We propose an impulsive control scheme for fractional-order chaotic systems. Based on the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model and linear matrix inequalities (LMfs), some sufficient conditions are given to stabilize the fractional-order chaotic system via impulsive control. The permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) may have chaotic
behaviours for the uncertain values of parameters or under certain
working conditions, which threatens the secure and stable operation
of motor-driven. It is important to study methods of controlling or
suppressing chaos in PMSMs. In this paper, robust stabilities of PMSM
with parameter uncertainties are investigated. After the uncertain
matrices which represent the variable system parameters are
formulated through matrix analysis, a novel asymptotical stability
criterion is established. Some illustrated examples are also given to

A permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) may have
chaotic behaviours under certain working conditions, especially for
uncertain values of parameters, which threatens the security and
stability of motor-driven operation. Hence, it is important to study
methods of controlling or suppressing chaos in PMSMs. In this paper,
the stability of a PMSM with parameter uncertainties is investigated.
After uncertain matrices which represent the variable system
parameters are formulated through matrix analysis, a novel
asymptotical stability criterion is established by employing the
method of Lyapunov functions and linear matrix inequality
technology. An example is also given to illustrate the

In this Letter, a kind of novel model, called the generalized Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model, is first developed by extending the conventional T-S fuzzy model. Then, a simple but efficient method to control fractional order chaotic systems is proposed using the generalized T-S fuzzy model and adaptive adjustment mechanism (AAM). Sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee chaos control from the stability criterion of linear fractional order systems. The proposed approach offers a systematic design procedure for stabilizing a large class of fractional order chaotic systems from the literature about chaos research. This Letter is concerned with the asymptotical stabilization problem of discrete chaotic systems by using a novel unified impulsive control scheme. Sufficient conditions for asymptotical stability of the impulsive controlled discrete systems are obtained by means of the Lyapunov stability theory and algebraic inequality techniques. Impulsive projective synchronization in 1 +N coupled chaotic systems are investigated with the drive-response dynamical network (DRDN) model. Based on impulsive stability theory, some simple but less conservative criteria axe achieved for projective synchronization in DRDNs. Furthermore, impulsive pinning scheme is also adopted to direct the scaring factor onto the desired value. Based on the T-S fuzzy model and the delayed feedback control (DFC) scheme, this Letter presents a robust synchronization strategy for a class of chaotic system with unknown parameters and disturbances. Being the response system, the designed robust observer can adaptively track the drive system globally. It is proved that the existence of piecewise continuous functions with certain properties is a necessary and sufficient condition for the strong stability of the zero solution of such systems. In this Letter, several new theorems on the stability of impulsive control systems are presented. These theorem are then used to find the conditions under which an advertising strategy can be asymptotically control to the equilibrium point by using impulsive control. Given the parameters of the financial model and the impulsive control law, an estimation of the upper bound of the impulse interval is given, i.e., number of advert can been decreased (i.e., can decrease cost) for to obtain the equivalent advertising effect.The result is illustrated to be efficient through a numerical example. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel approach to hyperchaos control of
hyperchaotic systems based on impulsive control and the
Takagi--Sugeno (T--S) fuzzy model. In this study, the hyperchaotic
Lü system is exactly represented by the T--S fuzzy model and an
impulsive control framework is proposed for stabilizing the
hyperchaotic Lü system, which is also suitable for classes of
T--S fuzzy hyperchaotic systems, such as the hyperchaotic
R?ssler, Chen, Chua systems and so on. Sufficient conditions for
achieving stability in impulsive T--S fuzzy hyperchaotic
systems are derived by using Lyapunov stability theory in the form
of the linear matrix inequality, and are less conservative in
comparison with existing results. Numerical simulations are

Problems related to the stability and asymptotic stability of sets of sufficiently general type with respect to impulsive systems are considered. The research is done by means of piecewise continuous anxiliary functions which are an analogue of the classical Lyapunov functions. 针对同时具有分布时滞和非线性项的T-S模糊时滞系统, 提出观测器型H∞输出反馈控制器设计方法. 首先, 以非线性矩阵不等式形式给出时滞相关的满足H∞性能指标的稳定性分析充分条件; 其次, 给出与所给稳定性条件等价的线性矩阵不等式条件. 在此基础上, 讨论带有非线性项的观测器型H∞输出反馈控制的可解问题. 最后, 通过仿真算例说明控制器设计方法的可行性.

This Letter derives some sufficient conditions for the stabilization and synchronization of the new chaotic system proposed by [G.Y. Qi, et al., Physica A 352 (2005) 295] via an impulsive method. Some new and less conservative criteria for the global exponential stability and asymptotical stability of impulsively controlled new chaotic system are obtained with varying impulsive intervals. In particular, some simple and easily verified criteria are established with equivalent impulsive intervals. In the present paper the authors establish new conditions for the uniform stability and the uniform asymptotic stability of equilibria of systems with impulsive effects described by systems of nonlinear, time-varying ordinary differential equations. For the case when the corresponding systems without impulsive effects admit unstable properties, the above results are used to establish conditions under which the uniform stability even uniform asymptotic stability of equilibria of systems with impulsive effects can be caused by impulsive perturbations .

This Letter investigates the impulsive synchronization between two complex networks with non-delayed and delayed coupling. Based on the stability analysis of impulsive differential equation, the criteria for the synchronization is derived, and a linear impulsive controller and the simple updated laws are designed. Particularly, the weight configuration matrix is not necessarily symmetric or irreducible, and the inner coupling matrix need not be symmetric.
