Research on true color computer generated hologram by lensless Fourier transform

Based on the theory of scalar diffraction, this paper makes research on the process of hologram reconstruction of true color calculation by lensless Fourier transform, and gives its algorithm on the basis of the angular spectrum theory as well as the instances of color image reconstruction under the red, green and blue colors wavelength. In order to eliminate the influence of color difference on the reconstructive image, this paper analyzes the causes of the color difference, and puts forward the method of interpolation reconstruction to the object information in the process of hologram reconstruction, so as to eliminate the color difference. With the advantages of computer generated holographic, the high-quality color hologram by lensless Fourier transform based on the angular spectrum theory has been realized, and the results of corresponding numerical simulation are given. The results show that the method in the paper can effectively eliminate the color difference caused by different wavelength, and the experimental results validate its feasibility.     

全息术在军事上的应用进展

叙述了全息光学元件在全息激光防护镜、全息夜视镜、全息平视显视仪、全息头盔显示器、尚处于研制阶段的全息瞄准具及制导导弹系统的全息校正片和全息变焦透镜上的应用,说明了全息术在军事上有着广泛的用途(如军事目标模拟识别、军事训练、声波全息和全息雷达等),最后提出在制作全息片中存在的问题。     

A review of aspects relating to the improvement of holographic memory technology

Results of studying a holographic memory to write/read digital data pages are presented. The research has been carried out in Novosibirsk, Russia. Great attention was paid to methods of improving recording density and the reliability of data reading, the development of ‘dry’ photopolymers that provide recording of superimposed three-dimensional phase holograms, and the designing of parallel optic input large-scale integration (LSI) for reading and logical processing of data arriving from the holographic memory.

本文简要回顾在半个世纪中全息术的发展，重点介绍了近十多年来全息术领域比较有影响的研究成果，分析了全息术在实际应用中的突出优点和存在问题，展望了全息术未来的发展前景．     

Content-addressable Holographic Digital Data Storage Based on Hybrid Ternary Modulation with a Twisted-Nematic Liquid-Crystal Spatial Light Modulator

We propose and demonstrate the use of hybrid ternary modulated digital pages for content-addressable holographic data storage. Display of binary data pages with equal number of ZEROs and ONEs by modulating both amplitude and phase of beams using twisted-nematic liquid crystal spatial light modulator, reduces strong de component and produces a more homogeneous spectral distribution at the recording plane. This technique facilitates better recording of all spatial frequencies, thus improving the discrimination capability of a content-addressable memory. Hence we get better results in associative recall in a holographic memory system, with very low number of false hits. An important advantage of the hybrid ternary modulation over pure phase data pages is that it offers a dark state for coding the undesired portion of the SLM while the search argument is small. The unique orientation of quarter wave plate and the analyzer blocks the light transmitted from OFF pixels leading to near total removal of dark signals. This in turn improves the system performance and reduces the number of false hits when the size of the search argument is small. Our experimental results show good discrimination capability and signal-to-noise ratio for a hybrid ternary modulation based content addressable memory.

One-step, full-view rainbow holograms with conventional plates of 6 μm emulsion

A method of one-step full-view rainbow holography using conventional holographic plates of 6 °m emulsion as recording materials is described aand experimentally demonstrated. The requirement for the inter-beam angle to avoid cross-talk between two images is discussed. The simplicity and low cost of this method make it particularly suitable for the full-view white light holographic display of moderate-sized objects.

介绍了全息光栅制作过程中的问题及解决方法,并从实验的角度揭示了马赫-曾特尔全息干涉光路图的局限性,为制作高频全息光栅提供新的思路.     

新型双染料敏化的宽带光聚物全息特性研究

报道了一种新型、两种染料共同敏化的宽带响应光聚物材料.该材料使用孟加拉玫瑰红和亚甲基蓝作为联合光敏剂,由于混合染料的加入,使材料的感光光谱范围大大加宽.用四种波长的光对样品进行曝光,衍射效率均大于40%,最高可达80%,适合于多波长存储,分别用不同波长的激光在样品同一位置存储了四幅不同的图像,其再现图像效果良好,表明该材料是一种较理想的多波长全息存储材料.
