综述了近十年来氟端基聚合物的合成,表征及其在表面吸附行为的研究成果。通过含有氟烷基的引发剂或终止剂在活性阴离子聚合反应或自由基聚合反应中使聚合物接上氟端基。已经成功地利用活性阴离子聚合反应合成了氟端基聚苯乙烯,通过含氟自由基引发烯类单体(如丙烯酸,乙烯硅等)可在相应聚合物链上引入氟端基,另外,聚合物的化学改性方法也可将氟基团接在聚合物链端(如氟基聚氧乙烯,氟端基聚合物具有的表面活性,当水溶液中或聚 相似文献

Polymer brushes have been widely used as functional surface coatings for broad applications including antifouling, energy storage, and lubrications. Understanding the molecule dynamics at polymer brush interfaces is important in unraveling the structure–property relationships in these materials and establishing a new materials design paradigm of novel functional polymer thin films with efficient interfacial transport. By applying modern fluorescence‐based single‐molecule spectroscopic and microscopic techniques, molecule dynamics at varied polymer brush interfaces have been experimentally investigated in recent years. New insights are given to the understandings of some unique and unusual materials properties of polymer brush thin films. This review summarizes some recent studies of molecular diffusion at polymer brush interfaces, highlights some new understandings of the interfacial properties of polymer brushes, and discusses future research opportunities in this field. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 运用自行研制的表面等离子体子共振(SPR)生物传感器,采用自组装成膜技 术并以戊二醛作偶联剂,在传感片表面修饰HBsAg单克隆抗体,将其用于乙肝表面 抗原(HBsAg)的检测。实验结果表明SPR生物传感器对HBsAg的检出限为0.06ng/mL 。与传统的酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)相比,SPR生物传感器的检出灵敏度明显高 于ELISA法。用该SPR生物传感器对HBsAg质控血清与纯化的HBsAg溶液进行比较检测 ,结果表明该SPR生物传感器对HBsAg具有好的特异选择性。 相似文献

利用格子自洽场模型, 模拟了棒-棒二嵌段共聚物熔体系统的自组装行为, 并与线-棒二嵌段共聚物系统性质进行了对比. 结果表明, 棒-棒二嵌段共聚物系统的有序无序转变临界点低于线-棒二嵌段共聚物系统的相变临界点. 通过模拟计算, 发现薄层交叠柱状相、柱状相、层状相和Z形层状相4种稳定的有序形貌. 薄层交叠柱状相和柱状相仅在有序无序转变曲线的边缘位置出现, 层状相也仅存在于有序无序转变临界点上面的一小块区域内, 而稳定的Z形层状结构则占据了相图中较强相互作用的大部分区域. 相似文献

Differences between the surface dilational moduli of condensed polymer monolayers and expanded polymer monolayers are explored. The modification of a surface at the molecular level with precise control of the building blocks generates an integrated molecular system. This field has progressed rapidly in recent years through the use of self-assembled monolayer (SAM) interfaces. Recent developments on surface-initiated chemical reactions, functionalization, and graft polymerization on SAM interfaces are emphasized in the present review. A number of surface modifications by grafting are reviewed. The grafting of polyaniline on a glass surface, previously modified with a silane self-assembled monolayer (SAM), is examined in detail for both planar and 3-D systems, such as fibers, nanoparticles, and even polymer patterned surfaces. We also discuss the graft polymerization of water-soluble polymers on the surface of silicon nanoparticles, which generate stable aqueous colloidal solutions and have numerous applications. Finally, we compare and review some surface-modification techniques on the surfaces of polymers, such as two-solvent entrapment, polymer blending, and chemical grafting, which improve their biocompatibility. 相似文献

合成了结构可切换型甲基丙烯酸酯季铵盐(CBMA-1C2). 在聚丙烯(PP)片基表面光接枝构建CBMA-1C2聚合物刷, 其在碱性水溶液中可水解形成两性离子聚合物刷PCBMA. 用蛋白质吸附及血小板黏附实验评价改性表面亲/疏水性及表面电荷对生物分子与材料表面之间相互作用的影响. 结果发现, 与未改性PP片基相比, 聚合物PCBMA-1C2改性表面水解前后均具有优异的亲水性能, 由于聚合物PCBMA-1C2水解前后表面电荷不同, 对生物分子与改性PP表面的相互作用表现出明显差异. 亲水性好、 两性离子结构的聚合物PCBMA表面表现出对蛋白吸附和血小板黏附的良好抑制作用. 相似文献
