We realized, to our knowledge for the first time, laser emission in Pr:GdLiF4 at seven wavelengths: 522 nm, 545 nm, 604.5 nm, 607 nm, 639 nm, 697 nm, and 720 nm. The crystal was pumped with an excimer laser pumped dye laser at 468 nm. All laser experiments were carried out at room temperature. We also achieved pulsed room temperature laser oscillation of Pr:KYF4 at 642.5 nm pumped at 465 nm wavelength.  相似文献

配制了Stilbene 420染料溶液。测量了其吸收光谱。以调Q倍频Nd∶YAG激光为抽运源,实现了对Stilbene 420染料的激光光谱和荧光光谱的分析。激光光谱在425 nm处获得最强峰值,半峰高宽(FWHM)为1 nm,光谱范围为420~440 nm。荧光光谱峰值在428.5 nm,与激光最强峰值相差3.5 nm。最高染料转换效率为9.26%。  相似文献

报道了一种激光二极管阵列(LDA)抽运Nd:YAG双波长和频黄光激光器黄激光是由Nd:YAG晶体的1064 nm和1319 nm谱线腔内和频产生以KTP为和频晶体,采用Ⅱ类临界相位匹配,在12 W的808 nm抽运功率下,获得了最高功率为430 mW连续波基横模的589 nm黄激光输出,光光转换效率为3.6%,光束质量因子M2<1.2实验结果表明采用激光二极管阵列抽运Nd:YAG/KTP腔内和频技术是获得黄激光的高效方法,并可以应用到其它激光增益介质的两条谱线进行腔内和频,获得更多不同颜色的单谱线激光输出  相似文献

An efficient and single frequency Er:YAG laser pumped by an MGo:PPLN laser locked at 1532 nm with double F-P etalons was reported. The Er:YAG laser operated at 1645 nm, 550 mW of 1645 nm output was achieved under total incident pump power of 7 W. Using the etalons, 45 mW single frequency 1645.1 nm laser was achieved.  相似文献

We present for the first time a Nd:YAG laser emitting at 1319 nm intracavity pumped by a 946 nm diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser. A 809 nm laser diode is used to pump the first Nd:YAG crystal emitting at 946 nm, and the second Nd:YAG laser emitting at 1319 nm intracavity pumped at 946 nm. Intracavity sumfrequency mixing at 946 and 1319 nm was then realized in a LBO crystal to reach the yellow range. We obtained a continuous-wave output power of 158 mW at 551 nm with a pump laser diode emitting 18.7 W at 809 nm.  相似文献

Holographic gratings were optically recorded by two beams from a He–Ne laser operating at 632.8 nm in poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) film containing push–pull azo dye. The holographic characteristics of the recorded gratings were dependent on the polarization direction of the recording beams and the relationship between the diffractive signals and the power density of recording beams was investigated. The formation of holographic gratings accompanied by 532 nm (double-frequency of Nd:YAG laser) irradiation was studied in detail. It was found that the effect of 532 nm laser to the holographic grating lay in two aspects. The acceleration effect of 532 nm laser to the formation of holographic grating is predominant when the power density of 532 nm laser is low. While at relatively high power density of 532 nm laser, the erasure is the main factor to the holographic grating. Moreover, the holographic grating was probed by 532 nm laser at low power density and the dependence of the first order diffractive signal on the recording beam power density was also presented.  相似文献

We demonstrate a high-power UV 278 nm laser by fourth-harmonic generation (FHG) of a 1112 nm Nd:YAG laser in a nonlinear optical (NLO) crystal CsB3O5 (CBO) for the first time, to our best knowledge. A 30 W level diode-pumped Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at 1112 nm with beam quality factor M2=1.2 was used as the fundamental light source at a pulse width of 500 ns. With an LiB3O5 crystal, the 1112 nm laser was first frequency-doubled to 556 nm with an average output power of 13.5 W. It was then frequency doubled again in a CBO crystal to obtain the FHG output at 278 nm. The maximum average output power of the 278 nm laser is up to 1.5 W. The results demonstrated that CBO crystal is a promising NLO material for UV high-power lasers below 300 nm.  相似文献

从激光晶体低增益谱线的运转机理出发,对LD泵浦NdYAG,LBO腔内倍频556 nm激光器所使用的光学薄膜进行了研制.在激光反射镜的设计上,为保证基频光1 112 nm的高效振荡,并获得高的倍频556 nm激光输出,对膜系要求进行了深入分析.采用离子束反应溅射和离子辅助沉积的方法,运用时间监控膜厚法成功置备出556 nm激光器所使用的特殊的全介质激光反射膜,在国内首次实现了1 112 nm激光高效振荡,通过LBO腔内倍频,在2 W的LD泵浦功率下获得102 mW 556 nm激光输出.  相似文献

We report a high-efficiency diode-end-pumped polycrystalline Yb:Y2O3 ceramic laser. Pumped by a 976 nm laser diode bar and with an absorbed pump power of 2.8 W, cw output power of 1.74 W at 1078 nm, and 0.73 W at 1040 nm were obtained. The slope efficiency was measured to be 82.4% for the 1078 nm laser emission and 57.1% for the 1040 nm laser emission.  相似文献

 研究了电子束蒸发制备的HfO2/SiO2高反膜在1 064 nm与532 nm激光辐照下的损伤行为。基频激光辐照时损伤形貌主要为节瘤缺陷喷溅留下的锥形坑,当能量密度较大时出现分层剥落;二倍频激光损伤主要是由电子缺陷引起的平底坑,辐照脉冲能量密度稍高时也会产生吸收性缺陷引起的锥形坑,但电子缺陷的损伤阈值更低;随着辐照脉冲能量密度的增大分层剥落逐渐成为主要的损伤形貌。分析认为,辐照激光波长的变化,引起吸收机制的变化从而导致了损伤阈值及损伤机制的差异。  相似文献

报道了一种灯泵浦结构的Nd:YAG晶体电光调Q高峰值功率266nm紫外激光器。结合磷酸二氢钾(KDP)晶体性质,基于倍频理论,分析了考虑走离效应情况下存在相位失配量时KDP晶体长度对转换效率的影响。该激光器采用紧凑的平平腔结构,灯泵浦Nd:YAG晶体电光调Q 1064nm激光作为基频光,腔外采用Ⅱ类匹配磷酸钛氧钾(KTP)和Ⅰ类匹配KDP分别作为二倍频和四倍频晶体。利用能量计、示波器等仪器进行测量,激光器重复频率1Hz时,获得脉宽6.0ns,单脉冲能量35mJ的266nm紫外激光输出,峰值功率高达5.83 MW;当重复频率10Hz时,获得单脉冲能量28.9mJ的266nm紫外激光。532~266nm转换效率最高可达31.9%。利用该高峰值功率、窄脉宽266nm紫外激光器,能够实现激光打标、激光雕刻。  相似文献

低强度激光辐照HeLa细胞诱导增殖效应的可见光谱特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
比较研究了可见波段405,514,633和785nm低强度激光辐照HeLa细胞的促增殖效应。实验采用100和1 000J.m-2两种有效能量密度的可见光波辐照细胞,照射后24,48,72h采用MTT法检测细胞活性。结果表明,405,633,785nm激光均能促进HeLa细胞增殖,且呈波长和时间依赖性;633nm激光辐照对细胞促增殖效应最显著;514nm激光辐照对HeLa细胞促增殖效应较不明显。不同光剂量对细胞增殖效应不同,405,633,785nm激光辐照时能量密度为1 000J.m-2的辐照组细胞增殖均较100J.m-2辐照组明显,而514nm激光辐照时1 000J.m-2辐照组与100J.m-2辐照组细胞增殖的差异不明显。  相似文献

报道国内第一台用670nm激光二极管泵浦的准连续锁模运转的Cr:LiSAF激光器。对于连续运转,泵浦阈值功率240mW,当吸收功率为368mW的输出,输出波长850nm,斜效率为3.5%。在准连续运转(100HZ,占空比1/5时),泵清阈值功率45mW,斜效率为9.8%,用染料作为锁模妄动介质,实现了准连续锁模运转,光脉冲输出的中心波长为850nm。  相似文献

We present for the first time a Nd:YVO(4) laser emitting at 1064 nm intracavity pumped at 912 nm by a Nd:GdVO(4) laser. We carried out a model to design the system properly, and laser performance was experimentally investigated. Intracavity sum-frequency mixing at 912 and 1064 nm was then realized in a BiBO crystal to reach the blue range. We obtained a cw output power of 155 mW at 491 nm with a pump laser diode emitting 20 W at 808 nm.  相似文献

An efficient 1064-nm Nd:YVO_4laser in-band pumped by a wavelength-locked laser diode(LD) at 913.9 nm was demonstrated. The maximum continuous wave(CW) output power of 23.4 W at 1064 nm was realized with the incident pump power of 40 W, corresponding to a total optical-to-optical efficiency of 58.5%. This is to the best of our knowledge the highest total optical-to-optical efficiency and output power of Nd:YVO_4laser in-band pumped by a 913.9-nm laser diode.The Q-switched operation of this laser was also investigated. Through a contrast experiment of pumping at 808 nm, the experimental results showed that an Nd:YVO_4laser in-band pumped by a wavelength-locked LD at 913.9 nm had excellent pulse stability and beam quality for high repetition rate Q-switching operation.  相似文献

采用金属有机物化学气相淀积(MOCVD)方法生长了InGaAs/GaAs应变量子阱,通过优化生长条件和采用应变缓冲层结构获得量子阱,将该量子阱结构应用于1 054 nm激光器的制备。经测试该器件具有9 mA低阈值电流和0.4 W/A较高的单面斜率效率,在驱动电流为50 mA时测得该应变量子阱光谱半宽为1.6nm,发射波长为1 054 nm。实验表明:通过优化工艺条件和采用应变缓冲层等手段,改善了应变量子阱质量,该结果应用于1 054 nm激光器的制备,取得了较好的结果。  相似文献

 根据计算得到的双波长激光振荡的阈值条件,激光实验中对全反镜镀制1 319和1 338 nm的全反膜(其反射率大于99.73%,而对1 064 nm激光的反射率约为7%);输出镜采用对1 064 nm强谱线95%的高透过率,而对1 319和1 338 nm谱线的透过率分别为34.7%,32.5%,有效抑制了强线1 064 nm振荡,成功实现了1 319和1 338 nm Nd:YAG同时双波长激光脉冲输出。当输入能量为125 J时,1 319和1 338 nm脉冲双波长激光的单脉冲总输出能量为0.89 J,电-光转换效率为0.71%,斜率效率为0.89%。输出的双波长激光的中心波长分别在1 318.8和1 338.2 nm处,谱线宽度(FWHM)分别为0.35和0.48 nm,强度之比为36:44。  相似文献

The spectral structure of spontaneous emission of copper atom at 510.6 nm and 578.2 nm was calculated considering the hyperfine structure of energy levels and the isotope shift. The spectral structure of the 510.6 nm and 578.2 nm laser lines was measured in a sealed-off CuBr laser tube with periodic refreshment of the neon buffer gas under different work temperature and excited voltage. The spectral structure of the spontaneous emission of copper atom was found to have similar outline with its laser lines. The spectrum of the 510.6 nm laser line maintains similar outline with three peaks at various discharging parameters while the spectrum of the 578.2 nm laser line is strongly dependent on the reservoir temperature and the discharge voltage.  相似文献

 利用F-P谐振腔实验研究了高功率掺Yb3+光子晶体光纤激光器。使用915 nm和976 nm两种波长的泵浦源进行双端泵浦,在23 m长的双包层光子晶体光纤中获得了552 W的连续单模激光输出。该激光器的斜率效率约为76%,光-光转换效率为56%,光谱中心波长为1 078 nm,光束质量平方因子为1.2。  相似文献

A compact setup for generation, frequency stabilization, and precision tuning of UV laser radiation at 313 nm was developed. The source is based on frequency quintupling of a C-band telecom laser at 1565 nm, amplified in a fiber amplifier. The maximum output power of the source at 313 nm is 100 mW. An additional feature of the source is the high-power output at the fundamental and the intermediate second- and third-harmonic wavelengths. The source was tested by demonstration of laser cooling of Be+ ions in an ion-trap apparatus. The output of the source at the third-harmonic wavelength (522 nm) was used for stabilization of the laser frequency to molecular iodine transitions. Sub-Doppler spectroscopy and frequency measurements of hyperfine transitions in molecular iodine were carried out in the range relevant for the Be+ laser cooling application.  相似文献
