Organic modified siloxanes of the type RSi(OMe2)2(CH2)3C6D4(CH2)3(OMe2)2SiR [R = Me ( 4 ), R = OMe ( 5 )] were sol‐gel processed employing solvents of different polarity (MeOH and THF) to yield the corresponding inorganic‐organic hybrid polymers X4a — X5b with different physical properties. These polymers were investigated by multinuclear (2H, 13C, and 29Si) solid state and 1H suspension state NMR spectroscopy, including dynamic NMR techniques, in order to correlate the mobilities of these xerogels with physical properties, especially with the cross‐linkage. 相似文献

The feasibility of static deuterium rotating frame NMR relaxation measurements for characterization of slow timescale motions in powder systems is demonstrated. Using a model compound dimethyl sulfone-d6, we show that these measurements yield conformational exchange rates and activation energy values in accordance with results obtained with other techniques. Furthermore, we demonstrate that the full Liouvillian approach as opposed to the Redfield approximation is necessary to analyze the experimental data. 相似文献

Abstract Natural abundance 13C NMR spectra of a soluble aspirin and model mixtures of acetylsalicylic acid with buffering components have been recorded in the solid state by using the combined techniques of cross polarization, high-power decoupling and magic-angle spinning. The solid-state spectrum of the soluble aspirin tablet showed more resonances than the solution spectrum. These multiplicities were originated in the buffer mixture containing citric and tartaric acid, as well as their salts. Solid-state 13C NMR was therefore found to provide information that is lost in the solution spectrum due to the fast proton exchange between the organic acids and their conjugated salts. 相似文献

Blood levels of the vitamin D3 (D3) metabolites 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25(OH)D3), 24R,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3, and 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25(OH)2D3) are recognized indicators for the diagnosis of bone metabolism-related diseases, D3 deficiency-related diseases, and hypercalcemia, and are generally measured by liquid-chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) using an isotope dilution method. However, other D3 metabolites, such as 20-hydroxyvitamin D3 and lactone D3, also show interesting biological activities and stable isotope-labeled derivatives are required for LC-MS/MS analysis of their concentrations in serum. Here, we describe a versatile synthesis of deuterium-labeled D3 metabolites using A-ring synthons containing three deuterium atoms. Deuterium-labeled 25(OH)D3 (2), 25(OH)D3-23,26-lactone (6), and 1,25(OH)2D3-23,26-lactone (7) were synthesized, and successfully applied as internal standards for the measurement of these compounds in pooled human serum. This is the first quantification of 1,25(OH)2D3-23,26-lactone (7) in human serum. 相似文献

^13C spin-lattice relaxation times (T1) of a conjugated polymer MEH-PPV in polymer/ layered silicate nanocomposites together with the steady state fluorescence emission and transient fluorescence decay measurements have been investigated. The T1 values of the conjugated carbons decrease dramatically according to the reduction of polymer concentration in the nano composites, while the fluorescence life times (τ) show a linear prolonging tendency. 根据功能化有机蒙脱土概念,采用磁力搅拌和超声搅拌两种不同的搅拌方法,分别制得了插层型和剥离型聚苯乙烯纳米复合材料。XRD和TEM测试结果显示,通过超声方法制得的聚苯乙烯复合材料具有很好的分散性,并且具有完全剥离的结构。另外,根据蒙脱土中Fe3+对复合材料中聚合物质子驰豫大小的影响,利用固体NMR质子弛豫的计算方法定量表征了聚苯乙烯纳米复合材料中有机土的分散性。结果证明,随着有机土在聚合物中的分散度增加,质子弛豫时间(T1H)逐渐减小。同时,通过NMR质子驰豫时间测量得到的结果和电镜结果相吻合。 相似文献

合成了含活性侧基的苯乙烯/N-对羟苯基马来酰亚胺共聚物(SHMI),使某些具有特定功能的有机小分子接枝到聚合物主链上.用FTIR,NMR及GPC研究了其化学结构,并用DSC和TGA研究了其热转变和热降解性能.结果表明,SHMI是交替共聚物,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)高达526K,于661K开始降解,降解动力学遵循Arrhenius方程,有良好的溶解成膜性能. 相似文献

采用1H,29Si,27Al魔角旋转固体核磁共振(MASNMR)及1H-29Si交叉极化(CP)技术研究丝光沸石水蒸气/酸浸渍脱铝过程中各种铝物质的结构与性质.结果表明,丝光沸石上骨架铝原子在水分子作用下,生成非骨架四配位铝物质[Al(OH)3(H2O)],分别在27Al谱δ45和1H谱δ3.0处出现共振信号,这种铝物质不同于扭曲四配位铝,在高温下进一步水合生成Al(OH)3(H2O)2和Al(OH)3(H2O)3,即非骨架五配位和六配位铝物质.1H-29SiCP和1H谱证实,水蒸气脱铝使丝光沸石产生了大量的硅羟基和铝羟基. 相似文献

Deuterium NMR imaging was used to evaluate the spatial distribution of the degree of alignment in different types of alignment media by monitoring the deuterium quadrupolar splitting using spatially resolved NMR techniques in conventional liquid state NMR instruments. These images allow the unambiguous distinction of magnetic field and alignment inhomogeneities present in partially aligned samples, revealing the underlying reasons for linebroadening within an alignment medium that cannot be explained by the sole analysis of 1D 2H NMR spectra. For example, alignment inhomogeneities due to broken gels or the presence of concentration gradients in liquid crystalline solutions are clearly detected by the imaging methods proposed in this work. 相似文献

Various aerosils surface modified with silane reagents were prepared and investigated by 29Si solid state NMR spectroscopy. The mode of bonding onto the silanol surface (mono- or divalent) can be specified by comparison
with chemical shifts from solution. A detailed analysis also leads to the detection of products formed via hydrosilylation
reactions. A rough quantification of the surface loading can be obtained by a signal deconvolution process of the silanol

New poly(bis-3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene methine)s derivatives with typical electro-optical moieties of thiophene, carbazole and fluorene as the side chains are obtained by facile solid state polymerization (SSP) or melt state polymerization (MSP). Detail characterizations of these polymers are carried out and some key monomers' crystals are obtained for structures analysis. It is found that existence of alkyl chains decrease monomers onset temperatures for SSP (Tonset) due to the weakening of the intermolecular interaction in crystals. 相似文献
