提出了一种新的类Quesne环状球谐振子势,应用二分量方法求解1/2-自旋粒子满足的Dirac方程, Dirac哈密顿量由标量和矢量类Quesne环状球谐振子势构成.在Σ=S(r)+V(r)=0的条件下,得到了Dirac旋量波函数下分量的束缚态解和能谱方程, 显示出类Quesne环状球谐振子势场中的赝自旋对称性.讨论了束缚态波函数和能谱方程的有关性质. 关键词: 类Quesne环状球谐振子势 Dirac方程 赝自旋对称性 束缚态  相似文献

We show that two classes of shape-invariant potentials are interrelated to each other. For all one-dimensional shape-invariant potentials with parameters related by translation, i.e. the first class of shape-invariant potentials (SIP1), we can find their multi-parameter deformations with q acting as the deformation parameter, i.e. the second class of shape-invariant potentials (SIP2) with parameters related by scaling. In order to get closed solution of SIP2, we consider two infinitesimal intervals, one is close to q=0 another close to q=1, and show that in these intervals we can get separately two first-order approximate solutions in closed form, furthermore we prove that all SIP1 can be obtained by the limiting procedures for corresponding SIP2.  相似文献

Realizations of the creation and annihilation operators for some important anharmonic potentials, such as the Morse potential, the modified Pöschl–Teller potential (MPT), the pseudoharmonic oscillator, and infinitely deep square-well potential, are presented by a factorization method. It is shown that the operators for the Morse potential and the MPT potential satisfy the commutation relations of an SU(2) algebra, but those of the pseudoharmonic oscillator and the infinitely deep square-well potential constitute an SU(1, 1) algebra. The matrix elements of some related operators are analytically obtained. The harmonic limits of the SU(2) operators for the Morse and MPT potentials are studied as the Weyl algebra.  相似文献

The identity and the supersymmetry shape invariance for a class of exponential-type molecule potentials are studied by introducing a deformed five-parameter exponential-type potential (DFPEP) and via the multi-parameter deformations. It has been shown that the DFPEP is a shape-invariant potential with a translation of parameters. By making use of the shape invariance approach, the exact energy levels are determined for the bound states with zero angular momentum. A class of molecule potentials and their exact energy spectra for the zero angular momentum states are reduced from the DFPEP and a general energy spectrum formula, respectively. The interrelations for some molecule potentials are also discussed.  相似文献

The Morse oscillator (MO) potential occupies a privileged place among the anharmonic oscillator potentials due to its applications in quantum mechanics to diatomic or polyatomic molecules, spectroscopy and so on. For this potential some kinds of coherent states (especially of the Klauder–Perelomov and Gazeau–Klauder kinds) have been constructed previously. In this paper we construct the coherent states of the Barut–Girardello kind (BG-CSs) for the MO potential, which have received less attention in the scientific literature. We obtain these CSs and demonstrate that they fulfil all conditions required by the coherent state. The Mandel parameter for the pure BG-CSs and Husimi’s and PP-quasi distribution functions (for the mixed-thermal states) are also presented. Finally, we show that all obtained results for the BG-CSs of MO tend, in the harmonic limit, to the corresponding results for the coherent states of the one dimensional harmonic oscillator (CSs for the HO-1D).  相似文献

In this paper by using the method of point canonical transformation we find that the Coulomb and Kratzer potentials can be mapped to the Morse potential. Then we show that the Pöschl-Teller potential type I belongs to the same subclass of shape invariant potentials as Hulthén potential. Also we show that the shape-invariant algebra for Coulomb, Kratzer, and Morse potentials is SU(1,1), while the shape-invariant algebra for Pöschl-Teller type I and Hulthén is SU(2).  相似文献

Darboux transformation is applied to three classical potentials, namely the harmonic oscillator, effective Coulomb and Morse potentials to generate exactly solvable potentials of elementary form. 提出并证明了一维量子系统和三维球对称量子系统的一个精确的量子化条件.在此精确量子化条件中, 除了通常的Nπ项外, 还有一积分项, 称为修正项. 发现该修正项正是在超对称量子力学中所谓的有形状不变势的量子系统的一个不变量,它不依赖于波函数的节点数.对这些系统, 可用基态能级和波函数确定此不变量的值, 从而由精确的量子化条件容易算出全部束缚态的能级. 计算得到能级的正确性又反过来验证了在有形状不变势的量子系统中此修正项确实是不变量.计算的有形状不变势的量子系统, 包括一维的有限方势阱、Morse势及其变形、R 关键词: 量子化条件 超对称量子力学 形状不变势 不变量  相似文献

The two-channel potential scattering problem in three space-dimensions is considered in the case when one channel is permanently confined. Two examples of confining potentials are considered: the harmonic oscillator and the infinite well. The two cases give radically different results: for the infinite well there is no high-energy limit; in the case of the harmonic oscillator the amplitude has properties similar to that of dual absorptive models.  相似文献

Using the ideas of supersymmetric quantum mechanics, we exactly solve a continuous family of anharmonic potentials, which are the supersymmetric partners of the linear harmonic oscillators. The family includes a series of potentials in which the excited-state energy is the same as that of the harmonic oscillators, but the ground-state energy can be any value lower than the excited states. The shape of the potential is variable, which includes the double-well and triple-well potentials. All the potentials obtained in this paper are free of singularities, and the supersymmetry of the solutions is unbroken.  相似文献

研究匀强电场和谐振场构成的双外场对带电费米粒子系统化学势和Joule-Thomson系数的调控作用.在满足Thomas-Fermi近似的条件下,给出有限温度范围内匀强电场和谐振场中带电费米粒子系统的化学势和内能随温度变化的显式函数关系,分析双外场对带电费米粒子系统焦耳-汤姆逊系数的调控作用.研究结果表明:随着温度的升高,带电费米粒子系统的焦汤系数值逐渐由负变正,且临界温度Tc随外电场增强而降低;在适当温度下,外势场的存在会使带电费米粒子系统产生焦耳-汤姆逊正效应.  相似文献
