本文开发了基于纳米金修饰的碳纤维超微电极(CFME)用于儿茶素的定量检测。通过使用柠檬酸三钠还原氯金酸制得纳米金粒子(AuNPs),采用恒电位电沉积法将纳米金修饰在CFME表面。在pH 2.00的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,采用差分脉冲法和循环伏安法考察了修饰前后电极对儿茶素的电催化性能。结果表明,纳米金修饰电极对儿茶素具有明显的电催化效果。在优化实验条件下,纳米金修饰的碳纤维超微电极(AuNPs/CFME)与儿茶素浓度在1.00×10-3~10.0μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,且AuNPs/CFME的电化学性能非常稳定,具有良好的重现性。该方法操作简单,准确性高,可用于对儿茶素进行定量检测。 相似文献

通过电聚合制得新型聚钙羧酸修饰电极并用于构建检测甲胎蛋白(AFP)的高灵敏电化学免疫传感器. 采用扫描电镜(SEM)、电化学交流阻抗(EIS)观察、表征修饰电极和AFP单克隆抗体(Ab1)固定前后的差异. 固定Ab1的电极与一定浓度的AFP、辣根过氧化物酶联AFP单克隆抗体(HRP-Ab2)反应,形成夹心型免疫复合物. 辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)催化3,3',5,5'-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)底物产生电流信号,实现AFP浓度的测定. 本检测方法灵敏度高,重现性好. 相似文献

米托蒽醌(MXT)能吸附在碳纤维汞膜微电极表面,阴极溶出时,产生一个灵敏的1.5次微分溶出峰,其峰电流和米托葱酿的浓度在1.0×10-5mol/L~1.3×10-9mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,经3min的富集,检出限可达1.0×10-10mol/L,据此建立了测定MXT的灵敏的新方法,本文讨论了实验条件,并对血样中的MXT进行了测定。 相似文献

A highly sensitive immunosensor based on immobilization of hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb) on platinum electrode (Pt) modified silver colloids and polyvinyl butyral (PVB) as matrixes has been developed for potentiometric immunoanalysis to detect hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in this study. HBsAb molecules were immobilized successfully on nanometer‐sized silver colloid particles associated with polyvinyl butyral on a platinum electrode surface. The modification procedure was electrochemically monitored by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The HBsAb‐silver‐PVB‐modified electrode exhibited direct electrochemical behavior toward HBsAg. The factors influencing the performance of the resulting immunosensor were studied in detail. More than 94.7% of the results of human serum samples obtained by this method were in agreement with those obtained by enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs). The resulting immunosensor exhibited a sigmoid curve with log HBsAg concentration, high sensitivity (39.8 mV/decade), wide linear range from 16.0 to 800 ng mL?1 with a detection limit of 3.6 ng mL?1, fast potentiometric response (<3 min) and long‐term stability (>4 months). Abstract A constant potential procedure to pretreat carbon fiber electrodes is described. This essentially consists of two steps: +3.0 V for 30 s and -2.0 V for 10 s. The anodic potential treatment enhances sensitivity for catechols, and cathodic potential treatment improves selectivity, which results in a potential shift of AA from catechols. The optimum parameters and experimental conditions for electrochemical treatment were explored. Treated carbon fiber electrode used in rat brain showed well-defined and separated peaks of AA and catechols. 相似文献

We developed a sensitive, simple and low cost method to determine methimazole based on capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection (CE‐EC) at a carbon fiber microdisk electrode (CFE). We investigated the effects of detection potential, the concentration and pH value of the phosphate buffer, and injection time as well as separation voltage on the detection of methimazole. Under the optimized conditions: the detection potential at 1.30 V, 10 mmol/L phosphate buffer (pH 7.0), injection time 30 s at a height of 20 centimeter and separation voltage at 15 kV, the linear range was obtained from 1.0×10?7 to 2.0×10?4 mol/L, covering 3 orders of magnitude with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995. The LOD (S/N=3) obtained was 5.0×10?8 mol/L. The RSD of migration time and peak current for 2.0×10?4 mol/L methimazole was 1.04% and 1.54% (n=10), respectively. The method was also used to analyze methimazole tablets and human urine sample. 相似文献

Fast scan voltammetry applied to methylmercury in chloride medium at a carbon fiber microelectrode has shown two cathodic peaks located at ?0.45 and ?1.1 V and a single anodic peak at ?0.33 V (vs. Ag|AgCl). It was concluded that the reoxidation process, at high sweep rates, in acidic media behaves as a reversible one‐electron transfer process coupled to a chemical reaction, with the reaction product weakly adsorbed. Good linear calibration plots for the methylmercury determinations in the concentration range from 75 to 300 μM, have been obtained using the currents of the anodic peak measured on the CVs recorded, at 10 V s?1, at a carbon fiber microelectrode, in a stationary solution of methylmercury chloride. Data have shown that the carbon microelectrode, cycled continuously in the analyte, can replace the dropping mercury electrode (DME), with the advantages that the carbon microelectrode is a promising tool for further studies in high resistive media, such as in natural waters. 相似文献

本文研究了5 羟色胺在Na2HPO4 KH2PO4(pH6.0)缓冲溶液中,于自制的碳纤维微电极上的伏安行为。在此缓冲溶液中5 羟色胺有一对氧化还原峰,峰电位分别为0.2V和0.4V。峰电流与5 羟色胺的浓度分别在4.0×10-6~4.0×10-5mol/L和5.0×10-6~5.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为4.70×10-6mol/L和1.76×10-6mol/L。同时利用多种电化学方法求出了动力学参数。 相似文献

在玻碳纤维微电极上研究了电解液中β-环糊精(CD)的浓度对邻、间、对苯二酚的循环伏安特性的影响,从实验结果和分子结构水平方面考察了β-CD与邻、间、对苯二酚的包结作用。研究结果表明,β-CD与邻、间、对苯二酚的包结作用强弱顺序为间苯二酚、邻苯二酚、对苯二酚。讨论了电泳缓冲液中ΝΗ4Cl,SDS,β-CD的浓度及pH值对邻、间、对苯二酚迁移时间的影响。建立了苯二酚异构体胶束电动毛细管色谱-玻碳微电极柱上安培检测分析方法,方法的回收率在98%~103%之间。 相似文献

A glucose microbiosensor has been developed using electrochemical codeposition of glucose oxidase (GOx) along with MnO2 as mediator, onto a single carbon fiber microelectrode. A two‐step deposition of only MnO2 initially and then of MnO2 in the presence of GOx has been introduced to ensure appropriate activity of the mediator. Several parameters such as deposition potential and time, concentration levels etc. have been characterized and optimized. A thin Nafion film was applied as an immobilization/encapsulation and interference‐free protective layer. The proposed microbiosensor was employed as an amperometric glucose detector at pH 7.5 at an operating potential of +0.58 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The microbiosensor is characterized by a well‐reproducible amperometric response, linear signal‐to‐glucose concentration range from 1.5 mmol L?1 to 15 mmol L?1, and a limit of detection (S/N=3) of 0.8 mmol L?1. The microbiosensor exhibits good stability over more than ten hours of continuous measurement. 相似文献
