The effects of the chiral substituents attached to silicon on the stereoselectivity of the reactions of C-centered chiral silicon compounds was examined. The investigation was focused on the asymmetric C-C bond formation reaction of chiral allylsilanes and α-silylallyl anions with aldehydes. The functionalities of the substituents on silicon can be manipulated to improve the stereoselectivities of the reactions remote from silicon atom.  相似文献

Asymmetric reduction of diketones with borane reagents generated in situ using cheap and available NaBH_4 andSnCl_2 in the presence of(S)-(-)-α,α-diphenyl-2-pyrrolidinemethanol was successfully achieved to yield the corre-sponding chiral diols with excellent stereoselectivity and enantioselectivity.And the chiral diol was transformedinto optically pure C_2-symmetricl chiral amine or thioether.  相似文献

A silica-bonded bovine serum albumin (BSA) chiral monolithic stationary phase for capillary electrochromatography(CEC) was introduced. An inorganic-organic hybrid monolithic column was firstly prepared by sol-gel chemistry with homogeneously distributed aminopropyl groups throughout the silica matrix. Then the chiral stationary phase was synthesized by the in situ covalent immobilization of BSA on the monolithic column activated with glutaraldehyde. The effects of pH value and concentration of phosphate buffer on the separation of D,L-tryptophan were investigated. The separation factor of D,L-tryptophan reached 3.37 on CEC mode.  相似文献

The microscopic visualization experiment on the formation process of HCFC-141b refrigerant gas hydrate has been investigated, and the morphological photos of hydrate formation process have been obtained. The results show that gas hydrate originally nucleated on the interface of refrigerant HCFC-141b and water under the condition of supercooling, then the hydrate grows continually due to the inducement of formed nucleation and diffusion of refrigerant. The formation of gas hydrate presents an arboreous phenomenon. The fractal dimension of the hydrate formation morphology on different stages was calculated. The calculating results indicate that the initial stage of the hydrate formation belongs to fractal growth, and the dimension is about 1.52. Based on the fractal theory, an RIN-DLA (random inducement nucleation-diffusion limited aggregation) model for the HCFC-141b hydrate growth was developed. The separation of enantiomers of a series of eighteen novel nitrogen mustard linked phosphoryl diamide derivatives was investigated on the prepared phenyl carbamate derivative β-cy-clodextrin bonded phase in normal-phase HPLC. Some of the enantiomers could be separated in baseline. The chiral recognition mechanism was also suggested for the separation of chiral phosphorus organic compounds.  相似文献

The easily prepared and recoverable chiral N-sulfonylated fl-amino alcohol 2 in combination with Ti(OPr-i)4 was found to be an effective chiral catalyst for the enantioselective addition of alkynylzinc to ketones, which gave the useful products, i.e. chiral tertiary propargyl alcohols, with the ee up to 92%.  相似文献

A novel 2,6-dimethyl-b-CD bonded and silica based HPLC chiral stationary phase(CSP) was prepared.The diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) was applied for the first time in the immobilization of 2,6-dimethyl-b-CD onto the surface of aminized silica gel under mild conditions. The composite materials obtained were used as the CSP for chiral separation processes and this kind of CSP exhibits good enantioselectivity for a variety of chiral compounds under reversed-phase conditions.  相似文献

Several kinds of racemic naproxen ester were successfully separated on CTMB chiral stationary phase with hexane-ethanol(98:2,vol./vol.) as the mobile phase. Amylose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (ADMPC) coated on a kind of small particle silica gel was prepared. On this ADMPC chiral stationary phase (CSP), the direct enantiomeric separation of six novel chiral transition metal tetrahedral clusters has firstly been achieved using n-hexane as the mobile phase containing various alcohols as modifiers. The effect of mobile phase modifiers and the structural variation of the solutes on their retention factors (k‘) and resolutions (Rs) were investigated. The result suggests that not only the structure and concentration of alcohol in mobile phase, but also the structural differences in racemates can have a pronounced effect on enantiomeric separation. ADMPC-CSP is a suitable CSP for the optical resolution of chiral tetrahedral cluster by HPLC.  相似文献

以手性 H’4-NOBIN为原料合成了新型手性氨基酚2和N,P配体5, 并将化合物2应用于催化二乙基锌对醛的不对称加成反应, 产率达90%, 对映体过量最高为45.9% ee. 化合物5用于钯催化的1,3-二苯基-2-烯丙基乙酸酯的不对称烯丙基烷基化反应, 产率为89%, 对映体过量最高为81.6% ee. 结果表明氨基酚2手性诱导作用弱于未氢化的NOBIN, 但却高于其八氢衍生物, 而N,P配体5给出相反的结果.  相似文献

Introduction of chirality into a supramolecular self-assembly system plays an indispensable role in attaining specific molecular recognition ability. Herein, a chiral anticancer drug 5′-deoxy-5-fluorouridine (5′DFU) was explored for inducing the self-assembly of a cationic perylene diimide derivative containing boronic acid groups (PDI-PBA) into a highly ordered right-handed helical structure. As a result, PDI-PBA exhibited a molecular recognition ability towards 5′DFU among other cis-diols and anticancer drugs. With the help of a dynamic covalent bond and favorable hydrogen-bonding interactions, chirality transfer from chiral 5′DFU to achiral PDI-PBA breaks down the strong π–π stacking of PDI-PBA and makes it reorganize into highly ordered helical supramolecular structures. This work provides an insight into chiral anticancer drug tuning interactions of π-chromophores and the inducement of hierarchical self-assembly to achieve specific molecular recognition.  相似文献

手性胺-质子酸是近年来发展起来的新型高效、高对映选择性的有机催化体系, 已成功应用于催化不对称Aldol反应、Michael加成反应、Diels-Alder反应和Strecker反应等许多重要的有机合成反应. 价廉易得的质子酸的引入不仅可促进活性中间体烯胺的生成, 并可通过形成的氢键稳定反应的过渡态, 从而显著提高该催化体系的催化活性和立体选择性. 对各类手性胺-质子酸催化剂在有机催化不对称合成反应中的应用、不对称诱导反应的机理、手性胺和质子酸的分子结构对其催化活性和不对称诱导活性的影响进行了评述.  相似文献

利用诱导-原位光谱分析法, 对黄孢原毛平革菌中的微粒体P450在蛋白质水平上进行原位直接检测和表征, 研究结果表明, 正己烷、苯甲酸、萘和五氯酚对黄孢原毛平革菌P450酶系均有不同程度的诱导作用, 在合适的诱导剂量和诱导条件下, 对黄孢原毛平革菌P450的诱导量分别达到未诱导时的7.5, 5.6, 3.1和3.5 倍. 其中五氯酚对真菌P450酶系的诱导现象尚未见报道. 在不同的培养条件下测定了苯甲酸与P450的底物结合光谱, 并检测出微粒体酶液中依赖NADPH的苯甲酸降解活性, 证实了降解苯甲酸的P450基因在黄孢原毛平革菌中能够顺利合成并表现出明显的催化活性, 抑制剂实验结果表明, 除了P450的催化降解途径以外, 白腐真菌中还存在其它的苯甲酸降解途径.  相似文献

Chirality transfer is widely observed in life processes, and many artificial chiral transfer systems have been developed. In these systems, chiral information is transferred from chiral inducers to chiral acceptors by a direct chiral induction process and a direct chiral memorization process. We have developed ternary nondirect chiral transfer systems based on pillar[5]arenes, in which a third factor was introduced as a regulator. The planar chirality of an acceptor was induced and memorized by a chiral inducer with precise control by a regulator. In the chiral induction period, the feed sequence of the chiral inducer and regulator affected the chiral induction behavior of the chiral acceptor. The chiral memory ability of the acceptor was substantially improved by the combined action of the chiral inducer and regulator.  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法,在自制的纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)(ATEO-OD)、纤维素-三(4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)(ATEO-OG)和纤维素-三(4-甲基苯基甲酸酯)(ATEO-OJ)3种手性柱上对16种不同结构的手性化合物进行了拆分和比较.试验结果表明:16个手性样品在这3种手性固定相上分别获得了不同程度的拆分,A TEO-OD对所分析样品具有更好的手性识别能力,ATEO-OG和ATEO-OJ的手性识别能力相当.  相似文献

Selenium-bridged bis(β-cyclodextrin)s organic–inorganic hybrid silica material with regular spherical shape as new type of chiral stationary phase was directly synthesized under the one-pot hydrothermal synthesis method, and the chiral stationary phase was further characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetry, and elemental analysis. The results of chiral separation showed that eight chiral compounds including various types of chiral alcohols and flavanone were successfully separated in the reversed-phase separation mode by high performance liquid chromatography, which showed the better chiral resolution effect than that on the C2 position of single β-cyclodextrin. The mechanism of chiral separation was likely due to multiple interactions such as inclusion, hydrogen bonding, electrostatic interaction, dipole–dipole interaction, and the synergistic effect of two cyclodextrins during the chiral resolution process. The synergy of the two cyclodextrins has great potential for development in chiral resolution.  相似文献
