Reduced Graphene oxide/ZnO nanoflowers ( rGO/ZnO‐NFs ) composite has been synthesized in‐situ using asymmetric Zn complex ( 1 ) as a single‐source molecular precursor (SSMP) with GO at 150 °C. The rGO/ZnO‐NFs composite was characterized by PXRD, UV‐vis, SEM, EDX mapping, TEM and SAED pattern to confirm its purity and morphology. The rGO/ZnO‐NFs composite shows uniform distribution of nanoflowers on graphene sheets. The modified glassy carbon electrode ( GCE ) was fabricated by drop wise layering of the rGO/ZnO‐NFs composite at the surface of the GCE without using binder. The binder free modified electrode ( GCE‐rGO/ZnO ) was explored for detection of nitroaromatics such as p‐nitro‐phenol ( p ‐NP ), 2,4‐dinitrophenol ( 2,4‐DNP ), 2,4‐dinitrotoluene ( 2,4‐DNT ) and 2,4,6‐trinitrophenol ( 2,4,6‐TNP ). The fabricated sensor showed remarkable response for the both toxicants and explosives. The LOD, sensitivity and linear range for the studied toxicants and explosives were found to be in a good range: p ‐NP= 0.93 μM, 240 μA mM−1 cm−2 and 0.2–0.9 mM; 2,4‐DNP= 6.2 μM, 203 μA mM−1 cm−2 and 0.1–0.9 mM; 2,4‐DNT= 10 μM, 371 μA mM−1 cm−2 and 0.2–0.9 mM; 2,4,6‐TNP= 16 μM, 514 μA mM−1 cm−2 and 0.2–0.9 mM, respectively.  相似文献

A facile and green electrochemical method for the fabrication of three‐dimensional porous nitrogen‐doped graphene (3DNG) modified electrode was reported. This method embraces two consecutive steps: First, 3D graphene/polypyrrole (ERGO/PPy) composite was prepared by electrochemical co‐deposition of graphene and polypyrrole on a gold foil. Subsequently, the ERGO/PPy composite modified gold electrode was annealed at high temperature. Thus 3DNG modified electrode was obtained. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the electrode. The electrode exhibits excellent electroanalytical performance for the reduction of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). By linear sweep voltammetric measurement, the cathodic peak current was linearly proportional to H2O2 concentration in the range from 0.6 μM to 2.1 mM with a sensitivity of 1.0 μA μM−1 cm−2. The detection limit was ascertained to be 0.3 μM. The anti‐interference ability, reproducibility and stability of the electrode were carried out and the electrode was applied to the detection of H2O2 in serum sample with recoveries from 98.4 % to 103.2 %.  相似文献

Three dimensional graphene‐multiwalled carbon nanotube nano composite (3DG/MWCNTs−Nc) was synthesized by simple hydrothermal method for the amperometric determination of caffeic acid (CA). The prepared nanocomposite was characterized by scanning electron microscopic technique (SEM), ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy (UV), Raman spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy (IR). Moreover, the interfacial electron transfer properties of the modified electrode were carried out by the electro chemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Besides, the electro chemical performance of the modified electrode was carried out by the cyclic voltammetry (CV) and amperometric (i‐t ) technique. The proposed electrode was exhibited an enhanced electrocatalytic activity towards the detection of CA. Under the optimal condition, the 3DG/MWCNTs−Nc modified electrode displayed a linear range from 0.2 to 174 μM, detection limit (LOD) 17.8 nM and sensitivity of 5.8308 μA μM−1 cm−2 and on applied potential + 0.2 V. These result showed, 3DG/MWCNTs−Nc modified electrodes showed good repeatability, reproducibility, and higher stability. In addition, the fabricated electrode was then successfully used to determine the CA in real samples with satisfactory recoveries. Which suggests that the 3DG/MWCNTs−Nc as a robust sensing materials for the electrochemical detection of CA.  相似文献

Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and reduced graphene oxide (RGO) composite modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) was prepared by electrodepositing AuNPs over the reduced graphene oxide (RGO) modified carbon paste electrode. The composite material was characterised using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) techniques. The nano composite modified electrode was applied for the determination of total As and for the inorganic speciation of As(III) and As(V) in environmental samples. The linear dynamic range was obtained for the determination of As(III) in the present method from 1μgL−1 to 20 μgL−1 and the limit of detection(LOD) in the standard solution was found to be 0.13 μgL−1 for the 300 sec deposition time in 10 mL supporting electrolyte solution. This method was applied for the determination of As (III) in water and soil samples. The results were agreed well with the result obtained from the hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry.  相似文献

In the present study, a novel enzymatic glucose biosensor using glucose oxidase (GOx) immobilized into (3‐aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES) functionalized reduced graphene oxide (rGO‐APTES) and hydrogen peroxide sensor based on rGO‐APTES modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode were fabricated. Nafion (Nf) was used as a protective membrane. For the characterization of the composites, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X‐ray powder diffractometer (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used. The electrochemical properties of the modified electrodes were investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and amperometry. The resulting Nf/rGO‐APTES/GOx/GC and Nf/rGO‐APTES/GC composites showed good electrocatalytical activity toward glucose and H2O2, respectively. The Nf/rGO‐APTES/GC electrode exhibited a linear range of H2O2 concentration from 0.05 to 15.25 mM with a detection limit (LOD) of 0.017 mM and sensitivity of 124.87 μA mM−1 cm−2. The Nf/rGO‐APTES/GOx/GC electrode showed a linear range of glucose from 0.02 to 4.340 mM with a LOD of 9 μM and sensitivity of 75.26 μA mM−1 cm−2. Also, the sensor and biosensor had notable selectivity, repeatability, reproducibility, and storage stability.  相似文献

We studied sensor application of a graphene oxide and hematite (α‐Fe2O3/GO) composite electrode well‐characterized by the SEM and XRD. Through differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), oxidation of dexamethasone sodium phosphate (DSP) was studied at the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with graphene oxide nanosheets (GO) and the α‐Fe2O3/GO composite. The values of the transfer coefficient (α) and the diffusion coefficient (D) of DSP were 0.5961 and 4.71×10?5 cm2 s?1 respectively. In the linear range of 0.1–50 μM, the detection limit (DL) was 0.076 μM. In the second step, a GCE was modified with α‐Fe2O3/GO composite and the DSP measurement step was repeated to analyzed and compare the effects of hematite nanoparticles present on graphene oxide surfaces. According to the results, α and D were 0.52 and 2.406×10?4 cm2 s?1 respectively and the DL was 0.046 μM in the linear range of 0.1–10.0 μM. The sensor is simple, inexpensive and uses blood serum.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensor on ZIF-8 nanocomposites (Ag/ZnO/ZIF-8) was developed to analyze the mercury ions (Hg2+). The ZIF-8 materials are one of the 3-dimensional porous metal-organic frameworks with highly accessible pores and great surface area. The ZIF-8 nanocomposites were prepared through simple sol-gel methods and their physio-chemical properties were characterized via different analytical analyses. As a result of cyclic voltammetry, Ag/ZnO/ZIF-8 exhibited a better electrocatalytic behavior towards the detection of mercury ions (Hg2+). Furthermore, the composite modified electrode was then inspected as a sensor for DPV detection of mercury ions. The nanocomposite sensor performed a wide linear range from 0.5 μM to 140 μM with a low detection limit of 40 nM, and high sensitivity of 56.06 μA μM−1 cm−2. Moreover, the ZIF-8 composite sensor showed a higher selectivity toward the detection of mercury ions (Hg2+). The real-time applications of the ZIF-8 composites sensor were inspected in various samples with good sensitivity.  相似文献

The nanoporous graphene papers (NGPs) was prepared by the hard‐template method. The Pt−Pd modified NGPs hybrid was prepared by the self‐assembly method. Then a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with Pt−Pd bimetallic nanoparticles‐functionalized nanoporous graphene composite has been prepared for the electrochemical determination of Xanthine (XA). The Pt−Pd/NGPs hybrid was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope and X‐ray diffraction. The electrochemical behavior of XA on Pt−Pd/NGPs/GCE was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and amperometric i‐t. The Pt−Pd/NGPs modified electrode exhibited remarkably electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation reaction of XA in phosphate buffer solution (pH=5.5). Under the optimal conditions, the determination of XA was accomplished by using amperometric i‐t, the linear response range from 1.0×10−5∼1.2×10−4 M. The detection limit was 3.0×10−6 M (S/N=3). The proposed modified electrode showed good sensitivity, selectivity, and stability with applied to determine XA in human urine.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective hydrazine sensor was developed by β‐cyclodextrin modified palladium nanoparticles decorated reduced graphene oxide (PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO) nanocomposite. The PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO hybrid material was prepared by simple electrochemical method. The hydrophobic cavity of β‐CD ineracts with palladium nanoparticles by hydrophobic interaction and further it is uniformly assembled on the rGO surface through hydrogen bond formation, which is clearly confirmed by FT‐IR, FESEM and TEM. The high electrocatalytic activity of hydrazine oxidation was observed at −0.05 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) on PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO modified electrode; due to the excellent stabilization, high catalytic activity and large surface area of the PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO composite. The PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO fabricated hydrazine sensor exhibited an excellent analytical performance, including high sensitivity (1.95 μA μM−1 cm−2), lower detection limit (28 nM) and a wide linear range (0.05 to 1600 μM). We also demonstrated that the PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO nanocomposite modified electrode is a highly selective and sensitive sensor towards detection of hydrazine among the various interfering species. Hence, the proposed hydrazine sensor is able to determine hydrazine in different water samples.  相似文献

The preparation and characterisation of a new composite electrode with Co3O4 particles-modified multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) and poly(phenosafranine), as well as its novel application for the voltammetric detection of rutin was described. The resulting composite electrode was characterised using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). In the optimised experimental conditions, the oxidation peak current (Ipa) of rutin showed a linear increase in concentration, between 0.008–0.6 and 0.80–6.0 μmol L−1, with a detection limit of 0.00379 μmol L−1. Due to its good selectivity and stability, the composite electrode was successfully applied in detecting rutin in pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献

The graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets were produced by chemical conversion of graphite, and were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). An electrochemical sensor based on Ni/graphene (GR) composite film was developed by incorporating Ni2+ into the graphene oxide film modified glassy carbon electrode (Ni/GO/GCE) through the electrostatic interactions with negatively charged graphene oxide. The Ni2+/graphene modified glassy carbon electrode (Ni/GR/GCE) was prepared by cyclic voltammetric scanning of Ni/GO/GCE in the potential range from ?1.5 to 0.2 V at 50 mV s?1 for 5 cycles. The electrochemical activity of Ni/GR/GCE was illustrated in 0.10 M NaOH using cyclic voltammetry. The Ni/GR/GCE exhibits the characteristic of improved reversibility and enhanced current responses of the Ni(III)/Ni(II) couple. The introduction of conductive graphene not only greatly facilitates the electron transfer of Ni2+, but also dramatically improves the long-term stability of the sensor by providing the electrostatic interactions. Ni/GR/GCE also shows good electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of glucose. The Ni/GR/GCE gives a good linear range over 10 to 2700 μM with a detection limit of 5 μM towards the determination of glucose by amperometry. This sensor keeps over 85% activity towards 0.1 mM glucose after being stored in air for a month, respectively. Furthermore, the modified sensor was successfully applied to the sensitive determination of glucose in blood samples.  相似文献

Glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with L‐cysteine and gold nanoparticles‐reduced graphene oxide (AuNPs‐RGO) composite was fabricated as a novel electrochemical sensor for the determination of Cu2+. The AuNPs‐RGO composite was formed on GCE surface by electrodeposition. The L‐cysteine was decorated on AuNPs by self‐assembly. Physicochemical and electrochemical properties of L‐cysteine/AuNPs‐RGO/GCE were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, cyclic voltammetry and adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The results validated that the prepared electrode had many attractive features, such as large electroactive area, good electrical conductivity and high sensitivity. Experimental conditions, including electrodeposition cycle, self‐assembly time, electrolyte pH and preconcentration time were studied and optimized. Stripping signals obtained from L‐cysteine/AuNPs‐RGO/GCE exhibited good linear relationship with Cu2+ concentrations in the range from 2 to 60 μg L−1, with a detection limit of 0.037 μg L−1. Finally, the prepared electrode was applied for the determination of Cu2+ in soil samples, and the results were in agreement with those obtained by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.  相似文献

A novel metal composite material based on zirconium dioxide decorated gold nanoparticles (ZrO2@AuNPs), copper (I) oxide at manganese (IV) oxide (Cu2O@MnO2) and immobilized choline oxidase (ChOx) onto a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) (ChOx/Cu2O@MnO2-ZrO2@AuNPs/GCE) has been developed for enhancing the electro-catalytic property, sensitivity and stability of the amperometric choline biosensor. The ChOx/Cu2O@MnO2-ZrO2@AuNPs/GCE displayed an excellent electrocatalytic response to the oxidation of the byproduct H2O2 from the choline catalyzed reaction, which exhibited a charge transfer rate constant (Ks) of 0.97 s−1, a diffusion coefficient value (D) of 4.50×10−6 cm2 s−1, an electroactive surface area (Ae) of 0.97 cm2 and a surface concentration (γ) of 0.54×10−8 mol cm−2. The modified electrode also provided a wide linear range of choline concentration from 0.5 to 1,000.0 μM with good sensitivity (97.4 μA cm−2 mM−1) and low detection limit (0.3 μM). The apparent Michaelis-Menten constant was found to be 0.08 mM with Imax of 0.67 μA. This choline biosensor presented high repeatability (%RSD=2.9, n=5), excellent reproducibility (%RSD=2.9, n=5), long time of use (n=28 with %I>50.0 %) and good selectivity without interfering effects from possible electroactive species such as ascorbic acid, aspirin, amoxicillin, caffeine, dopamine, glucose, sucrose and uric acid. This optimal method was successfully applied for choline measurement in prepared human blood samples which demonstrated accurate and excellent reliability in the recovery range from 96.7 to 102.0 %.  相似文献

A highly sensitive amperometric galactose biosensor was developed by encapsulating galactose oxidase within the graphene-doped sol-gel titania-Nafion composite film on platinized glassy carbon electrode. Due to the combined electrocatalytic activity of graphene and Pt NPs on the electrode towards hydrogen peroxide as well as the mesoporous nature of the titania-Nafion composite, the present galactose biosensor exhibited relatively fast response time under 2 s, high sensitivity of 40.6 mAM−1cm−2, and wide dynamic range over three orders of magnitude with a detection limit of 3.78×10−6 M (S/N=3). In addition, the biocompatible composite in the biosensor secures excellent long-term stability.  相似文献

This study introduces a new surface-renewable electrode based on a sol–gel derived graphene ceramic composite. The electrode was prepared by dispersing graphene nanosheets into a solution of the sol–gel precursors containing methyl triethoxysilane in methanol and hydrochloric acid. During hydrolysis of methyl triethoxysilane, the graphene nanosheets are trapped in the gel. After moulding and drying the composite, it can be used as a surface-renewable electrode to which we refer as a graphene ceramic composite electrode (GCCE). Cyclic voltammograms of the hexacyanoferrate(II/III) model redox system at the GCCE were compared to those obtained with a conventional carbon ceramic electrode and showed a highly improved electron transfer rate at the GCCE. The electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid as a model analyte was then studied at working potential of 50 mV and over the 3–84 μM concentration range. It revealed a sensitivity of 6.06 μA μM−1 cm−2 and a detection limit of 0.82 μM. The GCCE was successfully applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in orange juice and urine samples. Advantages such as good mechanical and chemical stability, ease of fabrication, and reproducible preparation make the GCCE a potentially useful and widely applicable renewable electrode for use in routine analysis.

A dopamine (DA) biosensor was developed based on polypyrrole/tannin/cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (PPy/TA/CTAB) nanocomposite and central composite rotatable design (CCRD) was employed for the optimization of conditions. Chemical polymerization of the PPy/TA in the presence of a cationic surfactant, CTAB, reduced the particle size of composite and a rod-like structure with a lumpy surface and high porosity was observed for nanocomposite justifying the highest current response for the modified electrode. Amperometry and differential pulse voltammetry analyses were applied for all electrochemical measurements and DA detection in the range of 0.5–100 μM. The good adhesion of nanocomposite on the electrode surface, as well as porosity and high surface area of the modified electrode, enhanced the diffusion of DA molecules inside the matrix. Amperometry analysis of the Screen printed carbon electrode/PPy/TA/CTAB modified electrode displayed a good sensitivity of 0.039 μA (μM)−1 toward DA with the limit of detection of 2.9 × 10–7 M. The modified biosensor also excludes the interfering species of ascorbic acid and uric acid which makes this sensor appropriate for DA determination. The proposed biosensor showed an acceptable reproducibility and repeatability with low relative standard deviations of 4.8% and 4.4%, respectively.  相似文献

The development of sensitive, fast and efficient nanointerfaces as platforms for electrochemical sensing devices for the detection of environmental pollutant including antibiotic pollutant has become a matter of priority for public safety. We report herein a benzene sourced graphene-gold nanoparticle sensor for the detection of tetracycline using chronoamperometry. Structural analysis using Raman Spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD) confirmed the presense of few-layer graphene. Atomic force (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) characterization results confirmed the synthesized graphene to be thin flat sheet-like material with wide surface area and a thickness of less than 1 nm. Cyclic voltammetry characterization of the fabricated modified electrodes showed diffusion controlled process for the oxidation of tetracycline. The modified electrode exhibited a fast response to the detection of tetracycline and a sensitivity of 1,86×102 μA/mM/cm2.The theoretical detection limit (S/N=3) was 1,60×10−1 μM and the linear dynamic range was from 2,90×101 μM to 1.53×103 μM.  相似文献

The study presents a novel paracetamol (PA) sensor based on Pd nanoparticles (PdNPs) deposited on carboxylated graphene oxide (GO?COOH) and nafion (Nf) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The morphologies of the as prepared composites were characterized using high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The experimental results demonstrated that Nf/GO?COOPd displayed excellent electrocatalytic response to the oxidation PA. The linear range was 0.04–800 μM for PA with limit of detection of 0.012 μM and excellent sensitivity of 232.89 μA mM?1 cm?2. By considering the excellent performance of Nf/GO?COOPd composite such as wider linear range, lower detection, better selectivity, repeatability, reproducibility, and storage stability, the prepared composite, especially GO?COOH support, with satisfactory electrocatalytic properties was a promising material for the modification of electrode material in electrochemical sensor and biosensor field.  相似文献
