讨论了频谱泄漏对傅里叶变换轮廓术测量精度的影响.由于用傅里叶变换轮廓术进行三维面形测量时,测得的变形光场是空间有限函数,故离散傅里叶变换时先要进行周期拓展,如果拓展周期选择不当,拓展后的条纹将不连续,对之进行傅里叶变换会产生频谱泄漏.文章从理论上推导了拓展周期与变形结构光场频谱泄漏之间的关系.给出了由泄漏引起的视场边缘误差的计算模型和定量分析.提出采用条纹外插以减小泄漏误差的方法,计算机模拟及初步实验证实了该方法的有效性. 相似文献

讨论了一维S变换在处理条纹图中的应用,推导了S变换表达式,提出一种基于S变换脊的自适应窗口傅里叶三维测量法。利用S变换对于频率的敏感性以及S变换脊思想,求得任意点的瞬时频率。推导了在相位跳变剧烈区域相位二阶导φ″(b)对S变换脊的影响,并求得去除此影响后更为准确的瞬时频率。然后将瞬时频率倒数作为经典窗口傅里叶变换(WFT)的窗口大小,解出条纹图的精确相位。最后对去除相位二阶导影响前后基于S脊的WFT进行对比仿真;实验验证其与传统基于小波脊的WFT在抗噪声、解相位精度上的优势。 相似文献

A method of testing the monochromatic focal length of a spherical lens by using a joint Fourier transform spectrum interference technique is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The focal length is determined by the spacing of the interference fringes resulting from two identical input images and is measured at the back focal plane of the tested lens. The electronic emission spectrum of the A3Π0-X1Σ+ and B3Π1-X1Σ+ transitions of Gallium monochloride molecule (69GaCl) has been recorded on BOMEM DA8 Fourier transform spectrometer at an apodized resolution of 0.035 cm−1. The rotational structure of the 0-0, 1-0, 2-1, and 3-2, bands belonging to A-X and 0-0, 0-1, 1-2, and 0-2 bands belonging to B-X transitions has been analyzed and equilibrium rotational constants for the X1Σ+ and A3Π0 states have been obtained. For the first time we are able to determine the Λ-doubling constants in the v = 0 and 1 levels of the B3Π1 state. 相似文献

为实时获取战场激光、大气污染物气体、毒气等待测物光谱信息的光谱复原,设计了基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA) 的实时光谱采集分析系统。该系统选用迈克尔逊干涉具和碲镉汞探测器获取待测光谱信息,将采集到的数据传入FPGA。利用硬件描述语言VerilogHDL在Xilinx FPGA芯片上依据傅里叶变换(FFT)实现干涉条纹到光谱数据的实时处理。实验结果表明,FPGA实际计算1 024点基2-FFT频谱分布信息与Matlab理论计算结果相同,可满足实时光谱探测的要求。 相似文献

Eigenvalue spectrum analysis for temporal signals of Kerr optical frequency combs based on nonlinear Fourier transform 下载免费PDF全文
Based on the nonlinear Schr?dinger equation(NLSE) with damping, detuning, and driving terms describing the evolution of signals in a Kerr microresonator, we apply periodic nonlinear Fourier transform(NFT) to the study of signals during the generation of the Kerr optical frequency combs(OFCs). We find that the signals in different states, including the Turing pattern, the chaos, the single soliton state, and the multi-solitons state, can be distinguished according to different distributions of the eigenvalue spectrum. Specially, the eigenvalue spectrum of the single soliton pulse is composed of a pair of conjugate symmetric discrete eigenvalues and the quasi-continuous eigenvalue spectrum with eye-like structure.Moreover, we have successfully demonstrated that the number of discrete eigenvalue pairs in the eigenvalue spectrum corresponds to the number of solitons formed in a round-trip time inside the Kerr microresonator. This work shows that some characteristics of the time-domain signal can be well reflected in the nonlinear domain. 相似文献

Windowed Fourier transform (FT) is introduced into Fourier transform profilometry (FTP) to extract zero component included in deformed fringe pattern without capturing two fringe patterns with π phase difference. First, we extract zero component of deformed fringe image using windowed FT and normalize it, then calculate the normalized Fourier spectra of deformed fringe image, finally subtract the zero component from Fourier spectra of deformed fringe image. We give the theoretical analysis of the proposed method. The experiment is carried out to demonstrate that the method can eliminate zero component and extend the measurable slope of height variation to nearly three times of the conventional FTP. 相似文献

A method based on Fourier transform to revise the non-linear spectrum attenuation of optical fiber used as a probe in a spectrum-measuring system is proposed in this paper. Spectral curves of a normal light source are measured by a spectrum-measuring system with and without the optical fiber probe, respectively. The generalized frequency spectrum (GFS) of these spectral curves can be calculated based on Fourier transform. From them, an optical fiber spectrum correction function can be obtained and the non-linear spectrum attenuation of optical fiber can be revised with the SCF. The experiment results show that the method has the accuracy of 1% and it is more accurate than the Ratio Method (RM) and the Weighted Ratio Method (WRM). 相似文献
