3-(4-吡啶基)丙烯酸(4-HPYA)和Nd(NO3)3通过水热法合成了一种新的一维链状配位聚合物[Nd(4-PYA)3(H2O)2]n(1),其结构经IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。1属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.829 23(13)nm,b=1.272 60(2)nm,c=1.435 00(12)nm,α=112.371(2)°,β=98.856(3)°,γ=100.239(2)°,V=1.336 6(3)nm3,Mr=660.72,Z=2,Dc=1.642 g.cm-3,F(000)=662,μ=2.002mm-1,R1=0.052 3,wR2=0.141 9。1通过分子间氢键作用将一维链紧密堆积成三维网状结构。  相似文献

利用常规水溶液方法合成了一种有机-无机杂化的包含银的Keggin型锗钼酸盐[NH_4]_2[Ag(H_2O)(H_2PDCA)]_2[α-GeMo_(12)O_(40)]·12H_2O(1),并通过元素分析、红外光谱和单晶X射线衍射等对其进行了表征.X射线晶体学研究表明化合物1的分子结构由1个典型的Keggin结构[α-GeMo12O40]~(4-)聚阴离子、2个[Ag(H_2O)(H_2PDCA)]~+配离子、2个NH+4离子和12个结晶水分子构成.值得注意的是在[α-GeMo_(12)O_(40)]~(4-)单元中,锗原子呈现出立方体几何配位构型,这归结于与锗原子相连的每个氧原子都无序地排列在两个位置.有趣的是,每个[α-GeMo_(12)O_(40)]~(4-)多阴离子通过4个[Ag(H_2O)(H_2PDCA)]~+桥配离子与4个[α-GeMo_(12)O_(40)]~(4-)多阴离子相连构筑了二维层状结构.此外,我们还在室温下研究了化合物1的电化学性质.  相似文献

A new mononuclear Co(II) complex, [Co(hmz)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, has been synthesized by the reaction of Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O with 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-mercaptotetrazole (Hhmz). It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.502(5), b = 6.718(3), c = 13.972(6) , β = 117.532(4)o, V = 1123.9(8) 3, Z = 2, M r = 553.45, F(000) = 570, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3, μ = 1.008 mm–1, the final R = 0.0272 and wR = 0.0684 for 2194 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The Co(II) is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from two hmz–1 ligands and four water molecules, forming an octahedral geometry. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding and offset-panel π-π stacking interactions between the adjacent molecules extend the compound into a three- dimensional supramolecular framework. The title compound emits strong blue fluorescent light (λem(max) = 427 nm) at room temperature and is red-shifted compared with free ligand Hhmz (λem(max) = 342 nm).  相似文献

以硫酸镉、叠氮化钠和4-氰基吡啶或3-氰基吡啶为反应物,在水热条件下,通过原位反应分别得到了2个基于硫酸根离子和5-(4-吡啶基)四氮唑(4-Hptz)或5-(3-吡啶基)四氮唑(3-Hptz)配体的,具有三维层-柱状框架结构的无机-有机杂化材料,即[Cd2(H2O)(OH)(SO4)(4-ptz)]n(1)和[Cd2(OH)(SO4)(3-ptz)]n(2)。通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析以及单晶和粉末X-射线衍射分析对它们的组成和结构进行了表征。在配合物12的结构中,每个镉(Ⅱ)离子的配位数均为6,处于扭曲的八面体配位环境中,SO42-和OH-阴离子连接镉(Ⅱ)离子扩展形成碱式硫酸镉的二维无机阳离子层结构[Cd2(H2O)(OH)(SO4)]nn+(1)或[Cd2(OH)(SO4)]nn+(2),相邻的二维无机阳离子层间再通过4-ptz-(1)或3-ptz-(2)进一步柱连接,形成三维层-柱状结构的无机-有机杂化框架结构。室温下的固体荧光实验表明,在350nm的光激发下,配合物12分别在481和489nm处出现强烈的荧光发射。  相似文献

4-(Methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanol (NNAL) with one chiral center at the carbinol is a major metabolite of 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK). As tobacco specific N-nitrosamines (TSNAs), NNK and NNAL are the most pulmonary carcinogens in tobacco products and smoke. In this paper, a chiral CE method modified with highly sulfated β-cyclodextrin (S-β-CD) was developed to investigate the stereoselective formation of NNAL from NNK in vitro in normal human bronchial epithelial (NHBE) cells. Combined with solid phase extraction (SPE) of the cell samples, NNK and NNAL enantiomers were baseline separated under the proposed CE conditions, with satisfactory recoveries (72.5-113% for NNK and (±)-NNAL) and low limits of detection (LOD, 2.5-3 μg/mL for NNK and (±)-NNAL). The cytotoxicity of NNK in NHBE cells was investigated through the cell counting kit (CCK) assay and proved to be highly dependent on the NNK's concentration. The metabolic results obtained from CE analysis demonstrated that NNK was preferentially metabolized to (+)-NNAL through carbonyl reduction. Meanwhile, the ratio of [(+)-NNAL]/[(-)-NNAL] was independent of NHBE cells' incubation time with NNK, but could be changed according to the original incubation concentration of NNK. This chiral CE method could be useful for the study on toxicology and metabolic transformations of related TSNAs.  相似文献

合成了1-偶氮苯-3-(5-氰基-2-吡啶)-三氮烯(ABCPDT),并研究了AB-CPDT与银的显色反应。在Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液(pH 10.0)介质中,Triton X-100存在下试剂与Ag生成络合物(1∶1)。络合物在550 nm处有最大吸收峰,络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为1.65×105L.mol-1.cm-1,Ag质量浓度在0~0.48μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律。方法已用于回收定影液中银的测定。  相似文献

Ten novel N-acyl-3-(3-pyridyl)-5-aryl-pyrazoles were synthesized by Claisen condensation of the aryl methyl ketones with ethyl nicotinate, the cyclization with hydrazine hydrate and the N-acylation with acyl chloride in turn. The structures of all the compounds synthesized were confirmed by means of Fourier transform infrared(FTIR), 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The biological activities of the title compounds were examined by disc diffusion method against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pyricularia oryzae and Rhizoctnia solani. All the N-acyl-3-(3-pyridyl)-5-aryl-pyrazoles exhibited a certain degree of antibacterial and antifungal activities. Comparatively, compounds 3c and 3d exhibited much significant antibacterial and antifungal activities than the other pyrazole derivatives.  相似文献
