Based on a generalized Yang-Mills framework, gravitational and strong interactions can be unified in analogy with the unification in the electroweak theory. By gauging T (4) × [SU (3)] color in flat space-time, we have a unified model of chromo-gravity with a new tensor gauge field, which couples universally to all gluons, quarks and anti-quarks. The space-time translational gauge symmetry assures that all wave equations of quarks and gluons reduce to a Hamilton-Jacobi equation with the same ’effective Riemann metric tensors’ in the geometric-optics (or classical) limit. The emergence of ef f ective metric tensors in the classical limit is essential for the unified model to agree with experiments. The unified model suggests that all gravitational, strong and electroweak interactions appear to be dictated by gauge symmetries in the generalized Yang-Mills framework.  相似文献

We construct classical theories of gravity on the basis of special relativity and the Einstein-Infeld accelerating-elevator thought experiment. The resulting theories share most of the main features of general relativity, namely the nonlinear character of the theory, the metrical significance of the gravitational potentials and the geodesic equation of particle motion. They differ from general relativity in at most nonlinear terms in the gravitational constant G in their equations of particle motion and field equations.  相似文献

Astrophysical observations are pointing out huge amounts of “dark matter” and “dark energy” needed to explain the observed large scale structure and cosmic dynamics. The emerging picture is a spatially flat, homogeneous Universe undergoing the today observed accelerated phase. Despite of the good quality of astrophysical surveys, commonly addressed as Precision Cosmology, the nature and the nurture of dark energy and dark matter, which should constitute the bulk of cosmological matter-energy, are still unknown. Furthermore, up to now, no experimental evidence has been found, at fundamental level, to explain such mysterious components. The problem could be completely reversed considering dark matter and dark energy as “shortcomings” of General Relativity in its simplest formulation (a linear theory in the Ricci scalar R, minimally coupled to the standard perfect fluid matter) and claiming for the “correct” theory of gravity as that derived by matching the largest number of observational data, without imposing any theory a priori. As a working hypothesis, accelerating behavior of cosmic fluid, large scale structure, potential of galaxy clusters, rotation curves of spiral galaxies could be reproduced by means of extending the standard theory of General Relativity. In other words, gravity could acts in different ways at different scales and the above “shortcomings” could be due to incorrect extrapolations of the Einstein gravity, actually tested at short scales and low energy regimes. After a survey of what is intended for Extended Theories of Gravity in the so called “metric” and “Palatini” approaches, we discuss some cosmological and astrophysical applications where the issues related to the dark components are addressed by enlarging the Einstein theory to more general f (R) Lagrangians, where f (R) is a generic function of Ricci scalar R, not assumed simply linear. Obviously, this is not the final answer to the problem of “dark-components” but it can be considered as an operative scheme whose aim is to avoid the addition of unknown exotic ingredients to the cosmic pie.  相似文献

“大学物理”旨在向学生传递“联系”与“统一”的思想,但众多的教材在推导多普勒效应公式时却没有深入探寻“相对运动”与“频率变化”之间的联系和统一.作者从波长的定义着手,基于相对性原理,应用伽利略变换式对机械波的多普勒效应公式进行推导和应用验证;采用洛伦兹变化式对电磁波的多普勒效应公式进行推导.通过推导机械波和电磁波的多普勒效应公式,揭示了多普勒效应的频率变化实际是在不同惯性系中的测量结果.  相似文献

DNS is performed to analyse the effects of Lewis number (Le), density ratio and gravity in stagnating turbulent premixed flames. The results show good agreement with those of Lee and Huh (Combustion and Flame, Vol. 159, 2012, pp. 1576–1591) with respect to the turbulent burning velocity, ST, in terms of turbulent diffusivity, flamelet thickness, mean curvature and displacement speed at the leading edge. In all four stagnating flames studied, a mean tangential strain rate resulting in a mean flamelet thickness smaller than the unstretched laminar flame thickness leads to an increase in ST. A flame cusp of positive curvature involves a superadiabatic burned gas temperature due to diffusive–thermal instability for an Le less than unity. Wrinkling tends to be suppressed at a larger density ratio, not enhanced by hydrodynamic instability, in the stagnating flow configuration. Turbulence is produced, resulting in highly anisotropic turbulence with heavier unburned gas accelerating through a flame brush by Rayleigh–Taylor instability. Results are also provided on brush thickness, flame surface density and conditional velocities in burned and unburned gas and on flame surfaces to represent the internal brush structures for all four test flames.  相似文献

In this study,ultrasound grating was used to measure the sound velocity in solutions of ethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol with molecular weights of 200,600,2000,and 10000.We found Parthasarathy empirical rule,that is,sound velocity is higher in the solution of larger molecules,is invalid in the case of polyethylene glycol solution. We tried to provide a tentative explanation using the Flory-Krigbaum's chained block cloud model.  相似文献

目前基于等效源法的声场分离方法有两种输入方式, 一种以双测量面上的声压为输入, 另一种以单测量面上的声压和质点振速为输入. 本文以双测量面上的质点振速为输入, 提出一种新的基于等效源法的声场分离方法. 首先给出了该方法的理论推导, 然后通过数值仿真和实验验证了该方法的有效性. 通过与基于双面声压测量的声场分离方法的比较, 证明了该方法在分离质点振速方面的优越性. 此外, 在仿真中还研究了干扰声源强度和测量面间距对分离精度的影响. 关键词: 声场分离 质点振速测量 等效源法 近场声全息  相似文献

温度阈值执行器的设计是准分布光纤温度报警系统对温度报警空间定位的关键.本文分析了基于OTDR和SMA设计温度阈值执行器的原理,提出了执行器的物理模型.通过实验测试,从SMA弹簧样品中选出了满足执行器技术要求的记忆弹簧,完成了执行器的机械设计.系统运行表明:执行器能有效运作,能够实现准分布温度报警,并且系统具有接近1.5 m的空间分辨率和低于16 s的响应时间等优良的性能参数.  相似文献

利用CPO技术设计了在掺铒光纤中实现光速的连续可调的实验.实验系统中利用LabVIEW和FPGA设计的信号发生器对激光信号进行内调制,信号经过掺铒光纤由数据采集卡传递到上位机,利用LabVIEW进行分析和处理.该系统可以简化数据分析过程,实现人机交互,便于实时监测分析.  相似文献

采用AMPS-1D程序模拟分析了前后接触少子复合速率以及吸收层的厚度和少子迁移率对非晶硅/单晶硅异质结太阳电池光伏性能的影响.模拟发现,与太阳电池的前接触少子复合速率相比,背接触少子复合速率对太阳电池光伏性能的影响更为显著.吸收层单晶硅的厚度对太阳电池光伏性能的影响要受到单晶硅隙间缺陷态密度以及背接触少子复合速率的制约.当背接触复合占主要地位时,吸收层越厚电池的转换效率越高;当吸收层隙间缺陷复合占主要地位时,电池的转换效率在某一厚度处达到峰值.吸收层的少子迁移率对太阳电池性能的影响,也要受到背接触少子复合速率的制约.当背接触复合速率较低时,少子迁移率越大,电池的转换效率越高;当背接触复合速率较高时,少子迁移率越小,电池的转换效率越高.  相似文献

重力再循环供液是指蒸发器依靠制冷剂自身的重力送入蒸发器,在供液高度大于蒸发器对制冷剂的阻力情况下,部分制冷剂液体在蒸发器和气液分离器所形成的回路中再循环。由于再循环作用不需要外加动力,并强化管内制冷剂的沸腾换热,蒸发器的效率得以明显提高。文中介绍了重力再循环供液制冷系统和蒸发器的结构,提出采用J.Chawla关系式和Shah关联式相结合的方法预测再循环蒸发器制冷剂侧的换热系数。采用空气侧热平衡法,对直接膨胀供液和重力再循环供液制冷系统分别进行了多蒸发温度下的性能测试。表明重力再循环供液制冷系统比直接膨胀供液制冷系统的制冷量平均增加26%,COP平均增加18%,蒸发温度平均升高1.1℃,传热系数是直接供液的1.57倍。J.Chawla关系式和Shah关联式相结合预测再循环蒸发器制冷剂侧的换热系数,其曲线结构与实验值近似,平均误差不大于20.6%。文章还对各热工参数的变化原因进行了分析。  相似文献

对等离子体湍流速度场的有效探测,有助于更加深入了解磁约束等离子体湍流以及实现对某些理论预言现象和结构(如带状流)的充分辨识.本文将基于动态程序规划的时间延迟估算技术成功应用于直线磁化等离子体装置中热阴极放电条件下的漂移波湍流角向速度涨落的实验分析,并且其结果清晰再现了漂移波湍流中通过非线性能量耦合自发产生的带状流结构.通过对采用不同频段等离子体湍流涨落通过基于动态程序规划的时间延迟估算分析所再现的带状流结构特征进行比较,进一步就该算法对载波信号中非相干噪声相对水平的抗干扰能力进行了定性评估.这些工作的成功开展,对于通过采用基于动态程序规划的时间延迟估算分析技术更为深入有效探索磁约束等离子体湍流行为特征,尤其是速度涨落场的演化提供了重要的借鉴和参考价值.  相似文献

The present review emphasizes the role of hydrodynamic cavitation (HC) and acoustic cavitation in clean and green technologies for selected fuels (of hydrocarbon origins such as gasoline, naphtha, diesel, heavy oil, and crude oil) processing applications including biodiesel production. Herein, the role of cavitation reactors, their geometrical parameters, physicochemical properties of liquid media, liquid oxidants, catalyst loading, reactive oxygen species, and different types of emulsification and formation of radicals, formation as well as extraction of formed by-products are systematically reviewed. Among all types of HC reactors, vortex diode and single hole orifices revealed more than 95 % desulfurization yield and a 20 % viscosity reduction in heavy oil upgrading, while multi-hole orifice (100 holes) and slit Venturi allowed obtaining the best biodiesel production processes in terms of high (%) yield, low cost of treatment, and short processing time (5 min; 99 % biodiesel; 4.80 USD/m3). On the other hand, the acoustic cavitation devices are likely to be the most effective in biodiesel production based on ultrasonic bath (90 min; 95 %; 6.7 $/m3) and desulfurization treatment based on ultrasonic transducers (15 min; 98.3 % desulfurization; 10.8 $/m3). The implementation of HC-based processes reveals to be the most cost-effective method over acoustic cavitation-based devices. Finally, by reviewing the ongoing applications and development works, the limitations and challenges for further research are addressed emphasizing the cleaner production and guidelines for future scientists to assure obtaining comprehensive data useful for the research community.  相似文献
