For nanodimensional magnetically inhomogeneous amorphous granular films of the system (Co84Nb14Ta2) x (SiO2)100−x , 30≤x≤60 at.% the concentration dependences of the magnetooptical Kerr effect (MOKE) spectra and FMR have been investigated. The observed changes in the MOKE and FMR spectra are associated with transformations of microstructure and topology of the nanocomposites. For the compositions within the percolation region the transversal Kerr effect increases by an order of magnitude.  相似文献

主要从实验和理论两个方面,探讨了强受限尺寸区域内不同尺寸对CdSe量子点线性和非线性光学性质的影响.用吸收光谱研究了量子点尺寸与吸收峰之间的关系,用皮秒Z扫描技术研究了共振和非共振情况下(激发光波长分别为532和1064nm),尺寸与三阶非线性极化率之间的关系.基于电子能量状态理论和局域场增强理论对量子点进行分析,得到了CdSe不同尺寸的三阶非线性效应,研究了尺寸对量子点非线性光学性质的影响.结果表明,由激发态粒子数布局改变和纳米颗粒增大引起的非线性共振增强效应相当,二者共同作用使得三阶极化率增强20倍左右,且用532nm的共振频率激发4.3nm CdSe量子点时,χ(3)具有最大值2.0×10-11esu. 关键词: CdSe量子点 三阶非线性 Z扫描')" href="#">Z扫描 量子限域效应  相似文献

Thin films of mixed of Copper Phthalocyanine (CuPc) and Nickel Phthalocyanine (NiPc) are deposited onto a pure glass substrate by a simultaneous thermal evaporation technique at room temperature. The material D.C. electrical conductivity of films at room temperature and also films annealed at 523 K has been investigated. The optical absorption and band gaps of the films are also measured. The results show that the electrical resistance is lower for the mixed films compared with the pure samples and also the optical band gap decreases for the mixed samples compared to the pure samples.  相似文献

We consider the problem of invariance of distillable entanglement D and quantum capacities Q under erasure of information about single copy of quantum state or channel respectively. We argue that any 2 ⊗N two-way distillable state is still two-way distillable after erasure of single copy information. For some known distillation protocols the obtained two-way distillation rate is the same as if Alice and Bob knew the state from the very beginning. The isomorphism between quantum states and quantum channels is also investigated. In particular it is pointed out that any transmission rate down the channel is equal to distillation rate with formal LOCC-like superoperator that uses in general nonphysical Alice actions. This allows to we prove that if given channel Λ has nonzero capacity (Q or Q ) then the corresponding quantum state ϱ(Λ) has nonzero distillable entanglement (D or D ). Follwoing the latter arguments are provided that any channel mapping single qubit into N level system allows for reliable two-way transmission after erasure of information about single copy. We deposited epitaxial thin films of Morphotropic Phase Boundary (MPB) Pb0.65Ba0.35Nb2O6 (PBN:65) on MgO substrates using pulsed laser deposition. Afterwards, a novel transmission optical experiment was developed to measure the electric field-induced bending angle of the thin film sample using a divergent incident light. From which the electric field-induced strain was obtained, and it was used to calculate the electrostrictive constant of the PBN thin film. The result is 0.000875 μm2/V2, and it is consistent with what we measured in the reflection experiment  相似文献

Recent results at 1 THz using normal-metal tuning circuits have shown that SIS mixers can work well up to twice the gap frequency of the junction material (niobium). However, the performance at 1 THz is limited by the substantial loss in the normal metal films. For better performance superconducting films with a higher gap frequency than niobium and with low RF loss are needed. Niobium nitride has long been considered a good candidate material, but typical NbN films suffer from high RF loss. To circumvent this problem we are currently investigating the RF loss in NbTiN films, a 15K Tc compound superconductor, by incorporating them into quasi-optical slot antenna SIS devices.  相似文献

We measured the dispersion of light in thin Y2O3 films in the visible and near UV regions of the spectrum. The spectrum of edge absorption is investigated.
