We study the Heisenberg model under the influence of a rotating magnetic field. By using a time-dependent unitary transformation, the time evolution operator for the Schrödinger equation is obtained, which involves no chronological product. The spin vectors (mean values of the spin operators) are obtained as explicit functions of time in the most general case. A series of cyclic solutions are presented. The nonadiabatic geometric phases of these cyclic solutions are calculated, and are expressed in terms of the solid angle subtended by the closed trace of the total spin vector, as well as in terms of those of the individual spins.  相似文献

We develop random walk representations for the spin-S Heisenberg ferromagnet with nearest neighbor interactions. We show that the spin-S Heisenberg model is a diffusion with local times controlled by the spin-S Ising model. As a consequence, expectations for the Heisenberg model conditioned on zero diffusion are shown to be Ising expectations.  相似文献

In the present paper, we calculate the Gaussian correction to the critical value Jc caused by quantum spin fluctuation in a two-dimensional spatially anisotropic Heisenberg antiferromagnet with integer spin S. Previously, some authors computed this quantity by the mean-field theory based on the Schwinger boson representation of spin operators. However, for S=1, their result is much less than the one derived by numerical calculations. By taking the effect of quantum spin fluctuation into consideration, we are able to produce a greatly improved result.  相似文献

In this paper,we study the quantum phase transition and the effect of impurity on the thermal entanglement between any two lattices in three-qubit Heisenberg XX chain in a uniform magnetic field.We show that the quantum phase transition always appears when impurity parameter is an arbitrary constant and unequal to zero,the external magnetic field and impurity parameters have a great effect on it.Also,there exists a relation between the quantum phase transition and the entanglement.By modulating the temperature,magnetic field and the impurity parameters,the entanglement between any two lattices can exhibit platform-like behaviour,which can be used to realize entanglement switch.  相似文献

In this paper we study the low temperature behavior of the quantum S=1 Heisenberg antiferromagnet with exchange and single-site anisotropies on the square lattice. The properties of the model change drastically as the single-site anisotropy D varies from very small to very large values. A quantum phase transition takes place at a critical value D=DC. We study the low D phase using a self-consistent harmonic approximation and a schematic phase diagram is proposed.  相似文献

The thermal quantum discord (QD) is studied in a two-qubit Heisenberg XXZ system with DzyaloshinskiiMoriya (DM) interaction. We compare the thermal QD with thermal entanglement in this system and find remarkable differences between them. For instance, we show situations where QD decreases asymptotically to zero with temperature T while entanglement decreases to zero at the point of critical temperature, situations where QD decreases with certain tunable parameters such as Dx and Dx when entanglement increases. We find that the characteristic of QD is exotic in this system and this possibly offers a potential solution to enhance entanglement of a system. We also show that tunable parameter Dx is more efficient than parameter Dz in most regions for controlling the QD.  相似文献

The quantum anisotropic antiferromagnetic Heisenberg model with single ion anisotropy, spin S=1 and up to the next-next-nearest neighbor coupling (the J1J2J3 model) on a square lattice, is studied using the bond-operator formalism in a mean field approximation. The quantum phase transitions at zero temperature are obtained. The model features a complex T=0 phase diagram, whose ordering vector is subject to quantum corrections with respect to the classical limit. The phase diagram shows a quantum paramagnetic phase situated among Neél, spiral and collinear states.  相似文献

We investigate the quantum phase transition (QPT) and the pairwise thermal entanglement in the three-qubit Heisenberg XXX chain with Dzyaloshinskii--Moriya (DM) interaction under a magnetic field. The ground states of the system exist crossing points, which shows that the system exhibits a QPT. At a given temperature, the entanglement undergoes two sudden changes (platform-like behavior) as the DM interaction or external magnetic field increases. This special property can be used as the entanglement switch, which is also influenced by the temperature. We can modulate the DM interaction or external magnetic field to control the entanglement switch.  相似文献

An effective Hamiltonian of the two-dimensional antiferromagnetic Heisenberg model is derived by using the Holstein-Primakoff transformation. Three nonlinear coupled partial equations of motion are obtained. In the long-wavelength approximation, these equations, are reduced to the envelope function equations by the method of multiple scales. The amplitude functions satisfy the nonlinear Schrodinger equation. Introducing an inverse scatteriag transformation, the single-, two- and multi-soliton solutions in the two-dimensional antiferromagnetic Heisenberg model are investigated.  相似文献

The quantum teleportation with the entangled thermal state is investigated based on the completely anisotropic Heisenberg chain in the presence of the externally inhomogeneous magnetic field. The effects of the anisotropy and magnetic field for the quantum fidelity are studied in detail. The zero temperature limit and the features of the nonzero temperature for this nonclassical fidelity are obt8ained. We find that the quantum teleportation demands more stringent conditions than the thermal entanglement of the resource by investigating the threshold temperature of the thermal concurrence and the critical temperature of the maximal teleportation fidelity. The useful quantum teleportation should avoid the point of the phase transition of the system and the anisotropy of the chain and the external magnetic field can control the applicability of the resource in the quantum teleportation.  相似文献

The effects of anisotropy and magnetic field on multipartite entanglement of ground state in Heisenberg XY model are investigated. The multipartite entanglement increases as a function of the inverse strength of the external field when the degree of anisotropy is finite. There are two peaks when the degree of anisotropy is γ=±1. When the degree of anisotropy increases further, the multipartite entanglement will decrease and tend to a constant. The threshold of the inverse strength of the external field for generating multipartite entanglement generally decreases with the increasing of qubits.  相似文献

研究了多量子位Heisenberg模型中纠缠的时间演化特性, 并给出了平均纠缠度〈C〉和多体纠缠度Q的解析表达式. 结果发现无论是对〈C〉还是对Q随着时间t的不断增长, 它们均先线性的增大, 而后达到一近似稳定状态, 并绕一平衡值做无规则的上下震荡. 若进一步考察N〈C〉则还可以发现, 纠缠上下震荡的平衡值与Heisenberg链的长度几乎无关, 而仅由它们的次近邻耦合常数J决定.  相似文献

An entangled quantum refrigerator working with a three-qubit one-dimensional isotropic Heisenberg XX model in a constant external magnetic field is constructed in this paper. Based on the quantum first law of thermodynamics, the expressions for several basic thermodynamic quantities such as the heat transferred, the net work and the coefficient of performance are derived. Moreover, the influence of the thermal entanglement on the basic thermodynamic

We investigate the effects of the directions of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction vector and magnetic field on the quantum discord in the pure DM model. For different directions of DM vector, we find that there are different optimal parameter components of magnetic field. Moreover, we find that the optimal parameter components rules are the same for the Hamiltonian H1 and H2. According to the rules, for a certain axial DM vector, we can get the maximal quantum discord by adjusting the direction of the external magnetic field, which is feasible under the current experimental technology.  相似文献

The frustrated spin-1/2 J1aJ1bJ2 antiferromagnet with anisotropy on the two-dimensional square lattice was investigated, where the parameters J1aand J1b represent the nearest neighbor exchanges and along the x and y directions, respectively. J2 represents the next-nearest neighbor exchange. The anisotropy includes the spatial and exchange anisotropies. Using the double-time Green’s function method, the effects of the interplay of exchanges and anisotropy on the possible phase transition of the Néel state and stripe state were discussed. Our results indicated that, in the case of anisotropic parameter 0≤η<1, the Néel and stripe states can exist and have the same critical temperature as long as J2 = J1b/2. Under such parameters, a first-order phase transformation between the Néel and stripe states can occur below the critical point. For J2J1b/2, our results indicate that the Néel and stripe states can also exist, while their critical temperatures differ. When J2>J1b/2, a first-order phase transformation between the two states may also occur. However, for J2<J1b/2, the Néel state is always more stable than the stripe state.  相似文献

Taking the decoherence effect into account, the entanglement evolution of a two-qubit anisotropic Heisenberg XYZ chain in the presence of inhomogeneous magnetic field is investigated. The time evolution of concurrence is studied for the initial state cos θ|01) + sin θ|10) at zero temperature. The influences of inhomogeneous magnetic field, anisotropic parameter and decoherence on entanglement dynamic are addressed in detail, and a concurrence formula of the steady state is found. It is shown that the entanglement sudden death (ESD) and entanglement sudden birth (ESB) appear with the decoherence effect, and the stable concurrence depends on the uniform magnetic field B, anisotropic parameter △ and environment coupling strength γ, which is independent of different initial states and nonuniform magnetic field b.  相似文献
