用微型催化反应装置结合吡啶吸附的红外光谱、NH3-程序升温脱附、热重、H2化学吸附和程序升温还原等物理化学手段研究了载体组成对负载型PtSn/ZSM-5催化剂上丙烷脱氢反应性能的影响.结果表明,负载型PtSn/ZSM-5催化剂对丙烷脱氢的催化性能与载体组成密切相关.随着ZSM-5载体中SiO2/Al2O3比的增加,催化剂表面的酸中心总量和强酸中心量逐渐减少.当SiO2/Al2O3摩尔比从45增至108时,催化剂对丙烷脱氢反应的催化活性提高,并且催化剂的积炭量下降.当SiO2/Al2O3摩尔比增至304时,Sn组分与载体ZSM-5之间的相互作用减弱,经H2还原后催化剂中Sn0物种所占的比例增加,导致催化剂H2化学吸附量和丙烷脱氢反应活性下降. 相似文献

纳米碳材料负载铂催化剂在环己烷脱氢反应中的催化性能研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
制备了纳米碳材料负载铂的催化剂,通过N2吸附、TEM、XRD技术分别对载体的BET比表面积和催化剂结构、形貌和粒径大小进行了表征。考察了不同催化剂在环己烷脱氢反应中的催化性能以及温度对纳米碳颗粒负载铂催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,锚定在不同碳载体上的铂有较好的分散性,粒径较小,粒度分布范围较窄并且具有相同的晶型结构。孔状纳米碳颗粒负载铂催化剂的活性高于碳纳米管和高比表面的活性炭负载铂催化剂,并且在低温条件下已经显示了较高的活性,尤其是中空碳颗粒负载铂催化剂在环己烷脱氢反应中显示了好的活性和稳定性。 相似文献

Gas phase catalytic combustion of ethyl acetate, as one of volatile organic compounds (VOC), was studied on nanostructure ZSM-5, HZSM-5 and Co-ZSM-5 with different cobalt loadings. Nanostructure of ZSM-5 was determined by XRD, SEM and TEM. Catalytic studies were carried out under atmospheric pressure in a fixed bed reactor. Results showed that the Co-ZSM-5 catalysts had better activity than others and at temperatures below 350 ℃, amount of Co loading was more effective on catalytic activity. The order of conversion of ethyl acetate over different Co loading is as follows: Co-ZSM-5 (0.75 wt%)<Co-ZSM-5 (1.5 wt%)<Co-ZSM-5 (15 wt%)<Co-ZSM-5 (2.8 wt%). Besides the higher the inlet concentration of ethyl acetate, the lower the conversion yield, and oxygen concentration in catalytic oxidation conditions has not so large influence on conversion. Furthermore, the presence of water vapor in inlet gaseous feed has an inhibitive effect on ethyl acetate conversion and at the temperatures above 400˚C, the effect decreases. 相似文献

Two series of Cu/ZSM-5 catalysts,loading from 5 to 20 wt% CuO,were prepared by the deposition-precipitation and impregnation methods,respectively.The catalysts prepared by the impreg- nation method showed better catalytic performances than those prepared by the deposition-precipitation method and the increase of copper loading favored methane conversion.20Cu(I)/ZSM-5 had the highest activity with T_(90%)of 746 K,and for 20Cu(D)/ZSM-5,T_(90%)was as high as 804 K.The characteriza- tion of X-ray diffraction(XRD),temperature-programmed reduction(TPR),temperature-programmed desorption(TPD),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)revealed that the dispersion of cop- per species could be improved by using the deposition-precipitation method instead of the impregnation method,but the fraction of surface CuO,corresponding to active sites for methane oxidation,was larger on 20Cu(I)/ZSM-5 than 20Cu(D)/ZSM-5.The results of Pyridine-Fourier transform infrared spectrum (Py-FT-IR)showed that a majority of Lewis acidity and a minority of Brφnsted acidity were present on Cu/ZSM-5 catalysts.20Cu(I)/ZSM-5 presented more Lewis acid sites.The number of Lewis acid sites changed significantly with preadsorption of oxygen.Adsorption of methane and oxygen on acid sites was observed.The properties of Cu/ZSM-5 catalysts were correlated with the activity for methane oxidation. 相似文献

以四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)为单一模板剂,采用低温老化、高温晶化2段变温法合成出了球状多级孔ZSM-5分子筛。利用XRD、FT-IR、NH3-TPD、SEM、TEM以及氮气吸-脱附等测试对合成样品进行了表征。结果表明:直径约为2 μm左右的球状多级孔ZSM-5分子筛颗粒内的晶间介孔和大孔主要由棒状纳米晶堆积而成的,该产品具有较大的比表面积和介孔孔容。同常规水热法一步合成的微孔ZSM-5分子筛相比,2段变温法合成的多级孔ZSM-5分子筛具有更高的B酸/L酸比例(CBP/CLP)、强酸/弱酸比例(Cs/Cw)以及活性位可接近性指数(ACI)。催化裂化评价结果显示,得益于活性位可接近性指数等指标的提高,球状多级孔ZSM-5分子筛比常规合成的微孔ZSM-5分子筛具有更高的转化率和丙烯收率等优异的催化性能。 相似文献

采用后合成共价修饰法和一锅法分别制备了催化剂IRMOF-3-SI-Au(PS)和IRMOF-3-SI-Au(OP),运用X射线衍射、红外光谱、热重-差热分析、透射电镜以及程序升温还原对催化剂进行了表征,探索了这两种催化剂在醛、炔和胺三组分偶联反应中的催化性能,并推测了可能的反应机理.结果表明,两种催化剂对醛、炔和胺三组分偶联反应均具有较高的催化活性,产物炔丙基胺类选择性为100%,且可循环使用;结晶度较低的IRMOF-3-SI-Au(PS)的活性高于结晶度较高的IRMOF-3-SI-Au(OP);催化剂对芳香醛和脂肪醛以及环状胺均具有较高的催化活性,且对带有吸电子基团的芳香醛的活性高于带有供电子基团的. 相似文献

The complexity of variables during incipient wetness impregnation synthesis of supported metal oxides precludes an in-depth understanding of the chemical reactions governing the formation of the dispersed oxide sites. This contribution describes the use of vapor phase deposition chemistry (also known as grafting) as a tool to systematically investigate the influence of isopropanol solvent on VO(OiPr)3 anchoring during synthesis of vanadium oxide on silica. The availability of anchoring sites on silica was found to depend not only on the pretreatment of the silica but also on the solvent present. H-bond donors can reduce the reactivity of isolated silanols whereas disruption of silanol nests by H-bond acceptors can turn unreactive H-bonded silanols into reactive anchoring sites. The model suggested here can inform improved syntheses with increased dispersion of metal oxides on silica. 相似文献
