双稳态层合板作为一种柔性可变体结构,为实现振动状态下的构型调控,将对其开展固有振动特性的研究.本文以四角点简支约束的矩形非对称铺设双稳态板作为研究对象,运用最小势能原理、一阶剪切变形理论、以及冯卡门几何非线性位移应变关系,得到双稳态板的两种稳态构型.首次给出了适合于四点简支的6参数构型函数与17参数构型函数,研究对比发现对于稳态构型采用17参数的构型函数结果相对更精确;对于应用线性位移应变关系的基于任一稳态构型下振动固有特性而言,这两种构型函数得到的结果基频相差2%,其它阶次频率相差也不大.随后采用6参数构型函数得到的稳态构型研究了几何尺寸、铺层数分别对两种稳态构型固有振动特性的影响.本研究对于进一步研究该类结构动态跳变机理具有重要意义.  相似文献

由于具有良好的结构、力学性能,复合材料层合板在现代飞行器上大量应用;而压电复合材料,作为一种新兴的智能材料,由于其独特的力电耦合性能得到了人们更多的关注。本文研究含有压电片的复合材料梁和板在电场作用下的变形控制问题。基于经典的梁理论和层合板理论,分别研究了下列问题:(1)双压电片布置的悬臂梁的变形;(2)含有压电层的层合板变形控制问题;(3)含有一对压电片的层合板的变形控制问题。针对上述问题,分别给出了理论解和数值解,并进行了相关讨论分析。结果表明压电材料可对结构进行精确控制,因此本文的结果可对复合材料梁和板在电场作用下的变形控制问题提供工程参考。  相似文献

非对称铺层的复合材料层合板在存在热残余应力的情况下,具有双稳态性质.层合板的两个稳态之间仅需要一个适当的激励就可以互相转化,因此该结构在变体飞机上应用广泛.基于经典层合板理论,本文引入几何大变形建立了具有双稳态性质的复合材料层合板的能量泛函,提出了一个高阶的位移场函数,用瑞利里兹法推导出一组关于位移场函数系数的非线性方程组.结合牛顿迭代法和消元法求解非线性方程组,得到了层合板面外位移场.同时利用有限元软件ABAQUS,对复合材料层合板双稳态机理进行了数值模拟.选取了几组具有代表性的铺层进行计算,以有限元结果为基准,比较了本文的位移场结果与前人的结果,验证了高阶位移场函数的准确性.  相似文献

智能结构集智能材料与传统材料于一体,能够实现结构的主动控制,在航空航天等领域具有巨大的应用潜力.由于其系统复杂且具有多场耦合效应,智能结构的整体式优化设计方法成为结构控制技术研究的关键之一.为了提高压电智能结构的整体性能和变形精度,提出了同时考虑压电驱动器布局(分布位置及角度)和基体结构拓扑构型的协同优化设计新方法.采用多点约束方法 (multi-point constraints,MPC)建立压电驱动器和基体结构的连接,定义一种与测量点目标位移相关的权重函数,以实现结构的精确变形控制.通过协同优化设计,压电驱动器可以获得最优的分布位置及角度,同时基体结构获得最优的拓扑构型,从而提升了压电智能结构系统的整体驱动性能和变形精度.通过进一步分析,研究了精确变形、体分比约束与结构优化构型和整体刚度的关系,以及优化结果中可能存在的传力路径畸变现象.数值算例的设计结果表明,采用协同优化设计方法,能够扩大结构的寻优空间,有效减小变形误差,实现压电智能结构的精确变形控制.  相似文献

把压电元件埋入复合材料层合板中,层合板就变成压电自适应层合板,它除了具有承载能力外,还具有检测、动作、变形等功能。本文用有限元法对压电自适应层合板进行了分析,压电元件的驱动效应被等效为力学载荷。计算过程因此得到了简化,所得算例1的计算结果得到了实验结果的验证。在此基础上,利用非线性规划方法,对结构形状的最优控制进行了分析,并给出了算例2的分析结果。  相似文献

借助阶梯函数,建立了含有任意分布的用作执行器的的压电片的层合板弯曲方程,然后利用该方程,进行了层合板静变形控制的研究,最后给实例,用“遗传+配点”法对压电片的位置和尺寸进行了优化。结果表明,用压电片作执行器,用“遗传+配点”法进行优化是对板进行静力变形控制的一条有效途径。  相似文献

利用压电材料固有的正,逆压电效应可以对结构变形和振动进行控制。与外加电场与极化方向平行于板厚度的压电材料的拉伸作动机制相比,外加电场与极化方向垂直的压电材料的剪切作动机制可以在作动器内产生较小的应力,从而降低作动器边界产生分层破坏的危险。本文对于压电材料的剪切作动机制进行研究,应用三阶剪切变形理论建立带剪切型压电激励器的智能层合板模型。采用哈密顿原理导出带剪切型压电激励器的层合板的控制方程。采用空间法得到了各种边界条件组合条件下板的解析解。数值算例对一三层板采用高阶和一阶剪切变形理论进行计算,结果表明两种理论所得的变形曲线很相似。但对于厚度剪切型激励器而言,由于激励器是引起板的剪切变形,而高阶剪切变形理论比一阶剪切变形理论能更好地反映结构的剪切应变能,因此高阶剪切变形理论可以提供板变形的更为精确的解。因此,对于厚度剪切型激励器,剪切变形理论的选取对于板变形结果的好坏有重要的作用。  相似文献

基于新的各向异性修正偶应力理论提出一个Mindlin复合材料层合板稳定性模型。该理论包含纤维和基体两个不同的材料长度尺度参数。不同于忽略横向剪切应力的修正偶应力Kirchhoff薄板理论,Mindlin层合板考虑横向剪切变形引入两个转角变量。进一步建立了只含一个材料细观参数的偶应力Mindlin层合板工程理论的稳定性模型。计算了正交铺设简支方板Mindlin层合板的临界载荷。计算结果表明该模型可以用于分析细观尺度层合板稳定性的尺寸效应。  相似文献

An approximate theory based on assumed strain and displacement fields, the Rayleigh–Ritz technique, and virtual work is used to predict the snap-through forces and moments for three families of unsymmetric fiber-reinforced composite laminates. Unsymmetric laminates generally have two stable equilibrium configurations when cooled from their elevated cure temperature, and it is the moment required to snap the laminate from one stable configuration to the other that is the subject of this paper. A simple force-controlled experiment is described which is used to measure the snap-through moment and the characteristics of the configuration change, by way of strains, in four laminates. The correlation between predicted results and experimental measurements is quite good, both in terms of moment levels and in terms of strain response.  相似文献

The conventional approach to analysis the buckling of rectangular laminates containing an embedded delamination subjected to the in-plane loading is to simplify the laminate as a beam-plate from which the predicted buckling load decreases as the length of the laminate increases. Two-dimensional analyses are employed in this paper by extending the one-dimensional model to take into consideration of the influence of the delamination width on the buckling performance of the laminates. The laminate is simply supported containing a through width delamination. A new parameter β defined as the ratio of delamination length to delamination width is introduced with an emphasis on the influence of the delamination size. It is found that (i) when the ratio β is greater than one snap-through buckling prevails, the buckling load is determined by the delamination size and depth only; (ii) as the ratio β continues to increase, the buckling load will approach to a constant value. Solutions are verified with the well established results and are found in good agreement with the latter.  相似文献

含脱层的复合材料层板承受弯曲载荷作用会产生跳跃失稳,还常常引起脱层扩展,从而导致结构失效。本文用基于一阶剪切层板理论的几何非线性有限单元法分析了受弯曲曲载荷作用下含脱层板的人稳的临界载荷。本文指出分叉失稳产生了跳跃失稳,而该跳跃失稳与浅圆拱或薄圆柱壳受向心压力作用下的跳跌 同,在整体平衡路径上没有一个极限点。本文对临界载计算结果比使用能量准则的结果要小,文中给出了原因。  相似文献

A theory is developed and experiments designed to study the concept of using shape memory alloy (SMA) wires to effect the snap-through of unsymmetric composite laminates. The concept is presented in the context of structural morphing, that is, a structure changing shape to adjust to changing conditions or to change operating characteristics. While the specific problem studied is a simplification, the overall concept is to potentially take advantage of structures which have multiple equilibrium configurations and expend power only to change the structure from one configuration to another rather than to continuously expend power to hold the structure in the changed configuration. The unsymmetric laminate could be the structure itself, or simply part of a structure. Specifically, a theory is presented which allows for the prediction of the moment levels needed to effect the snap-through event. The moment is generated by a force and support arrangement attached to the laminate. A heated SMA wire attached to the supports provides the force. The necessary SMA constitutive behavior and laminate mechanics are presented. To avoid dealing with the heat transfer aspects of the SMA wire, the theory is used to predict snap-through as a function of SMA wire temperature, which can be measured directly. The geometry and force level considerations of the experiment are discussed, and the results of testing four unsymmetric laminates are compared with predictions. Laminate strain levels vs. temperature and the snap-through temperatures are measured for the these laminates. Repeatability of the experimental results is generally good, and the predictions are in reasonable agreement with the measurements.  相似文献

A macro-micro analytical approach for the anti-penetrating contact problem at the interfaces of the delamination in symmetrically cross-plied,fiber-reinforced rectangular laminates is presented in this paper.The laminate is simply supported and subjected to a uniform transverse load with a through-width delamination buried at the center position.A contact factor is defined to characterize the contact efect and determined using the micro-mechanics of composite material.By analyzing the kinematics of nonlinear deformation at the interfaces of the delamination,the contact force is derived.Asymptotic solutions from perturbation analysis are presented.It is found that the deformation of the laminate involves a global deflection and a local buckling.The antipenetrating contact efects are characterized by the local buckling and are intrinsic properties of the laminates,relying only on the geometries of the delamination and the material properties.Parametric analyses show that the location and size of the contact areas and the distribution of the contact force are hardly afected by the aspect ratio.  相似文献

本文利用变角度复合材料的纤维方向角可沿平面位置任意连续变化的特点,提出在孔附近采用与孔同心的椭圆曲线作为纤维铺设路径的层合板铺层方案,以改善含椭圆孔的层合板的孔边应力集中,进而提高层合板的抗屈曲性能.主要研究内容有:利用ABAQUS软件分析本文提出的孔边特殊铺层方式下变角度复合材料层合板的面内应力分布及屈曲性能,通过与传统直线铺层方式以及线性变角度铺层方式进行比较,说明了本文提出的新铺层方式的优越性,并详细分析了椭圆孔的离心率、开孔尺寸及开孔方位对层合板的屈曲临界荷载的影响.研究结果可为含椭圆孔的变角度复合材料层合板的结构设计和优化提供一定的参考.  相似文献

假设纤维方向角沿层合板的长度方向线性变化,研究含丝束重叠、间隙等制作缺陷的变角度纤维复合材料层合板的屈曲问题。采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立层合板的有限元模型,选用S4壳单元计算四边简支层合板在两端压缩荷载作用下的屈曲临界荷载及屈曲模态,并进行详细的参数分析。研究结果表明:当起始角相同时,含或不含制作缺陷的层合板的屈曲临界荷载均随着终止角的增大而逐渐提高,说明纤维的不同铺设方式对层合板的屈曲性能有很大影响。含重叠缺陷的层合板的屈曲临界荷载均大于不含缺陷层合板的值,而含间隙缺陷的层合板的屈曲临界荷载均小于不含缺陷层合板的值。当层合板的重叠、间隙缺陷共存且面积相等时,层合板的屈曲临界荷载与不含缺陷时层合板的值接近,制作缺陷对变角度纤维复合材料层合板屈曲模态的影响较小。本文研究结果可为含缺陷的变角度纤维复合材料层合板设计提供一定参考。  相似文献

An analytical model based on a nonlinear deflection equation and the Reynolds equation is proposed to describe the dynamic behavior of an electrically actuated micro-beam with two piezoelectric layers. The proposed model takes explicit account of the fringing field effect, the axial stress effect, the residual stress effect, and the squeeze-film damping effect between the micro-beam and the lower electrode. The nonlinear governing equation of the micro-beam is solved using a hybrid computational scheme comprising the differential transformation method and the finite difference method. The validity of the analytical model and numerical solution procedure is demonstrated by comparing the result obtained for the pull-in voltage of a micro-beam actuated by a DC voltage only with that presented in the literature. It is shown that the nonlinear dynamic response of the micro-beam can be controlled using a combined driving scheme consisting of both the magnitude and the frequency of the AC actuating voltage and a DC driving voltage. The effects of the AC/DC actuating conditions, micro-beam geometry parameters, and squeeze-film damping force on the center-point displacement of the micro-beam are systematically examined. In addition, the actuating conditions which ensure the stability of the micro-beam are identified by means of phase portraits and Poincaré maps. In general, the results show that the analytical model and hybrid numerical scheme provide a feasible means of analyzing the dynamic response of a variety of electrostatically-actuated microstructures.  相似文献

The first-order shear deformation theory and the layerwise theory of laminated plates are employed to analyze the edge-effect problem of an antisymmetric angle-ply laminate subjected to arbitrary combinations of extensional and torsional loads. The first-order theory is used for predicting the unknown constant parameters appearing in the reduced displacement field of elasticity which, on the other hand, signify the global behavior of the laminate. A layerwise theory is then utilized to determine the local interlaminar stresses within the boundary-layer regions of laminates. In order to closely examine the behavioral characteristics of interlaminar stresses, various numerical examples are presented for different antisymmetric angle-ply laminates under an axial force and a torque.  相似文献
