建立了模拟实验室膜反应器的两种数学模型,活塞流模型和多级全混流模型,将实验数据应用于所建模型,在不同的空速,临氢比、吹扫气流速、温度和膜位置等条件下,拟合出丙烷脱氢的表观活化能、指前因子和表观反应级数,计算结果与实验结果相当符合。  相似文献

在相同停留时间、不同搅拌桨线速度条件下,利用化学沉淀法制备球形氢氧化镍样品并运用SEM技术考察制得样品的形貌。研究表明:在相同的停留时间和化学条件下,随着搅拌桨线速度的提高样品的微观形貌由无定型状晶体变为大颗粒类球状晶体再变为较规则的球状晶体。利用PIV物理模拟技术模拟反应器内流场分布情况并结合XRD表征结果分析得出:在相同的停留时间和化学条件下,反应器内流场分布越均匀、速度矢量越大氢氧化镍晶体的生长越完整,结晶性、球形度和相对结晶度越高,并从流场分布的角度描述了球形氢氧化镍生长结晶的过程。  相似文献

A homogeneous liquid phase reaction between barium chloride (BaCl(2)) and sodium sulphate (Na(2)SO(4)) was conducted in a narrow channel reactor to produce barium sulphate (BaSO(4)) precipitate. The effects of channel dimensions and channel residence times on crystal size, crystal size distribution, nucleation rates, crystal morphology and conversion of reactants were investigated at different levels of reactant supersaturation ratio. Our results indicate that the smallest particle sizes are favoured when supersaturation ratios and channel velocities are high. The minimum average particle diameter observed was approximately 0.2 microm in a channel of hydraulic diameter 0.5 mm and length 20 cm at an initial supersaturation ratio of 4483 (0.1 M), which correspond to conditions giving rise to the highest nucleation rates. It has also been observed that particle size depends on the conversion to product, the smallest particles being formed when conversion lies within the range of 30 to 40%. Conversions in excess of 60% have been reached but there is a detectable limiting effect with increased supersaturation and reduced residence times. Experiments conducted at similar levels of supersaturation under stirred tank conditions showed that particle size was consistently larger and particle size distribution was much broader than that achieved in the narrow channel reactor. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of the crystals formed in the narrow channels show that spherical particles dominate in the smallest channels at high velocities whilst coarse, tabular crystals are obtained in the larger channels. Greater tendency to agglomerate is also observed at high supersaturation ratios, after one minute of reaction.  相似文献

The effects of process parameters on diamond film deposition have been considered in an atmospheric-pressure dc thermal plasma jet reactor. Two different precursor injection systems have been evaluated, counterflow and side injection. The precursor flow rate using ethanol has been found to strongly affect crystal size as well as orientation of crystal growth planes. Further, crystal size on sharp edges has been found to be up to five times larger than on planar surfaces. The effects of substrate geometry on the morphology and area of deposited diamond have been investigated as well. The results of this study show that dc thermal plasma jets can provide high diamond deposition rates, for example on wires and drills, although crystal size and film thickness show substantial variation.  相似文献

Submicron -, -, and amorphous-phase silicon nitride particles have been synthesized in an experimental plasma reactor, using metallic silicon and ammonia as reactants. Injection of ammonia at different locations of the reactor results in different yields. A maximum yield of 85 wt% has been achieved by injecting NH3 at both downstream and upstream locations of the reactor. The powders synthesized in this way contained approximately 60 wt% silicon nitride in crystal form with equal amounts of and phases. The remainder consisted of the amorphous phase. The average size of the particles ranged from 50 to 90 nm, with a standard deviation of 1.47–1.87 depending on the location of ammonia injection. Seeding with 1 and 10 wt% of preexisting silicon nitride particles for fostering heterogeneous nucleation did not improve the yield, but it changed the particle size distribution.  相似文献

TiO2 nanoparticles were produced in the diffusion flame reactor, and the size and anatase/rutile content of TiO2 were examined by a Particle Size Analyzer and X-ray diffraction, respectively. Increase in fuel/O2 ratio, initial concentration of TiCl4 or total gas flow rate causes the larger particle size and the higher rutile composition. The photocatalytic activities of TiO2 powders were tested on the decompositions of phenol and toluene in the aqueous solution under UV irradiation. The degradation rate increases as the TiO2 particle size decreases and as the initial concentration of phenol or toluene increases. The photodegradation rate of phenol by TiO2 particles is higher than that of toluene at the same process conditions. The computational method was used to simulate the gas temperature, velocity and species mass fractions inside the diffusion flame reactor during synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles. The measured and simulated temperature results were compared on several positions above the burner and both of them show good agreements. The typical contours of TiCl4, TiO2 mass fractions and gas velocities in flame reactor were presented.  相似文献

We present a new and general application of the method of moments for modeling the nucleation of condensates in a steady-state supersonic nozzle flora generated in a plasma-quench reactor. A closed set of growth/evaporation rate equations has been employed to propagate the moments of the particle size distribution without invoking the usual coarse-graining or truncation approximations of conventional binning approaches. The method has been employed to calculate the nucleation rates, particle number density, and the particle-size distribution for 11 elemental metals (Ag, Al, Be, Ce, Cr, Fe, Gd, Ti, Th, U, and Zr) condensing in a model argon nozzle flow. We have identified the regions in the nozzle of maximum nucleation rate, and have shown how different particle-size distributions can develop in different regions.  相似文献

利用均相反应器,在没有添加剂的条件下合成了具有多孔结构的Cu2O微球.考察了合成时间以及反应器旋转速度对Cu2O微球结构的影响.通过增加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的用量,使得Cu2O从多孔微球转变为立方体孪晶,最终形成十四面体孪晶结构.同时,将不同结构的Cu2O多晶应用于催化高氯酸铵(AP)的热分解,结果表明:多孔Cu2O微球较其它结构的Cu2O对AP的热分解具有更高的催化活性,使得AP的低温分解温度降低了37.4°C,而AP在低温阶段的分解量也由8.7%增加至49.0%.  相似文献

Profiles of temperature programmed reduction (TPR) of V2O5 under H2 have been studied through water analysis. This new approach enhances the sensitivity of the method. The influence of experimental parameters on the temperature corresponding to the maximum reduction rate,T m, has been studied. The hydrogen concentration and heating rate are the two major factors that influenceT m. In our method, the amount of solid and the flow rate are also important factors in monitoring of profile distortions attributed to water condensation at the outlet of the reactor. An approach of the mechanism of reduction of V2O5 has been carried out. The best kinetic model which describes the reduction rocess is the Avrami-Erofeev tridimensional nucleation model.  相似文献

采用T形微反应器通过共沉淀法制备了Mg-Al层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)纳米颗粒, 考察了流速、混合盐溶液浓度和温度等对产物粒径及其分布的影响. 实验结果表明, 所制备的LDHs样品的形貌和晶体结构与传统共沉淀法结果一致, 但本方法制备的样品粒径小、分布窄. 随着流速增大, 温度升高, 所合成的LDHs样品平均粒径减小, 分布变窄; 而随着混合盐溶液浓度的增大, 所得LDHs样品粒径增大, 分布变宽.  相似文献

An ultraviolet (UV) coil reactor was designed and used for the online sterilization of cheese whey. Its microbial destruction efficiency was compared to that of the conventionally used UV reactor. Both reactors have the same geometry (840 ml volume and 17 mm gap size) and were tested at 11 flow rates of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, and 70 ml/min. The results obtained from this study showed that despite of its high turbidity, cheese whey could be sterilized using UV radiation if the proper reactor design and flow rate are used. The performances of the UV reactors were governed by the flow rate and the hydraulics of flow inside the reactor. The flow was laminar in both the reactors, as the Reynolds number was in the range of 1.39–20.10. The phenomenon of Dean Flow was observed in the coil reactor and the Dean number was in the range of 1.09–15.41. Dean vortices resulted in higher microbial destruction efficiency in the coil reactor in a shorter retention time. The rate of microbial destruction was found to be exponential in the conventional reactor and polynomial in the coil reactor. Increasing the flow rate from 5 ml/min to 70 ml/min decreased the microbial destruction efficiency of the conventional reactor from 99.40 to 31.58%, while the microbial destruction efficiency in the coil reactor increased from 60.77% at the flow rate of 5 ml/min to 99.98% at the flow rate of 30 ml/min and then decreased with further increases in flow rate reaching 46.2% at the flow rate of 70 ml/min. The maximum effluent temperatures in the conventional and coil reactors were 45.8 and 46.1°C, respectively. Fouling in the coil reactor was significantly less compared to the conventional reactor. The extent of fouling was influenced by flow rate and reactor’s hydraulics.  相似文献

1975年美国Chem Systems Inc公司提出液相法甲醇合成工艺的概念,采用导热性能优良的液体作为热载体,床层温度均匀易控,从而可提高原料气的单程转化率,出口甲醇质量分数可达到15%。传统浆态床反应器相对固定床虽然具有良好的传热性能,温度分布比较均匀,但是浆态床由于液体溶剂的存在以及气体分布不均匀,给传质过程带来了负面影响,增加了体系的复杂性。尽管优化气体分布器结构,可以起到改善传质的效果,但是还是无法明显改善传统浆态床内气液传质性能,反应器内固体沉积团聚严重。循环气流床通过循环泵的强制循环和喷嘴的雾化作用,相比如传统浆态床反应器,具有良好的传质能力、固体悬浮,并且能有效地减少轴向返混,具有相间接触充分、气液比(气固比)调节灵活、催化剂利用率高等特点。本实验研究了空速、循环量、喷嘴个数、催化剂浓度对甲醇合成的影响,为以后反应器的放大优化提供基础数据。  相似文献

The gels which are precursors of TiO2 porous materials are prepared by the controlled hydrolysis-condensation of titanium isopropoxide by polymeric method. In the present work, a study of the influence of different experimental conditions (water/alkoxide ratio, solvent/alkoxide ratio and temperature) on the structure and texture of the polymeric gels obtained with the same type of alkoxide has been investigated. The structural and textural modifications for the unsupported materials have been detected using DTA/TGA, XRD, specific surface area and pore size computerized measurements. The optical properties of the supported materials deposited on silicon wafers have been investigated using ellipsometric method. Supported and unsupported porous materials with different structure and texture have been obtained depending on different experimental and thermal treatment conditions.  相似文献

Plasma-polymerized styrene (PPS) thin films (several hundred to several thousand Å thick) have been prepared under a variety of discharge conditions in a tubular reactor inductively coupled to a radio frequency (13.56 MHz) power supply. Studies have focussed on the correlation of deposited polymer structure, evidenced both at the film surface (via XPS analysis) and in the bulk polymer (via transmission FT–IR analysis) with controllable plasma parameters (coupled rf power, monomer flow rate, monomer pressure). It has been determined that the relative number of phenyl rings incorporated into the film intact is an inverse function of the power per styrene molecule ratio. Polymer deposition rate was found to be a strong function of styrene flow rate and substrate temperature. Plausible elements of the styrene plasma polymerization mechanism will be considered.  相似文献

A membrane reactor consisting of two recirculating flow systems connected via a membrane module has been constructed and used to study the dehydrogenation of cyclohexane. When the reactor is operated differentially it is possible to obtain the same information that is generated when using more conventional steady flow reactors. The batch system has the advantages of easily varying the ratio of membrane area to reactor volume and sampling a very wide range of effective Damköhler numbers. These are important variables in design studies. This ability has been demonstrated for the dehydrogenation of cyclohexane. The batch system reproduced results from studies using a more conventional flow reactor. In addition, with the batch reactor it was possible to experimentally confirm predictions that were based upon computer simulation but which were outside the range of experimental study for the conventional reactors used.  相似文献

采用不同类型的有机硅烷化SiO2作为基本合成单元, 制备了具有晶内中孔的A型沸石。考察了反应碱度、Si/Al比、晶化时间等合成条件对产品的影响。结果表明, 甲氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷是合成中孔A型沸石的最佳硅烷化试剂;硅烷化试剂的应用, 使中孔沸石晶化过程可以通过“键阻断原理”有效控制;沸石的中孔尺寸可以通过不同类型的有机硅烷化试剂进行调控; 一定范围内, 其外比表面积、中孔体积随SiO2表面硅烷化度的增加而增加。通过沸石晶化过程中的“键阻断”, 可以制备具有晶内中孔的A型沸石。  相似文献
