A novel cobalt(II) coordination polymer,[Co(BTEC)1/2]n 1,has been synthesized with Co(NO3)2·6H2O and 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid (H4BTEC) by the hydrothermal method,and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic data for 1: C5HO4Co,Mr = 183.99,monoclinic,space group C2/c,a = 16.619(6),b = 7.416(3),c = 8.040(3)A,β = 90.612(4)°,V = 990.8(6) A^3,Z = 8,Dc = 2.467 g/cm^3,μ = 3.390 mm^-1,F(000) = 720,R = 0.0307 and wR = 0.0847 for 912 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray crystal structural analysis revealed that each Co(II) adopts a tetrahedral coordination mode to link four separate BTEC ligands via uniform monodentate carboxylate groups and each BTEC ligand possesses an 8-connected geometry to connect eight Co(II) ions. Complex 1 exhibits a rare (4,8)-connected net with (45.6)2(410.614.84) topology.  相似文献

A novel manganese coordination polymer [Mn2(sfdb)2(biyb)2(H2O)2]n (1, H2sfdb=4,4′-sulfonyldibenzoic acid, biyb=1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benze) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray determination, IR and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P with a=10.138(4), b=11.187(5), c=13.582(6) γ, α=69.146(7), β=89.628(7), γ=77.076(7)°, Mn2C56H48N8O14S2, Mr=1231.02, V=1398.5(10) ·3, Dc=1.462 g/cm3, F(000)=634, μ=0.600 mm-1, S=1.088 and Z =1. The final refinement gave R=0.0570 and wR=0.1229 for 4889 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Interestingly, in complex 1, the sfdb2- and biyb ligands connect the Mn(II) ions into two-dimensional 2-fold interpenetrating layers, and such layers are further connected with each other to generate a 3D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonding interaction.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 12.4333(12), b = 13.2963(13), c = 13.4678(13)A, α =β = 90°, y =107.302(2)°, V= 2125.7(4)A^3, Z = 4, CoC22H22N4O5, Mr = 481.37, De = 1.504 g/cm^3, F(000) = 996, μ(MoKa) = 0.850 mm^-1, R = 0.0472 and wR = 0.0984. A new one-dimensional copper coordination polymer chain has been prepared and fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy. The compound {[Cu2(C2O4)2(inta)4](inta)}n1 crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=8.4722(5),b=10.9825(6),c=11.6128(6),α=104.8050(10),β=102.5740(10),γ= 109.6890(10)o,V=927.18(9)3,Mr=929.79,Z=1,Dc=1.665 g/cm3,F(000)=475,μ=1.231 mm-1,R=0.0453 and wR=0.1185 for 3290 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Of the compound,the Cu center is octahedrally coordinated with oxalate acting as a tetra-dentate ligand coordinated to the copper atom and each inta serving as a terminal ligand by employing only one N-donor to coordinate with the Cu center. An infinite {Cu2(C2O4)2}∞ chain is formed along the c axis. Furthermore,the 1D chains are held together via extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions to generate a three-dimensional network with 1D channels (ca. 5.491×11.507) where inta molecules are filled.  相似文献

The title complex, [Co(suc)(L)], 1 (L = 2-phenyl-lH-1,3,7,8-tetraazacyclopenta- [1]phenanthrene and H2suc = succinic acid) has been hydrothermally obtained and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pcca with a = 13.936(3), b = 9.918(2), c = 28.670(6)A, V = 3962.4(14)A^3, Z = 8, CoC23H16N4O4, Mr = 471.33, Dc = 1.580 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1928,μ(MoKa) = 0.907 mm^-1, R = 0.0543 and wR = 0.1336. Compound 1 exhibits one-dimensional chain structures which are further stacked by π-π interactions to give a supramolecular layer. Finally, the N-H...O hydrogen bonds between the nitrogen atom of L and carboxylate oxygen atom stabilize the structure of 1.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer, [Co3(bta)2(dpe)3(H2O)2]·2H2O (1, H3bta = benzene-1,3,5-triacetic acid, and dpe = 1,2-di(pyridin-4-yl)ethene), has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic system, space group P , with a = 9.5687(15), b = 11.2470(17), c = 13.686(2) , α = 78.262(3), β = 89.271(4), γ = 81.292(3)°, V = 1425.2(4) 3, C60H56N6O16Co3, Mr = 1293.90, Dc = 1.508 g/cm3, F(000) = 667, μ = 0.940 mm-1 and Z = 1. The final R = 0.0707 and wR = 0.1413 for 4950 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, the bta ligand acts as a four-dentate bridging ligand to link up cobalt atoms into lamellar frameworks which are further interlinked by the dpe ligands to generate a trinodal (3,4,6)-connected (4.62)2(42.68.83.102)(64.82) net.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer, {[Co(CBA)(BIMB)0.5]'H20}n (1, H2CBA = 4,4'- (propane-2,2-diyl)dibenzoic acid, and BIMB = 4,4'-bis(1-imidazolyl)biphenyl), has been hydro- thermally prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P2/c with a = 14.909(3), b = 7.1963(15), c = 24.592(5) A, β = 104.312(2), V = 2556.5(9) A3, C26H23N2OsCo, Mr = 502.39, Dc = 1.305 g/cm3, F(000) = 1040,μ = 0.708 mm-1 and Z = 4. The final R= 0.0580 and wR = 0.1605 for 3228 observed reflections (1 〉 2a(I)). Single-crystal structure analysis shows that complex 1 exhibits a three-dimensional 2-fold interpenetrating pillared helical-layer open framework of a-Po topology based upon binuclear paddlewheel units. The title polymeric complex [Cu(C4H2O4)(C10H8N2)]n·2nH2O was prepared and its crystal structure was determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. The crystal belongs to space group P21/c with cell dimensions of a = 1.0104(1), b = 1.9952(2), c = 0.7357(2) nm, β= 98.38(2)° and Z = 4. The complex forms zig‐zag chains along crystallographic axis c via Cu—O (carboxyl) bond in the apical direction. Each repeated unit consists of a square pyramidal Cu(II) centre with one maleate dianion and one 2,2′‐bipyridine forming a basal plane. Adjacent chains link to each other by H‐bonding between carboxyl groups and crystalline water. The distance of 0.3482 nm between parallel bipyridine rings shows a π‐π stacking interaction. The title complex was also characterized by IR, UV and ESR spectra.  相似文献

The tris‐bidentate complex [Ni(C12H8N2)2(CO3)] was synthesized by the reaction of Na2CO3, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen = C12H8N2) and NiSO4 · 6 H2O in the presence of succinic acid in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The compound crystallizes as heptahydrate. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/c (no. 14), a = 9.897(1), b = 26.384(2), c = 10.582(1) Å, β = 105.87(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0505, wR2 = 0.1029 for 3166 observed reflections (F ≥ 2σ(F ) out of 6100 unique reflections) consists of hydrogen bonded water molecules and [Ni(phen)2(CO3)] complex molecules. The Ni atoms are sixfold octahedrally coordinated by the four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and by two O atoms of the bidentate chelating carbonate group with d(Ni–N) = 2.092–2.100 Å, d(Ni–O) = 2.051, 2.079 Å. The complex molecules are stacked into 2D corrugated layers parallel to (010) via two types of intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions. One occurs between two quinoline rings of neighboring phen ligands at the distance of 3.63 Å in [010] direction and the other results from 1D π‐π stacking interactions through partially covered phen rings at alternative distances of 3.26 Å and 3.33 Å in [001] direction. The reaction of anhydrous cobalt(II) dichloride with 1-methylimidazoline-2(3H)thione in dichloromethane solution gave the title complex, [Co(C4H6N2S)2Cl2]. X-ray single-crystal analysis revealed that the complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a = 13.9707(10), b = 10.0435(7), c = 10.3910(6) (A), β = 91.181(3)o, V = 1457.70(17) (A)3, Z = 4, C8H12Cl2N4S2Co, Mr = 358.17, Dc = 1.632 g/cm3, μ = 1.813 mm-1, F(000) = 724, the final R = 0.0710 and wR = 0.1224 for 1549 observed reflections with I > 2((I). The Co atom is coordinated by two S atoms from two 1-methylimidazoline-2(3H)-thione ligands and two chloride ions in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry. The intramolecular classical hydrogen-bonding interactions involving chloride ions and N-H groups of the heterocyclic thione ligands are observed. The offset π-π stacking interactions between the imidazole rings of adjacent molecules with a face-to-face distance of 3.604 (A) are found in the packing diagram.  相似文献

A novel one‐dimensional coordination polymer, Catena‐poly [bis(4‐cyano‐pyridyl) copper(II)‐di‐thiocyanate], 1 [CuII‐(cypy)2N.S‐SCN)2] (cypy = 4‐cyano‐pyridyl), was synthesized in a solution reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, 4‐cyano‐pyridine and KSCN in mole ratio of 1:2:2 at room temperature. Its crystal structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic crystal system, space group P21/c with cell parameters a = 1.0719(2), b = 1.8441(4), c =0.9144(2) nm, β = 110.49(3)° and Z = 4. A full‐matrix least‐squares refinement gave R1 = 0. 0393 and wR2= 0.0916 for 1554 reflections having 1 >2σ(I). The crystal is thermally stable up to approximately 170 °C.  相似文献

Copper(II)–Schiff base complexes have attracted extensive interest due to their structural, electronic, magnetic and luminescence properties. The title novel monomeric CuII complex, [Cu(C10H11N2O4)2], has been synthesized by the reaction of 3‐{[(3‐hydroxypropyl)imino]methyl}‐4‐nitrophenol (H2L ) and copper(II) acetate monohydrate in methanol, and was characterized by elemental analysis, UV and IR spectroscopies, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis and a photoluminescence study. The CuII atom is located on a centre of inversion and is coordinated by two imine N atoms, two phenoxy O atoms in a mutual trans disposition and two hydroxy O atoms in axial positions, forming an elongated octahedral geometry. In the crystal, intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds link the molecules to form a one‐dimensional chain structure and π–π contacts also connect the molecules to form a three‐dimensional structure. The solid‐state photoluminescence properties of the complex and free H2L have been investigated at room temperature in the visible region. When the complex and H2L are excited under UV light at 349 nm, the complex displays a strong green emission at 520 nm and H2L displays a blue emission at 480 nm.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C9H5N4O)Cl(C12H8N2)]n or [Cu(tcnoet)Cl(phen)]n, where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline and tcnoet is 1,1,3,3‐tetracyano‐2‐ethoxypropenide, the axially elongated (4 + 2) coordination polyhedron around the CuII centre contains N atoms from three different tcnoet ligands. The resulting coordination polymer takes the form of sheets which are linked in pairs by a single C—H...N hydrogen bond to form bilayers. The bond lengths provide evidence for significant bond fixation in the phen ligand and extensive electronic delocalization in the tcnoet ligand, where the two –C(CN)2 units are rotated, in conrotatory fashion, out of the plane of the central C3O fragment.  相似文献
