Different up-conversion luminescent spectra of Er3+ ions were observed in the oxyfluoride glass-ceramics.The ratio of two fluorides in the original compositions was modified in order to form different nanocrystals.The intensity of up-conversion luminescence increased sharply when the ratio of PbF2 and CdF2 was 40:10.The data of differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction were used to explain the optimization fluoride ratio. The intensity of up-conversion luminescence is not only decided by the crystallizability but also mainly related with the stoichiometric proportion of fluoride nanocrystals in the glass-ceramics.  相似文献

研究了Er3+/Yb3+共掺、Tm3+/Yb3+共掺、Er3+/Yb3+/Tm3+共掺碲酸盐玻璃在970nm抽运下的荧光光谱和上转换光谱性质,测试了Er3+离子的4I11/2和4I13/2能级荧光寿命变化情况.结果发现Er3+/Yb3+/Tm3+共掺碲酸盐玻璃的常规荧光谱线在1450—1700nm区域明显加宽,并在1630nm有一荧光峰,可能是Tm3+:1G4→3F2跃迁产生.上转换发光研究表明,由于碲酸盐玻璃声子能量低的缘故,三种共掺系统下都存在上转换发光现象.在Er3+/Yb3+/Tm3+共掺中,上转 关键词: Er3+/Yb3+/ Tm3+共掺 碲酸盐玻璃 荧光 上转换光谱  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了系列Y1.98-2xYb2x Er0.02SiO5(0.00≤x≤0.15)以及Y1.736Yb0.24Er0.02Tm0.004SiO5上转换发光材料,比较了室温下Y1.98-2xYb2x Er0.02 SiO5 (x=0.00,0.08)样品在400—1600 nm范围内的吸收光谱,测量了所有样品在976 nm OPO激光器激发下的上转换发射光谱,以及Er3+离子4S3/2(4F9/2)→4I15/2,Tm3+离子1G43H6荧光衰减曲线和不同激发功率下的上转换蓝光发射强度,从而分析讨论了Er3+,Tm3+在Y2SiO5中的上转换发光机理.研究结果表明:在1250 ℃相对较低的温度下合成了X2型单斜晶系Y2SiO5 ∶Ln3+(Ln3+=Er3+,Yb3+,Tm3+),Yb3+的敏化显著增强了样品在976 nm附近的吸收能力,并大幅度加宽了该处的吸收带.分析上转换发射光谱发现:上转换绿光和红光强度都随着Yb3+浓度的增加先增强后减弱,但红光的猝灭浓度较高,归因于Er3+→Yb3+反向能量传递ETU4和Yb3+→Er3+正向能量传递ETU3过程的发生;上转换蓝光发射是三光子吸收过程,是通过Yb3+,Tm3+之间三次声子辅助的能量转移方式实现的. 关键词: 上转换 共沉淀 2SiO5∶Er3+')" href="#">Y2SiO5∶Er3+ 3+')" href="#">Yb3+ 3+')" href="#">Tm3+  相似文献

The paper presents the investigation results of laser generation around 1.5 μm at different wavelengths. The shifts of the wavelength were achieved by the change of pump power, transmission of an output mirror, and length of an active medium. 用高温熔融法制备了系列Er3+/Yb3+共掺,Ho3+/Yb3+共掺,和Er3+/Yb3+/Ho3+三掺碲酸盐玻璃,在975 nm激光抽运下三种掺杂玻璃中都出现了较强的绿光和红光上转换.研究了Yb3+离子对Er3+和Ho3+离子上转换发光强度的影响以及Yb3+→Er3+,Yb3+→Ho3+能量传递效率.分析了碲酸盐玻璃中Yb3+直接敏化Er3+,Ho3+上转换发光机理.当Er3+和Ho3+浓度较低时,Er3+/Yb3+/Ho3+三掺玻璃的上转换强度随着Yb3+离子浓度的增加而增强,出现的548 nm绿光和660 nm红光主要是由于Er3+:4S3/2→4I15/2,Ho3+:5F4(5S2)→5I8和Er3+:4F9/2→4I15/2,Ho3+:5F5→5I8跃迁共同作用的结果.Er3+/Yb3+/Ho3+三掺碲酸盐玻璃的上转换机理受Er3+/Yb3+之间,Ho3+/Yb3+之间,Er3+/Ho3+之间三者共同相互作用影响,Er3+/Ho3+离子间存在的交叉弛豫过程可增加Ho3+离子在可见光范围的上转换强度.  相似文献

Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped Zn2SiO4 ceramics are rapidly synthesized by the microwave radiation method. Green and red up-conversion emissions are observed in Zn2SiO4: Yb3+, Er3+ ceramics under 980 nm excitation. The influence of co-doped Li+ or Bi3+ ion on luminescence intensity for the phosphors has been investigated. At Li+ or Bi3+ doping concentration of 1 mol%, up-converted green emission can be increased by 6 times and 20 times, respectively. It is believed that co-doped Li+ or Bi3+ ion results in the local distortion of Er3+ in Zn2SiO4, increasing the intra-4f transitions of Er3+ ions. The local distortion is proved by spectral probing method with Eu3+.  相似文献

Er3+ doped TiO2–La2O3 glasses modified by ZrO2 have been successfully fabricated by the containerless method with incorporated Yb3+ ions as sensitizers. Under the excitation of 980 and 808 nm diode lasers, visible emissions centered at 534, 554 and 674 nm are observed, which are assigned to the Er3+ transitions of 2H11/24I15/2, 4S3/24I15/2 and 4F9/24I15/2, respectively. The emission signals are so strong that they can be observed by naked eyes even at pumping power as low as 20 mW. Measurements of pump-power dependent intensity and time-resolved decay behavior of upconversion luminescence show that two-photon excited state absorption (ESA) and energy transfer (ET) between rare earth ions are the predominant mechanisms for upconversion emissions. Besides, the intensity of upconversion luminescence has been enhanced by increasing the concentration of ZrO2 in these rare earth doped bulk titanate glasses.  相似文献

利用水热法合成了YLiF4: Er3 , Tm3 , Yb3 , 其中Er3 和Yb3 的浓度保持固定不变, 分别为1 mol%和1.5 mol%, Tm3 浓度变化范围是2 mol%~8 mol%. 在这种共掺杂体系中, 同时观察到了Er3 , Tm3 和Yb3 的吸收, 且Tm3 的吸收随着其浓度的增强而增强. 在980 nm光的激发下, 当Tm3 浓度很小时, 这种材料的上转换发光为白光. 其中蓝光主要来源于Tm3 的激发态1G4到基态3H6的跃迁, 绿光来源于Er3 的4S3/2和2H11/2到基态4I15/2的跃迁, 红光既来源于Tm3 的1G4→3F4的跃迁, 也来源于Er3 的4F9/2→4I15/2的跃迁. 并且这种上转换发光强度随着Tm3 浓度的增强而降低, 但对应不同能级跃迁的发光强度降低的幅度不同, 这是因为Er3 和Tm3 之间的相互作用.  相似文献

研究了Cr3+,Yb3+,Er3+共掺磷酸盐铒玻璃转镜调Q激光性质.三种Er2O3掺杂浓度的激光实验结果表明,在Er2O3名义掺杂浓度为0.5wt%时,玻璃的综合激光性质最好,重复频率为0.1Hz时,它的激光阈值功率为14.5mJ,最大输出能量为9.6mJ,斜率效率为0.55%.在同种实验条件下,比较了Cr14和Kigre公司生产的QE-7S激光性质参数,实验表明,前者激光阈值功率稍低,而后者的斜率效率和最大输出功率略高.  相似文献

The effects of Al_2O_3, Yb_2O_3, Er_2O_3 and OH~- on spectral properties of P_2O_5.Na_2O.SrO.Al_2O_3.Yb_2O_3.Er_2O_3 erbium phosphate glass were studied. 5, 8, and 13 mol% Al_2O_3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 mol% Yb_2O_3 and0.05, 0.2, and 0.4 mol% Er_2O_3 were used. It was found that Al_2O_3 can improve fluorescent lifetime ofEr~(3+)ions, but the integrated absorption cross section of Er~(3+)ions decreases with the increase of Al_2O_3concentration. Evaluating from energy transfer efficiency of Yb~(3+)to Er~(3+)and spectral parameters ofYb~(3+)and Er~(3+),we conclude that 6 mol% Yb_2O_3 and 0.4 mol% Er_2O_3 are needed for LD pumped  相似文献

在自行研制的Er3 ,Yb3 共掺磷酸盐玻璃基质上用离子交换方法制作出沟导光波导放大器。在110mW的抽运功率下(抽运光波长为980nm),在1.8cm长的器件上获得了3.8dB的小信号(信号光波长为1.55μm)增益,单位长度上的增益为2.1dB/cm。  相似文献

Glasses in the PbF2-PbO-SiO2 system doped with 1 mol % of rare-earth elements (Nd3+, Er3+, or Yb3+) are synthesized and studied. The glasses were heat-treated in order to obtain glass ceramics with a fluoride crystalline phase. The changes in the structure and spectral optical properties of glass ceramics with respect to initial glasses were determined by using X-ray diffraction analysis and by studying the luminescent characteristics of dopant ions.  相似文献

Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped Gd6MoO12 and Yb3+/Er3+/Li+ tri-doped Gd6MoO12 phosphors were prepared by adjusting the annealing temperature via the high temperature solid-state method. Under the excitation of 980 nm semiconductor, the upconversion luminescence properties were investigated and discussed. In the experimental process, we get the optimum Yb3+ concentration and the concentration quench effect will happen while the concentration extends the given region. According to the Yb3+ concentration quenching effects, the critical distance between Yb3+ ions had been calculated. The measured UC luminescence exhibited a strong red emission near 660 nm and green emission at 530 nm and 550 nm, which are due to the transitions of Er3+(4F9/2, 2H11/2, 4S3/2)  Er3+(4I15/2). Then the effect of excitation power density in different regions on the upconversion mechanisms was investigated and the calculated results demonstrate that the green and red upconversion is a two-photon process. A possible mechanism was discussed. After Li+ ions mixing, the upconversion emission enhanced largely, and the optimum Li+ concentration was obtained while fixed the Yb3+ and Er3+ on the above optimum concentration. This enhancement owns to the decrease of the local symmetry around Er3+ after Li+ ions doping into the system. This result indicates that Li+ is a promising candidate for improving luminescence in some case.  相似文献

Photoluminescence properties of Gd2O3: Er3+, Yb3+ upconversion inverse opal photonic crystals were investigated. The photoluminescence spectra of the inverse opal show strong dependence on upconversion emission intensity and the corresponding photonic band-gaps of the inverse opal. Significant suppression of the green or red upconversion emission was observed if the photonic band-gap overlaps with the Er3+ ions emission band. The color purity of the red or green emission was improved in the inverse opal by the suppression of green or red UC emission. We believe that the present work will be valuable for not only the foundational study of upconversion emission modification but also new optical devices in upconversion lighting and display.  相似文献

制备了以PbF2+GeO2+WO3SiO2+NaF为基质组分的Yb3+,Er3+双掺稀土离子上转换发光玻璃陶瓷。采用日本产Hitachi F-4500荧光光度计,激发波长为980nm,观测到样品在550nm处出现较强的上转换发光峰,在528nm处有一个次发光峰,在650nm处有一个相对较弱的发光峰,讨论了发射光谱的特征,建立上转换发光机制,并讨论了上转换发光特征,以及基质成分、制备工艺参数、稀土离子浓度对发光性能的影响。实验中发现c(Yb3+):c(Er3+)为5:1时,上转换玻璃陶瓷的熔融温度为950℃、退火温度为380℃时,其上转换发光效率最高。  相似文献

The upconversion of infrared radiation into green and red luminescence has been studied for Er3+ and Yb3+ ions in fluorohafnate glasses. At room temperature normalized upconversion efficiency of 8.4x10-4 cm2/W has been obtained for the green emission (545 nm) of Er3+ in doped samples containing 4.5 mol% (Yb3+) and 0.75 mol% (Er3+) pumped by 974 nm light with an absorbed intensity of 2.5 mW/cm2. Both green and red upconversion radiations slightly decrease with increasing temperature. Room-temperature measured efficiency is compared with the calculated one obtained from the rate equation model of Wright.  相似文献

通过载氢和紫外光曝光在铒镱共掺光纤上制作了光纤光栅,当波长为976.4nm的半导体连续激光泵浦该光栅时,在只有4mW的抽运功率水平下,便可以观察到显著的上转换蓝绿光辐射,随泵浦功率的增加,辐射强度也在增加。通过单色仪和光电倍增管记录到了绿光、蓝光、紫光和紫外等多波长的上转换辐射光。利用显微镜数码相片证实在同种铒镱共掺光纤中没有上转换现象。  相似文献
