13.368(2) Å, b = 13.787(2) Å, c = 23.069(3) Å, β = 93.35(1)°, Z = 4. Tav is octacoordinated with four F atoms and four Niso atoms in an antiprismatic cis-arrangement. The Tav-F distance varies from 1.919(7) to 1.966(4) Å. TaIV is heptacoordinated with three F atoms in a cis-arrangement. The TaIV-F distance varies from 1.74(1) to 1.966(4) Å. The Ta atom is located out of the centre of the N4 plane towards the F atoms by 1.234(3) Å. The Ta–N distances range from 2.261(6) to 2.310(6) Å.  相似文献

4-Bromo-N-(di-R-carbamothioyl)benzamide (R = methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, n-butyl and phenyl) ligands and their Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The crystal and molecular structure of bis(4-bromo-N-(di-n-propylcarbamothioyl)benzamido)nickel(II) has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. It crystallizes in the triclinic, space group P 1, Z = 2 with a = 9.286(2) Å, b = 13.215(3) Å, c = 14.125(3) Å, α = 64.180(5)°, β = 85.483(6)°, γ = 83.067(5)°, V = 1548.3(7) Å3 and D Calcd = 1.594 mg m?3. Loss of the N–H proton resonance and the N–H stretching vibration and the shift of the ν C=O and ν C=S stretching vibrations confirm formation of the metal complexes. These studies have shown that the metal complexes are neutral cis-[ML2].  相似文献
