Kinetic resolution of acyclic secondary allylic silyl ethers by chiral dioxiranes generated in situ from chiral ketones (R)-1 and (R)-2 and Oxone was investigated. An efficient and catalytic method has been developed for kinetic resolution of those substrates with a CCl(3), tert-butyl, or CF(3) group at the alpha-position. In particular, high selectivities (S up to 100) were observed for kinetic resolutions of racemic alpha-trichloromethyl allylic silyl ethers 7 and 9-15 catalyzed by ketones (R)-2. Both the recovered substrates and the resulting epoxides were obtained in high enantiomeric excess. On the basis of steric and electrostatic interactions between the chiral dioxiranes and the racemic substrates, a model was proposed to rationalize the enantioselectivities and diastereoselectivities in the chiral ketone-catalyzed kinetic resolution process.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A useful method for the conversion of prochiral allylic alcohols to chiral allylic amines of high enantiopurity is reported. N-(4-Methoxyphenyl)trifluoroacetimidates are excellent substrates for the palladium(II)-catalyzed allylic imidate rearrangement as the allylic trifluoroacetamide products can be deprotected in two steps to provide chiral nonracemic allylic amines. Di-mu-chlorobis[(eta(5)-(S)-(pR)-2-(2'-(4'-isopropyl))oxazolinylcyclopentadienyl,1-C,3'-N))(eta(4)-tetraphenylcyclobutadiene)cobalt]dipalladium (6a, COP-Cl) is a superior catalyst because it does not require activation with silver salts and provides rearranged allylic trifluoroacetamides in good yields and high enantiomeric purities.  相似文献

A set of aryl-substituted allylic alcohols rac-2 has been epoxidized by chiral Mn(salen*) complexes 1 as the catalyst and iodosyl benzene (PhIO) as the oxygen source. Whereas one enantiomer of the allylic alcohol 2 is preferentially epoxidized to give the threo- or cis-epoxy alcohol 3 (up to 80% ee) as the main product (dr up to >95:5), the other enantiomer of 2 is enriched (up to 53% ee). In the case of 1,1-dimethyl-1,2-dihydronaphthalen-2-ol (2c), the CH oxidation to the enone 4c proceeds enantioselectively and competes with the epoxidation. The absolute configurations of the allylic alcohols 2 and their epoxides 3 have been determined by chemical correlation or CD spectroscopy. The observed diastereo- and enantioselectivities in the epoxidation reactions are rationalized in terms of a beneficial interplay between the hydroxy-directing effect and the attack along the Katsuki trajectory.  相似文献

An Ir-catalyzed asymmetric allylic amination using chiral diaminophosphine oxide is described. Asymmetric allylic amination of terminal allylic carbonates proceeded in the presence of 2 mol % of Ir catalyst, 2 mol % of chiral diaminophosphine oxide, 5 mol % of NaPF6, and BSA, affording the chiral branched allylic amines in up to 95% ee.  相似文献

A palladium-catalyzed asymmetric umpolung allylation reaction of imines with allylic alcohols has been developed. In the presence of chiral spiro phosphoramidite ligand 4, the allylation was accomplished with high yields and good enantioselectivities. The use of highly stable and easily available allylic alcohols instead of allylic metal reagents facilitated the preparation of chiral homoallylic amines.  相似文献

The ring-opening reaction of trisubstituted epoxides promoted by Cp2TiCl led to exo-methylene allylic alcohols as major compounds when 0.5 M solutions of the epoxides were added to 0.1 M solutions of the reagent at room temperature in THF. In most cases, the allylic alcohols were contaminated with saturated alcohols. Normal and reverse addition modes led to the alternate product being favored. The different stereochemical outcome of cis- and trans-epoxy acetates is rationalized in terms of mechanistically biased elimination processes.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed deracemization of racemic cyclic and acyclic allylic methyl carbonates in water in the presence of N,N'-(1R,2R)-1,2-cyclohexanediylbis[2-(diphenylphophino)benzamide] proceeds with high enantioselectivities to give the corresponding allylic alcohols in high yields. This deracemization involves a palladium-catalyzed allylic substitution with the in-situ-formed hydrogen carbonate ion and an irreversible decomposition of the intermediate allylic hydrogen carbonates, with formation of the corresponding allylic alcohols. The palladium-catalyzed reaction of racemic cyclic allylic acetates with potassium hydrogen carbonate in water in the presence of the chiral bisphosphane proceeds with a highly selective kinetic resolution to give the corresponding allylic alcohols and allylic acetates.  相似文献

We have devised a highly regio- and enantioselective iridium-catalyzed allylic amination reaction with the sulfur-stabilized aza-ylide, S,S-diphenylsulfilimine. This process provides a robust and scalable method for the construction of aryl-, alkyl- and alkenyl-substituted C-chiral allylic sulfilimines, which are important functional groups for organic synthesis. Additionally, the combination of the allylic amination with an in situ deprotection of the sulfilimine constitutes a convenient one-pot protocol for the construction of chiral nonracemic primary allylic amines.  相似文献

Phthalides were used for the first time in the allylic alkylation reactions with MBH carbonates for the creation of chiral 3,3-disubstituted phthalides. Highly enantioselective regiodivergent synthesis of γ-selective or β-selective allylic alkylation products was achieved by employing bifunctional chiral phosphines or multifunctional tertiary amine-thioureas as the catalyst, respectively. It was demonstrated that proper selection of catalysts and reaction conditions would differentiate an S(N)2'-S(N)2' pathway and an addition-elimination process, yielding different regioisomers of the allylic alkylation products in a highly enantiomerically pure form.  相似文献

An enantioselective and regioselective iridium-catalyzed allylic etherification is described. The reaction of sodium and lithium aryloxides with achiral (E)-cinnamyl and terminal aliphatic allylic electrophiles in the presence of 2 mol % of an iridium-phosphoramidite complex provides chiral allylic aryl ethers in high yields and excellent levels of regio- and enantioselectivity. Lithium aryloxides containing a single substituent at an ortho, meta, or para position as well as sterically hindered phenoxides were tolerated. Reactions in THF displayed the most suitable balance of rate, regio-, and enantioselectivity. High ee's were also observed for the products from the reaction of alkyl (E)-allylic carbonates.  相似文献

This paper describes the development of a new class of chiral phosphorus ligand: aspartic acid-derived P-chirogenic diaminophosphine oxides, DIAPHOXs, and their application to several Pd-catalyzed asymmetric allylic substitution reactions. Pd-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation was initially examined in detail using diaminophosphine oxides 1a, resulting in the highly enantioselective construction of quaternary stereocenters. Mechanistic investigations revealed that 1a is activated by N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide-induced tautomerization to afford a trivalent diamidophosphite species 12, which functions as the actual ligand. Furthermore, asymmetric allylic amination was examined using Pd-DIAPHOX catalyst systems, providing a variety of chiral allylic amines.  相似文献

A palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allylation of isatins with allylic alcohols as an allyl donor was developed by using chiral spiro phosphoramidite ligands. A variety of chiral tertiary homoallylic alcohols 3-allyl-3-hydroxy-2-oxindoles were prepared directly from allylic alcohols in one step with excellent yields and moderate enantioselectivities. The base-mediated rearrangement of epoxides into allylic alcohols is a well-known synthetic transformation. The first enantioselective version of the reaction using a chiral base was reported in 1980. Since then, the reaction has received a lot of attention mostly due to the great usefulness of chiral allylic alcohols in organic synthesis. Major breakthroughs in the area were the first report on using a sub-stoichiometric amount of chiral base, and the development of chiral bases for a true catalytic reaction protocol. The present review covers the time from when the first asymmetric epoxide isomerisation reaction was reported (1980) up to now, focusing on the period 1997-2001.  相似文献

This report describes the Pd(0)-catalyzed fluorination of linear allylic chlorides and bromides, yielding branched allylic fluorides in high selectivity. Many of the significant synthetic limitations previously associated with the preparation of these products are overcome by this catalytic method. We also demonstrate that a chiral bisphosphine-ligated palladium catalyst enables highly enantioselective access to a class of branched allylic fluorides that can be readily diversified to valuable fluorinated products.  相似文献

Alpha-fluoroalkylated allyl mesylates reacted with various carboxylates and amines in the presence of tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) catalyst to give the corresponding gamma-fluoroalkylated (E)-allylic alcohol derivatives and amines, respectively, in excellent yields. In almost all cases, no other regio- and stereoisomers were produced. Application of this palladium-catalyzed allylic substitution reaction to various nonracemic mesylates afforded chiral gamma-fluoroalkylated allylic alcohol derivatives and amines without any loss of enantiomeric excess through the reaction.  相似文献
