The lithium insertion characteristics of lithium vanadate, Li4V3O8, were investigated using LiV3O8 prepared by the precipitation technique as the starting material. The Li4V3O8 phase was formed by lithiation over x=1.5 in Li1+xV3O8, and the diffusion of lithium in this phase determined the reaction rate of insertion more than x=1.5. Improvement of insertion kinetics in the Li4V3O8 phase extended the lithium insertion limit from x=3.2 to x=4.0, compared with the case of LiV3O8 by conventional high temperature synthesis. Lithium insertion proceeds as the single-phase reaction in the range of 3.2<x<4.0.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline Co9S8 has been successfully prepared by a hydrothermal-reduction method at 120°C. The reducing agents were produced from disproportionation of white phosphorus in alkaline medium. X-ray diffraction pattern reveals that the product is single phase of Co9S8. Transmission electron microscopy shows that the average particle size of Co9S8 is about 20 nm. The possible mechanism for the formation of Co9S8 and the influence of experimental conditions are discussed.  相似文献

Li1+xV3O8 (LT-M sample) was obtained by the sol-gel method in CH3OH. This sample, prepared at 350°C, possessed a smaller grain size and better electrochemical performance than the HT sample prepared by conventional high temperature synthesis. High discharge capacity (372 mAh g−1: x=4.0) and reversible discharge and charge cycles were attained owing to improvement of insertion and extraction kinetics. When heated at 200°C, CH3OH molecules remained in the compound and crystallinity became lower by lithium insertion over x=2.0. The lithium deintercalation was irreversible.  相似文献

Density, Laue back-reflection and powder X-ray measurements have confirmed a previous structural determination of the VS2-phase. Measurements of the temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility and electrical resistivity of VS2 in the temperature range 100–300°K give evidence that in this structure, as in V5S8, there are V atoms with both localized and delocalized d-electrons leading to a paramagnetic susceptibility containing a temperature-independent component and a component in which the permanent magnetic dipoles give rise to a Curie-Weiss behavior.  相似文献

New Scheelite-related solid solutions of the compositions Nax/2Bi1−x/2MoxV1−xO4 (0≤x≤1) and Bi1−x/3 MoxV1−xO4(0≤x≤0.2) have been synthesised by the substitution of Na and Mo at the A and B sites respectively of the ABO4 type ferroelastic BiVO4. The phases were characterised using chemical analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, EDAX, and Raman spectroscopy. While almost a continuous solid solution is obtained for the series Nax/2Bi1−x/2MoxV1−xO4, the absence of Na at the A-site results only in a narrow stability region for the other series, Bi1−x/3 MoxV1−xO4 where 0≤x≤0.2. Raman spectra of selected samples at room temperature also suggest that vanadium and molybdenum atoms are disordered at the tetrahedral sites.  相似文献

Infrared reflectivity spectra and Raman scattering of the ZnAl2S4 and CdIn2S4 crystals have been investigated. Reflectivity spectra contours were calculated and phonon parameters and dielectric constants were determined. To investigate the formation of a solid electrolyte interface (SEI) on the Li1+xV3O8 electrode surface in the thermodynamic stability range of the organic electrolyte, we applied scanning photoelectron microscopy (SPEM) to a pristine electrode and to an electrode after ten cycles. The F K-edge absorption spectrum of the cycled electrode showed that LiF forms on the electrode surface during the lithium insertion–extraction process in the Li1+xV3O8/Li cell. The photoelectron spectrum for the cycled electrode showed intense spectral features corresponding to Li 1s, F 2s, F 2p, and P 2p electron signals, whereas these spectral features were of negligible intensity for the pristine electrode. The above results give strong support for the formation of an SEI that consists of LiF and compounds containing phosphorus during operation of the battery. The SPEM images also revealed that the fluorine distribution on the surface of the cycled electrode was inhomogeneous.  相似文献

基于微观相场模型与反演算法,研究了中Al浓度及温度对Ni75AlxV25-x合金沉淀过程的影响:在相同浓度下,L12与DO22结构的第一近邻原子间相互作用势随温度升高呈线性增加,两者呈正比的关系;但在同一温度下,L12(DO22)结构的第一近邻原子间相互作用势随Al原子浓度的增加而增加(减少).同时将反演得出的原子作用势代入微观相场模拟中,探讨中Al浓度合金沉淀序列与原子作用势的关系,即当L12的第一近邻原子间相互作用势大于(小于)DO22时,L12(DO22)优先析出;当L12和DO22的第一近邻原子间相互作用势相等时,两者同时析出.特别地,当Al原子的浓度等于0.0589时,发现L12和DO22同时析出.利用微观相场法反演原子间相互作用势,为判断中Al浓度合金的沉淀序列增加了可信度.  相似文献

The magnetic phase diagram of the FexCo1−xyNiyS2 system was determined. Ferromagnetic (F)-, antiferromagnetic (AF )- and paramagnetic (P) phases were found. In the triangular diagram, the F-phase appears along the CoS2-FeS2 line, the AF-phase around NiS2 and the P-phase between the F- and AF-phases. Discussions are given on the F-phase.  相似文献

The piezobirefringence of amorphous As2S3 was measured in the wavelength range 0.69 to 1.15 μ, and the pressure dependence of the index of refraction was determined at 0.633 and 1.15μ. The dispersion of the photoelastic constants of As2S3 is discussed using a one-oscillator model, and compared with the results of a similar analysis performed on GaAs.  相似文献

使用X射线单晶衍射法测定了Bi2Pb2V2O10的结构。该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为C11-P1,单位晶胞内化学式数Z=1,晶胞参数为:a=7.084(4)?,b=7.278(3)?,c=5.587(3)?,α=111.91(5)°,β=95.01(6)°,γ=108.86(4)°,V=245.70?3,Dx=7.35g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=678,94cm-1,F(000)=456。用Patterson函数分析及Forier技术测定了结构,对原子坐标、各向同性及各向异性热参数进行了最小二乘方修正,R=0.079。结构分析表明,Bi2Pb2V2O10的Pb原子与O原子形成八角十二面体,Bi原子与O原子形成六角多面体。两个共棱的Pb—O多面体与两个共棱的Bi—O多面体相连,并沿bc平面无限延伸。讨论了吸收的影响。最后,将Bi2Pb2VO10的结构与Pb2SO5的结构进行了比较。 关键词:  相似文献

The crystal structures of (Pb0.5Cd0.5)Sr2YCu2O7, (Pb0.5Cd0.5)Sr2(Y0.6Ca0.4)Cu2O7 and (Pb0.5Cd 0.5)Sr2(Y0.5Ca0.5)Cu2O7 have been refined by the Rietveld method for the X-ray diffraction data. The refinement results indicate that both Pb and Cd atoms in the (Pb, Cd)O layers and O(3) atoms are displaced from their ideal sites, and that there is a complicated occupation in the (Pb, Cd)O layers, i.e., other cations, such as Sr2+, Cu2+ and Ca2+, can occupy the (Pb, Cd) site for these samples. This may be the reason why the lattice constants do not vary monotanically with the calcium content, and why there exist broad superconducting transitions in the system (Pb0.5Cd0.5)Sr2(Y1−xCax)Cu2O7. The refinement results also indicate that, as the calcium content increases, the O(2) atoms move close to the CuO2 planes and far from the (Pb, Cd)O layers. Thus, the increase of calcium content results in charge transfer from the charge reservoir layer (Pb, Cd)O to the CuO2 planes. This result is consistent with the bond valence sums of the Cu ions in the CuO2 planes.  相似文献

Ultrasonic longitudinal velocity and adsorption have been measured in ceramic superconductors YBa2Cu3Oy with various porosity and also in BiSrCaCu2Oy. A velocity drop of about 400 ppm was found at Tc only in the measurements on cooling. The magnitude of the velocity drop is anomalously large compared with the value expected from the thermodynamics. A hysteresis of velocity with respect to temperature was observed in all the samples studied. It is suggested that some structural change at pore size level is responsible for this phenomenon.  相似文献

本文采用高温有机溶剂法制备了(Fe1-xCox)3BO5纳米棒, 通过控制反应物中乙酰丙酮钴的含量合成了不同Co含量的(Fe1-xCox)3BO5. 利用高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、超导量子干涉磁强计(SQUID)对其形貌和磁性能进行了表征. 高分辨透射电子显微镜结果表明制备出的纳米(Fe1-xCox)3BO5为多晶棒状, 且具有多折孪晶结构; 磁性测量的结果表明,(Fe1-xCox)3BO5纳米棒在室温下表现出铁磁性, 随着Co含量的增加, 纳米棒的铁磁性逐渐增加, 该纳米棒有望用来研究生物大分子的机械性能.  相似文献

The 59.5 keV Mössbauer resonance of 237Np has been measured in Np3S5 at 77 and 4.2 K. At 77 K, two different quadrupolar splittings are observed. The first one (δ1 = −5(1) mm sec−1/NpAl2) is assigned to the Np4+ ions and the second one (δ2 = 28(1) mm sec−1/NpAl2) is assigned to the Np3+ ions. At 4.2 K the spectrum gives a ratio of areas S(Np3+)/S(Np4+) of 2.0. These results clearly confirm the crystallographic data of this mixed-valence material.  相似文献

The transmission spectra of thermally evaporated Ga50Se45S5 films were measured over the wavelength range 300–900 nm. A simple method, suggested by Swanepoel, was used for the determination of the optical constants and thickness of the films. Increasing the thickness of the film beyond 450 nm does not affect the optical constants. The dependence of the absorption coefficient on the photon energy () at the edge of the absorption band is well described by the relation hν=β(hν−Eopt)2 with an optical gap equals 2.4 eV. A good fit of the experimental points with Tauc relation indicates that non-direct transition is the most probable mechanism responsible for the photon absorption inside the investigated film.  相似文献

Flux distributions of partial-melting processed Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ ceramics are obtained using magneto-optic imaging. In remanent states (μ0Ha=0 T), large amounts of trapped flux are observed along (Sr,Ca)2CuOy particles embedded in the Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ matrix. Despite the relatively large size of these particles (up to 30 μm), the pinning effect is similar to that of Y2BaCuO5 particles in melt-processed YBa2Cu3O7−δ. Furthermore, we discuss how the pinning capability of non-superconducting particles of different sizes and densities will show up in magneto-optic images.  相似文献

In2S3 layers have been grown by close-spaced evaporation of pre-synthesized In2S3 powder from its constituent elements. The layers were deposited on glass substrates at temperatures in the range, 200–350 °C. The effect of substrate temperature on composition, structure, morphology, electrical and optical properties of the as-grown indium sulfide films has been studied. The synthesized powder exhibited cubic structure with a grain size of 63.92 nm and S/In ratio of 1.01. The films grown at 200 °C were amorphous in nature while its crystallinity increased with the increase of substrate temperature to 300 °C. The films exhibited pure tetragonal β-In2S3 phase at the substrate temperature of 350 °C. The surface morphological analysis revealed that the films grown at 300 °C had an average roughness of 1.43 nm. These films showed a S/In ratio of 0.98 and a lower electrical resistivity of 1.28 × 103 Ω cm. The optical band gap was found to be direct and the layers grown at 300 °C showed a higher optical transmittance of 78% and an energy band gap of 2.49 eV.  相似文献

A Bi2V1 − xyUxBiyO5.5 + 0.5xy solid solution derived from Bi4V2O11 has been prepared and characterized with x up to 0.125 for y = 0. Partial substitution of U6+ for V5+ in Bi4V2O11 leads to the stabilization at room temperature of the high-oxide ion conducting γ-phase, in contrast with other M6+ dopants which stabilize the β-phase. The lower conductivity in U substituted system compared with BICUVOX.10 is attributed to its higher activation energy. Conductivity values and activation energies of the U substituted phases compare well with Bi2UO6.  相似文献

Incommensurate modulations in Ba2TiSi2O8, Sr2TiSi2O8, and Ba2TiGe2O8 are compared based on their corresponding electron diffraction patterns. The dependence of the modulations on chemical composition provides a suitable model system for the investigation of incommensurations in framework structures using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). A widening of quantitative HRTEM utilising the concept of rigid units is proposed allowing for a determination of atomistic displacements responsible for the formation of incommensurately modulated structures.  相似文献
