结合轴线偏移情况开展回转窑滚圈多轴疲劳寿命研究,采用了Wang和Brown提出的多轴疲劳准则和雨流计数法及Miner准则进行累积损伤评估.回转窑运行轴线偏移会导致滚圈承受的支承载荷分布严重不均,因此引入载荷比来描述轴线偏移程度以进一步定量分析滚圈应力.采用有限元软件ANSYS进行了各载荷比下滚圈的接触应力分析,并根据滚动接触区域情况计算得到了切向摩擦应力.以某回转窑滚圈为分析对象,计算得到了随载荷比变化的疲劳寿命曲线,揭示了轴线偏移对滚圈疲劳寿命的影响规律.研究对减少滚圈疲劳失效有重要意义,同时也可作为轴线调整和优化调窑的理论依据.  相似文献

本文对复杂的机床传动系统的动力特性和疲劳载荷进行统计分析,对传动件的疲劳寿命也视为概率分布状态,在探讨载荷与疲劳寿命的分布规律基础上,提出了机床传动件概率设计的理论公式,用这种新的设计方法可以预测传动件的可靠度或疲劳寿命。  相似文献

分析了K型焊接管状接头受轴向和面外弯曲载荷作用下的随机疲劳问题。通过将焊趾处的表面裂纹的初始尺寸和材料常数作为随机变量处理,并计及焊缝的影响,共产生500个随机样本,最终得到裂纹扩展寿命和裂纹形状变化影响的统计计算结果,并与有关实验数据比较,给予了回归分析。同时,也考察了裂纹扩展规律。  相似文献

针对结构的疲劳问题,考虑随机载荷作用,在自主开发的LiToSim平台基础上,嵌入结构疲劳分析数值计算程序。基于LiToSim平台开发LtsFatigue疲劳软件,运用时域疲劳算法,通过雨流计数法对应力时程曲线处理并计算结构疲劳寿命;引入频域疲劳算法,基于应力响应功率谱根据应力循环分布估算疲劳寿命;通过齿轮算例进行疲劳分析,与商业软件对比,验证了LtsFatigue定制化疲劳软件时域法、频域法的计算精度,同时,频域算法有效提高了计算效率,凸显了LtsFatigue软件的优势。基于LiToSim平台的LtsFatigue定制化疲劳软件开发,对大型复杂结构的疲劳仿真具有重要的应用价值。  相似文献

选择循环塑性应变能作为损伤变量,建立了它的瞬态响应数字模型,采用损伤力学分析方法,导出了计及循环相关的非线性疲劳损伤函数,得到了用于低周疲劳寿命预测的数学公式。利用该损伤函数预测的低周疲劳寿命与试验结果符合较好。  相似文献

随着军用飞机上越来越多的结构件使用增材制造(AM)技术成形,对增材制造材料和结构疲劳特性的研究就变得十分迫切.为了研究激光增材制造(选区激光熔化成形,SLM)铝合金以及钛合金的疲劳寿命特性,设计了一系列带各种结构细节的模拟试验件,进行常幅谱和随机谱下的试验,统计分析了各组试验的基本可靠性寿命,并得到了可靠度安全寿命曲线.断口分析发现铝合金试验件缺陷较多,存在混合失效特征,而钛合金试验件疲劳分散性较锻件大.  相似文献

基于传统等寿命曲线,提出了广义疲劳等寿命Sa-Sm曲线概念,并找出该曲线的普遍表达式;根据相关系数优化法建立了该表达式的参数估计公式,并给出了具有可靠度p的广义疲劳等寿命P-Sa-Sm曲线公式;以广义P-Sa-Sm曲线为基础,导出了二维疲劳极限概率分布;进行了3组不同应力均值下的LY11CZ铝合金材料的二维配对升降法试验,试验结果验证了广义疲劳等寿命Sa-Sm曲线的合理性和算法的拟合精度.  相似文献

本文用线载荷积分方程法(LLIEM)研究嵌在弹性半空间的弹性迴转轴的扭转问题.将“点环力偶(PRC)”和“半空间点环力偶(PRCHS)”分别分布于迴转轴内和外的轴线上,就能将本问题归结为一维的Fredholm第一种积分方程组.直接用离散法求解时,会发现有时解是不稳定的,也就是病态情形.本文采用以带小参数的Fredholm第二种积分方程代替病态的Fredholm第一种积分方程的方法可以得到稳定的解,此法比Tikhonov正规化法简单,易于在计算机上运行.文中给出圆维、圆柱、圆锥-圆柱、抛物线轴等数值例子.  相似文献

The purpose of this theoretical work is to present a general model of laminated rotating shaft with circumferential delaminations. The shaft is treated as a thin‐walled composite cylindrical shell. The delamination of constant width is parallel to the shell reference surface and it covers the entire circumference. The edge delamination is modeled by changing the effective reduced stiffnesses of debonded parts. The stabilizing effect of external damping and destabilizing effect of internal damping are taken into account in the dynamic stability analysis. The influence of the relative delamination length and configuration on the critical angular velocity of shaft is shown.  相似文献

本文用线载荷积分方程法(LLIEM)研究嵌在弹性半空间的刚性变直径圆轴的轴对称扭转.利用将“半空间的点环力偶”(PRCHS)这一虚的基本载荷沿对称轴的圆轴区间中分布就能使本问题归结为一个一维的非奇异的Ferdholm第一种积分方程,且很易用数值求解.文中给出刚性圆锥,圆柱,圆锥柱嵌在弹性半空间的扭转的数值计算的例并和他人的已知结果相比较.文中也给出了刚性半球嵌在弹性半空间的扭转的精确解.  相似文献

New higher-order homogenization results are employed in an inversehomogenization procedure to identify graded microstructuresthat provide desirable structural response while ensuring stresscontrol near joints or junctions between structural elements.The methodology is illustrated for long cylindrical shafts reinforcedwith stiff cylindrical elastic fibres with generators parallelto the shaft. The local fibre geometry can change across theshaft cross-section. The methodology is implemented numericallyfor cross-sectional shapes that possesses reentrant cornerstypically seen in lap joints and junctions of struts. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the coupling vibration characteristics of a flexible shaft-disk-blades system with mistuned features. There are some new phenomena due to the coupling effects of shaft-bending, shaft-torsion, disk-transverse and blade-bending. In this investigation, this paper mainly focuses on the influence of mistuned features of the blade's length and the stagger angle. It is found that there are four types of coupling modes: the coupling mode of shaft bending, disk transverse and blade bending (SDB), the coupling mode of shaft torsion disk transverse-blade bending (TDB), the coupling mode of disk transverse and blade bending (DB), the repeated mode of blade bending-blade bending (BB). With the effect of mistuned features, the natural frequencies and the coupling mode type will change correspondingly. With the mistuning value of blade length employed in this study, the TDB mode in the tuned system will disappear and shift into TSDB mode instead, and one of the repeated SDB modes will be replaced by STDB modes. Due to this mistuned features, the blades and disk experience a certain degree of vibration localization phenomenon. Different from the length feature, the influence of mistuning values of blade's stagger angle mainly take effect on the coupling modes. At last, by inspection on the Campbell diagrams, the influence of rotational speed on the transformation of natural frequencies is illustrated on the tuned/mistuned flexible shaft-disk-blades coupling structure.  相似文献
