Theoretical analysis of the DNA dynamics reveals that interaction between the single solitons and plane wave implies Smale-horseshoe chaos in the double helices. Solutions of the chaotic solitons are derived from a direct perturbation technique. It is demonstrated that to produce the bounded chaotic solitons, velocities of the solit ons nust be the same and equal to propagation velocity of the plane wave in DNA. The result shows that the DNA structure may be destroyed by the long action of an electromagnetic wave. It also supplies a useful method for controlling the velocities and unboundedness of the DNA motion in a tumour cell by using a plane wave.`` 相似文献

We here study the influences of the temperature and
solvent ions in solution
on the states and properties of DNA by a new dynamical model. This model
admits three degrees of freedom per base-pair: two displacement variables
related to the vibrations of the hydrogen atom in the hydrogen bonds and
base (nucleotide), respectively, and an angular variable related to the
rotation of each base, which delineate different forms of motion of the
hydrogen atom and bases and the relations among them. In this model we
stress specially the important role of the hydrogen atom in the hydrogen
bonds of the bases in the dynamics of DNA. According to their properties of
motion we give the Hamiltonian of the system and the corresponding equations of
motion, and find out their soliton solutions. The solitons formed by the
displacements of the hydrogen atoms and bases and their rotations are the
excitation states arising from the energy absorbed by the DNA working at the
biological temperature. We give further the free energy of the thermal
excitation state in DNA system by transfer integral way and find out
the corresponding specific heat. The specific heat increases with the
increasing of the temperature and concentration of the solvent ions in the solution,
but is not linear changes in the region of high temperature. If compared with
experimental data, they are approximately consistent. Meanwhile we find that
the solvent ion concentration influences seriously on the stability, states,

本文利用Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)技术将小牛胸腺DNA分子沉积在银基底上,测试并讨论了它的π-A等温曲线,原子力图及表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)。通过利用LB技术,获得了DNA分子的LB复合膜的高质量的SERS。在DNA分子LB膜的表面增强拉曼光谱中,DNA的核糖和碱基腺嘌呤是吸附活性部位,它们的振动光谱得到增强。DNA的其它碱基和磷酸基团的拉曼光谱强度也明显的得到增强。分析认为DNA分子增强的拉曼光谱主要是由于LB膜的有序结构的贡献,使得SERS效应得到进一步的增强。因此利用LB技术是得到DNA的高质量SERS很好的方法。 相似文献

In this paper, by means of double elliptic equation expansion approach, the novel double nonlinear wave solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional break soliton equation are obtained. These double nonlinear wave solutions contain the double Jacobi elliptic function-like solutions, the double solitary wave-like solutions, and so on. We consider the one-dimensional nonlinear Schrǒdinger equations that describe the dynamics of a Bose-Einstein Condensates with time-dependent scattering length in a complex potential. Our results show that as long as the integrable relation is satisfied, exact solutions of the one-dimensional nonlinear Schrǒdinger equation can be found in a general closed form, and interactions between two solitons are modulated in a complex potential We find that the changes of the scattering length and trapping potential can be effectively used to control the interaction between two bright soliton. 相似文献

A new generalized Jacobi elliptic function method is used to construct the exact travelling wave solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) in a unified way. The main idea of this method is to take full advantage of the elliptic equation which has more new solutions. More new doubly periodic and multiple soliton solutions are obtained for the generalized (3+1)-dimensional Kronig-Penny (KP) equation with variable coefficients. By using φ-mapping topological current theory and gauge potential decomposition, we discuss the self-dual equation and its solution in the SU(N) Dunne-Jackiw-Pi-Trugenberger model and obtain a new concrete self-dual equation with a δ function. For the SU(3) case, we obtain a new self-duality solution and find the relationship between the soliton solution and topological number which is determined by the Hopf index and Brouwer degree of φ-mapping. 用紫外 -可见光谱法研究了阳离子染料灿烂绿 (Brilliant Green)与脱氧核糖核酸 (fs DNA、ct DNA)相互作用的特性及分析应用。在 p H=8.0— 10 .5条件下 ,6 2 5 nm处的最大吸收峰随着 DNA量的增加 ,吸光度显著下降 ,并表现出一定的线性关系。据此 ,建立了一种可用于 DNA定量测定的新方法。其线性范围分别为 0 .10— 8mg/ L (fs DNA)、0 .15— 7mg/ L (ct DNA) ,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为 :6 .5 2× 10 4、9.0 8× 10 4L· mol-1· cm-1,相关系数分别为 0 .9988、0 .9990。方法具有较高的灵敏度和选择性。用于合成试样分析 ,结果令人满意 相似文献

We provide a review of nontopological solitonic solutions arising in theories with a complex scalar field and global or gauge U(1)-symmetry. It covers Q-balls, homogeneous charged scalar condensates, and nonlinear localized holes and bulges in a classically stable condensate. A historical overview is followed by the discussion of properties of solutions, including their stability, from different perspectives. Solitons in models with additional massive degrees of freedom are also revisited, and their relation to one-field Q-balls is showed. We also discuss theories with a gauge field giving rise to gauged Q-balls and theories with dynamical gravity giving rise to boson stars. 相似文献
