The co-pyrolysis of a petroleum residue with two different sources of titanium (tetrabutyl-ortotitanate (TBO) or titanium carbide nano-powder) was carried out to obtain mesophase pitches containing TiO2 or TiC nanoparticles. Co-pyrolysis is an appropriate technique to achieve a good dispersion and low particle size. In the case of TBO, TiO2 nanoparticles (5–20 nm) are observed, which are forming aggregates, the largest of them being 1–2 μm. In the case of TiC nano-particles, they are more difficult to disperse and larger aggregates are formed, although the final material is rather homogenous. The chemistry of pyrolysis for the production of doped and undoped mesophase pitches has been followed by means of solvent insolubility, XRD, XPS, FTIR and elemental analysis. They show evidences of promotion of the formation of mesophase in the presence of the titanium-containing particles, especially in the presence of TiO2. The final materials can be of great value as precursors to produce high density titanium doped graphites for nuclear and space applications.  相似文献

Lignocellulose–pitch-based composites carbonized at 1000 °C were easily prepared by blending lignocellulose with pretreated pitch in a proportion of 50:50 wt.%. The pretreatment of the pitch was carried out by thermal treatment at temperatures of 250 and 350 °C, both in the absence and in the presence of 10 wt.% of alumina of different surface activities (acid, neutral and basic). The structural and mechanical properties of the composites, evaluated by means of density/porosity determinations, optical microscopy and flexural strength, were found to be enhanced by the presence of alumina. The effects of the addition of alumina in the composite were evaluated by means of thermogravimetric analyses. The results indicate that alumina surface activity plays an important role in the interactions between the composite components. Neutral alumina has the greatest effect during the pretreatment, while acid alumina favors lignocellulose–pitch interactions during the processing of the composite. These effects are more pronounced when the pretreatment is performed at 350 °C. Lignocellulose–pitch-based composites with a water density of 1.75 g cm−3, a porosity of 30 vol.% and a flexural strength of 30 MPa can be obtained when the pitch is pretreated in the presence of neutral alumina.  相似文献

In this work, high performance thin layer liquid chromatography (HTPLC) is applied to the determination of sugars in fast pyrolysis liquids (bio-oil) and fractions thereof. The proposed procedure allows the separation of anhydrosugar levoglucosan and cellobiosan, as well as glucose, arabinose, xylose and cellobiose. Pre-treatment and derivatization of samples are not necessary and volatile compounds present in bio-oil do not interfere with sugar analysis. The detrimental effect of the complex bio-oil matrix on columns and detector lifetime is avoided by using disposable HTPLC plates. Prior screening of glucose, present especially in aged and aqueous bio-oil fractions, is required to quantify cellobiosan without interference. Concentrations of levoglucosan and cellobiosan in bio-oil samples obtained from Pinus radiata sawdust were ranged between 1.27-2.26% and 0.98-1.96% respectively, while a bio-oil sample obtained from native wood contained a higher levoglucosan concentration.  相似文献

采用裂解气相色谱-质谱联用法研究了香精黑香豆酊在不同温度下的裂解行为,分析了黑香豆酊在不同温度下的热裂解产物,并用归一化法进行了定量。结果发现黑香豆酊在不同温度下表现出不同的转移行为,其热解产物和机理也各不相同。检索到苯并呋喃、香豆素和肉桂醛等16种致香物质。随着温度的升高,裂解产物中逐渐产生出有害物质。初步探讨了香豆素可能的裂解机理,为香味物质在卷烟燃烧过程的转化行为提供了例证。  相似文献

Temperature is one of the most important parameters in pyrolysis reaction. In present work, an externally heated laboratory-scale rotary-kiln pyrolyser was designed and developed. The influence of final pyrolysis temperature (FPT) on the pyrolytic products of solid wastes has been studied. Raising FPT caused increasing gas yield and decreasing semi-coke yield. The average heat value of the gas also changed with FPT. The content of aliphatic hydrocarbons in PE tar increased initially and then decreased with increasing FPT. Parallel to this, the content of aromatic ring changed conversely. FPT had obvious influence on the primary and elemental analysis data of the semi-cokes. The CO2 reactivity of the semi-cokes also varied with the FPT. The kinetic parameters of the semi-cokes were different for the same material at the different FPT.  相似文献

This experiment involving diesel fuel pyrolysis was performed to study the process of soot formation without oxidation. The effects of temperature, residence time, and lubricating oil presence on soot formation were investigated through measurement of particle size distribution, morphology, and C/H ratio as well as through thermal analysis. The results show that the formation of soot during diesel pyrolysis depended strongly on both temperature and residence time. The critical temperature for the creation of soot with a primary particle diameter of 20 nm was about 1100 °C. Greater temperatures and residence times resulted in diesel soot particles that were more mature, i.e., with a higher C/H ratio, larger particle size, and higher ignition temperature. The carbonization of diesel soot through pyrolysis was also weakly affected by the addition of 5% lubricating oil to the diesel fuel. The results of this experiment provide information for modeling the formation of diesel soot without oxidation as well as for developing soot generators for after-treatment systems.  相似文献

研究了用微波消解分光光度法测定石油焦中的钒。在石油焦样品处理中采用了常规溶样及微波消解两种方法。重点研究了微波消解石油焦样品的方法,详细考察了微波消解时样品的最佳用量、消解压力、功率、时间,建立了最佳微波消解程序。结果表明两种方法测定结果基本吻合。样品测定的RSD小于4、02%,加标回收率均在98.6%~102.7%之间,但微波消解法的溶样速度是常规法的10倍。钒的线性范围为0~8.0g/L。结果表明,微波消解分光光度法测定石油焦中的钒是一种快速、准确且无环境污染的方法。  相似文献

Pyrolysis gas chromatography (P/GC) has been successful in differentiating coal tar pitches which are used in the manufacture of high temperature graphite materials [1,2]. In the present study, coal tar and petroleum pitches received from five suppliers were readily differentiated using three distinct methods of polymer analysis: dynamic headspace and pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry (DH/GC/MS and P/GC/MS, [3]), and pyrolysis mass spectrometry (P/MS, [4,5]). All of these methods are appropriate for the analysis and pattern recognition study of coal and petroleum products; however, methods which incorporate GC usually necessitate long analysis times and are subject to problems associated with gas chromatographic reproducibility (e.g. active sites [6], and nonconstant retention times). As a fingerprint analysis method, P/MS is rapid and ideally suited to computerized pattern recognition study of pitches due to the simple format of P/MS data (computer tabulation of normalized intensities versus masses); whereas, in the present study, the normalized peak area versus retention time date from DH/GC/MS and P/GC/MS analyses were not suitable for direct input to a computerized pattern recognition analysis program, (due to non-constant retention times and improper data format). One limitation is that P/MS does not provide positive identification of thermally evolved products (as can DH/GC/MS and P/GC/MS) due to the complexity of the spectra of a mixture of compounds produced by P/MS. Within the limits of the commercial instrumentation and computer programs used in this study, a combination of all three techniques provided the greatest capability for the differentiation of the five coal tar and petroleum based pitches studied.  相似文献

Controlled porous glasses (CPG) are often employed as packing materials for gas and liquid chromatography. The characteristic feature of CPG is the presence of surface boron atoms, the concentration of which can easily be changed by appropriate thermal treatment. The use of thermally treated CPG as a support in the pyrolysis of alcohols causes the formation of graphite in the carbon deposit obtained. The properties of thermally treated CPG and the same CPG with a carbon deposit on their surface was investigated by means of the hydrogenolysis reaction of n-butane. The results obtained suggest that the pyrolysis of a constant molar amount of alkanols differing in their chain lengths leads to blocking of the same centres on the CPG surface.  相似文献

The pyrolysis of biomass is a promising way for production of bio-gasoline if the stability and quality problems of the bio-crude-oil can be solved by catalytic cracking and reforming.In this paper,an on-line infrared spectrum was used to study thecharacteristics of catalytic pyrolysis with the following preliminary results.The removal of C O of organic acid is more difficultthan that of aldehydes and ketones.HUSY/γ-Al_2O_3 and REY/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts exhibited better deoxygenating activities whileHZSM-5/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst exhibited preferred selectivities for production of iso-alkanes and aromatics.Finally,possiblemechanisms of biomass catalytic pyrolysis are discussed as well.  相似文献

The pyrolysis of two grape residues (grape skins and the mixture of grape skins and seeds) has been carried out in a pilot bubbling fluidized bed pyrolyzer operating under a range of temperature from 300 to 600 °C and three vapor residence time (2.5, 5, and 20 s), with the aim of determining their pyrolysis behavior including products yields and heat requirements. The composition of the product gases was determined, from which their heating value was calculated. The liquid bio-oil was recovered with cyclonic condensers and separated into two phases, an aqueous phase and an organic phase. The chemical composition of these liquid phases was characterized. In addition, the environmental parameters of the distilled fraction (85–115 °C) of the aqueous phase were tested, while the heating value of the organic phase was determined. Furthermore, the thermal sustainability of the pyrolysis process was estimated by considering the energy contribution of the product gases and of the liquid bio-oil in relation to the pyrolysis heat requirements. The optimum pyrolysis temperatures were identified in terms of maximizing the liquid yield, maximizing the energy from the product bio-oil, and maximizing the net energy from the product bio-oil after ensuring a self-sustainable process by utilizing the product gases and bio-oil as heat sources.  相似文献

通过对热裂解气相色谱及气-质联用技术测定动物源性食品中敌百虫的探讨,建立了气相色谱进样口裂解产物的检测方法,并确定了气相色谱的主要分析条件(进样口280℃,DB-225毛细管色谱柱及FPD检测器)。样品前处理结合动物源性食品的特点,采用V(乙腈)∶V(水)=9∶1提取,乙酸锌水解除酯,并利用三氯化碳相转移的方式,建立了一套前处理方法。检测方法的回收率在80.7%~96.5%之间,RSD<5.5%,线性相关系数为0.9991,检出限为0.02mg/kg。该方法是按照我国关于兽药残留分析方法要求建立的,适合进出口及日常动物源性食品中敌百虫残留量的检测。  相似文献

本文将新近实施用于测定地表水中石油类的紫外分光光度法与红外分光光度法的方法特性参数以及应用于各类实际水样测定进行了比对研究。实验结果表明,两种方法的检出限、测定下限、精密度和准确度等性能指标相近,但在应用于各种不同来源和组成水体的实际样品测定时,紫外法所得结果与红外法有明显的差异,表明该方法对较复杂水体石油类样品的测定存在局限性。  相似文献

Rapid and sensitive determination of citric acid in fermentation media by pyrolysis mass spectrometry (Py–MS) is proposed. Owing to high specificity of this method, distinguishing the citric acid from the matrix and by-products formed in the Krebs cycle is possible. Selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode is used for quantitative measurements, in which mass to charge (m/z) values of 175 of citric acid and 138 of 3-nitroaniline as internal standard are chosen. Limit of detection (LOD) for this method has been found to be 1 ng ml−1 and the linear working range was 10 ng ml−1–100 mg ml−1. Relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) of the method for five replicates was 0.84%. Results of Py–MS are compared with those obtained by UV–vis spectrophotometric method. Also, factor analysis is used for evaluating the influence of pH, molasses concentration, time and shaker intensity on the production of citric acid by Aspergillus niger.  相似文献

A column-switching anion-exchange chromatography method was described for the separation and determination of petroleum monosulfonates (PMS) and petroleum disulfonates (PDS) in crude oil that was simply diluted with the dichloromethane/methanol (60/40). The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system consisted of a clean-up column and an analytical column, which were connected with two six-port switching valves. Detection of petroleum sulfonates was available and repeatable. This method has been successfully applied to determine PMS and PDS in crude oil samples from Shengli oil field.  相似文献

The pyrolysis kinetics of ethyl 3-hydroxy-3-methylbutanoate have been examined over the temperature range of 286–330°C and pressure range of 29–108 Torr. In a seasoned vessel and in the presence of the free radical inhibitor cyclohexene or toluene the reaction is homogeneous, unimolecular and obeys a first-order rate law. The elimination products are mainly acetone and ethyl acetate, and very small amounts of ethyl 3-butenoate, acetic acid, ethylene and H2O. The rate coefficient is expressed by the following equation: log k1(s–1)=(12.39±0.46)–(174.5±5.2) kJ mol–1 (2.303RT)–1. The mechanism appears to proceed via a six-membered cyclic transition state, where polarization of the (CH3)C(OH)+...-CH2COOCH2CH3 bond is rate determining.  相似文献

Flash pyrolysis experiments on asphaltite samples were performed in a free-fall reactor under vacuum to determine the effects of pyrolysis temperature, feed rate and particle size. Maximum liquid yield of 13 wt.% was obtained in free-fall reactor under vacuum when the pyrolysis temperature was 700 °C, feed rate was 0.4 g min−1 and particle sizes were between 0.075 and 0.250 mm. The liquid products obtained at various pyrolysis conditions were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometer (GC/MS) and liquid products were classified as following: C5–C10, C11–C15, C16–C20 and C20+. The amount of saturated hydrocarbons decreased while the amount of unsaturated hydrocarbons increased with increase of temperature. While percent of C5–C10 unsaturated hydrocarbons continuously increased with increase of temperature, the percent of C11–C15 unsaturated hydrocarbons increased up to 750 °C and then started to diminish. Functional group analysis of solid residue was carried out using Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR). The proximate analysis of solid residue indicated that percent of fixed carbon and ash increased with temperature.  相似文献

A series of substituted acetylenes has been polymerized with WOC14/Ph4Sn metathesis catalyst and [Rh(cod)OMe]2 insertion catalyst, and the thermal degradation of the polyacetylenes prepared has been studied using pyrolysis capillary gas chromatography (Py-GC) with flame ionization and mass spectrometric detection to obtain information on the effect of the catalyst on the head-tail (H-T) isomerism of polyacetylenes (poly(phenylacetylene), poly[(4-methylphenyl)acetylene], poly(benzylacetylene), poly((2-fluorophenyl)acetylene], poly[(3-fluorophenyl)acetylene], and poly[(4-fluoro-phenyl)acetylenel). Cyclotrimers have been found to be the main pyrolysis products in all cases. Direct Py-MS connection was used to determine the temperature profiles of the released pyrolysis products. 1,3,5-Trisubstituted benzenes were found to be the predominant pyrolysis products of the polymers prepared with the insertion catalyst, which proves the presence of long head-to-tail sequences of monomeric units in these polyacetylenes. On the other hand, both 1,2,4- and 1,3,5-trisubstituted benzenes are present in significant amounts in the pyrolysis products of polymers prepared with the metathesis catalyst, which proves the presence of a significant content of the head-to-head (HH) and tail-to-tail (TT) linkages in these isomers of polyacetylenes. Contents of the regular (HT) and inverse (HH-TT) monomer linkages (RML and IML, respectively) in polymer chains were determined from the relative amounts of di-, tri-, and tetrasubstituted benzenes found in the Py-GC products.  相似文献
